I bought this phone many months ago and I still can not find out how to enter some credit on the account,so have not been able ever to make calls. why not info anywhere on how to get call credit????

some times the touch is not working and too slow also.most of the apps are not supporting

How can I fix my phone? My touch screen is not working but I can still accept calls (through "Dial" button.) I tried doing "Volume Down+End Call" button but still, it doesn't work. :( Please help.

After having this phone for a year, I've discovered some pro's and con's with this phone. Pro's - It's a really big step up from ye' olde nokia 2720 - Has good support for playing media - Android, so anything's possible! Cons - Internal storage fills up really quickly. Once full, it refuses to receive text messages until you delete something (usually an app :/ ) - Sometimes, it runs out of memory and decides to hide all the homescreen icons and widgets

its a good phone actually. and its screen is quite responsive for a resistive. and the battery last from 2-3 days, that's far for an android phone. its a good phone and i recommend it base on my own experience.

Dera! its very simple to connect. just insert your data sim in its sim container. then go to acer settings, select data enable. Or, just open wi-fi setting select an available hotsopt. Through these options you can connect.Enjoy !!

Cheers!! The phone's really great. Cheaper than other phones but it beats some samsung and HTC phones in some areas. Overall, I'm happy with this. Planning to keep this for a long time. :)

if u have been using android machines regardless of brand, u will find that batteries are is a commnon setback. if acer e140's battery can last for three days, i'd say that's as long as it gets. i am using a nokia n8 that last 3 days too. i am already happy coz i've seen wosre.

restore your phone..happened same with me! restore the factory settings by going in settings..than in privacy n there u can restore the factory settings

why does the output of the cam shot is not good? a lot of dots scattered on the photos.. and why does the audio or the sound is too low even the volume is full.?

the battery doesn't last that long..if its unused (stand by mode) it only last for around 3 days, the most..they should be working or developing for a more reliable or long-life battery..

All mid range phones and low range have resistiv display and 256 ram memory. I don't know why are you implying on the model ( betouch e400)that isn't even similar in designe with (betouch E140).
