I bought LAVA Iris X9. Some days after It was restarted automatically few times a day. I dont know why it was. I contact the customer care, they formatted and reinstalled OS and it will ok for few days. Then the same problem. They said, it may be the unwanted apps problem. Then I remove all the apps, Used only essential apps. After that the same, but the restarting level increases to 50-100 times a day. They said it would be ready only at the company, sent by courier, Customer care, take my mobile for a month and said the mother board replaced, now it was ok. But, for a month it was ok. But now, again the same problem. Now they said the warranty period closed. Now you want to pay for any service. It may cost 4000 to 5000 Rupees. They again said, it may be mother board problem. I doubted Already, they replaced the board or not, if yes, then why problem came again. I think, may be they replaced the used one. I can’t use this mobile in good condition even a day, I very much feel why I bought this mobile. I definitely recommend the customers, Please don’t think to buy LAVA products. So much of us having problem by this product. Is they (LAVA) ready for replace my mobile without any condition, If their product is good one. ??????? Amazing Services LOL... Got a call from support team after putting notes on some social websites. They never called me up for the same till the date I'm facing issue on Lava Pro 30 PLUS.. Now it doesn't matter... they don't bother about it.. Lava is a company with shit services and they don't care about customer or company goodwill.... etc .. I called the Lava customer care & have installed quick heal security on my phone as per their advice. Post which reboot problem for last 2 hours hasn't occurred. From my past experience, it seems to be resolved.

Hi All, I have purchased lava iris pro30+ in november 2014. It was performing very awesome in the starting with no hanging problem at all. I was playing Ashpalt 8 Airborne in it and it was running smooth without any hanging problem. The only problem i have faced since the day 1 was its GPS was not working properly, I was unable to track myself on the navigation. I went to service centre for the same problem they have formatted the phone and after that also I am facing the same problem. Now, one more problem arises in the phone that it restarts automatically. I would request LAVA to resolve the same if possible or they will loose the customers trust. They are doing good in the market no doubt, but this creates chaos. Regards, Parag

Hi all and dear Lava Team, I've purchased a Lava Pro 30 Plus on 29 November 2014 and now today is 11 Jan,2015. The phone have auto on-off issue and from 4 December to till now I've visited Lava Store 'N' numbers of time and it's still with you guys and the issue is not resolved.. Tried my best with my best patience and no any response from your end. Always get to know that it's a known issue(your lava support guys confirmed it to me)and we'll update your phone and it will be fixed, they update it various time and now they've taken it for a repair. I don't know as it's a new phone so hwy there is a repair for it. Why don't you change it. If it's not sorted then please refund the amount. If that's not possible then keep it with you. I request you all to please do not purchase any lava phone, even now I'll start suggesting other people too.. Now I'll help other people to not to stuck their hard earned money in this crap.... Battery is good. turn on battery saver software built into this mobile. also set mobile screen dispaly to midway and turn the auto brightness to Auto. Also make sure that you kill apps everytime you cease using the phone or keep it on idle. Battery works a day. These options to save battery is used on all android phones to give you better battery backup. Hope this helps....

most probable reason for reboot: as per forums solution. if any heavy grapic game is left to work in the background, the mobile would reboot. kill the apps as soon as you are done with it. to kill app, from the main screen hold down the home button and the apps running in the background would show up, slide sideways to kill them. this should do the trick. Hope this helps...

The Lava Pro 30+ has a 312 PPI, actually on CPU Z it shows as 320 PPI. and has a OGS IPS display which is definitely legible with great viewing angles under daylight/sunlight too, with distinct and vivid colors.

lava is not a big brand if you compare it with micromax, micromax is much better. lava service is not very nice.

Kit kat would lock up your mobile entirely. its best on Jelly Bean as it is now. the mobile is a good one, touch is nice and smooth, mobile is guite responsive. and works fine. played games, Asphalt 8 works only on low graphics. camera is nice. low light pics are great. battery lasts for over a day and speakers are quite loud. the earphones supplied are horrible, i use my apple 5 earphones which sound great though. there is a notification lite present. just above the sensors. front camera is clear and good for selfies. If i missed something let me know. I purchased this phone yesterday and it is a good piece. I am a iPhone user. hence i compare all phones with an iPhone. sorry but we do compare others or other things from our own personal experiences,,,dont we????

Review of Ganapathy is spot on. Perfect. I am also using Lava Iris 30+. No, there is no restarting problem.At least I am not facing any. Internet seem faster than my S4 . I am using UC Browser in both.You may feel available phone storage is 7.86 gb as indicated at the top in Phone Storage but at the bottom there is also 5.35 gb available for media files. That makes it approx 13.21 gb free phone storage available for the user. I had it clarified from Lavacare.

I am also using Lava Pro 30+ for the past few weeks. Surprisingly the internet is very fast having only 1 gb RAM. Google Play Store Apps are downloaded in jiffy. Camera is tricky for the novice. In camera setting change the sharpness to"high". "Off" the zero shutter option.Hold steady when you click. Pics will be at par with those of S4( which I also use)if not better.18 MP is also indicated in the camera setting but I use only 13 MP option. Very light but slippery. Take care.Use the flipcover provided.

I bought this phone. It is really good. Camera- it is specified 13mp, but it has a resolution of 18mp also.Good clarity. Auto focus is there. Good sound clarity, HD video is also really good to see. Other things I got with this phone are- Earphone,16gb card and adpater,usb cable, flip cover and screen shield. Flip cover is of very good quality, with a stand(push button). Earphone is similar to that of Apple's earphone. Above all, the phone is very light weight. I liked this phone very much.

Lava iris pro 30plus is affordable and the specifications are more than sufficient. I have bought this phone one week before. Its processing is fast. Camera quality is not as good as it should be, on the other hand 16gb RoM is what we required these days. Its a very light and compact phone with good looks and better resolution.
