I have had that phone for 3 years, it has been used for 2 years, simply because I got a new phone. When my new phone broke it still worked. No bluetooth or infrared, or mp3 player, no vdeio or anything really. It is a good phone and the camera is OK. I can still use it, the battery isn't as good as it was but it can last quite some time.

My C3320 phone recently died one morning and unfortunately so did all my contacts symbolically speaking of course. Only had a 2 year run with it. It will boot up but only if I don't put the sim card in it. If I put the sim card in it then it wont boot up - just hangs. Question: is there a way that I can transfer my contacts onto my new LG KP202 moble phone? I can't obviously copy to my sim which incidentally works fine on the new phone. I can't get beyond the "insert sim" so as to do anything else. Is there an alternative way? Thank you.

ive got this phone i thinks its great for pictures well a phone that can hold 900 is brill and its bin great for me and the batt lasts for ages try taking vibrate off you num skull lol it will drain this phones batt because its stronger than others.

This is the worst phone i have ever owned. The battery life is horrible and lasts barely ten minutes of calls. I advise anyone who is looking at this phone too look somewhere else.

CHANGING FROM DIGITAL TO ANALOGUE I have had no problems with this phone, except being able to switch the display from digital to analogue. Someone posted how to do it - menu then option 7-3-1-1-2, however when I get to the last window (main lcd) there is no number 2 option. Does anyone know how to do it please?

I've had my LG C3320 for about a year now n I've never had ne probs with it. The only let down is that a lot of download service providers don't recognise the model so I can't get certain ringtones, definately can't get games or preview pics...then again it could just be that I'm with Vodafone. Does anyone else have these probs?

I have noticed that if you have the "Flip Open" to answer selected the call terminates. I had to change to "Press any Key" to answer and keep the call connected. I plan to take it back for a refund or a replacement. Here is Germany you get an automatic 2 year warranty on all electrical products.

The battery only seems to last about a day, with hardly any use. And when i use it the battery goes down, but then i open it back up it 20 seconds, and the battery is full again. SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLANE

Had it for three months then the screen started blacking out and eventually doesn't work at all it just appears dark blue/black. The phone does not charge properly anymore and only turns on 50% of the time. The worst phone i have ever bought, i have never had any problems with a mobile before now. I tried to return the phone but they would not replace it and it was beyond repair.

I've had this phone for about 5 months & I havta say it ain't my cuppa tea, I've had problems from day 1, it turns itself off when you close the flip too fast, can't send or receive mms, i tried the changing the clock to analogue, won't do it, can't read the screen in bright daylight, I left Nokia for LG and I'm regretting it & am now going back. USB's can be brought from ebay or go to wowlg.com.au and you can find out who distributes them in your area, driver's for USB's etc are downloadable from wowlg.com.au.

LG told me that a cable would let me upload photos and sms's to my PC. Ordered the cable and finally found the software on the UK website (Aust one is really bad). So i can now upload my photos one at a time (!!!) at a rate of about 1K/second (!!!). but there's no function to get text msgs from the phone! can anyone help?

I have finally came to one conclusion, the analog clock on the box and front cover is purely false advertizing on the part of LG Electronics. There are no setting to change this display. Does anyone know how to contact LG Electronics about this phone?

Find the ring tone u want and write down it's ID code. then using the WAP service on the phone, go to www.ringtonenation.com/wap and download the ringtone by entering it's ID code. i've downloaded about 15 so far and all of them have worked on this phone.

i've had this phone for at least 2 months. it's a good phone, however im finding it hard to find the USB cable for it. to sarah who asked if you can take a picture with the phone closed. yes you can, you got to hold the little camera button at the side of the phone for a while before the screen changes, and then you click on it again when you want to snap a shot =)

Re: phone book pics... when you are in camera mode, scroll across the top of the screen. You will see the pic size (eg. 320x240). Press down or up key to change size. You'll see a red square. Take photo within this square and it'll auto save as phone book pic.

And good luck trying to get any sort of help from LG they have the worst customer service, they would rather abuse a customer than try and help them, i have never been more disgusted in product and its manufacturerer before. The 10/10 thing about my C3320 is u can take ur foto in the sub LCD, the small Black and White screen! Just hold the little button on the right when ur fone is closed, press it until the camera is focused and press the same little button again, only press it once and VOILA!! Ur picture is saved in the ALBUM area of the fone. I like playing around with da B and W camera, looks awesome!!! Pretend its a camera on a Nokia 8310!!!

hey! i've had this phone for nilly a month and i found it really hard to figure it out! to get a picture near the name wen they call, you take a picture in the mode 48 x 48 and save it.. then you go to the name u want to add the picture, edit, then keep pressing down till you get to "picture" it's after character. hey if someone send me a picture msg, why can't i see it?

How do you change your ringtone on this phone? I downloaded a ringtone using WAP, went to my profile and activated my settings there with my new ringtone but for some odd reason my ringtone always stays on the same rubbish Alarm sounding tone. This phone is a good phone, brilliant camera, good sounding tones, poly's and truetones, easy to use once you figure it out, spend half an hour or so playing around with it as the only thing wrong is the manual that comes with it. Its not very clear. On the camera setting there is a bar that you can scroll across on the top of the screen, just at the side of the basic is a button which gives you settings for pic sizes, use the 46 by 46 for the phonebook pics, they save automatic into the phonebook. Spend some time getting to know your new phone, its a beauty.

i have dis fone its alright it doesnt have loudspeaker it can hold real tones and screen savers if u use the camera dont zoom rite in its not really dat clear make sure u check ur settings if the lcd contrast is on less then 80% it really effects the whole fone the colour should stay on 80% for clear photo's i think its a good fone

In design it is a COMPLETE rippoff of the Samsung e330. which in comparison is a fairly good cellphone/mobilephone. the operating system, like all operating systems these days, is inspired by the OS of the Sony Ericson phones. SE is able to pull it off. LG is not. it is non-logical, confusing, bad taste layout and looks like something I could have done myself when bored in the restroom. e-mail me if any specifics about this phone.

Jordan: I already answered that question -- The screen on the outside is monochrome. If you buy a cable then of course you can transfer pics to your computer and vice versa by going to th LG site and downloading a package

The way you take pictures for your phonebook is to take a photo with the size: 48x48. Then you can assign the picture to a contact. Does anyone know if it's possible to connect the phone to a computer to transfer photos? How is this done?

Hi all, I recently bought this phone here in Sydney, Australia. Very cool phone: its light at only 90g, the screen is excellent at 65k colours and the volume of tones and earpiece is good too. Only issues are the camera doesnt seem to be the best quality and a lack of included wallpapers & tones. Otherwise awesome phone, $AU249 on vodafone prepaid.
