DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE. I guarantee you will be disappointed. THIS IS BY FAR the worse phone I have ever bought in my life. Extremely slow and long app delay times, issues connecting to wifi, short battery life, storage sucks. Basic functions is like torture for this phone. Pure waste of money and learning experience to never go cheaper and to stick with the big brands.

I recently found out Blu are a generic cel phone. Same phone as Micromax and Meitu -Blu Selfie is same as Meitus MK260. This clears us why so many models, so many bad owner reports, and so hard to find a quality cel made by them. Stick with a real phone company, and pay more, wait for reductions, or buy used from a careful owner!

Bought mine in July 2015. Hight quality camera - it is the sensors that are important not the megapixels number. However, could not upgrade to android 4.4, without risk of bricking the phone. As do not use internet to avoid viruses and malware, advised not to bother with ant- virus. Last week screwed with ´shendun´/ ´hummingbird´ malware. cannot be uninstalled without risking bricking the phone. Maleware was hidden in the update for the few apps I have. I blame google play, also condemned by others for source of viruses and malware. Have ordered MICROSOFT 640XL, on offer under $100, after doing my research. Microsoft may still be catching up, but they are big enough to beat Android, eventually, Windows laptop is 8 years old, and I will never buy an android phone again.

I can deal with this, but the camera's bad, the wifi slow, there's absolutely no storage because of the stupid miscellaneous files, runs out of batteries quickly, slow and laggy reaction time, the leaning sensors sometimes don't work. That's just to name a few.

You may have too many apps running on it. Open task manager by holding your finger on the middle, home button and end task on those apps, than restart your Neo. We have this phone and has no issues. If you buy one now it'll most likely ship with android KitKat..

This is honestly the worst phone i have ever purchased the camera itself is extremely horrible i cant even take a decent photo the front camera is UP CLOSE and blurry very disappointing. The phone is very slow and you can barely download any apps without it quickly being low on storage the entire phone is trash

i use net10 , but my phones is working on at&t towers. the only problem i had at first was i could not get mobile net work to operate.all i had to do was go to settings and mobile setting then to apn - access point names and change the settings to comply with network. then it worked fine. this is what you must do to unlocked phone. at&t should be able to help you with this if you call customer service.

I purchased 2 of these for my wife and I to connect to Net10 Wireless service through AT&T. Net10 is a great service and I haven't had a single issue with them in the 5 months we've been using them. The phone however is a piece of junk. The phone comes in a nice box and includes a screen protector and a flexible shell case. both interfere with the touch responsiveness. I experimented for a week with everything on, then with the screen protector off, and finally with the case off. it is better without the case and protector, but not by much. you can adjust the sensitivity/responsiveness of the touch screen but in both extremes and adjusting little by little I could never get either phone to respond better to touch. I contacted best buy who then passed me on to BLU support which sad to say is completely worthless. they couldn't understand what I was telling them through e-mail or over the phone. they kept having me wipe the phone and set it up again. (after the 5th time doing it, I started flat out refusing to) after 3 weeks of bugging them, they finally agreed to replace the phone, but wanted me to send it to them and wait up to 2 weeks to get a replacement. they are supposedly based out of Florida, and even after offering to have them fedex it out to me on my dime, they still could only guarantee it by 2 weeks. I basically gave up and they were fine with that and haven't heard from them since that time. We decided to suffer through the phones for a bit but then switched them out for Samsung Galaxy phones. I wanted so badly to like BLU, and was even rooting for them, but in the end, even if their more expensive phones are more responsive, I doubt I'll ever give them another try.

Yes, I agree with a lot of people here, good for its price, does a very good job of trying to keep up with smart phones. If all you will do is make calls and text, then it shouldn't bee too bad. The touch screen on this phone can sometimes be unresponsive, and the 512 MB of ram doesn't help it, just makes it slightly worse. Other then that, its functional, just. (I've had this phone for about 4 months)

For the price it is a decent phone. Blu recently sent me an update for the phone to download. I installed it and now instead of getting 3G on mobile network I am now getting 4G which has made it a little faster.

This is the first smartphone I have owned so I am a steep learning curve with it. I have had it for about a month and so far it has been able to meet my needed. I have read many reviews of various phones but I just do not understand what make a $500 phone better then this $100 phone. Yes other phones have better camera and flash. Just list a few basic thing that the expensive phone does a lot better. No need to get carried away.

in short - it sucks. #1. Cannot stay connected to my wifi router #2. upon reboot, connects to wifi, then loses connection and will NOT connect #3. Poor touch-screen performance. But it looks nice - the hell with its looks.

Mine works but I hate the touch screen. The first one had issues when you push the send button for sms. This one is better but has issues with lag on incoming calls to show on the screen. Volume goes go silent out of nowhere, or find it in my pocket dialing others or the camera is on. Its weird, has a mind of its on. The mobile itself works fine besides those issues.

I had originally purchase use samsung galaxy 2but all I had was major problems with the phone because being over 2 years oldso they switched me out when this blue Nero 4.5.they only gave me one SIM card in slot 1. I put in in a gig memory cardbut for some reason within a week roughly I open up the phone to make a call and I know this some of my apps are missing.?not technically we're not really missing what did happen is it the top of my screen I have to signal bars like for two separate lines or two separate phone numbersso I have two bars at the top of my screen one is reading Zero no bars totally black the other one is lit up with all of ours of signal I do not know why the phone decided to switch to the different wine and I can not figure out how get one of the bars off the top of the screen or another words I just need one line now not too taking up space in the top of my screen anybody out there have any opinion on this I might be able to help me and be highly appreciated thank you

I got one recently and it is a workable phone for under $120. I managed to connect to T-mobile network with no issues. Just remember to switch the APN(access point names) to T-mobile before you try to connect to the internet with the data plan. Camera is not as good but I don't buy the phone for taking pictures. Overall, good value because it comes with a cover, ear bud headphones, wall charger, cable and screen protector. You need to provide your own micro sd card though to get extra memory.

Purchased a NEO 4.5 4G from Best Buy and took it to an AT&T store. They tried 3 different SIMs, and gave it back saying they could not connect. Called AT&T, they said they will only guarantee connectivity on AT&T-branded phones, regardless that the specs from Blu say otherwise. Caveat emptor.
