I unlocked my phone and am currently using it on T-MOBILE network. I took my codes to a T-MOBILE store and had them set-up my phone for me-- I didn't want to mess it up. It works great. There was a snag though. My previous phone's T-MOBILE SIM card was too big. I had to get a new one. Originally, he was going to charge me $20 for a smaller SIM!! I ended up getting it free. I saw a package at 7*11 that included a SIM card and a monthly data plan. It seems the SIM only cost $3-4. FYI

I was able to get my phone unlocked. I had to wait several days. I then took it to T-MOBILE where i had been getting my service for a couple of years.

I replaced my Alcatel pop4 which wasn't all that bad for the price,my zenfone 2e has served me right so far. No where near the Samsung galaxy s4 territory but I would definitely recommend people :-)

To my phone it comes out that nothing else has 3.33 gigas of internal memory and in fact has to have 8 gigas, it leaves total space 3.33 / 8 gigas What I can do?

Not really bat but it isn't compatible with mobile hot spot. Sometimes it becomes very hot or crashes

I'm so upset about this phone abd have been since the first day, so unhappy with it I want to drop at&t abd go to Sprint. This phone had been so pain in my ass. The preloaded apps takes up half the storage which I'm NOT happy about... the camera in mine sucks. My fiancee purchased the same phone at the same price and his operates different. Although his camera is better, I've seen better in cheaper phones... my data... my data seemed to disappear in less than two weeks. I'm using it that same way I always did with other services abd other phones.... giving me to purchase more data.+=^-=:}!!!#++++!!! Then I see all these shots running that I dont use, eating up my data. I'm not on any level happy with this phone our this service due to this phone. I sometimes just want to smash it. I'm looking FOR something better.

AT&T sent me this phone for free as well. I do like it, but I don't. It always crashes gmail, everyday all day. Can't play games with good graphics. Other than that, for free I can't complain. I could always spend a minimum of $700.00 on the iphone 7........I do want one! 8)

I have this phone, and its incredibly laggy, slow, and crashes constantly and its such a pain and it's not even filled up with too much. It's just naturally laggy and slow.

Call you wireless carrier and get the APN settings. Then update the APN Settings: Settings > More >Cellular Network Settings > Access Point Names

I have had this phone about 2 months. Had nothing but trouble with it. It just shuts off about every 1 1/2 to 2 hrs an rebots itself. Or just shuts off and doesn't come back on. They wont do anything about it unless u have ur receipt. Just throwed mine away.

I've had this phone 8 months and when I got it via bestbuy it was $149. This is beyond the worst phone I've ever had. Its so bad now its being sold for $47. It has software crashes all day long, nothing works with anything else. The camera is really crappy and the battery drains as soon as you light up the screen. It lags terribly and outright freezes all the time. I would only recommend to my worst enemy.

Yup, the phone is incredibly slow especially considering it is a quad CPU. My Lumina 635 was much faster and Windows mobile is far superior to Android or IOS. Too bad very few people found that out. Anyway, I cannot find any 'developer options' even searching the settings. If I didn't have to have an Android phone to drive for Huber I would not have switched. Onward through the fog!

This is the worst f*cking phone I've ever owned. It's fast and usable enough, as long as I'm doing something like Pandora or Netflix. But I didn't buy this as a media player. I have had the 'Phone' app crash on me several times while making calls. I often have enough time to have complete conversations between "asking phone to do something" and the phone actually doing it.

Since this phone has GPS, if I take a pic with it, will I be able to view the GPS coordinates of the location that the pic was taken? If so, how? I've been sent a pic taken with this phone and the GPS coordinates were not visible in the EXIF, so there must be a special trick involved in viewing this data that's embedded in an image.

Try turning the animation off. It's in settings under developer options. It should speed it up some.

I'v had this phone for 4 months. It works great. Using Wi-Fi and the Google search speaker, I ask a question and I get a voice giving me the answer in about 1 to 2 seconds with a list of links too. Getting around the internet is quick too. It's android lolly-pop, you set it up with the apps you like. Asus has there apps which are nice (but don't have to use). The phone works great and the speaker is loud. My daughter has had many smart-phones. She has been using the Samsung Note 4 for a while now. She saw my phone and played around with it and was impressed with it. My grandson likes my phone too. He has an iPhone. I dropped my first one (zenphone 2e) on the asphalt, the glass broke, so I bought another one and this time bought a protective case for it. With normal use, On stand-by, I charge my phone every 3 days, but using wifi every 1 to 2 days (turning wifi off after use). The camera works great. It has a flash-light app that uses the flash. It's very bright. I have nothing negative to say about this phone. I have had Samsung, Sony, and Black-Berry phones. I would recommend the Asus Zenfone 2E to a friend.

Thanks!, I've never ran into someone with my exact situation. I actually updated my Lumia 635 to windows 10 preview and I slowly realized it was a mistake... Things just stopped working...what I really want from this phone is the big screen and the ability to complete competent tasks. Thanks again.

Wow, I actually came from the Nokia Lumia 635 as well. I had it running Windows 10 and loved it, but one day during an update it just stopped working.... :( (literally). Anyway, coming to this phone from the 635, I have to say I do like it. I had to get used to the volume rocker on the back, and a front facing camera is definitely a plus, but for me, it runs very slow at times. More than often. Even when using the UI to make calls. You'll definitely need a microsd card as well, 16GB & up. 8GB & below won't cut it for long. Other than that, the phone is pretty decent.

When it freezes like that all you have to do is press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds and it will restart it.

Great phone for the price. I've had no problems with lag etc. Audio is outstanding with good quality headphones. $99 at at&t.

Got this phone last month . And I hate it lags and freezes a lot. Even restarting phone won't help with the lag and freezes . Only thing that helps is booting into recovery and wiping cache . There are better low end devices out there that don't lag as bad as this crap. Stay away the the E version . Spend the extra and get tthe higher end version . This phone will give Asus and zenfone a bad rep lol

It's basically a rebadge lowest variant of Zenfone 5. Z2560 is no longer give a good run for money. It consumes a lot of power. 1GB of RAM is no longer make sense even for the price it asks for. The same underwhelming 8 megapixel camera that we've seen in Zenfone 5. Redmi 2 enchanced version with 2GB of ram and 16gb of internal storage will sell better.
