I was BBZ10 user and Blackberry 10 OS is really the best OS I've ever used. I was once IOS user and then switched to NEXUS 5 which is android. but nothing really came quite up to meet the BB10 experience. It is the best ever. Yes it lacks in the original apps in the BB world but it kind of replaces it with the other markets. BUT !! It is pointless from Blackberry to keep releasing smartphones which are easily beaten by specs by TONS of other devices. We want something which can compete with the other super mobile phones, just like the passport which i believe is a great mobile phone, but in a different way this time. Maybe something all touch and can compete, or maybe a surprise just like the passport which was a very beautiful one. Finally, it's just my opinion, you might agree or disagree ..

@abrittishperson you clearly have not tried any of the new blackberries. I have owned a range of phones from samsung, apple, htc, nokia, and sadly for you blackberry is by far the easiest to use has an amazing build quality and a reliable smooth os. Try one before u coment.

This phone is a shot of a run of proto types that would soon become the q5, and z30. Well, they were being made at the same time and then scrapped fro the q5 and Z30. Notice how close this resembles the z30

Just by stating that you have Windows mobile from 2008/9 makes your argument completely invalid. Windows mobile back then was literally the shittest thing possible.

when will Blackberry stop, their devices are poor, my HTC touch pro 1 and 2 are better than most Blackberry's and they are from 2008 and 2009, running windows mobile 6.1 and 6.5 respectively.

Blackberry has been producing lower and lower quality over the years, the software is unreliable, and the hardware is not anything to write home about. I am not a fan of any particular manufacturer, but my advice to anyone is to avoid blackberry as far as possible.

Been with Android since it was first introduced. Coming from Nokia Symbian, android was the best OS I ever used, during the course tried iOS, it was 'okay', then recently decided to give blackberry a chance, and i cant express how impress iam, used note 2, s4 but blackberry 10 in my opinion is what i call smoothness and usability truly packed together. One thing that u guys should know, that Operating system is something different than the hard features of the phone. If you looking for a OS to use than Blackberry 10 is the one if your looking for camera/heartbeat sensor than s5 for you.

Let alone the price tag BB phones have on them, a comparable phone from Samsung would cost $100 to $150 less with better quality and Android OS which is so common that you can't think of an app that you don't find it for Android.

Yes he is correct in that Nokia cameras are quite poor considering all of the marketing they do to push their phones as replacement point and shoot cameras. As a professional photographer and someone who works in the Mobile Phone Industry i can categorically say that with Nokia we can disprove very easily when it comes down to quality of photo.

this phone should ve digferent colours, like red,black,pink and white so that users can make thier choices of the colour they want. I also wish blackberry will come up in form of z10 with key pad. Just likeQ10is in form of bold5 with touch screen

nokia and samsung sure do produce phones with 8mp cameras. but do keep in mind that their phones have the best image processing chips which make the image quality better. take the lumia 920 for example. it has OIS and other great features. blackberry has not taken any initiative to make good multimedia phones. blackberry suxx. they should shut down their company.

Stop moaning about 8Mp cam. Im not BBs biggest fan but Samsung and Nokia are still producing phones with worse cams than 8mp. Also, If you buy a phone at 8mp, realisticly your gonna lower the resolution to 2.3mp due to storage space.
