  • A31 is not very good but good for normal use bcoz i have it but it is die becos of software it any thing battery, charger , software ,cabinet , cable will not found in the market....

  • COLOMBIA: I've had this one, and I loved it, the agenda is the best, bcos u can introduce; phone number, address, birthday, e-mail, URL, etc... I lose it in a taxi, but I miss it for the games, they were my favorite entertaiment.

  • It looks good, has many functions but it is very slow (quite anoying)and jams. Batery dies in 2-3 days. It might make you wait 2 minutes to introduce 3 words. Inhuman ! Oh, and the menu is logic free. It will drive you crazy...

  • it has many(voice recorder, currency exchance, internet) but it dont be useful. Exa: can be brouse internet some site but dont be downloaded. all time the charger cable have too put on. disgusting..

  • good phone except it dies after 2-3 days, if you set the alarm once it will ring everyday if you forget to set it to off and you have to wait too much when browsing the menu. It jams sometimes. Never bye siemens again.

  • Try to check HTTP Profile. Your HTTP Profile setting have to be the same with GPRS setting. Do not change the DNS 1 or 2, just be 000.000.000 . Good Lucck!!

  • stefan to transfer data from this phone to your pc you will only need paper and a pen.write down the info from your phone to the paper and the them copy the info from the paper to your computer.

  • For nearly five months I owned this phone and I became an aficionado of Siemens. Yet somehow two weeks ago the Addressbook in my SIEMENS A31 containing all the names and details of my contacts were gone without a trace! Now I have to re-type and enter again the details of my contacts! It is really a pain the neck or fingers for that matter. Anyway, it is a nice phone better than other brand with similar price except of course the built-in games are not up to par.

  • Me and my girlfriend like it - we often go to Barcelona, as she's Catalan, and needed a Pay As You Go over there to avoid paying international charges whenever we phone or text friends. It was cheap in Sitges, it's small, the batteries seem to last OK. Suits us.

A lot of us at work have had these phones recently and everyone complains of the poor reception and susceptibility to interference from the unlikeliest of sources. e.g. an electric lift causes my phone to drop its connection while colleagues on older siemens and nokias have no problem in the same situation.

  • I have a A31 and it's a very good phone. For those who don't know, the A31 CONNECTS to the computer with a serial cable DCA 100 and the software can be downloaded from the site of Benq-Siemens. My question is that you can upload java games from the PC?

  • Hi! I bought this phone a week ago and I'm very happy with it so far. It's a basic phone, with no super-special features. The design is very simple but pretty and the size is just perfect. The best thing with the phone is however the low price. I use it as my second phone; when I go out and/or travel. It feels much better when you're not carrying a pocket computer that costs half you sallary with you in a bar or club

  • According its price its a very good mobile compare to other mobile. its colour(resulation) is good. compare to other siemens its colour is very good. sound not bad.memory also not bad,advantage is its having shared memory,so you can use as you need. and its size very simple but cute , not having excess doun-up curb. its realy a good and smart design for a simple and airtistic minded person. i think you will be satisfy if once you use this mobile( you must remember the price also Before you coments).
