Well I don't like the internet service data or what ever you call it. It moves so slow and it take awhile for something to down load. Plus I hate that it don't let you know what the icons are to this phone. Right by the singlners bars the letter E b up there and sometime it switch to G. What the letters stand for and is there any other internet service data that I can use. I'm really bout to hate this phone.

I like the phone in all, but only 2 things that bothers me is that my BLU studio 5.5 is 4g and I have pay for 4g service but it doesn't display the 4g symbol. And my other issue is I connect to WiFi just about any where else but the phone will not allow me to connect to my WiFi at home. When I try it says Avoided poor internet connection... All I ask for is an explanation why this is and/or tell me how I can fix these problems on my phone. Thank you...

you can get your bluetooth by going to the menue and in to setting scroll down to connectivity you will see bluetooth press that than you will se power press that and your bluetooth will go on.

Yes, you can close either first or second sim card, or have both open. Go to "Settings" -> "Dual SIM settings" and select from three options "Dual SIM open" or "Only SIM1 open" or "Only SIM2 open". It is that easy.

From main menu goto Settings, Connectivity, Conn. Management, there should be a list of available WIFI. connect and (if you wifi is protected) a blank screen will displayed required your password.

This is a very nice cell with lots of options...allthough a bit strange is that it has no stopwatch functon?? Also i couldn't get the ebook-reader to work...it doesn't seem to recognize the .epub file format?? Anyone else too has this problem? All in all a good phone for not to much money (100 USD). Considering this is a 2 Simcard type I need to recharge my battery every 2 days..which is OK with me.

you need to download the java game to a computer, then pass it to the phonu via usb cable, next you go to the file manager and search the game and install choosing the path

this fone is total shit! i got it two weeks now and it has blanked out just like that!!!!! the blu brand is not worth your money because before i got the blu speed i had the blu cubo and even that began giving problems. i would not reccomend anyone to buy any type of blu fone.

I have been using dual sim phones for some time now (beats carrying 2 phones) I persevered with an ETEN Glofiish DX900 (Acer Tempo DX900) for just over a year it was very problematic it�s battery life was pathetic but for a long time it was the only dual sim phone available with 3G capability. I have just purchased the Blu speed Q410 for a sixth of the price that I bought the DX900 for, and it has proved to be a much better investment. My work provides me with a phone that is for business use only, any personal calls made on this phone I have to pay for. My work chooses to utilise Telstra because they have the best coverage but they are also the most expensive. I have a personal phone and utilise the �3� network because they offer very reasonable rates and provide quite good service. Both are 3G networks and both will roam on the GSM network. In summary, I want a phone to make phone calls on. I don�t care about cameras or music or games etc. For me the Blu Speed Q410 ticks all the boxes, the voice clarity is good (I�ve found voice clarity to be really substandard on similarly priced phones) The price is excellent for the features that you get, the Bluetooth seamlessly pairs with head units that I have found Nokia�s to struggle with, the battery life is excellent (have had it a week and charged it once) and it�s easy to use. Really for the price I can�t ask for more.

Well in my opinion, I find the Blu Speed to be the best Blu phone but not better than The Blu Tango. I think if you are a on the go type of person the Blu is the right choice.

RSK means "Right Selection Key" so its the key on the right next to then END key. just tap that to unlock.

there are 2 versions of the phone. the Q400 model is Single SIM Only, and the Q410 model is DUAL SIM... it states that on the gsm arena specification page

I just received this phone and use Bell and Rogers. When I insert both SIM cards and then start the phone up, it loads the "blu" screen, then says searching and then does like a white screen to searching flash sequence. Can anyone tell me why it doesn't seem to want to read both of my SIMs? I have it to dual sim open. Thanks

Why chinese phone? There are no Chinese phones with 3G, this is not a Chinese phone. Is nokia made in china also a Chinese phone? This phone is carried by thousands of retailers, maybe not in your country. I bought mine in Mexico and it's a great phone. Love it.

No it doesn't do that. On mine, I set preferred input to 'abc', go into notes and start writing, any time I hit the two shift keys it changes the input selection. Since there's around 20 input selections and language choices you have to cycle all the way around. I just want the shift keys to be shift keys. Also pretty sure the j2me on this phone is buggy. It's pretty slow and wouldn't see my bluetooth gps module.

on the kayboard it keeps going back to spanish T9, you need to go to setttings and set default to regular abc tap, then it will resolve the issue

Thanks for that, bluetooth does work. Trying to get my bluetooth GPS working but that's another story. Since you seem to know about the inner workings of this phone, any chance you know a solution to a bug with the keyboard input selection? The shift keys changes the input selection instead of being shift keys, which makes the keyboard next to impossible to use.

Ok got the phone today. I bought this as a spare travel phone in place for my Samsung Galaxy S. So this is not my main phone hence handons will be light in details. It runs some proprietary OS, probably Nucleus RTOS like all the other cheap Chinese phones. Comes with 1100mAh battery, but that may be just false labelling. Bad bits: 1) doesn't have bluetooth 2) doesn't have camera flash or torch 3) keyboard doesn't work on most java apps, you need to switch to edit mode 4) default browser is crap, defaults to Latin American settings (unchangable) 5) configuration for data and some UI is a tad bad 6) keyboard and trackpad are nothing to write about Good Bits: 1) does have 3G at 850/2100, see Telstra/3 networks here in Australia 2) dual standby, haven't test for dual active 3) can install other browsers, comes with Opera 4 mini as an app which you can't install, but I've install opera 5 mini and bolt browser. 4) about 80MB storage on phone, java sees 16MB ram heap Overall I do like it. Bear in mind that I wanted a cheap disposable phone will a large range of connectivity, and that's exactly what I got.
