The very good phone! Two weeks ago I bought second OT-802 in Vietnam. My first 802 worked hard 2.5 years. I bought it in Moscow. Super optical joystick! Looooong accumulator! Comfortable keyboard. I am happy)

switch off ur alcatel mobile then press and keep hold '#' key and end(red colour key) key.. hold it both.. then it will ask format it.. press yes.. then ur phone memory will format..

Go into profiles in the menu.Click options then edit.All the options are there to change ringtone and things including volume if you flick to the side on the navigation button

Yeh. Hook it up to your computer and download the alcatel pc suite. Go to alcatelmobilephones.com go to you phone and see if its compatible. If it is your all set but note the suite takes awhile to put songs on. But they are in good quaility.

yep, it;s easy, just install the mini cd onto your computer(pc only). once its installed open up the software, connect the lead to your pc, your pc will then ask which type of access, select (comms port). then access the software (it has a music type icon) and open into the software, once selected press the right arrow on the software and it will install it on your phone.

this is alround a good handset, works well and looks good too. you can buy in white from phones4u with various diffrent price plans starting at around £45. you can also get it in black from asda and has a cheap price tag, plus asda mobile have great deals on your texting and calling with calls from 8p and texts from 4p.
