  • Sure, you can go for that price. Also, honor 10 will get Pie Update in November. But Honor 20S cost only half of honor 20 and its has notch less display and side mounted finger print scanner. So, I still recommend to go for honor 20s or honor 20 (also called Nova 5T) as they looks better than honor 10. Only design is matter. No other issues.

  • Honor 10 better for camera but this phone is an old model. Wouldn't recommend to buy it if at original price. At original price add a bit more money can buy View 20, extra more you can go for Nova 5T or Honor 20

  • I am back with a short review. The performance is the same, although I managed to have a higher score on antutu 210000 >208000 but it feels as smooth as it was before. Camera is the same quality, there are some design changes on clock, face unlock . But there is a drawback I don't like. The app lock prevents you to see a preview of your notification on the bar and lock screen. After you unlock your app and not turn off your screen you can see it, if you didn't access the notification yet. Otherwise will not be there anymore to check it.

  • Its not issue with the s/w. Can you please check the security, lock settings. You can also do an hard reset.

  • I have one problem, I hope you can help me. I unlock my phone with a fingerprint sensor and a pin code, which of course you can't get rid of. But it happens that the option of unlocking the phone via a pin code is lost so that anyone can unlock my phone, the fingerprint sensor practically becomes an insignificant protection. I haven't had this problem until now, it came up today. I have not yet received the EMUI 9.1 update. Is this because of it or is it a problem of some other nature?   • Upgraded to EMUI 9.1 available in India. Can see improvement in opening apps and play video. No, battery drain issue. Now, we can restrict background data for each apps separately. That will save your Battery and RAM further. Waiting for EMUI 10 upgrade (i.e magic UI 3.0)

  • HDR not available in video recording. But it shoot better video in 1080p 30fps resolution even in low light. If light is good, you can go for 1080p 60fps for smooth true-motion video.

  • I don't think you can disable it. If you use fingerprint you must set an alternative way to unlock either the password, pattern or pin code

Here's my overall opinion. • after couple of months the vibration motor within the phone stopped working. • fingerprint / home button doesn't work anymore. • headphone jack doesn't work. • the top of my phone where the notch is isn't touch responsive there for I cannot swipe down for quick settings. • battery starting going down hill pretty quickly only after couple of charges. • the audio mic is terrible quality. • it's hard to use the phone is one handed mode • using the keyboard is absolutely horrible example whenever I want to press space I press the on screen home button. • also won't get anymore major updates. Tbh there is more negatives than positives.

  • Should say useless in UK sun due to the screen, I cannot see it. Under dull sky not bad but thought the days of of bad screens were gone, you do actually use a mobile phone outdoors. Same as todays choice of materials, you make and object that can be easily dropped on concrete outdoors where a mobile is used so lets make it out of fragile materials? Oh Nokia/Symbian days were brilliant which is why a lot of us applaud use of polycarbonates.

  • Thats y u never understand what i am talking about. I know what a fingerprint sensor or scanner is. Used alot of phones before, so i know what i am talking about. Just recently used a view 20, the fingerprint scanner is blazing fast. With my method i mentioned with honor 10, honor 10 is as fast as view 20. At 1st hour of using the honor 10, i am as frustrated as anyone of u where the fingerprint sensor just cant read my prints. I deleted my fingerprints data and reenrol until i feel that it can read my prints without problem. I have problems with fingerprint scanners before, i did the same or reenrol the same fingerprint twice. Now i can even fast tap my honor 10 to unlock the phone. Read 1st, try it, and then comment please

  • @Shynn The problem lies with the fact that the Honor 10 uses a fingerprint sensor and not a fingerprint scanner to unlock the phone. The fingerprint sensor is attached to the screen and requires more pressure to work than a fingerprint scanner which is separate. To put it into context, my Oneplus 6 fingerprint scanner will open the phone in 0.2 seconds, which the Honor 10 can never emulate; the sensor taking around 2 seconds or longer to recognise the same action.

  • For those complaining about fingerprint issue, i only use it for an hour and already found out the solution. I have the same issue but then i did this, delete the fingerprint data and reenrol until i feel that the phone can read my fingerprint without problem. Before this, my phone is having hard time recognising my fingerprints, after the solution, the phone unlocks everytime.

  • Rubbish outside in UK sun so sold it. Also in light sunny areas can make darker areas really dark in photos, you have too pan phone up and down to settle photo in darker area then it brightens up,,,not good explanation I know.. Has been a good phone though really colourful with few clock alarm bugs really colourful screen bar brightness and superb price.

  • if you prefer a bigger screen,you had better choose nova3 as your phone,but actually either nova3 or honor10 do not have a good condition of the temperature......maybe huawei mate 10 series are better kirin 970 series。

  • Depends what you want from a phone. I have the V30 and my mum has the Honor 10. The V30 has much better specs, with a nicer 2k OLED screen, a wide angle camera, waterproofing, an SD card port and a faster processor. However, the Honor 10 has a better user experience, because it's easier to hold in one hand, LG software can be pretty annoying and my V30's battery life is terrible (I think I need to factory reset it). The Honor 20 comes out in a couple of days, maybe wait for that. If you don't like it, at least the Honor 10 or V30 will get cheaper

  • Yes I am using Honor 10 for about 5 months The finger print just worked for one month then it did not work at all And I got heating issue on the bottom of the screen in the place of finger print sensor, and it draines the battery like it stand for 10 hours without using the phone.

  • Hi All, to those who are having speaker problem, i have short term solution, try pressing a little higher than mid point on both side of screen and back panel. My Honor 10 speaker gradually emit sound to normal after doing so, then use high volume to try to blast the speaker, but it's just a short term solution. For me it's still reverting to not emitting sound after some time. I personly think it is either the hardware or software (could be both), might probably be driver problem after update, especially perhaps the dolby shit after google 9 update. Hope there is a permanent fix soon.

  • i m using this phone since last six months, its amazing phone. camera quality is marvelous with 16 mp & 24 mp rear & selfie 24. The AI mode of rear camera is impressive.The special things with this phone one can consider is chip set kirin970, (no heating issue), rear camera quality of F/1.8 large aperture and screen. charging is quite fast, type C charger. The size 5.84 inches is neither too big nor too small ,comfortable in pocket. over, this phone is best in mid range of 1200 saudi riyals.

  • I am using face unlock as well as fingerprint scanner bit hit and miss. it is shame as fingerprint scanner is taking up space so they could have put a decent one in. Never mind it is brilliant phone in all respects and sensible price.Love it I have blue one. I am having you tube trouble using you tube app, it plays for a few seconds then pauses this happens again when I press play after a few seconds it pauses then hopefully video will play all the way through, strange bug!

  • Gmail settings are set to PUSH and not FETCH. That means that new emails are automatically sent to your phone and you should receive an immediate notification. Open Gmail and press the menu (3 bars on top left of screen) and then 'Settings'. Open 'General settings' and then 'Manage notifications' and make sure that Notifications are ON. Then go back twice to Settings again and select the account in question. Under 'Notifications' select 'All'. Under 'Inbox notifications' tick the box for 'Notify for every message'. Lastly, select 'Manage notifications' and set 'Behaviour' to the setting you wish and also the Lock screen setting.

  • I have a problem with the notifications like Gmail, duo, etc. I might receive emails or call but I don't receive notifications except after an hour or more. Is anyone facing the same? How can I solve this?

  • This phone has been my daily driver since i bought it last june, everything i love about it and even more so now the android 9 update is installed. The camera does have flaws and the front finger print scanner is useless but apart from that its still a very good device to own in 2019. Im a very keen photographer and to have this in my pocket everyday its a pleasure to take photo's on, just wish the low light was better but you can't have it all for such a cheap price. Im now on the look out for a better phone this year and there are so many about but think i'll properly stick to honor or huawei as i do love emui even though most don't. Excited to see the new Huawei p30 series and the new Honor 20.

  • I had this phone for almost a year and found no problem at all. The display, call quality, battery are all excellent. Software updation is a little bit slow but OK.

  • I've had this phone since November and I've had not one problem recently I got the pie update I did see the battery goes down faster than normal then another one I got the other day seemed to fix that, overall best phone I've ever had. Brilliant phone for £279.00!   • SD cards were useful when phones had 8Gb RAM memory. Now that phones have 128Gb memory that slow, old fashioned method of storage is obsolete. Every phone manufacturer is dropping SD cards because they are not fast enough to work with modern processors, you will just to join us in the modern world.

  • ehmm yess install emui 9....and test ok first try i felt back cover heat up and batteray drain fast maybe because first initializing emui 9 and i try many app also more heat up and faster drain batteray when using camera, temperature about 44-45 celcius (hot country with normal temperature 28-34). Quality camera improve also night shot in photo ai shot. I try removed back case and use camera until batteray remain 4% just shut down phone. Wait until cold maybe half hours and charged in off mode until 100% just in a hour and 20 minutes that fast. Ok just plug out charger and sleep. Next morning i open the phones and put on back case, everthing look normal..... start temperature 33-34....using camera maybe some heat up about 40-42 celcius. but batteray still ok not drain too fast like first try after initialization emui 9.0 Ehmm until everthing ok using camera half hour and stand by 3hours++ wifi on, wa, facebook, youtube baterray only drain 15%. i played honkai impact okay temperature about 40-42 celcius and batteray still ok. Fast fingerprint, smart unlock, improve camera, video not shake too much like before, front video also improve before but i don't eis like before event in 1080 30fps.

  • UK version - does 1080p and under. Extremely awesome, lovely, detailed camera quality. It runs just like any flagship phone for a midrange phone price. Really good battery life and it does really fast charging in about an hour it's 100% social media hardly effects the battery and I get 5-7 hours gaming time out of it little laggy around some games as I have just 4gb of ram. Also does have a very handy face unlock and a quick fingerprint scanner which is always nice. Still not received the android pie update yet... Running 8.1 Oreo. Got any questions just ask me :)

I have h10 and my wife has mate10 . both of them have the same processor and ram , so in term of functionality they are the same . the screen of h10 has brighter white color compared to mate 10 , but mate10 screen is bigger in size . battery-wise , mate10 has slightly better one but h10 isn't bad at all , in fact I'm able to take 6 hours of screen-on time while using WiFi and making calls and that's excellent. Lastly the camera, on paper mate10 has the better one, but in real-life use I could see no difference at all . they both have good cameras with average low light photos . In conclusion, it depends on your personal needs and taste .If you prefer bigger screen and faster fingerprint sensor , go for mate10 . If you prefer a pocket-frendly phone with better value for money then go for h10.

Then, it will be okay. 3) In any phone Front finger is not good as rear mounted finger scanner. 4) However, face unlock works well. 5) Phone has smart controller. You need to turn it on. So, when you take your phone screen will be turned on automatically and that will look for face and unlock it quickly. This phone looks good, compact, camera, display, performance, battery. Other option is go for one+6.

  • Yes, honor 8 recent update got night mode. Mi8 like does not have Premium Cam as honor 8. You can either go for Mi8 Pro or Mi Mix3, if you are really looking for better camera phone. Also, the Mi8 Lite does not have a premium looks as honor 10. So, I suggest you go for Mi8 Pro or Mi Mix3.

  • Finally decided fix the volume buttons at Huawei service center. It was done in a 1-2 days with no charges. Phone was still under warranty.

  • Guys why are you complaining about the fingerprint sensor, it's not so bad, yeah at the first time it never works but it's not a too big problem.   • I agree with you... The camera is not exceptional as they pretend it to be. Especially the camera of selfies. When taking a selfie with artificial light (in dark places) the face appears pale and the lips look like if I have a lipstick on them!!! It seems funny but it's annoying. Also when taking videos, the camera loses focus. What other phone will you buy instead of it?

  • I would not recommend buying this phone. At first I was a big fan of this device and I really wanted to buy it. My mi 5 got pretty old and I wanted a phone with a better camera. That being said I quickly decided that Honor 10 would be the best for me because of the good camera reviews and the really amazing design. Unfortunately, the camera is awful. The images come out really blurry and it is really hard to focus the photo. I cleaned the camera very carefully and I thought there might be a protective foil but there is none. I also tried different camera apps but that didn't help either. The camera isn't that bad but for me personally my old phone with single 16 MP len makes better pictures. If you are looking for a device with a good camera for the money Honor 10 is not for you.

Hence I got the View 10 Reasons for View 10 to be a better device: 1) Bigger screen size 2) Metal construction. Honor 10 is made of glass sandwich design with a metal frame. Glass is glass and glass breaks. Avoid the recent trend of glass sandwich designs at any cost if you want longevity in phone. 3) Bigger battery and better battery life. 4) Recent software updates in View 10 had squashed all the bugs that used to exist and improved the battery life significantly. My View 10 last for 2 days even under heavy usage. 5) Fingerprint scanner is significantly faster than the ultrasonic one in Honor 10. Their is no hit and miss issue, it just works blazing fast in View 10. 6) It is a better value for money device than Honor 10.

  • My opinion is that phone is 4 stars out of 5. It has lots of advantages for that price. Screen is great, speaker is good, sound in headphones is good too and loud enough, cameras aren't bad (though I don't like AI), performance is ok for modern phone, it has a long battery life, it's rather lightweight and compact for pocket... Fingerprint sensor (it's not a catastrophe, but...) and invisible notification led are basic drawbacks. Personally I don't like glassy back and lack of hardware buttons (for recent apps and back button). And basically these are all the drawbacks I figured out for 2 months. Well, there are a few trivial issues in software. What comes to sensor, let's wait for Android 9. I somewhat hope that such a button will make sense with new gesture interface (you can control by gestures already now, but again your gestures aren't always recognized). But back to the day I ordered this phone, OnePlus 5T/6 or even Honor 9 were (IMHO) a better choice. I wish you the best in your shopping.

  • My 2 months old honor 10 had a big issue with fingerprint. While using the phone, not even touching the screen sometimes, the phone react like I touched the fingerprint sensor and exit from any app I'm using to the home page. Other times using an app that use the fingerprint recognition to log in, it stop working and exit instead of logging in. Hard reset has not fixed the issue.

  • Well, unfortunately, even big companies release bad products. Otherwise we'd still live with Nokia, Blackberry, etc. Fingerprint on Honor 10 is bad, it is stupid to buy a flagship phone in 2018 and think how to put your finger on sensor (especially funny in the dark). And don't forget, this sensor is frequently irresposive (maybe when phone goes to doze, no idea). Phone isn't bad, however, fingerprint sensor is fail.

  • The fingerprint takes some time to get used to. If it would be as bad as some people say, would Huawei (big company) really release this device you think? I admit, sometimes I still need to press it a few times but usually it works on the first or second go. In the beginning I had more problems with it. Just gotta be precise with how you lay your finger on it and you have to hold it a little longer than most other recent fingerprint readers of today. Fingerprint reader shouldnt stop you from buying this phone if its otherwise the best option out there for you. This phone is great...   • Bought this last week. The AI camera works wonders. The camera gives very good low light photos when I'm in Night Mode and even on normal,the photos I'm taking are w/ AI and none so thats great if I want a non AI enhanced photo, it is even better than my eye at night cuz of the very good night photos I'm getting. Love it, the details of the 24megapixel camera when on monochrome is astounding. I'm using it when taking photos of presentation just to get a clear text even from a far. THe 16 megapixel rgb sensor is great anyhow. If I may recommend, I hope they enable the AI capability of their camera when capturing videos too since the photos quality im getting is great anyway for my taste. The performance is the best I've get so far on a smartphone for a Php 24,000 phone. I almost bought a Samsung Galaxy A6+, good thing I looked at the benchmarks and reviews. Very responsive phone. I would have bought the A6 only due to the AMOLED display, but then this phones brightness and IPS display is great alright, better yet than my gaming laptops IPS screen if I may say, Prolly due to the 450+ nits brightness of the phone. I hope it would last to the least for a temporary phone cuz I'm planning to get a Note 10 next year. But should it disappoint me, this phone would definitely be a go to for me as a permanent phone. Best I've had so far, I and my family usually buys samsung branded phones. So it's a first that I bought this Honor/Huawei device purposedly. And for a first impression, it doesn't disappoint, best bung for the buck, :D

I am on the July security patch. 4/ Yes it does, its almost immediate, when you open the camera and take 3 photos you feel the heat.   • What are you views on the new GPU and AIS update. I tried a few "nights shots" in dark areas with minimal light and i wasnt really impressed. It took better photo's on the normal camera mode with the flash turned off. The GPU setting works well no lag in any games that i tried even on asphalt 9.

  • Honor 10 camera is worse than P20. The dynamic range is much lower. In daylight, photos tend to be overexposed and oversaturated (much details is lost). Night shots are even worse (noisy images with almost no details). But for quick snapshots it's acceptable. Would recommend P20 for the camera though.

  • Honor 10 has a much lower SAR than the Nokia 7 plus. The honor 10 is lighter and more compact. The Honor 10's EMUI software has many nice features, and the camera's are really good. Honor 10's EMUI is much better than "pure android" like Nokia imo. It has it's own Gallery and Calendar app - on Nokia's pure android, you're stuck with google's apps for that.

Phones with a battery you cant replace shouldnt be used to play games unless you dont care about frying your battery in a year. if you wanna enjoy long battery life use 1.5A charger, charge in bursts of 30% and then wait half an hour, dont charge over 85% and if possible lay the screen on a cold floor while charging this helps to cool it down especially at 3A charging.

  • This phone has got pretty good rom support for lineage OS already which is supported for far longer than the official updates. Iphone isnt worth the money just for its updates because you pay double for a phone whose hardware will age twice as long before u buy a new phone (think speed and battery are most vulnerable) and the Chance of breking ur phone in double tbe amount of time is twice as likely. the only reasonable option is to buy a phone with food price quality like this phone.

  • Most phone companies guarantee 1 to 2 years of android updates (this means getting android O, P, Q, R, etc.) plus 1-2 years of security updates. If you want to have updates longer than 2 years simply get an iPhone. That is the sad truth with android tbh.

Lack of Microsd can be compensated by plugging an OTG usb type-c adapter into any usb stick in time of need. If you can afford it buy this one, it is worth the extra 100 euros. Cheaper phonez will have Cheaper screens etc. The blacks in the honor 10 are almost as dark as amoled

But thats all is fine because it has supercharge which help so much..full charge 1 hour and 20 minutes.. If you want to go for more than 10 hours, you should search for phone that has 4000 mah.. What you're paying for is that You get awesome aurora glass back design, performance, great camera, great full screen display, features like face unlock, even the ultra sonic Fingerprint works extremely well too. If you have more budget then s8 is the way to go. Probably for better built quality. All in all still depends on personal preference and you should really try it out the honor 10 at the shop nearby to get the hands on experience of the device. Trust me, its definitely worth the money

  • I just found out that both SIMs in this phone work as 4G at the same time. Unlike other dual SIM phones, only one SIM can works as 4G and the second will be on 2G or 3G only.

  • I admit it takes some times to register but it's definitely NOT a deal breaker. All you need to do is just do a little tricks while register for the fingerprint sensor, once it's done, it works blazingly fast without ANY ISSUE AT ALL! Besides, you can always opt for the facial recognition feature in this phone too, which also works extremely well. Am Not a fanboy of Honor 10, just stating out the truth and what I've experienced so far with this phone. Great display, extremely fast navigation between the UI, awesomely features packed camera and so on. The downside however, I hope there's stereo speakers in this phone as the built in speakers is just average.

  • It has the crappiest fingerprint sensor there has ever been. How did they even release the phone with it is a mystery. It takes at least 5 minutes to register a single finger - only one of maybe 10 attempts registers as a valid finger. And then it doesn't recognize the finger anyway when you try to unlock the phone. If you plan to use the fingerprint sensor - chose another phone.

  • There are OTG usb adaptor is designed for cloning mobiles by taking out data from the other mobile, even across OS. Better keep the data in the cloud. I don't think we can carry 100s of GB data everywhere all the time.

  • I don't think that's true , I've used the phone's fingerprint scanner and it's quite snappy , I did have problems trying to register my fingerprint as the scanner was really small but otherwise there was no problems.

  • The fingerprint scanner on the Honor 10 is a disaster. Coming from an Honor 9 and having used the P20 for a while, the Honor 10 scanner is virtually unusable. Not only is it slow, it often can't even scan properly and it takes multiple presses on the sensor before you get a successful scan. Even after the software update it's still bad. I'm returning the phone, too bad because otherwise it is really nice.

  • I'd prefer to keep photos and personal information on SD card, where applications allow that. And it's not true that both will be destroyed. In fact SD cards are very durable, and often recoverable even after days at seawater. As for internal memory - it's a very different case. Any contact with water - and it's gone. Recovery is super expensive - first you need to buy identical device, then memory chips need to be re-soldered, and even then chances of success are slim. I have already experienced this with Samsung Active after going on kayaking trip (suposedly waterproof but apparently not to sea water), so lesson learned here. Phone was irrepairable by the way, and SD card was totally fine.

  • If u throw ur phone into sea either both will be destroyed or u will be able to recover data from both. Also if u r saying that u will recover from sdcard then it isn't necessary that all of ur data will only be on SD card

  • Not sure about this upgrade. First, 5.84" is too big. Second, the lack of microSD is a major letdown! This was Huawei's selling point over iPhones, next to price of course. Anyone who has dropped the phone in the sea would know you only recover stuff from the SD card and not the phone. At 128GB - that's a lot at risk. I am with Honor 8, but Honor 9 looks more like an upgrade to me than 10 because of this.

  • Definitely the first choice in this price range. I am using the Honor 8 and I am satisfied with the phone overall. The camera is very good (for photos, not videos), it is very versatile and the quality is the best in the price range. I guess it is the same for the Honor 10, plus the camera could have only improved in these 2 years. Just make sure you spend a bit extra on at least a small tripod so you can get the best out of it. You will not regret your choice, I am sure :)

  • The honor 8 is much better. The cpu is as fast as this one, A73 is slower but more efficient. It has laser focus, fingerprint-sensor at the back which double as a convenient quick button. And IMHO it looks much better.

  • Oh course, it is essential in current high-end flagships. Once u have eMMC 5.1 in a high-end flagship in 2018, u are out of the game, bye bye. Because UFS storage is purely superior to eMMC storage; a constant read and write speeds of ~800MB/s and ~150MB/s respectively for the UFS 2.1, as compared to ~300MB/s and ~100MB/s respectively for eMMC 5.1 storage. Of course, advantages would be better performance, for example better load times most noticeably on games, reading the game's data to help it render faster. Games like PUBG currently require a lot of horsepower to play the game, eMMC 5.1 is still playable, but it stutters because it ain't able to read as fast as the UFS 2.1 storage found on eg. GALAXY S9

  • This is going to be my next phone, should be for an ideal price and when I saw and used my mates P20, I preferred the notch giving the extra space when compared to hiding the notch. Plus the rumoured price of around £400 would be exquisite.

  • NOOB KILLERxD you wrong, same kirin 970 in the P20 as well the reason is: - might not using the same premium materials ( in this case neither the P20 using premium material as no Gorilla Glass protection ) - different quality of RAM/ROM ( not as fast as the premium category ) - No Leica branding - might have different LCD panels which not as bright or not as colorful like the top of the line phones because of these cost the phone cost $200 - $300 less.

  • Ok I've used the phone for a few days now and I can now report that the battery life is not great, its not bad but not great. watching youtube on wifi would keep the phone running for around 4 to 5 hours. you will definitely need to charge the phone before the day is over. If you are however a moderate user you wont have any issues running the phone until the day ends.

  • Definitely UFS but that would work just as horrible as eMMC. The honor View 10 proved it. It can't even play a 4k video for 20sec without strucks. It is again an UFS with about 900Mb/s read and 300MB/s write speeds. I dont understand where honor has created this issue in the software

  • Nowadays I don't buy phones that it's battery life endurance is below 80h. I have always being looking for good phones with great batteries of 82h - 120h of battery endurance. Xiomi is now giving us great batteries. Most of their phones go beyond 85h of endurance.

  • Funny how a lot of people post opinions based on images and specs with out actually seeing and trying the device. I have the phone and based on my usage I can tell you a few things. 1) The screen is actually quite good however as is the case with lcd panels blacks are not truly black. there is a setting to hide the notch in the setting and it works quite well. 2) The The speaker is loud and is dual firing from the bottom and the ear piece, however it lacks some bass. 3) The headset port is very good, my headphones are loud and using the settings in the music app you can change the sound signature. 4) There is an IR blaster and it is so nice to have. 5) The camera is not bad, for the price it gives good pictures in daytime and night time as well. The front camera isn't as good though, it tends to over expose everything. Having tried the oppo r15, vivo x21, and the xiaomi mix2s , I believe that it was an intentional decision to do so because all the phones exhibit the same characteristics. 6) Speed: the phone is mighty fast and I don't need to run any benchmarks. If taobao runs fast then the processor is good, and it does. 7) Battery life. I cant comment on that because I haven't had the phone long enough. The charging time is amazing though. An hour is enough to charge the phone to almost 100%. If you guys have any questions let me know. I hope that helps a little

Because when you play a video that is in 16/9 (most video content available today) the screen will leave blank bars on the sides and only the 16/9 portion of the screen will display something. A 5.7 inch 18/9 = 5.3 inch in videos and some games. A 6 inch 18/9 = 5.5 inch in videos and some games.

  • Well every year 500 new phones are out or maybe more and all are alike. Nothing new. All are touch phones with mediocre camera compared to real cameras from Cannon or Nikon. All have simmilar specs varied from budget, low average, high average and flagship. But there is nothing trully new. Where is the problem? Its like to sell a cake with colloured sugar, with walnuts, with chocolate chunks, different dip or fruit on top but it still a cake. No sign of something really unique and remarkable. Something which noone have and it never will be.
