Not bad for a 5 year old model. Solid build and great set up. LTE speeds are amazing. Loudspeaker is quite low and as for the battery...never mind. Almost all built in models are a let down. Great interface and killer camera, still beats the crap out of the majority current models.

Nice phone, all works reasonably well, except computer software (PC companion): it wants to be updated, but you cannot update it and as a result you cannot create a backup of your phone on the computer. The latest version of this software no longer recognises this phone. Unforgivable.

My experience with batteries is that if you use alot of apps, games and texting then it runs down quickly. I had this Xperia phone and hated it. Other posters are right, the battery is worthless. I bought a different brand of phone (with removable battery) and had to wait awhile to find an extended battery for it. I went from a 1500 mAh battery to a 2280 mAh battery that I found on Ebay for $10 and now it last a LOT longer. I will NEVER buy a phone with non-removable battery again. :-)

i have this phone for a year now and the battery burned :D lol the phone is really nice camera everything is good but the battery is total shit i have to charge it 2-3 times a day and yes the phone gets relly hot after playing games or sometimes out of nowhere it starts heating up... now i am trying to change the battery and IT IS POSSIBLE but hard... u have to buy a new one from asia or somewhere and change it yourself or go to the service they will do it for you. The phone is really goog but again the only minus is the battery :)

Just got this Xperia t and it's just a beautiful model compared to so many out thea, I have one problem though the camera or video recording won't take pics or record for not more than 20 secs. in the back of your phone you can clearly see two seperate peices at the top and bottom ... you can remove those.. all you need is a plastic pic and then carefully remove them... after that you will be able to see the screws to remove the center part... and after that carefully remove the battery .. it's attached with ribbons

I'v had two so far, first one had a problem with the screen not turning on. the phone does get really hot and has a really short battery life. now i have a problem with this second phone the ringtones will play but my music wont unless i have ear phones in. NOT WORTH THE BUY!

Sony Xperia T, I have bought first Sony Cell phones back in Aug 2013. The cell worked fined for like 3-4 months. Now it faces charging problem. At times it charges at times it does not, I have tried original AC Adapter and Power Chord in wall charger and also with PC USB. Read online and this problem seems to be quite common in Xperia phones. Z T TL TX all have this issue. I have tried the factory reset, hard reset and repairing cellphone using PC Companion but problem remains the same. Its a damn moody phone at times it would charge no issues at times it simply will not. What the Heck... DO NOT BUY SONY THEY ARE UN RELIABLE POOR QUALITY CELL PHONES.

The 16GB(11GB usable) is for storing data and files. The 2GB limit you is for downloading applications. For example, on mine, I have about 70 applications installed from the Google Play and Amazon App stores. When I do look at my Apps information in settings, I see I have 1.1GB of phone memory uses about 885MB free. When I look at my internal memory I see 3.2GB used and 7.7GB free. Hope that helps.

great phone,3g works very well on my vodafone connection.you can even buy the back panel flip cover from ebay.in i bought this phone from one of my friend living in the US and the phone is simply awesome...it's been a total of 9 months it's being used..8 by my friend and 1 by me....no issues faced till date...i hope that i dont face in the near future...;P one liner for the phone...go for it..! worth money..!

Sure they get a little warm with extend use, but not that hot. My LT30 works great ! Best phone I have had. I believe the heat issues are a bit exaggerated.... Any electronic device with extended use will get warm as it consumes power...

simply awesome phone.thts why it's called "THE BOND PHONE"...by me... ;) everything in this phone is good except the following: 1. eats a lot of battery (thats mentioned 1850 maH) 2. speaker volume is a bit low. 3. handsfree are good for calling but not thats good in soung experience as expected from SONY as a BRAND. too low voluume for pleasure music. except all above,this phone simply rocks. :)

please explain how a class 10 microSD would "damage" a phone. that absolutely makes no sense. it's just a microSD card with a very high write/read speed. if anything, it will HELP the phone. apps, photos, videos and music etc. would all be able to be accessed quicker, especially apps and videos. photos taken with the phone's camera will be able to be written to the card faster and therefore the time between being able to take two photos, without using burst mode (which automatically does it), would be shorter because the photo would be written to the card at top speed and the phone would be back to the viewfinder for the next photo quicker.

xperia T LTE versions are only available in north america throug providers. and they are very interchangeable once you unlock the phone. i am using a rogers xperia T(LT30a) with wind mobile that exclusivly use HSDPA+ 1700/2100 bands. so if you are out of this area then you are out off luck. read this article if you are in North america the its not that hard to find a LTE model off of ebay.

Use a class 4 32/16GB memory cards, tou won't get any problem as far as i know Class 10 memory cards are for cameras not for phones. Class 10 can easily damage your phone too

The phone is comes with an internal 16G storage. You can also add a micro SD card and expand the phone to 48G. That�s a lot of data. Overall great phone. It's a great size, the Sony tweaks to Android OS are nice, good build quality and feels great in hand (can mostly be used one-handed), great screen and options. Looks great, too. Downside is that I've had problems with SDHC cards getting corrupted (32GB and 16GB, class 10). Still trying to resolve issue but haven't had one last longer than 2 weeks.

This is the WORST phone I have ever had. I bought it on January 1st and have had nothing but problems with it. I have had to go to the store many times. It will just completely shut off for no reason and won't come back on. It would be completly charged in the morning and become unresponsive by noon. And, I'm not on the phone all that much. I just got the phone. Its amazing. Can go from a screen thats turned off, to a camera thats taking a picture, in less than 5 seconds. Sony store has it for 29.99 with 2yr contract. Can be a new account, new line, or phone upgrade. Get it, you wont regret that you did

finally I bought the best.....Sony TL. That's really interesting,and not comparable with any other devices. I tested ION and it has lots of problem with touching but they are gone with realizing T. Camera, CPU, design,....every thing you can imagine is better in T.

Ok guys. I gave up my S3 for this James bond phone (Sony Xperia T Lte) and the only flaw I must say I have is just the speaker...good quality yes but not LOUD. Other than that..very powerful, better than my S3. Smooth graphics..and the camera is not a joke. Too much to describe but it's up there to me as one of the top top droids right now...bought it outright $650 Toronto, Canada using Virgin Mobile network.

This is my caring opinion for you all: It's true new Sony smartphones look similar, and that, for me, do is a disgusting problem in Samsung's (even stupid overpriced iPhone's), but in Sony's it is a minor 'problem' cause they at least look pretty! And I'm sure they are working on new designs. Besides that, their specs might not be the top of top in names and numbers, but they do certainly are more than enough power to perfectly do the most demanding tasks you can think of doing in an smartphone. So, please don't mind too much that detail, take it easy on yourselves, and enjoy the vast capabilities of today best Sony smartphones! 'Cause, as today, even a stock 1GHz single core Adreno 205 GPU, GB Android smartphone like my Xperia Pro is giving me plenty of satisfaction! I do use almost all its features, and I'm not a basic user. Having said that, I'm excited and look forward to have in my hands some Qualcomm S4 CPU and GPU smartphone! Like some of today's Sonys. I barely can imagine my satisfaction *-* Why bother specifically for Quad cores when as today are very few the apps, games, that actually can take advantage of them all, and being most Sony Dual cores better at benchmarks than rival's Quad cores. Why. Unless you want to use the same device for next 5 years or so, maybe. Ok, well. That's for me, something trivial and childish worrying that much for those details. I'm not saying those are not desirable, they are, but today is like buying a truck when all you need is a bike. Ok, I hope I have helped some of you doubtful guys relax and do enjoy what's available, which is great *-* But, I can't go without saying this: What is worst here is the lack of HDMI port! Come on Sony! Having such great GPU! It's beautifully cool playing Android games on HD TVs! I think the best design of Sony and Sony Erricson smartphone is xperia ray or xperia mini pro. Please keep the design for the next model. Also, please change the size. I believe that the appropriate size for 4" screen at least 65mm wide and for 45-5" screen is 48-70mm.

I'm Sony fan. I love the design of the old Sony Erricson phones. I believe that the design is the firt consideration people decide to buy. Therefore I would propose that Sony could produce cellphone which has its own characteristic like other brands such as BB, Samsung, HTC and apples have (especially for smartphone products). Sony has one of the best designs behind iPhone. But honestly Sony need to change the design and make a 5" phones or 4.7 at least,? they have one of the best screen around really Sony want to see that coruges screen with Bravia engine on 5" screen pls. When it comes to performance Sony with 1.5 dual core snap dragon still performed as well as quad core Samsung exons! I know some ppl over don't believe that I own note 2 and Xperia ion I played need foe speed most wonted on both devices guess what ion performance way better than note 2! No lag ion packed with 1.5 s3 snap dragon chipset?!.

the larger the mega pixel does not necessary mean a better photo quality,the 12 mp camera sony xperia s and the 13 mp camera xperia t have lower image quality than the iphone 5 and the galaxy s3 although both are using 8 mp cameras. use gsmarena photo comparison to see by yourself.

Sony xperia SL and TL has some differences: SL has 342 ppi but TL has 323 ppi. SL has no card slot but TL has. SL has 12m.p cam but TL has 13m.p cam. SL has 1.7 ghz processor but TL has 1.5 processor only... So its a confusing choice to select SL or TL. Any way both the phone are great among all other brands... Sony Xperia rocks...

I used to want this phone, but it's just so unappealing now. Here we are, almost 2013 and this is running on a dual core processor and a tiny 1,850 mAh battery. Oh and let's not forget ICS. Why isn't it quad core? Jelly Bean? At least a 2,100 mAh battery? I've loved the Sony phone's that I've owned but Sony is always behind everyone else. This so called future "Odin" Xperia sounds nice NOW, but when it's actually released, it'll be behind everyone else. It's a shame because Sony has some of the most beautiful devices. In my opinion anyways.

Sony phones doesn't look all the same. Each on is different depended on the series. Like xperia u, p, s, sl look same. T, TX, TL look same. Sola is different from everyone. Xperia v and Xperia j look same. Xperia miro, Xperia tipo and Xperia go looks same. The thing is Sony's timescape UI. It is all the same looking in every xperia devices. And fools seems to judge the phone design with it's walpapers.

Boring very boring. If one buys any of the Sony phones and after a time sells it , it's human nature to have a different phone that has different features in the software and the look of the phone. I don't know what Sony is doing maybe its a Japanese thing but I know for a fact people like change regardless how good the phone is. And to make matters worse one can only use accessories that are supplied for the phone for example cannot use my beats headphone with these phones. Why can't we. Good luck Sony I will be eager to see their latest mobile sales profitability report. Or has the design team quit and Sony has forgotten to hire a new one. I've notice that as well ..I don't even see a difference between sony TL and sony TX.. Both with the same specs , nothing new.. No wow factor.. I'm a sony user I still have my xperia play, acs s and xperia s but I don't see a point buying another one from sony again..but I'm still hoping one day they will release a phone something that is much better with S3, the up comming LG and iphone5.. Are you seriously going to tell me that Sony's phones specs are better than the Galaxy S3 and the Galaxy note 2? And how about the HTC one x and one X+? Let's not forget that all devices I mentioned here are all quad core, while all of Sony's current phones are only dual core. for people judging on how "SONY ALL LOOK THE SAME," there is no difference compared to iPhones and Samsung Galaxy... iPhones and Galaxys have slight modifications when they upgrade, with almost no change in visual features... i dont see how that is different from sony, its just the wallpaper on the picture is the same in all photo the specs look very nice, 13 mp camera and 1.5ghz dual core, from the progress, it doesnt look like sony is done improving.

It does have an international version and that is the Xperia T(3G)... Since India is in its early stages of 4G LTE (only in Kolkata & Bangalore circles, that too only with Airtel) this wont be launched here... Hence the Xperia T, on which there is no word on if and when it will be launched here.

Yes, this is just like the Xperia T, but this one comes with 4G LTE, which is faster than the 3g that comes with the Xperia T, and it doesn't have a button in the middle, that is AT&T's globe logo... not a button.... O.o
