  • I have used this phone for last two years. I have noticed that multitasking is not its strength. It shows available RAM of 289 MB, but always 230 MB will be used up. So remaining RAM for any other apps is very less. Also one more problem is the phone hangs frequently. And frequently when you open the dialer it will close abruptly.Whatsapp can be run on this phone but it will overload the phone's RAM and storage as well. In the end I had to remove several apps including whatsapp facebook etc.

The typing keyboard hangs, I lose network for no reason and the phone switches itself off.   • Hey mus3afa, If i were you, i would stay away from LG. I do not know about Alcatel. I have the LG optimus net dual (aka P698) 1- it is giving weird error message "ACM limit exceeded". 2-they brag about having a dedicated SIM switch, but it is useless. Samsung has tow buttons when you dial and when you send SMS and you can select the defaukt SMS card (the function of the hardware switch of LG) by dragging down the upper bar. 3- when you are in a call and need to hang up or type on the keypad, it takes the LG P698 5 seconds to become responsive. 4- its camera is autofocus but half of the times it cannot focus (pocket cam has no autofocus)

  • I think it is not a good mobile though it has 3gb internal. It has very bad Battery Backup and the most serious problem is NETWORK. 3g and 2g data problem. Not a good mobile for HD games. No flash Player Support for that u can't play online games. So before buying think about it.
