i've one of this ,i buy it because it's look ,i loved it .but it's only a pretty phone ,i only use it 2 months and then what !! it's stop working suddenly and no one can repair it in my country ,i asked for help in internet and the answer was returning it to a toshiba center to taking a new one (for raplace) ,,all the phones of this model has the same problem

Shame Toshiba has stopped updating the firmware on the device, at least mine still works and surfs the internet just as well as it should. It's still useful to me.

Toshiba does'nt make mobile phones any more if Im not mistaken. I had purchased this mobile in 2009 from expansys and within 1 year stopped working and with it lost all the data. Toshiba wanted me to send this mobile from uae to uk for repairs at my cost. it was a nice looking phone but not practical to use.

i had one of these back in the day and the fact that it had an 800x480 res which is still considered hi res is unbelivable i just thought this phone had severe problems playing videos and the outer casing / styling of this phone is an abomination

hi guys i brought this phone for £100 in the uk and found out that it is worth alot more, so i am really happy as its a great phone. can play videos in very good quality music is just as good. the negative to it is the camera option its not the best camera in the world but then again if you want a phone for buisness email or internet browsing then this phone is ideal. thanks

I've been using this phone for almost a year now and I am looking for a replacement. It is the worst phone ever! The battery is worthless. I need to recharge it on a daily basis: without calling over 15m a day and not using the other options at all, it still needs recharging within 48 hours. 330h standby time, thats a blatant lie. Also, since using this phone I receive messages saying I missed a call, while the phone was lying right in front of me with perfect reception. Not to mention windows mobile is a total fail too. Having to open the phone to dial a number which is not in speeddial not very fun either. I do owe thanks to the gps system, though it does take over 15 minutes to boot it up.

dear sir, this is a very common problem,i think you should change the charger and then try it, possibly the battery is in deep discharge and the charger may not be working thats y its not on off condition,i faced the same problem in a lg handset,what i think the charger is same for htc,blackberry,and for many others,

truly gr8 stuff, tried xperia,omnia,xda etc but nvr come across such dependable one..wifi snirfing is strong and very reliable..batt fantastic, i've been bergayut wth gf and d batt last a good 3.5 hors non stop..

i've got this smartphone for about 2 months already and i can say that i am fully satisfied by its capabilities. i've managed to find it in bundle version (gps software + car kit) for about 285 euro. if u use it like a phone, the battery lasts for 4 days. if u need more of its features then keep ur charger close. very nice gps software (navilux = igo 8.0), pretty capable wi-fi (i've been browsing on the internet w/o interruption while shoping inside al mall), medium loud speaker, medium quality pictures, never interrupted gsm conversation (as i heard other smartphones do). over all its a 8.0-8.5 smartphone which i say is pretty good for an under 300 euro phone.

I have bought this device last Sunday for RM999.00. So far no major complaint. Speed wise as expected is considered slow by todays standard. However, I was previously using an Eten M600 and in comparison there was no significant difference in performance. Bear in mind this G910 is running on WM6 so that drains performance as well. Overall feature are wonderful. You get almost every features currently available plus fingerprint scanner which is quite cool. You can't get anything else at this price. Screen resolution is wonderful. Now using office application becomes genuinely useable. The clampshell design also suits my usage. Minor complaint is that the speaker volume is a bit too low for both calls and ringer tones emitted. Still, I could live with that. Battery life is just okay but drains dramatically when GPS was used. This is similar to other devices with GPS as well.

There are many negative feedbacks about this mobile, but Toshiba has released ROM(firmware) update recently, which has rectified almost all software bugs. For this price u wont get a better deal than this. Hardware spec and Windows Mobile 6 make this a real deal. happy shopping..

Dear buyer, I bought the G910 also in Portugal. During 2 months this device broke 3 times. The problems was the same that you refer. Unfortunelly the only solution was replace this mobilphone by a Nokia E71.

i bought this phone G910 in Malaysia, not good!! Problems:- a) After call finish, always shut down!!! i need to do soft re-start. b) No MMS funtion??? but the specification have??? c) Can't make 3G call, i ask the Toshiba, until now no answer??? d) the phone always hang-up, always need to do soft re-start. i feel many many problems. I got same problem with the sound plus short talk time. Anyway I love this phone better if it can fix this 2 things especially talk time. Usually by lunch time, I need to get my phone charge back full to get complete my day.

Better navigation like optical joystick At least 256 mb ram More powerful processor Dedicated chip for graphix Steel body and good resistant against liquid,dust and shock. I own one of these, got mine for �220! instead of the full �400. This thing is an absolute BEAST! it's not really a phone tho. it's a laptop with a phone built-in. tis a bit big, BUUUT what do you expect with this many features!. Personally, i think it's amazing. Comes with win mobile 5 pro. Makes things run very very smoothly. WI-FI range on it is also very good

The colours are good, the idea is good. I could live without those extruded buttons. I would love a device like this one only slightly improved. Design is too egg shaped. What's wrong with classical pocket address book shape ? The screen is too small. If you're going to make this device useful you need 5 inch screen at least, and you might consider 2:1 ratio. It could be far more useful.

I cannot imagine how would I use the touchscreen. With TyTN you keep the device closed in one hand and use the stylus with the other. When you need keyboard you open it, but then you have little or no use for touch screen. Obviously here you have to keep the device open. I don't see myself holding the device open with one hand and using the stylus with the other. Apart from this it seems a powerful device.

oh come this is just a glorified Qtek 900 compare them you'll only see a few differences weight Camera OS etc nothing special at all - NOT IMPRESSED!

i hope it will be able to play movies at this high resolution or otherwise its just for surfing..., also i dont know how games will act at this resolution... i don't think any games will work... since all are made for 320x240 or 640x480...And another thing is how you dial..you have to always open it up to dial a number... its kind of embarasing :)and i hope it will not look too big in hands...also a 3d accelerator chipset like on hp would be great... well other then this looks great
