I'm using oppo f9 4gb and literally I don't have any kinda issue maybe there is something wrong with your phone i dont have any storage problem yeah sometimes when i check battery there are some apps that start running in background like google photos i disabled the option (not allowed to run in background) Battery is perfect but after update (pie) i think so it is draining faster then it was before.But still nothing to worry about:)

this phone is the most annoying phone i have ever used. 1. it automatically opens apps in the background when the screen is locked even with a pin. this due when the phone is in your pocket, therefore leads to battery consumption. 2. the phone shows a large amount of storage space like 62GB meanwhile you cant download anything. any attempt it tells you "internal storage full". later you see the storage space back to same. 3. it freezes when using apps like facebook, imo, etc and also display "internal storage full" i think you need to work on these faults.

Video rcording on the F9 Pro is beyond terrible. It can't focus at all and at night, forget about it, you're better off just drawing your subject by hand. I have an old iphone 6 that takes better pics and vids than the F9 Pro.

I called oppo service ,they said it's a feature ,camera flash won't work below 15 % battery ,even it's not possible to use flash through other camera app when batrery is below 15 .Such feature is added in most of high end phones such as one plus etc .I read reviews after I personally faced problem .Now I'm not sure it's a feature or drawback .Anyways thanks to went through my post .I don't face any major issue also ,it all just some bugs which I mentioned in my last post .regards

I'm also using f9 and it's like 1.5 month and I don't have this issues by the way never tried to turn on flash when battery is low but I've never face any other issues. try to take your phone tu customer service center maybe they'll help.

I'm owning oppo f9 pro ,it's the first time I'm using any device from oppo there are few issues I have been faced . 1. Battery was 13% and flash was not working ,displaying battery is low ,can't open the flash ( I did not get that ,is that some kind of bug or feature been added ,I bought the device for clicking pictures as well as calling ,if flash is not accessible even 13 % of juice ,it's just like a conventional feature cellphone ) .kindly consider my issue . 2. Sometimes the volume button doesn't work when you are on call and try to decrease/ increase the volume ,it works when you put cellphone away from your ears ,and screen again brighten up ( It happens 6-7 times out of 10) .3. sometimes screen don't get black when you on the call and there is some application displaying on main screen , like If you open message when you are on the call ,and then put again cellphone close to ears ,screen won't get off ( it happens 5 out of 10 ) .4. your customer care is not responsive ,calling since yesterday and nobody is answering ..Well it's been just a month I started using this device and faced such kind of annoying issues .try to fix it all and if possible provide some updates regarding to new andriod .. regards another oppo user ,let me get chance to add proud by solving such issues

I know it's kinda time taking but using expert mode helps you to take good pics also try disabling AI beauty if enabled I'm also using f9 and it only heats up when I'm playing pubg but not that much and no frame drops and lags :)

My friend regrets buying this phone. He was short on budget for the PocoF1 so I suggested him to buy this F9. Too much heating and the phone is laggy when gaming and the game does not even require high end specs!! Photos taken on the F9 are crap. I was surprised that my PocoF1 takes better pics because the F9 is focused on its cameras. The only thing good on this phone is the VOOC fast charging. Not worth the price on this one. Oppo is just a hyped overpriced phone. There are better options in the market.

Pros, they use latest Tempered glass. they good look design with less notch, Cons, Expensive for the specs. they use the cheapest brand processor in the market mediatek. camera is 1080p at the worst 30fps only. and the charging port is too old for todays devices its still MicroUSB2.0 and not type-c. For what i can offer to you with the same price go to Pocophone. Pros, high end processor, camera up to 4k with 60fps and EIS, 5.0 bluetooth, usb TypeC Cons, Plastic back (Well a Simple problem its useless anyway to pay attention on that cause 95% user always use Case anyway so what is the purpose of beautiful back if its gonna cover by case anyway)

Broke the amoled of my samsung a7 2017 (no crack on glass, but it became dark), repaired it at a hefty price, and broke it again in 4 days (still no crack). So I'm considering a phone with IPS . Love this phone not just because of very fast charging and long durable battery(despite of two sims) but features as well. Honestly, I had never seen an Oppo until 2017 in Thailand. Didn't really think about it until 2018 when my homegirl told me that her phone was an Oppo F3 and that her sister had the F1. Neither of those snapped really good photos (LG G4 like photos). Then, her sister got the F9(6g RAM). This phone is nearly as good as my old S9+ in terms of performance (within 20%). There only 2 or 3 place where the performance is slightly slower. Different processors but almost as butter smooth playing PUBg, Marvel and NBA Live(a couple of stutters but not constant or frequent). Her battery lasted thru the day while she took about 35 photos in addition to gaming & several video chats. The phone is downright sexy in person the photos do not do its looks justice. Very high gloss outside. The Knotch is not even noticeable in use and I would say it's the best looking notch of any phone made. The selfie-cam is like 24mps and it is clearly obvious in selfies and video chat. YES. BETTER THAN IPHONE OR THE GALAXY LINE FOR SELFIES. It does have a beauty feature but you can turn it off. The video is just OK but the stabilization is really only suggestive. I would not exactly call it stabilized but I am a video specialist so my scrutiny is unfair. As far as midrange phones go this is one of the best. PS: I own S9+ and V40. If you want an Oppo on that level then you want the Oppo Find X.

UI from Huawei, and Samsung, is far ahead than Oppo (or Vivo)....That company is still in infancy and they need more time to make a good UI. Cannot even use Wifi direct to connect to another brand. If you want a chinese phone, it is much better to stay with Huawei for the moment.

the UI of oppo f9 pro is very substandard. there is nothing smart about this smart phone OS.1) there is no default option for sms messages. every time you have to click on the service from which u have to send the sms.2) there is no gallery. you have to download an external gallery. photos option given takes more steps to find videos etc...3) though u set a default service provider for calling again you will see both the sim services in dial pad from which you have to click on the one you want( the purpose of setting a default is lost here).4)there is no sms message lock option.any important message if by chance you delete thats it its gone.for this another external app. so pathetic.5)the worst part is the reboot option,silent mode,vibrate mode are very difficult to reach. u normally get all these options by long pressing the power button. but here there are different combinations for each and every option. what is smartness? they boast of some colorOS which lacks any sheen at all. such a complicated way they have made the OS.6)THE FAce recognition feature is very poor.many times it says the face doesnt match.7) the settings menu is very confusing and complicated. u cant understand the things in a simple and easy manner.8)contacts app is poor. doesnt pick photographs. have to download an external app.9) screen saver is forced on you if u use phone manually.there is no option to remove screen saver.u have to swipe up the screen saver every time and then enter the home screen 10) hotspot is turned off automatically when no device is connected. This is so stupid.there is no choice given to the user. In most cases there is arbitrary options and no choice given to the user to use his choice.11) when a notification/message of any app comes when u r on any screen u have to swipe it up to remove it but not to side which is very inconvenient and stupid.12) back ground apps move from side to side but not from up to down. because of this u can only see two app at a time and moreover the close option is not given at the top right hand corner.13) notifications of any apps cant be removed by just a swipe. u have to swipe it only from right to left and then again click on delete option.14) it looks like oppo has engaged some real "JUNK HEADS" in preparation of their OS. simple tasks all have been very deliberately complicated and made difficult. it is very irritating to use this phone. i will never buy any oppo product again in my life time. to sum up i did not find this smart phone smart in any way because of their stupidly created COLOR OS( there is no option to use android 8.1 and have to use color OS only), unnecessarily complicated navigations, very difficult approach to certain functions.

Battery life seems fine to me. I've cycled the battery several times and am getting more than a day of fairly heavy use with lots of facebook, videos, music and photography etc. With light use it will stretch to two days. The cameras are noticeably better, especially in low light than my old phone but I rarely take selfies so the selfie camera is overkill. I like being able to use two sim cards and a 256GB micro sd card at the same time and it's nice to have a headphone socket as I've got a lot of money invested in good quality earbuds and headphones. I recommend this phone as being good value for money and it compares well to the Samsung, Sony and Honor phones I've used.

What they meant is oppo has it's own proprietary fast charging that isn't compatible with generic quick charging like Qualcomm's Quick Charge or Mediatek's Pump Express. It also requires a proprietary cable that has 7 pins vs the regular 5-pin of the micro-usb port. VOOC won't if you don't have both the adapter and cable specified for it.

Battery charges so fast. From 5% battery, At 30 mins, its around 70%. But when it reaches around 93%, it's kind of annoying that it gets slower on charging.30 mins and it only reach 95%. Then i tried to use it on games. Battery drains so fast. By the way, i just bought this phone this Afternoon.

After that i go to the service center and they told me they should replace the whole folder of the phone... And it will cost rupees 4177... I'll pay that bucks... Oppo F9, Vivo V11 or Mi A2? I've been going back and forth with these phones for quite awhile now. You see, I use my phone for games, movies and since I'm a student, I also use it to take pictures of notes in my class. So I need a phone that have a big screen, that is fast, and good camera. Big screen for when I play games and watch movies/videos. Fast response for gaming as well. Good camera cus I usually take pictures from afar cus in my class I'm seated at the last row, so my pictures tend to get blurry because my S5 doesn't have this steady feature. A2 is a bit cheaper than Pocophone, while Pocophone have the same price as F9, but as for gaming, F1 have snapdragon which F9 doesn't. So I based it with that to make me prefer A2 over F9. Also, I noticed how steady the video with A2, which is good. But with A2, I've seen reviews about the touch response, call problem and face recognition probem. So, I'm in the edge here.

F9 pro have seen some video samples and not very impressed. It has eis but the focus keeps searching on here n there and a result does not give clear video. Shakes even with eis. There are few things I hate about Oppo f9 pro and I think oppo should work on this. 1. Single notifications cannot be dismissed with a single swipe. U need to swipe and click delete button. 2. There are no fingerprint scanner gestures like honor series. Like swipe down should pull down notifications. 3. You cannot set separate ringtone for sms, email or chat apps. You only hv 3 options - tones for calls, message and notifications. 4. No option to take notes during a call. Kindly work on this.

Hi again... Unfortunately Mortal Kombat is connected to iOs build and crossing to Android is not allowed or else Warner Bros. will ban my account. So I still play Mortal Kombat in my iPhone, on the other hand I find the phone quite an upgrade to my iPhone 6. Its very fluid and was happy that I can open two apps at the same time which my co-worker told me and I didn't have that on my iPhone. Camera is meh... I never really cared as long as its giving out good photos then its an okay for me. Gaming on the other hand... well... im impressed... I had connections with my co-workmate that has a Mi 6 and recommended me this seller where he bought his xiaomi phone and everything is history. Its on a global rom with a pre-installed playstore to download apps. Unfortunately I cannot transfer my Mortal Kombat account to this phone because its connected to iOS which disappointed me. The back is plastic which is an eyesore for me tbh but it was well built. I will tell you more about my experience with this phone in a week and lets see if I can finally ditch my iPhone. Bought the phone at 19990PHP so I still have 5k left in my pocket which is a money saver.

I bought the iPhone 6 64GB way back its release date and has since then encountered a lot of problems with it, its actually my 3rd replacement when the 1st phone I had I experience signal loss issues with it, the 2nd one is basically the same as the 1st one and the 3rd one is fine but ever since the continuous updates the iPhone I had just slowed down where its not what it used to be.
