Plum Optimax 10 - User Reviews

  • What a piece of crap right next to tower no signal in Walmart no signal can't download Netflix can download cricket app drops phone calls screen scratched from dust cloth for tv's of I was closer to the headquarters it would literally just give it back what a waste of money super disappointed and can't express that enough don't waste money or your time!!!! What a piece of piece of American crap no wonder everyone buy foreign devices get you crap together Plum I will never ever ever ever ever get another device from them my cheap a** ZTE did and does way more than y'all's crap of phablet I'm so ashamed for y'all I would shut down and sell any product that doesn't say Plum 😡

  • Purchase my Tab 7 months ago and the camera is giving trouble. Factory reset the tab and the error coming up on the camera app, "Can't connect to camera. Please make sure to close other apps that may use camera or flashlight." Need need assistance.

  • I've had this tablet for around six months; it replaced my HPTouchpad4G (which works, but is having problems with the cyanogenmod installation; my other wifi-only touchpads are Just Fine Thank You). It does what it says it will do, and does it well. I didn't like the included plastic screen protector (too hard to get to lie flat, bubble-free); I put on a thin glass one (easier to clean; about 1/8th inch undersized; still bubbled but only on the bezel so who cares?). The tablet is light. It charges fairly quickly and a charge is good for a day's use. I use it mostly for mail, reading, some calling & messaging, a fair amount of web access. This tablet is marketed under a variety of brands; I bought from Plum because I had heard they are good at customer service; in the pre- and post-market period, I had a couple of interactions that were really very good. Is this a $300 tablet? Of course not. But, for $100 (and I could do most of that with Amazon points...), it does what I need at a price that means I can replace it with no regrets when it dies. I would look at the then-current Plum offerings when that happens.

  • really at 1GB RAM, HD screen and crappy camera??? don't think people is stuped had this tablet twice and it lags like hell, also, its hard enough to enter just in the fu"#$n settings for wifi, come on, you get what you pay for, this is crap

  • I just received this unit, have used it a couple of days, and it is unbelievable for the money. I can't believe something that is built this solid, with this many features, is this cheap, and is not a piece of junk. Seriously - I'm the owner of over 25 'china tablets phones' and this is in a different league. I have AT&T (USA) Service. Put in my SIM, programmed my APN settings, enabled Data, and it is now my new Field Engineer device. My phone, work order handler, email, e-everything, laptop-eliminator (aside from consoling in to routers for support and config). If you are on the fence.. go to wherever has these and buy one. They are cheap, and better than any name brand device I've tried. Later.

  • it's a tablet -_-

  • i love the phone
