i've had this fone for about 2 years now and have had no problems with it...I am even going to buy another micro sd card so i can use the mp3 player more effectively.....n put more songs on it! :) very occasionly when im on wap it crashes but i think that is due to lack of memory n believe that my new mico sd will help the blue on the back cover has started to wear out slightly but what would you expect from 2 years worth of use?

In fact, the ef61 is a big mistake from siemens. d radio doesn't work, battery life is poor, headphone & charger didn't last long. in fact i conclude, this is d worst phone i have ever laid my hands on. PLS DO NOT BUY & if u already have one, find a way 2 dispose it or just throw it away & forget u ever used it.

if warning message "operation abnormal please re-try" appears after shooting picture, just connect the phone to the computer, then format the memory card using windows. after format finishes, disconnect the phone from computer, then format the memory card again using the phone. my phone works well again after it.

yes, i have one too and i bought a 1gb card slot and it works. try to switch off the phone and then turn on. at the beginning it cant see the card but after i switched off and turn on, it works!! try that!!

i got this phone last decem,ber and i have had trouble ever since! the memory card went up the shoot and then the headphones and i cant find anyone who is selling just the headphones i want a new phone and cant get one until 2009! :( if you get this phone but the three year garantee otherwise you will be stuck with a faulty phone!

well...when i got this phone it was perfect gorgeous phone for a girl,very stylish case,and matching sky blue earphones, mirror is great, bluetooths good, cameras quite clear, cool screensavers tht come with it and stuff like that so overall a good phone but it has a few bad points but nothing major,... the blue paint chips soo easily!, it comes with no games apart from beauty tips but that is noo way to do with games is it?...i got bored with it soo easily though! but overall i do recomend it to a not so clumbsey person like me who drops it causeing it to chip the paint! :]]

Well... I got this phone for my 13th birthday which was 1 year ago and at first i loved it! The girly design was totally my style and the mirror was perfect as i was quite vain... About two months later I experienced my first round of difficulties: The phone kept turning off when i tried to change the theme and then the mirror kept randomly turning on when i was in the middle of texting or something... then around 5 months after that my memory card just stopped working and my phone was going crazy!! (But that was probably because i spilled water on it) and now im gettin a new phone coz i recently lost that one... I would recommend this phone to carful people. hehe

I am sorry to say that this is the worst phone ever! If you want a decent phone to do lots of things on it then this is certainly not the phone for you! The camera is rubbish, no games, you can only save the maximum of 8 or 9 texts and the memory is not very good. I ave had this phone since May and I really don't like it! DO NOT BUY!! Also the text alerts aren't good. If you just want to send and recieve calls and texts then this is proabably an okay phone but if you want to use it for any more than that then DO NOT BUY!!! Hope it helps x

I got this phone just over a year ago, and at first was very happy with it. It has an MP� player, 1.3 MP camera, besides other features. At first I really liked the mirrored screen, but this makes it very difficult to see the screen in sunlight. The battery life has always been very poor, having to charge it every night, but now, it is even worse. This did not really bother me as I just charged it whilst I sleapt, but now it does not always charge, even when the charger has been fully plugged in. Another thing, if, on the rare occasions it does fully charge, a message pops up on the screen "Charge Complete." Fair enough, but this then does not let the phone do anything else (eg. alarm going off) until you have pressed ok. This creates a slight problem, and many mornings I have had to rely on something else waking me up. However, it is a nice little phone, with some good features.

i got this fone for christmas last year,and i really did like it-it was quirky,original,and just pretty sweet. however today i decided enough was enough,and iv agreed to exchange it(it was still within its one year warranty)after months of being unable to read the screen in natural light,it going through phases of switching itself off,the camera failing to take pictures due to an "abnormal operation"being performed(?!),the memory card cutting out every so often and basically it just not being that reliable. i must admit im quite sad to be getting rid of this fone,but i cudnt put up with all its malfunctions.

If this EF61 was bought in the UK it would have been supplied with standard headphones. To use the radio you need to buy special headphones which has the radio parts built in. Unfortunatly, difficult to find in the UK. Try eBay.

For Kate. The blue cable which is used to charge the phone can be disconnected from the black plug. The standard USB can then be connected to your computer. Firstly, you should load the CD onto your computer [it comes with the phone] - this is mobile phone manager software, for moving music etc.

Don't buy this phone. The radio doesn't work. The battery life is appaling. I have full charge in the mornings and by evening it's totally flat again even if I haven't used it. I only text on it I don't ring out. Also it does freeze and you can't always see who's calling as the display goes off! Wouldn't recommend it at all.

What do you do when you are in a different country and it comes up with "change time sync zone" what do you do? I clicked yes and it kept on changing the time and date every day. But I think that it is a brilliant phone.

I've had this phone for 2 years now. It's never caused me any problems at all. It's a cute phone and it has the basics of all modern appliances. The camera phone might not be the best but it is good for what it was worth when it was released. Sometimes when clicking through my files, it does take a few seconds. But that's because the phone is pretty much worn out. I would recommend this phone, because I've never had any problems with it and the phone is cute, small and nice.

Hello! My mum has one of these & whenever she tries to send an mms to anyone it just keeps saying memory low, memory is not low tho! When u go to memory status there is about 98% free!! I was thinking of getting this phone from woolworths, but it seems like everyone is cutting in down so am abit 50-50 on the situation. I have bought a phone from woolworths before which was the samsung s401i and I completely hate it. I have serched this cell phone and it says that it has video but many people have said other wise. The most important thing is... does it set mp3`s as ringtones, thats may main concern because I cant do that on the phone I have now. If there are any other downfalls about the phone or even good things about it I would really like to know.

Hi paul Although i no longer have the phone, i encountered the same problem with it before it completely broke down on me. When i contacted the customer services helpline about the "operation abnormal" messgae with the camera they told me to take out the memory card and buy a new one. true this will make the camer function properly again but this will only last a month at the most before it breaks again. You are better off getting a new phone, trust me.

My Mia is absolutely fabulous. The only thing that lets the phone down is that new words added to the T9 dictionary do not stay in the phone when you turn the phone off so you have to enter them again when creating an sms or mms. Only answer would be to leave the phone on forever and keep charging it. Otherwise i give the phone a thumbs up for reliability.

I got this phone as a birthday present in december 2006 and by february 2007 it was broken. the problems i had with the phone again regarded the phone losing connection with the additional MicroSD card. I had major problems with returning the phone but finally won my case against the siemens customer services line and was granted a full refund by woolworths. as a warning to mobile phone users across the globe- FOR YOUR OWN SAKE, DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!! it will cause you nothing but stress and anxiety. I have to agree with the previous post. I have had my EF61 for months too and I hate it! I am not able to send/recieve mms as it isn't supported by T-Mobile. The FM radio/ MP3 player it boasts require a special headset (not the one supplied). I could go on and on. Worst phone I ever had and a complete waste of maney.

My phone is amazing BUT when i play anything on the MP3 it just turns itself of and resets and then loses the background! Also cos im a moblie freak and use it loads its getting worse and now you cant get the memory and have to switch it on and off. i did get a new memory which is a gigabite but when i put the old one in it doesn't work at all and the memory just doesn't work. SUM1 please help!

i broke me motorola l6 fone, so got this for 50 quid which is reasinable. i was however disappointed as i was mislead as woolies specified it had 1.3 mp camera and in small txt with video and zoom. it didnt have video!!! and i was so disappointed coz i never got to film anything from crufts where i was going to the following day. otherwise, its great. might swap for a sagem my501c instead which is worth the same but has video too.

Three months after i got this phone the time and date stopped working, it's completly frozen and the time keeps reseting to 07:00. Also i can't change the theme to mystical purple case' when i try to the phone swithches itself off. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAND the radio doesn't work either it says headset not ready. hi i brought this phone but couldn't send picture messages so i rang t-mobile and dint have the setting so went to web site got the settings for wap but not mms so my boyfriend tried to send me some pictures and could receive then so on that note i went back to t-mobile web site and tried a different setting for the cl71 model and tried again to sebd a picture message and it worked so then went to the mms settings on the phone and changed to picture messaging and then it to the wap and chaned settings to picture messaging on that but checked the options and made sure the nap setting was on t-mobile gprs and it worked.

I'v had this phone for a few months now and i'm quite pleased with it and YES you can use mp3s as ringtones. The battery life is not great but acceptable. It can be a bit slow and takes a bit of thinking time to do things. anyone else found this?? Other than that i'm happy and would recommend if you're after a girly phone rather than a usual black square phone. Q - does anyone know where to get an in-car charger that actually fits?

Well,it works for me.Pretty,feminine and the envy of my friends,especialy the dangley charm that came with it.I have not purchased a new mobile in years, but this caught my eye. Pleased with it,a big yes. Simple and easy to use, as well as looking good.Still finding my way round it and having to ask my 17yr old son to show me how to download tunes etc from the internet.May-be i'm easily pleased but the battery life seems to last for the time advertised.I do texted more than i talk though.EF61 gets my vote.

Just to let people know, I emailed Benq-Siemens about this phone as I was thinking of getting it but I wanted to double check the mp3 ringtones bit. Well they replied and told me you can't use mp3s as ringtones.

Do not compare it with Poppy 1. This one will have much better SW and HW and will still not be as successful as Poppy 1 was.

The original CL75 was made by Quanta, and this EF61 is made by benq. Just wait and you will see the bombs from benq-siemens that are to appear.

its so true, siemens dont have a clue what they are doing anymore, they never really did , part form when they produced the sl55 and 65 they were good for the time, thats bout it.

At last! B/S have finally brought out a replacemnt to the Poppy! A massive selling phone that was a much prefered option to the pink V3 for a lot of 'older' girls.

why so bad display 256K in 128x160, who will see difference between 65k ? its bad for battery. bad choose of display's resolution :/ overally ok.
