this sort of advertising is misleading customers. waste of valuable time and money. It does not have bluetooth. Customers want to know about the product they are buying. Not false advertising. Kind regards, always doing the best for the buying community. (; Catalina xxx LOL

this is a pretty good phone. its a good mp3 phone but has no bluetooth, which doesnt bother me but it probs will bother heaps of other people. i find it has really good reception, as my last motorola phone didnt really.. i can talk anywhere in the house now rather than going outside! :) its pretty unique & works well. i like it. :) 7/10

I have had my Bird A120 for 3 1/2 years now. Just before it's 1st birthday it stopped working and I sent it in to be fixed because it was still covered by the warranty. It has only recently started freezing and the screen goes blue (note, it is 3 1/2 years old!!). It has served me well, but Bird make cheap 'feature-less' basic phones so if you want something super cool don't get a Bird phone. :-)

This phone aint too bad, its quite simple to use. Although I do wish the camera was a little better. It's pretty robust (so I have found). I've dropped it countless times (once in the sea) and it still goes! So, I'm pretty happy with it.

This is the worst phone I have ever seen. Pathetic build quality, a poor range of features and cheap price tag result in this bird waste of space.

I like this phone... Although it doesnt have bluetooth it doesnt really bother me. The media player is pretty good. The reception i find is really good anywhere. The camera is pretty good. Over all its a good phone. Its not the best, but for its price it was really good.

I was a little hestitant in changing from Nokia to a different brand. But I found this optus phone to actually be the best possible value for my money. After this phone I don't think i'll ever go back to Nokia.

i really hate this phone it's super crap. no blueotth or infrred. and mines falling to bits the slide has broken of and the back cover has snapped of and i havent dropped it or anything yet onlyhave had it for a monthor tow.

Hails, I don't know what Big W catalogue you are looking at but they haven't advertised this phone as having bluetooth in any of the catalogues it has been in. It sucks for you that it doesn't have it, but it's not the shop's fault.

The phone haven't bluetooth and infrared the only way to move information it by usb cable and if the phone says wrong infomation or it has nothing on the memory card chek your cardslot or the memory card for loose wire

can any one tell me how to move the music that i have added to my memory card to the music player. I have tried but the phone just says that the folder is empty. it says this for both the phones memory and the memory card. i can access it normally but not in the media player.

I just bought this phone at Big W , why was this phone advertised saying it had Blutooth, is hasn't got it , here i was hoping for Bluetooth i take it out of the box ring up to Activate it and doesn't even have Bluetooth, why Advertise faulse information with the phone?????? Not a happy person!

It's not the best phone if you like to customise everything - there are no themes and stuff like that but it's still pretty good. There are also a lot of files already on the phone which are useless like .dzt, ,msf and .vis files (which I don't know what it is for at all...) The camera is OK. And there is NO bluetooth. The stores must've made a mistake or it must've been a different model...
