Emporia Talk Premium - User Reviews

  • I like the OST in Yoshi's Island DS but everyone else does not.

  • You know, design is sort of a personal thing, so what one person sees as ugly may drive someone else crazy because they're absolutely swirled by the design

  • The design is ugly and it's not like this is the ONLY phone with big buttons.

  • For example they just admire this phone because they like the design or enjoy huge buttons or maybe they're used to more simple like style so that it wouldn't be that comeplicated. What if they just don't like anything else but specifically want this

  • What reasons?

  • How come? You can't blame someone for admiring something right? I mean, they've got their reasons to do so

  • Whoever that person is, well they've made the wrong decision.

  • I'm personally using the OnePlus 6, it's just that in trying to explain to you that there is a buyer of ANYTHING. and I guarantee you there will be someone who likes this phone and prefers this not anything else

  • Well your taste in phones isn't really practical at all is it?

  • I meant "there won't be people"

  • What!? Of course there is! You see, we people tend to have different and unique taste in everything. Reasons for us to admire something are vastly unpredictable. Tgerefore, you can't just be sure that no one's going to like this phone because majority doesn't. Every soul has its own reasons for approving something and it's extremely shallow to think there won't people who will prefer this gorgeous phone over others

  • There's no point in "not wanting to hate it" is there, though?

  • Dude all I want to do is to give this phone just the tiniest bit of credit, I just don't want to hate it

  • but what if its not that horrible?

  • Well, it is. The screen is so terrible it makes the phone hard to use. Again, the phones I listed are much better.

  • I think because it's really personal and what if someone just really enjoys this phone but doesn't like anything else? What if this phone is done thing special for them and they only want to use this

  • How would anyone enjoy this phone when the screen is so horrible it makes it very hard to use?

  • Well what's the point of this phone still being in production when there are much better phones out there for a cheaper price?

  • Okay dude why would you say something like that it's horrible! Why would you have on this cute little phone that costs only 20 euros. Why do you have to be so scornful and judgemental!?

  • Nokia 105 (2013 edition) (my uncle managed to get that for just £1 GBP) Alcatel OT-209 Sony Ericsson T230 Sony Ericsson K610 Alcatel 10.16 Nokia 2330 Nokia C1-01 Nokia 1680 LG GS101 Samsung E1080 All of the phones I just listed are cheaper, easier to use, and have better specifications.

  • Could you please provide me with an example?

  • Now why are you asking me to find a smartphone cheaper than this? I thought you said it was complex to use? Like I said, I'm talking about feature phones as well, not just smartphones. Also, the feature phones I was talking about that are cheaper are actually easier to use and have more useful features like a color screen and it's easier to read SMS messages and voice quality from calls being better, etc.

  • Can you find a smartphone cheaper than this feature phone? And it's not only about price, like I said, complexity plays a vital role in this issue. And what kind of feature phone is better than this for seniors?

  • The phones I meant were also feature phones, not just smartphones. Also, you mentioned that smartphones are expensive. I WAS TALKING ABOUT PHONES THAT ARE CHEAPER!!!!!

  • Well, the point being there are senior people who are definitely not into the fancy advanced technology. Hence the rational thought they'd much rather a cheap phone with huge buttons that does the pure basic they exactly wish for. Elderly people won't go for a smartphone because it's more complicated and, on top of that, it's expensive. Which turns this phone into a great option for this particular category of people

  • You're not getting at my point. I have seen phones which are the same price and others that are cheaper and are better in specifications.

  • What's the point? It's not like many more people are going to get this phone anyway. Besides, there are way better phones for the price so it doesn't make any sense for it to still be in production.

  • So what do you think buddy

  • I'm not saying that directly, I'm just suggesting: why not? Once again, there's really no room to improve, since this phone's objective has nothing to do with tearing the market apart with it's impeccable performance, it's just a good old (what was the expression for regular phone's?) Regular phone to make calls for elderly people. Would it make sense to launch a similar model just for the sake of dropping an old one?

  • So you're telling me this phone is still in production and you can literally buy this phone, brand new, from retail and stores, despite the fact it was released in 2010?

  • Why not? I mean it's a specific target audience phone, so there's really no room to improve

  • Apparently GSMArena thinks this phone is still not discontinued. I don't believe them.

  • good phone
