Oppo R9 Plus - User Reviews

  • One of the most important functions 'notifications' absolutely USELESS...works when it wants to which is worse than not working at all!!! Would never buy Oppo again!

  • I have had the Oppo R9+ for 2 years now and I have been extremely pleased with it. The photos I have taken are superb compared to my HTC phone. After 2 years the battery is now failing and I only get 10-12 hours use. I am now looking at the R11 phone. I have dropped my phone more times than I can count and it still works well, mind you it has only falling 3-4 feet from my pocket or hand not from 20 feet fall.I would recommend the Oppo phone to anyone looking for good quality phone for under $600. I do have extra storage on my phone and have never had it fill up. I currently have over 300 photos and only used 26GB and 8.4GB on external storage. I dont have any complaints about this phone. I dont use it for games though.

  • great phone, called mobicell in south africa. Company support very bad, no updates no accessories, pity. r9+ is a flawless super phone, compares with any other phone twice its price.mine fell a few times, been under the water, sat on it and its still going strong after 9 months. fast, no lagging. my other phone is a p10 which i hardly use. although the p10 has a great camera, the R9 has character. 2x sim plus sd card is a plus.

  • Shite phone, poor WiFi, poor cellular reception, crap camera, antique os with no updates Would never buy another oppo

  • anyone tell me difference between oppo r9 and oppo r9 ant one plzzzzz

  • You can right, I also get the same shit. But to be fair I got mine from lazada which got it direct from China. Local OPPO can upgrade but not form China. Looks like we are screwed

  • Oppo have one tiny problem, the bluetooth signal is bad, connected to a bluetooth ear phone, the momnet i put my phone in the bag or even my pants pocket, the signal is lost. Tired on 2 models of oppo, same problem, iphone and sumsung do not have this problem. Note: i try the same earphone on all the device.

  • Hp good,,, xpensive

  • Good phone, used for more than a year no problem

  • i need help, my r9s plus cant use sign up weibo with my country number phone (indonesian)

  • I used this phone almost 5 months I loved it. it is perfect nice phone

  • So Bloody annoying this phone. Paid $800 and expected software that works. Default messaging app - only allows 15 messages to be sent. On top of that it will try and send group messages to a random mix of emails and home phone numbers. It does not choose mobile numbers. This is really annoying. To make matters worse if you change to a third party app like textra it comes up with a crappy message " For you messages security, system message app has been set as the default message app." WTF OPPO. On top of that it is a flag ship phone and it is only running Marshmellow 6.0 and not Nougat 7.1. with no timeframe for updates if at all. To make matters even worse the phone is made in two different factories and has two totally different motherboards with two different cpu's so if you can find a rom to flash it may brick your phone... You have to download cpuid or something to check... Please Oppo fix these issues. I have rung the help department so many times... Ok and one more thing, it started to bloat and we could not delete temp files... I ended up with 60GB of temp files and had to flash the phone to stock. In the process a message came up "memory full - do you want to transfer to your sd card - I said yes - It wiped all my photos. Thank you so much OPPO.

  • Initially thought it was good value but after 3 months of use I would like to destroy it. It does so many things wrong and unexplainable changes or loses a web page stops working suddenly for a while and there are so many features that a very difficult nigh impossible to remove ie: lock screen photo that I unfortunately added. Wished I had stuck with Samsung.

  • Failed download tasks can be deleted by swiping to the left

  • I like color OS it's just perfect for me no extra launcher necessary

  • Got week ago from China black model. Since I use before S5 it's a big step for me how big is phone. I didnt have any problem to set up all stuff, my m8 from China set up it on ENG and rest I do myself. There is only a bit problematic set up push notification for some apps but after a while I figure how to allow all apps to show push notifications. Camera is very nice, for my taste maybe too high brightnes but autofocus work perfect. Selfie camera is also pretty ok. I am not amazed with video but it's ok. Battery is pretty cool 2 days with decent use for big phone like this one is for me ok. Charging with vooc is pretty fast... ColorOS is hm, um somehow odd but since I am not too much for custom customazation I am ok with it. Maybe they can find better solution for photo section and how to orginize it, but there is plenty other apps for it. Overall I am pretty satisfied with phone. 4g work good and everything else.

  • yeah....don't belived your statement also! Mine works perfectly well on 4G.

  • finally i got my self a oppo R9plus yesterday. I've been using Oppo find 7 and loving Oppo brand ever since. As i find now R9 if ringstone for notifications could separated & volume like find 7 even better!

  • Go to service centre and upgrade to both 4G.

  • I got the R9s Plus with Woolworths Mobile in Australia three weeks ago, phone works flawlessly, no real complains - a former iphone user, glad I made the switch. Came across a problem where the Personal Hotspot (either via wireless, usb or bluetooth) does not let data through to the connected device. There was no issues with the connection, just no data passes through. Have spoken with Woolworths Mobile and Oppo Support but they were unable to resolve the issue, a replacement phone is on the way... This is rather frustrating cos I spent alot of time setting up and customising the phone. Anyone out there experiencing the same issue? Provide some details if possible...

  • Its the launcher you are talking about not the phone. Try Apex or Nova from the google playstore. It will transform your phone into what you were probably used to on normal android but allows so much more (nova allows 12 horizontal rows of icons on one homescreen). Don't judge the phone. The R9 Plus is amazing... You just have to tweak it a bit by changing the UI

  • Use a different launcher. I used apex for years but use nova now because it allows 12 horizontal rows of icons on one homescreen. ColorOS 3.0 ... I never used their standard launcher. I downloaded nova as soon as i bought the phone as i have done with my previous sansungs. It completely changes the UI and is soooo so so customisable its ridiculous. I have one homescreen with all the apps I use just on that screen and have a big weather widget as well. Trust me. Apex or Nova... Either one... And paying for the premium versions is worth it for the extra settings.

  • I love the half hour charge time to get battery to 100%. Amazing! It would have been a perfect phone if it can delete failed download tasks. Under Settings - Download Management - Manage Tasks, only has "Pause" and "Continue ". Please add "Delete " so that can remove tasks that cannot be completed. Secondly, it will really make it more worthy of its price if the volume control is split for Ringtone, Notifications, Media and Alarm. Looking forward to these improvements in its software update!

  • Can volume for media, alarm, notifications and ring tone be separated? Seems to be one volume control for all.

  • Oppo Plz Launch R9 Plus In India Is Awesome Phone great camera both front & Back Good Battery Back Plzzzz launch in India

  • Is there a keypad sound for R9s plus? I would prefer the sound not the vibrate mode Couldn't find anywhere.

  • I just puchased R9s plus... And I found that when calling i can hear over the other party but they cannot hear me at all. I demand replacement coz I personally , considered 14k NTD as big amount. And as a costumer if its new device u expect it to be well functioning. But they said they will just repair it for me for free.. What about the degraded value if its already repaired.. So frustrated...

  • I've had one for approx 4 months and haven't found an app that doesn't work yet. Has been an excellent phone. never going back to Apple/Samsung. Only issues is that it's too uncommon and a challenge to find screen protectors/cases in brick and mortar shops. Tons on eBay though.

  • The Oppo R9 is a good phone for the price - the interface is slick, it is powerful and big. Generally it is a nice phone. BUT, it really struggles with apps and notifications - if you're a power user, it really is a let down with the apps - notifications are intermittent - they drop in and out for god knows what reason. It is effectively incompatible with a smart watch - it works sometimes but mostly not at all. Quiet mode is a real pain - works sometimes and not others (woken up to late night messages - and when I turned volume down (because I was relying on alarm and didn't want to turn it off) the alarm volume shared the general volume meaning - the alarm was still going half an hour after it started when I woke up and realised it was silent!!! Generally, it is a good phone and I like it but when it comes to advanced features - it really sucks

  • don't believe you i have one and it works fine

  • Terrible phone much of the software I use from Google Play will not work yet the same software worked on my Note 4 which is much older. I would not recommend this phone. Oppo also have a terrible returns policy, steer clear!

  • good

  • Probably the best performing phone I have ever used. One complaint only----- No menu button!

  • Oppo R9 Plus, If you want to use two Sims, Don't buy it because Oppo R9+ is not real dual Sim, if you use 2G and 3G or 2G and 4G that is ok, but it does not work for two Sims 3G and 4G or 4G and 4G at the same time, because Oppo R9+ one Sim need to rely 2G, but now 2G will be eliminated, so only one Sim call make a call and received, the other Sim only can make emergency call. Don't buy it that Oppo company is big scammer.

  • Shit quality software. Never gonna get that Nougat or Marshmallow update. I regret buying this phone.

  • my works on both 4g ... but some simcard automatic set to 2G... try defferent simcard

  • i have contacted their insurance company as it was a replacement phone and they said there is nothing they can do. bull shit. it doesnt work like it is supposed to i said. I am going to take it up with my insurance company as it is no longer a dual sim phone. all phone retailers new that the 2g network was shutting down as of 1st of december, telstra advertised it back in july 2014, but they continued to sell dual sim phones.

  • I have just experienced the same thing a few days ago. Second slot has no reception. Can you share your experience at JB Hi-fi

  • i have just found out the same problem with the second sim card. i was told that they were both 3g and 4g compatible. i will be taking it back to jb hifi.

  • I have this phone. The second sim card now gets no reception which answers the question that it was obviously 2g only for the second sim.

  • The Bad: Yes the chinese color OS 3.0 has several areas that dont switch to english. Its my only real complaint after uing the phone since released. You will need to install Google Play so can get Playstore and load your favorite apps. Loaded store is chinese version and useless for english speaker. THE GOOD: Great battery life with 4120ma, made even better with VOOC Charging... I can fully charge from zero in about hour plus fifteen mins. CANT LIVE WITHOUT IT! Good overall performance for my needs. Love Dual Sim as i travel around Asia and need two sims. Fingerprint unlock works flawlessly.

  • Both 4g capable. I have 4g cards in both slots. You must manually choose which slot provides your internet connectivity. Both cards can be active simultaneously.

  • Does anyone know what the sim card slots are band wise. Are both sim slots 4g and 3g. Or is the second sim slot only 2g.

  • plzz oppo launch mobile with snapdragon processor not mediatek

  • No. As adoptable storage has only started from Android Marshmallow and it has lollipop

  • Hi, does anyone know if this phone has multi tasking/split screen function? Thanks

  • Its made in chana CEO chana man Office in chana Its totally chana dude

  • Could a user of the Oppo R9 Plus comment if the phone lets you save apps to memory card or not.

  • Hey. I live in the US and want to purchase(I found one on ebay and opppmart.com) this phone but iv'e been reading reviews and a couple people complained about some of the language still being in Chinese. Is this something I would have to worry about? What other things should I take in consideration before buying this phone? Is there anything else I should know?

  • also check the application on your phone if the push notification is turned on

  • Hello Waleed. I bought the R9 Plustm (china) the first week it was released as I had been waiting a long time for a flagship upgrade from Oppo. I loved my Find7! Best phone I had ever owned. It is frustrating, but you can download from the net an apk to install Google Play and then have access to playstore, etc. Changing to english can be done in the settings once you find it.However it is not a perfect solution! A lot of settings remain in Chinese. Once I got playstore I have been able finally to install my selected apps and get back to normal! Since I am in China though, I must use a VPN to do anything google related which is not unique to the R9 Plus. There are many great features to the phone that I am happy with, but I wish I had waited for an International version of the phone, which for some reason Oppo is slow to release in most countries. I have always been a big fan of the VOOC charger which allows for very quick charging and I dont think I could live without it now! The front and rear 16mpix cameras are awsome on this phone and I have always needed a dual sim since I travel a lot around Asia. I believe you can download google play direct from google. I was very dissappointed until I managed to sort this out. I plan to root and convert my phone to international version of Android 7 soon as I can. Still miss my oppo find7 though!

  • Larger than iphone 7 plus

  • china bro

  • very good,

  • check is it in an extreme mode or something....

  • I got Oppo R9 Plus , phone really good ., but I do not get the notification, any one facing that issue is it fixed , whatapp , viber and gmail - I get notification. Other application like channel newsasia, Dailyhunt , linkedin etc no notification

  • Pity it's lacking some essential European 4G bands, or else it would have been a nice wedding anniversary gift for The Wife.

  • superb phone

  • Definitely a value for money phone. R9+ at 6", Front/Back both 16mp, 4gb ram, 64/128gb storage, decent speed with big power lasting battery and VOOC flash charging except for it heavy weight at 185g, pixel density is not so great for its huge display size and OS version is not the latest one...

  • i need review please

  • china

  • Six inch diagonal on the screen. Is it smaller or larger than an iPhone 7 plus? (Rhetoric)

  • Where this phone made of? Anyone can tell me please...

  • Plz launch in india oppo r9 plus its a best phone better than f1s and f1 plus

  • Released a qhd phone in 2014 and releases 1080p low spec phones in 2016. That's why don't rise too high. You may fall too soon.

  • i need oppo r9 plus

  • Hey please tell me this phone support google search home page? And play store or chinese baidu support

  • then you will have a hard time when it comes to servicing

  • it will not be available in Philippes, as per Oppo shops here in our country.. I bought mine in singapore..

  • two thumbs up. +fast charging +lasting battery life +no software issues.... yet +camera shots are good +cheaper compare to latest samsung note and sony xperia flagship phones. previously im a sony and samsung user.. I have no regrets on having this phone.

  • This phone is bit pricey like every other Oppo phone but the build quality, attention to detail and quality control level of this phone belongs to a league of its own, from the very time you hold it in your hand you would feel that it's a premium grade phone and the best part about Oppo devices is that they rarely show any hardware or software related issues. It's completely unjust to compare Oppo phones with OnePlus and Xiaomi because no matter how much specs Xiaomi and OnePlus quote they can never match the refined build quality and the excellent component quality of Oppo devices. This is exactly what differentiates Oppo from other run of the mill Chinese manufacturers, while others rush in an all out spec war and never maintain quality Oppo has an eye for quality, their phones are excellently crafted and their quality control is the best in the class.

  • When it will be available in india?????

  • Dearest readers. To be Frank! As I know nothing about Chinese oppo,I just rely on specifications written hers!A good midrange Taphlet smartdevice but not the upper one!?In comparing it with Samsung A9 pro,Huawei mate8,xiaomie Max,Oppo,s R9 plus selected apps are not the last versions and price is almost double as the better Xiaomie Max!!!Why!?But I wish Oppo more success and considering people of nowadays smart and intelligent!!Thanks all mentioned names.Justice Rights.Omid12omidvar.

  • Yes it's available I bought it from eBay. Wonderful phone trust me.before I had Samsung a9 promise Samsung had a slot of issues with camera sometimes it was blank sometime it's giving Erie and sometime the problem with the charging either plug or connector and the back camera but the front camera is much better was Samsung a9 but nothing comparison with Opposite r9 plus.. • g. Why all the good phones come with non-removable batteries? Phone is to be dropped from the roof top if it hangs or contacts with liquids.

  • did oppo r9 plus in malaysia

  • Is Oppo R9 is available here in the Philippines?

  • Yes, At JB-Hi-Fi because Dicksmith was closed... JB got the partnership

  • M1 selling it

  • Will OPPO r9 plus be available in Singapore?

  • where are the oppo r9 plus phones available to buy in Australia.

  • will this be released in philippines ang singapore? if yes, when?

  • UNFORTUNATELY R9 plus will never available for Malaysian market.. we just can use the disappointing F1 plus.. as per Oppo Malaysia page official announcement,, PRC is the luckiest people to have many better smartphone only available their country

  • What u say is correct oppo r9 looks like iPhone 6. Note only looks like. By the features are more than iPhone. U know. iPhone doesn't have perfect side radian. Ultra narrow bezels. Finger print which does not recognize in 0.2 sec. And 5 min charge 2 hrs talk time. Lol. iPhone is just iPhone. Please don't compare iPhone with oppo again. Oppo has some concern with the customers. And people love oppo because of its extraordinary features. Where no iPhone can give.

  • R9 has the NFC technology?

  • I wish this phone was available in India rather than the disappointing f1plus.

  • how mamy

  • oppo r9 plus malaysia have it?

  • Yes. Note that it will support up to 5.7 inch. I have test every device with my VR (mostly size 5.0-5.7 inch, various device). But if you own phone below 4.8 inch, your phone might lose its grabbing on the VR.

  • because of you...

  • when it will become in the kurdistan iraq

  • Wow! Oppo R9 Plus is basically iPhone 6s Plus with Android, Oppo designers literally just take iphone as a base model and make some changes! Idk why China brand always want to make their phone look like iphone even their custom skin look like iOS! China brand OEMs, you don't have an identity to your products, simple what's China do best, clone and copy! =.="

  • when it will become in the Philippines?

  • It is now at jbhifi the oppo r9

  • I don't think so, it's common about non-removable battery nowadays

  • I'd hardly call a non removable 4000+ mAh Li-po battery a negative...

  • there's never a problem with having either Regular, Micro or Nano Sim Card kid

  • Negative points..Non removable battery.Nano sim

  • I use a Galaxy S7 and my younger brother uses the Mate 8, it's nowhere as good as my S7. And the lack of 4K recording ability on Mate 8 is absolutely disappointing, nowadays even cheaper devices like iPhone SE and even devices from knock off brands like Xiaomi and OnePlus have 4K recording capability.

  • oppo f1 plus is 5.5 inches not 6

  • where i can buy this phone? i really like it. pls reply me..

  • OPPO R9 PIus paras

  • OPPO R9 is actually the OPPO F1 plus in certain market. They are the same exact model.

  • The design, camera and speaker is good but the problem with the phone is that I cannot get notification from my apps. even if I bring it down to the service centre, they just start changing the setting and in the even mess up everything and then so a system update but problem still persist.

  • Are really have the mate 8 if you did not just stop lying because i have it......mate 8 very powerful device and about update I've got an update 2 weeks ago so what your point if you did not use the device liar

  • Is this compatible with Virtual Reality Googles ?? Pleas let me know !

  • launching date please

  • Huawei Mate 8 can't record 4K video, while this phone can record 4K video, Kirin 950 processor may have high benchmark score but it has horrible optimisation, neither Kirin 950 nor 955 can encode 4K media. Huawei Mate 8 has a better processor but this phone has a better GPU so unlike what you believe this phone has a slight edge over Mate 8. Huawei has a horrid reputation when it comes to update. Oppo on other hand ensures proper updates on its devices. Huawei Mate 8 has terrible camera quality, low light shots are noisy and grainy, daylight shots are blurred and smudged. Huawei Mate 8 is only good for scoring high benchmarks scores, it fails miserably in all other segments.

  • Hm The phone is under power although the spec is pretty much Huawei Mate8, but slightly better in Battery performance. R9 have same camera spec in Mate8 which is 16MP f/2.0 and it have on both front and rear but Mate 8 only have rear. The rest is pretty much Mate 8 is better. Price wise is much cheaper than Mate 8 and of cause Samsung S7/S7e/Note5, *There is a clown below making noise about R9 more expensive than S7?* As I am a mobile gamer, I prefer Mate 8 than R9 but if you are a selfie crazy person, R9 is good.

  • Dick Smith was to sell oppo R7, then the company bankrupted, I checked JB HIFI, no oppo, xiaomi on sell, only have huaweip p7

  • The price of R9 plus is significant cheaper than samsung s7 and note5

  • this is one of the most terrible junk phone it no radio no infrared not a amoled display only HD display compatible and this phone cost you more than a samsung edge 7 or galaxy note 5 no way to me this junkies stuff

  • pls i want this phone but it not release in asia

  • F1 plus is r9

  • i need r9 plus but it is not india but i became a fan

  • Pls when wil Nigeria ave this fone

  • When is this phone going to be release in Australia, please tell me.

  • why oppo r9 is not selling in Malaysia? i want r9, i don't want F1. No choice, have to go to Huawei Mate 8 then.

  • When will this phone launch in Malaysia?

  • yes radio is avilable

  • hahahaha but I don't think so if it has a good resolution regarding front cam, previous oppo models don't have. Hopefully it has because I am canvassing right this moment to buy a new one.

  • phone is very good both cdma and gsm connectivity i like it i want to buy but i want to confrm fm radio is available or not

  • Hi mobile release date is March month but still mobile not release what happen ?????

  • he likes look with iphone 6 plus? its more better than iphones!!!!!

  • ok den

  • Daaaamn this looks like a dream phone! Those specs looks unreal for the price its at. Def plan of buying this. Just wondering whether or not it hhas back and home button keys on the side like it's other models?

  • Haha.. Look like I phone 6 plus

  • Oppo is starting to look like an iPhone

  • Just put the sd820 in it and will be rich mark my words this is what people want

  • why cant u provide flash for secondary camera

  • I dont know this is a replacemnt model for oppo r7 plus..becouse this a bit higher than r7plus...i just used my r7plus one month only because : 1. Video quality really bad..just like cheaper phone eventhough r7plus realy expensive for that specs 2. Dynamic range of r7plus camera really bad..i u focus point on your face..the background more white like high key.. I hope this newest model will improve with more quality...

  • Do they have a r9 minus? The phone is darn BIG.

  • ppi very low...

  • This phones are so cool u cant get your eyes of them ...To me its the best android phone trending

  • R9+ got bot front n rear cam at 16 MP..whoop,what's the difference from Oppo N3 16mp motorized cam,im using,, In term of software, the new r9/r9+ should run with V6/marshmallow.

  • hehehe oppo think look like a i phone

  • Howmany programme of it

  • Well you agreed its a high end so for me its enough. Thank you. As long as we can settle i dont need any research :-P.

  • Yes it is high end but still mid-ranger. Stop bushing comments without researching. Read some articles firts before you insist that this phablet isn't a mid-ranger one...

  • Said high end not flagship. Flagship is most pricey phone from single brand with best possible specs. High-end is any above average phone with good enough specs which cant be classified as average, below average or poor. Because what you try to say have no reason. Its like u want to say for example Samsung S6 is midranger because Samsung S7 is flagship. So high end like doesnt exist. O.M.G. These peoples and their funny comments.

  • I said high end not flagship. Research. Its like you want to say any phone with one of these processors is flagship like ram disk space and battery capacity isnt important. So if Samsung J1 for example receives one of these four processors it will be flagship even if other specs remains same like Samsung J1 have. Wake up man. This aint dark or stone age.

  • Core core and again core. Snapdragon 652 mid range processor. Yes they can mae an phone with Helio X10 1gb ram 8gb disk space and adreno 205 and you will say its a high end phone because it have latest Helio X10. Please wake up.

  • Why oppo don't put this battery in R9 as R9+ has large screen.....and what will b the use of 16mp camera in front ????

  • the secondary camera is great~

  • As it's a high range device, they should've used sd820,ad530.They will take a huge amount but offer less

  • I like the front look, i love front facing fingerprint scanner. The back is ugly but still better than iphone back.

  • Cause specs

  • amezing phone

  • WOW! Super, when Oppo9+ would reach Assam. Currently using latest Micromax Canvas 3+, 5.5" Screen, but not satisfied with 2GB RAM, also MediaTek processor causes lots of heating issue on prolong charging or while playing games. Anyway, what type of fast battery charger version here? version 1 is no better than ordinary Higher Amp AC Traveller charger.

  • whats the point of putting 16mp on the front? it's gonna be worse than the iPhone 6's 1.2mp camera anyways.

  • Might as well get a 12 inch tablet and knock yourself out.

  • If it isn't mid-ranger phablet, what do you call it? A flagship? Lol! As far as I've known, flagship phones wears snapdragon 820, exynos 8890, mtk x20 and apple A9. The rest are midrange and low ends...

  • Lol, do some research. Flagship chipsets are snapdragon 820, mtk x20, exynos 8800 and iphone A9.

  • Oppo: late software development and software update. selling their phones overpriced. I dont know why they haven't changed a bit since I used Find7 for the first time. I was hoping their price would go hand-to-hand with Snapdragon 820 Xiaomi mi5. But then, here they go.. the old OPPO. I sold my Find7 because it lacks of development, late update, bugs here and there on every update. I saw the price is $510 for R9 plus? seriously...

  • A blend of iphone 6S plus and Galaxy A9. You can't get more unoriginal than that!

  • full copy of apple and htc. shame on oppo

  • Yes the processor is officially mid range, but since it outperforms a few flagship CPUs and the rest of the specs are high end, I'd struggle to define the phablet just mid range.

  • Why lollipop? Please OPPO put marshmallow inside and give me a reason to upgrade from my R7 plus!

  • the look of phone is copied from samsung and apple. I think so...........

  • SD652 was designed to be a mid-range processor, therefore the device itself is a mid-range one. It doesn't matter how big the screen is or how many GB of RAM it uses. The core is what's important. Yes, it is better than a lot other processors out there, but that's cos it is the latest one. It's called being up to date. In the year of 2016. Do some technical homework before embarrassing yourself...

  • Great phone. Yes, almost 100 % iPhone design, but who caress? 6 inch display should be the minimum size of a phone.

  • Yes because mid range phones use 4 gb ram and have battery over 4000 mAh and 16 mpix camera. WTF are u serious??? Anyway snapdragon 652 isnt high end thats true but is way better than most processors.

  • Great battery, but this phone is too big for my taste. Now if they had put this battery in the R9 I would have been interested. Too bad.

  • If this is mid ranger then i wonder what is high end for you? These specs are far from midranger phone.

  • At 6 inches it is a phablet. And yes, it is a mid range phablet. SD 652 is a mid-range processor, not high-end...

  • Definitely not a Phablet its just a bit oversized phone with great specs. Someone said its a good mid ranger. I dont think so. Because of high end specs. But what confusing me is rear and front camera are equally 16 Mpix. Sounds strange. Lets record 4k selfie with front camera :-)

  • This is a good mid-ranger phablet. Hoping it isn't pricey...

  • second camera use 16 megapixel ????
