My LG Spirit (3G) is 3.5 years old. The screen is finally shattered after two falls from 2 meters. The battery holds around 50% of its original charge (charging at least once everyday, that's 1200 cycles) and is now starting to bulge. The phone is completely worn out. But somehow it still works. I regret updating it to Marshmallow because I lost root and can't do the proper clean up that it needs. I'm having a hard time throwing this away and buying a new one.

After two years usage it worked fine, but battery is very bad. It took long to load and then it was draining all this time, I needed to load it again over 1 time a day. I now have Xiaomi, no this problems, and someone buyed this LG phone for 25 euros next to my home door. So glad it sold out, I will not get LG phone because of default battery.

Bad phone, I had it at a time of release for about a year. GPS never worked, battery is BAD. I mean it is. It barely holds a day as new and when after year it is unusable. You can go work and back with a battery about to die. Worst thing about this phone, is that one of my family member is still using it, and battery is almost dead... but you can't find a replacement battery!!! Phone is okey for person.

I can't understand why people don't like this thing. It's compact, it has a cute size and design with a slightly curved screen and does what you would normally expect a phone of this price range to do. The lag many people experience is probably because the phones they've bought were second hand and they didn't even know it or because they've bloated them with "Candy Crush" style crap. I haven't experienced any annoying lag other than one or two times were I have left a couple of apps opened and tried to move too quickly through the menus. I really don't get what people are thinking sometimes...

That model has a known GPS problem. As far as I have read it's a compatibility issue and it's seen only in some parts of the world, Europe for instance. So it's not exactly a hardware fault. What I experienced was that the GPS was connecting to the satelites quite slow, taking about 5 minutes or sometimes more and even when connected it had very poor and buggy signal. There are various fixes in internet and some of them helped me. Now my phone connects to the satelites in 5-10 seconds and it's more accurate and in general it's usable. I'll share it with you what I have done to "heal" the GPS Location capabilities. 1: Enable the GPS and the Mobile Internet and download the application "GPS Fix" . Open it and click on the "Fix GPS" button, then wait a bit. It'll silently download a file with the latest locations of the satelites. This will help the phone to locate the satelites easier. This you will have to do only once, or at least once in a while, a month or so. 2: Download another application. It's called MTK Engineering Mode. Once you open it go to MTK Settings. Slide right until you see the "Location" tab. Go to "YGPS". Then go to "Information" tab, select the following options in that pattern : HOT-FULL-AGPS RESTART. Then go to the first tab "SATELITES" and you'll see the Satelites popping up one by one, meaning that it was connecting to them. Once it finds 4-5 satelites the GPS is good to go. Do not close this app. Just minimize it and open the Navigate app that you're using. For me this helped a lot. I was testing it for a few days. The first day it wasn't that quick, but the next days it started to connect quite fast, as I said within 5-10 seconds and it was more accurate, enough to bring you to the destination. The first step you'll have to do only once, or once per some period of time, a month or few months, just to download the file with the latest satelities location. As for the second step now, a week after I applied this fix I have to only start MTK Engineering moded application, to go to Location-YGPS and just wait for the satelites to pop up and appear. Once you see 4-5 connected just minimize the app and open the navigation app. Something else that I did was tightening up a few bolts on the bottom of the phone (on its back) . Just read that somewhere. Don't know if that helped. Overall LG H420 is okay for its price. It has a good design, if you tweak it up a bit it'll be fast enough, the camera is ok during the day, the call quality and sound are good, the storage space is not a lot but if you manage it well you'll be fine.

GPS not working at all. I mean, localization by "only GPS" mode. It's a defect come from factory. Thousands of online videos explain how to fix it by raising some contacts in the circuitry for a better contact with the antenna metal strips, doesn't work in most cases. I still use my old little Samsung Pocket Neo successfully as a GPS in my car; I stopped using it as a cell phone because it's display is way too small for my old eyesight, thus I bought this LG but wish to set it on fire.

I don't know what people are crying about here. This phone is over 2 years old and it was pretty good and very competitive in 2015 when it comes to the same price segment, and it still can be good if you get kernel adiutor, root your phone and tweak it a little bit. The default configuration (afair it was ondemand scheduler) is quite bad. Switch the scheduler to "interactive", tweak it and you will be fine, even in 2017.

LG Spirit 4g H440N - tl;dr/ratings at bottom Background, I had this phone for 6-12 months, quite enjoyed it at a price of $150 AUD. Really good battery life, charge it the night before and it lasts the whole working day and still has 40% c. by the time I plug it in at night. Adaptive brightness due to phone temp is a little bit annoying, but only in direct sunlight. Not great for outside use, screen is hardly bright enough at 100% - difficult to see. Indoors, no issues. Looks clean, good quality screen and decent damage/drop resistance. Doesn't seem to scratch (I haven't managed to) but I had never found a case for it and it is vulnerable to smashing from the corner. Had very good reception, good data speeds (4g network, 40down, ~6 up) and call quality is good but not perfect. Speaker is loud but as with most small speakers, gets crackly at higher volume. No equalizer settings or useful software tools, stock standard apps are somewhat intrusive, had problems disabling notifications, if your phone has an issue and wants to update, no way to ignore that. As with recent LG's, knock code is very useful. Doesn't work if you cover the front facing camera or at a perfectly level angle to the ground. Has to be tilted with light on the camera. Rear button is laggy and slow to respond. Like a lot of phones, sucks with auto rotation, nothing special, slow to change. Inside case Micro SD, Micro Sim, Phone storage onboard is not great. Not good for very many user installed apps as a large chunk goes to factory installed applications. All in all, decent phone but lacking in power. Camera could be better but is still decent for a snap. Front facing camera sucks, phone lags and heats up (doesnt overheat just limits brightness - no fix) when playing 720p video of any codec. Reason for upgrade: Limit repairability, access to spare parts in Australia and not able to find somebody to repair the screen after Cat dropped the base (corner smash, chips fall out). No problems with screen after crack, 3 months later, screen assembly (meaning got no clue what part, neither does LG) has decided to stop accepting touch alltogether on lock-screen, unlocked, factory reset etc. But (here's the catch) responds flawlessly to knock code to unlock (but not relock) screen. Basically, screwed if the screen is turned on. Planning to get: Sony Xperia XA 4G Would I recommend this phone: Yes to an extent. If it's < $150AUD and if you can find a case. NO, if there are more suitable options. Construction: 8/10. Solid but weak to corner cracks, glass does not stay in place well when smashed. Software: 5/10. Comes with MS Office equivalent for free, others are useless and take a decent hike of space up. Hardware: 6/10. Decent screen, underpowered processor, GPU esp. but still good battery life. No bragging rights there. Connectivity: 8/10. No problems here, actually one of the better phones (had a long list of Samsung, Oppo, MI-, Sony and other LG's). Spare parts/To fix: $40 for screen, LG has one source company for replacement screen. Screwed if you need the whole screen assembly. If it's broke - BUY a new phone. All up: 6/10. Decent; works. No bragging rights.

Well, I'm not sure if Marshmallow was ever released for variant that runs on Mediatek chipset. I own this phone with Snapdragon processor and I received it long time ago. Only thing you can try is connecting your phone with PC and try to search for an software update over LG tool.

Well, I used this phone for like year and a half, till today when I got Galaxy J7 2016. Spirit was a decent phone, but I needed something with bigger internal memory, screen and a bit of more RAM. And in the last time, it started overheating like crazy, after watching like two or three youtube videos, CPU temperature used to go up, and accoring to Clean Master it was around 50-60. But if you are on a budget and just need few light apps, I can still recommend this phone, because nice thing about it is that it still gets updates (I got some update, which was around 300mb last week), and if you like compact phones I guess it's one of the better available right now.

I got this phone over a year ago in September and it performed beautifully for over a year. Camera was used to take photos of notes, be it paper or powerpoint, music sound is excellent and the phone itself is amazingly easy to navigate. You can hide icons you don´t want displayed in the menu, which I love since I hate clutter of things I don´t use. Battery lasts a long time, though I charge it often because of my love for music. BUT! What convinces me that this is an amazing and durable phone is the fact that about three weeks ago mine accidentally took a little dive into the toilet (flushed) and soaked there for an hour with only a plastic protector. An hour in the water. Panic and all that, and for a while I thought it was lost. After drying (hairdryer from a distance), shaking and waiting, it turned on. Everything worked, but the backlight. So I could not see the screen, but music, photos, connecting to my laptop, taking photos and calls and everything worked. Why the past tense? Because a week ago while blindly trying to change music it blinked to life. Ladies and gentlemen, the screen is glowing again! The only damage are a few lighter dots at the very bottom. An hour-long soak and my LG Spirit works as perfectly as before! If you want a quality phone that endures water, falls (yep, took a couple of those), being slept on and carried in a bag, but for a small price, go with this one. Plus you can get a ton of nice-looking soft/hard/flip covers for under two dollars, too!

@Snail - are you sure it is not you who doesn't know how to tweak the phone and thus unleash its actually great potential? Dig around in XDA and you might discover that for its price tag it is actually a really good phone. Yes, I know it has issues such as some problems with the GPS, but that can be easily worked around. But as to it's performance ... tweak it with a few wise tools, which you can use only after you root it (I hope you know what that means) and then see and feel the difference. And yeah, stop using $hitty apps. That might make whatever phone you're using perform much better and will definitely give you more bang for your buck.

Had it for year and three months... Now I am done with this. Its a too slow sometimes to open main page after you quit app. Also the GPS never works. The navigation app tells GPS not found all the time. It's useless. I know two familiars with same model and indeed they have bad GPS too, never works. No way to play Pokemon Go due to lack of GPS. Is GPS even installed here??? It never find a GPS signal. My operator pays 37 € for this piece if I return it for new model and I am going for Galaxy J5 2016. Hope it is better.

Try EPO Tools free, if you have Spirit model H420 (with Mediatek, not Qualcomm Snapdragon) the app fix the GPS Mediatek problem, in add someone I use GPS Connected, fix very well, whenever now my GPS fix about 30 sec. and the navigation is good.

I got my LG Spirit a year ago (July 2015) after I have had it for two days it gave problems, so I send it back, after a year of a lot of truble with the phone the processor packed up. The reviews and specs of the LG Spirit says alot more than what they actually give you.

Front cam not that gud.it may some time reboot automatically . cheap phone. Sleek and light weight. Battery is exceptionally good. Lasts for more than a day.

Hello ! I had phones with snapdragon 410, for example Ace 4 style LTE. It used to get warm-hot when i was using mobile data for a longer period and browsing. If i only let the data on without any browsing it's ok. I had some problems with wi-fi and data. It needed a recalibration for wi-fi and data. You can find more information about snapdragon 410 on the internet. I read a comment on gsmarena that this processor has some heating and wi-fi problems.

1- I bought it 5 months after it hit the market, that's why the price. 2- I've seen better gps signals in cheaper phones. 3- 3x main boards replacements, the same horrible gps signal. It simply does not work most of the times, this leads me to think it's a design/quality built problem, which is worse for LG reputation. 4-Now I have got a Moto G 3rd (2015) for the same price, 200€, and it has got the best gps signal I have ever seen in a smartphone. Always locks under 4 seconds. It works even indoors. And the error margin is always around 3/4 meters (10, 14 feet).

Most terrible phone ever made. Can't switch apps all from internal storage to SD card. As a result, my phone lags coz the internal memory is low yet i have 13GB free on my microSD. I prefer my NOKIA 5210 over this phone. Atleast that one didnt overheat and randomly freeze when I needed it the most. Screw you LG and SAMSUNG (separate story). Well, i updated phone to 6.0. It's really fast and responsive. Camera and battery life are improved. But i face some problems with fb messenger. When i open a chat head, and close it, the whole ui start lagging for about 4-5 seconds. And when i am writing message in chat head, keyboard is a bit slower. So, is there any solution? Or it is problem with messenger? And yeah, one more question. My ram is always about 90% used. Is that ok? Ty for answers.

Well, I'm using it for almost a year now, and you can play most of the games on it. But, only problem I find with it is low memory. Of that 8GB built it, only like 4GB is available, but I got myself 32GB MicroSD card, so, I solved my problem with that. About battery life, I usually charge it every night (around 20-30% left), but keep in mind that I sometimes watch a lot of youtube videos and stuff. But, with casual usage you can easily get two days out of it. And it does not heat too much, only gets warmer if you play some games and watch a lot of videos and stuff, like every other smartphone. I would say it's very good phone for the price and now it's even faster with the Marshamallow on it. So yeah, in my opinion it's decent device.

I just installed official 6.0 here in Croatia. Device kinda feels faster than before, and there's some new stuff too. I kinda felt that 6.0 will never arrive on this device, but it arrived and I'm glad it did. So far it works good, and I can totally recommend upgrading.

Got this about a week ago, and I'm very surprised by it so far. Coming from an xperia z1 (fell down some stairs and it died) it hasn't let me down. For the money it has a good display, the camera is good, the sound is good, both with regards to making calls and listening to music and podcasts, the radio is decent too. Battery life is fine but not great, it will last me a day if I'm not using Wi-Fi too much in daylight with screen on full brightness.. I have come to really appreciate the tap-to-wakeup screen function, it actually makes it much easier to use, as the power button is on the back. It gets a minus point for the flash, as even in manual-on setting, it will not fire the flash unless its dark. Over all it's a lot of phone for the money, the 4g isfast as is the Wi-Fi, and general use is fast and seamless. Haven't tried games on it yet, but I imagine most games will run smoothly. Absolutely worth the money :-)

theres no way to fix it. 4.4gb data is for operating system files and for upcoming android 6.0 system files. it is a reserved data. but lg spirit supports samsung 128gb microSD cards. dont buy sandisk 128gb card, it doesnt work in this phone.

Have had and used this phone for 6 months now and can say that it simply sucks. Gps unusable,slow,apps that works good on other phones,viber as an example,is almost unusable and crashes alot and i think a big part of the problem is this phones gallery app. Sometimes when recieving a call and picking this phone out of my pocket there is no answering button displayed and the call can not be answered or dismissed. And now lately,without obvious reason it has started to like electricity and sucks the battery dry in 15 hours just by laying on the table. At the same time it has started to hate my SD card saying that its something wrong with it and refusing to start the apps i have moved to it,but then after a restart it heals the card magically and everything is fine for a while again. And now these last few days it has started to hate its own camera to that point that it refuses to start and even denies that it haves one. These problems get worse with every software update LG sends to it and they clearly wants me to dump this phone and get a new one,but sadly for them my next phone will not have their logo printed on it.

I got this phone for three months and I never forgot that this phone costs less than 200 usd. Bringing this in mind I can forgive the 8 gb of rom and even the 1gb of ram, that is the biggest performance shortcoming on this phone. The reason why there are many people complaining about lag and freeze, where I am included is that the total ram is frequently in use, and then the phone firmware starts the doing the adequate procedure that is either hibernate apps, or overload the processor with "information" that would be stored by ram. But that's something I was somewhat prepared, but even though I promessed to myself never by a 1gb ram phone again. It is completely old fashion and the apps the are currently being develped nowadays are accounting higher specs. But, something that really put me out of my mind was the gps. It is incredible the amount of times I was waiting for the phone to find satellites. It's not normal that in the middle of an urban centre i could not use the gps... That happened dozens of time to me, and for that reason I do not advise this phone.

The GPS on this phone is crap. Mine detects satellites but cannot lock in, took it to support and they installed some weird upgrade that prompts an error everytime I boot the phone, GPS still not working.

You really seem to have a problem understanding things, let me explain to you: Specification on here says phone has GG3. It fails to stand to claimed resistance posted by manufacturer of GG3. So, it eighter doesn't have GG3 or something else is wrong with glass panel. I didn't expected that it didn't get any scratch, I expected GG3 durability, and it isn't there. Low end Lumia 520 without any kind of protection can stand more. End of story.

My LG Spirit LTE battery started to work strange. At first it acted quite normally, but later about 1-2 months of sure it started to work strange. Sometimes I see big discharge jumps. Last time it dropped at once about 50% and I dont have any idea that cause that. In information where it shows apps which drains battery there is nothing strange. Its very annoying, because sometimes in the morning I find it fully discharged, while before going to sleep it was enough battery level. Sometimes I find it with less than 10% of battery. Maybe anyone had same problem?

Well, stop carrying your phone in the same pocket with the items that can scratch it. Then, and only then, you'll stop having problems with scratched screens. Common knowledge you seem to be lacking, dear dusan. Complaining about an easily scratchable screen, when that scratch is caused by improper usage and care is not a phone quality issue/problem. It's yours. Man up to it, and take more care of your electronics next time.

Got this phone a couple of months ago. The phone is good but hangs and freezes all the time that’s why I tried to bring it to service center and to my surprise they can’t even tell why my phone hangs and freezes. Sometimes it turns off by its own and when I try to turn it on, the LG logo appears and that’s that, just logo and nothing at all. Then I would remove the battery and try and try turning it on until it works again only if I’m lucky to revive it. i also try to hard reboot it and with no luck. I’ve got frustrated so I decided to get rid of it and buy a new one. But I would say it has a pretty good display, battery would last the whole day with average use, camera takes decent photos and knock code rocks but all of this would be useless if you can even use it properly. I would say that it might be the software cause the hardware never really have some issues at all in fact, its awesome.

There are couple of ways to capture the screen. I dont know which isnt working for you. 1. First way is by hold volume down + power button for about a second and screen will be captured. 2. Open notification bar and click Quick Memo+. Then select floppy disk icon and click not the QuickMemo+ but Gallery button.

I have this phone from sometime about July. Downsides in my opinion - 1. Main camera likes to blur photos while taking. You are forced to do maunual focus by tapping screen. 2. Animation settings in Developer options doesnt save for long time. By default there is Animator Duration scale on only. Windows animation and Transition animation are off by default so if you enable them they will turn off by some time. 3. You have to cleanup trash every day and restart phone almost every day to have fast and smooth working because sometimes it gets laggy. Dont know why but when i really need my phone it become laggy. When i use it cassually it get fast :D Dont know. Universe is laughing at me or smth... :D But for smooth job i recomend install Nova Launcher or Flyme launcher. It will be faster 2x times! 4. Front camera is crap. 5. Its not high-end phone so im still happy because in my country i cant get anything better for its cost. Demanding on value and price its a still good phone. MAIN QUESTION IS WILL IT GET MARSHMALLOW!!!

When I turn on the silent mode, my alarm clock doesn't ring. I have to remember every time to enter some priority mode. For many years alarm clock worked in silent mode, which was used to disable incoming calls and messages signals, so the user could sleep at night and wake up at selected time. And there's another problem - with surveillance. When I turn on the GPS, every time I see a message in which Google wants to get my localization. When I tick 'Do not show again', I can't tap 'I disagree', because this button gets disabled, so I must loose my time to disagree always when I turn the GPS on. But my GPS doesn't work for a few months, so I did a hard reset and maybe it will work...

Good phone for the non-demanding user. But, has no notification LED which means checking display manually and tap to wake option often works after few tries or not at all so must unlock manually with the power button on the back (not ideal when phone lies flat on a surface). It has nice sharp HD display but colors are very dull and unnatural and on the colder side. Orange is the worst offender which looks either washed out or red on many pictures. Quite surprised at low quality from a LG panel. So, if you like at the very least decent color reproduction like I do (browsing photos and watching videos) then you won't be happy with this, I ended up returning it. Otherwise very good device with lollipop, good battery endurance and practical pretty design that's lightweight.

In Brazil the LG Spirit is called LG Volt. Got mine a month ago. Came with tons of bloatware from the TIM carrier, and you simply cannot uninstall them. The phone build looks a bit fragile plastic, but the front screen looks elegant and sturdy: it's a gorilla glass, sightly curved with crispy 720 x 1280 pixels of res. Came with Lolipop out of the box, it's an Android 5.0 tunned by LG to get a lot of customizations with their space-consuming tools. You have 3,59GB for your own apps, that is way too few. It was supposed to have 8GB but the system have hidden the rest from you and you cant move your apps to SD: they somehow disabled it. I'm a medicine student and I need apps like Medscape, UptoDate and BMJ Best Practice: they easily eats up 1GB each: simply can't have all of them together. It comes with a locked bootloader, and it is very discouraging to root the Spirit. It's a beatiful phone with short space for apps. The system is full of cute ram-eating animations and get sightly slow for multitasking: the phone is loaded with carrier and LG apps trying to run in the background. Does average well on 2D apps lagging a bit but 3D games can't be played smoothly here. The battery life is a no-go: the screen, even turned off, is responsive to touches and I guess it drains up the battery. I use a Pebble watch so there's bluetooth use but didn't make much difference in the battery lifespan between a day using BT on and a day off. Camera is surprisingly good, but slow to take the first pic. Hold the volume down behind the phone is a shortcut to the camera: it takes ages to load up and the first pic kind of lags. Flash is very strong and night pictures are saved by it. Botton line the pros are the gorgeous curved screen, the Android 5.0 running smoothly and reasonable price, but the cons are the offensive short 3GB for user apps and the poor battery life.

I got this phone about a week ago, and it's amazing. If you are looking for mid-range phone, with decent specs, this is the one to go. The best thing about it is the price. It's only 150$, but it can compare to most 200-250$ phones. The display is just stunning. Color reproduction and viewing angles are really good. For me 1gb ram is enough. Battery is not the best, but it can last me a whole day without a problem. I think the main camera is not making really good photos, but it's quick. All in all, I think this is the best phone in this price range and i plan on using it for at least a couple of years..

My opinion about the LG spirit,I think it's a pretty decent phone (since I have one) the button placement on the the back makes turning off the phone less awkward, Because with my last 2 touchscreen phones Turning them off on the side was uncomfortable for my thumb.I don't ios for the iphone it's not as customizable as android,android is very customizable that's why i like android.The curved design for the LG spirit is nice,smooth and comfortable but it rarely slips out of your hand. But overall the LG spirit is a pretty decent phone.

I've had it for a month and sold it. It is pretty much good phone, good battery life for Android, nice camera, much fater with hola launcher (original one slows down phone a lot). But big drawback is that touchcreen can't be Gorilla Glass 3. It's scratched soooo easily. Plastic of my external battery scratched it so bad i my pocket for one session that it looked like it is years old. Yes, it's my fault, but GG3 can't be that much prone to dammage. I had and now have phones with GG3 and GG2 and they are really scratch resistant. Otherwise, phoone is really nice and with good price.

Update to my report. GPS performance depends on the software. Fixed gps probems just restarting the phone. now it performs fine and fast. so, tip for those of you having unstable gps - restart the phone.

After using it for a mounth i must say this phone is awesome (for the price)... Great battery, really good, and sharp enough in-cell HD display, with 312ppi. Nice design, and build quality is great! On Antutu bench. score is 21 400..Some of disadvantage: Screan is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3, BUT this phone dont have oleophobic coating,so fingerprints, and other smudges stays in display, but glass folie resolve this problem. For a mounth of use i found one bug in software: When i turn on battery saver (no transition effect etc), and later turn off, all animations effect stays unchanged , and if i go to build number (tap 7 times), then, developer tools, only "window animation scale" is set to 0.5x, "transition", and "animator" are set to 0.. and i think, by default if battery saver is not turned on, all three need to be set to 1x. By the way model is H440N, and softwere version is V10e..

On specification both are similar. Better gpu has spirit. Better camera i would say nokia. Software - i would say windows phone will need extra half of a year to be good. Now - many many many errors & bugs(i left windows phone and came to android because of functionality and better stability of OS). Try out both and choose which you like.

Oh. I get it now. My answer is YES you can resume video recording. Pause is pause and video isnt saving until you have finished recording and clicked stop. Camera quality- perfect on good light. I mean really good. In darker areas photos seems to be average. You need to play with custom camera program filters to improve quality of colours. Recording - same like photo shooting. In light its very good. Darker areas will be worse. Photo shooting is fast but dont be too fast because they can be blur. My advice is to touch the shooting area everytime you capture a photo. Focus is doing good job on both - capturing photos and recording a video. Actually i was impressed how it can focus a text while recording a video of my homework text.

Hi. I cant say anything bad abour processor. It handles good. The only thing is RAM. Sometimes it cant handle 2 programs at once. Like Flud torrent and CM browser together. If Flud program is running 80% chance that CM browser will be forgotten and You couldnt resume last page.The only strange thing on this phone is Chrome browser. Sometimes it opens very fast. Sometimes very slow. I dont know why. Camera zoom for this average phone is good. I cant complain. Gaming expierence - I am playing Empires & Allies and it handels very good. Tried Trial Extreme 4 and it was laggy. Trial Extreme 3 just perfect. I am not gamer on phones so i cant say more about it. Also Adreno 306 handles 1080p videos very good. No lag for me.

I have this phone about a month. So far I can say about this phone - Settings application is quite heavy. 1gb of Ram is too little but you can live with it. I changed home laucher to Nova because its lighter on Ram. Camera quality is good on taking photos or recording a video, display is excellent for me. Sound quality also good and loud. Original headphones are very very cheap quality so if You like qality, You will have to buy new headphones. Back cover is slippery. If You will use Your phone in bed, be carefull of droping Your phone on Your face :D But so far I like my Spirit :) My model is H440n
