  • Is this phone upgradable to Kit Kat 4.4.4v

  • you may need to enter PUK code for the SIM card, which "blocked the phone." SIM you always have attached to the plastic card codes to unlock the phone and SIM card, the so-called: + PUK PUK2. Besides, try to enter the PUK as your phone number. If this does not help, then please call Customer Service or go to the Microsoft service telecommunications provider whose services you use, or go to the dealer and ask them to remove the lock, if you will attentive perhaps you will free the lock for free. Remember to thank and nice smile :-). I hope that helped. Sorry for my poor English, (still learning), but I just wanted to help!. I greet the Polish and welcome to our beautiful country. !.

  • Sounds like you may have had your phone rooted previously. And if so, you're gonna have to get a new phone or flash a whole new rom on that baby.

  • your cell phone provider has it

  • My SIM locked on me. Only had the phone 3 weeks, never had this happen with my iPhones. How do I find my PUK code? Someone please help!!

  • how is gaming?

  • How di I Answer the phone when it rings

  • Go to settings and then security and you can change it there. I have the same cell phone and battery life is really good. You may have to many apps running in the background.

  • go in settings, security, screen lock, pattern and they will make you draw your pattern then it will be removed

  • have you tried to hard reset (press the power button and volume up button and hold it until you go to the restart setting and wipe your phone completely)

  • The earbuds with the blu vivo air are impressive to say the least, but after watching many unboxings ive never seen blu include those specific ear buds again. They look and sound so premium.

  • Just purchased this phone a few weeks ago. Seems like I am constantly having to charge it and I put a security code on thr screen at set up and cannot figure out how to remove it now.

  • i have me vivo air two months ago and was updating the version and after rebooting it ,,it wont start up ....anyone could help mmeeee????

  • no led notification light, just download a repeat notification app that rings every so often when you miss calss,or get an app that uses your camera flash to do the same.yeah,i missed the led on the front too.this phone is such an amazing device.

  • this phone is extremely solid,it weighs 97 grams and is 5.1 mm thin,it WILL BREAK IF YOU are in the business of doing dumb shit like dropping smartphones with GLASS on front and back.

  • its not worth replacing.just buy another vivo air.MEGA cheap

  • Im having difficulty sourcing a LCD screen for mine. It fell and now the ink is splattered everywhere. Could anyone be of assistance?

  • Follow up: I rechecked the customer reviews at Amazon and among the 777 reviews there are a few that either dropped it or had the touch panel break while in their pocket. That shouldn't happen, and I'm guessing it hasn't to the vast majority of those 777 and other buyers, but from what I can find the touch panels on phones with AMOLED are susceptible to this, i.e., the part - touch panel? - behind the outer screen. Blue sells a touch panel replacement for $52 on Amazon, if that's it. Samsung has had the same problem with some of their AMOLED phones (and maybe had some kind of recall or exchange). Blu has apparently been slow to recognize the issue. I guess the moral is either to get a full case or not pocket it (why one would risk a back pocket for a phone is beyond me). Dropping anything of this kind is always a crap shoot, because it depends on how it hits even more than the surface it lands on.

  • I checked the reviews on Amazon and couldn't find anyone reporting this problem, although one or two worried about it.

  • It can available in Thailand?

  • does it have LED notification light?

  • This $180 phone is crap made by low-quality parts. The screen is broke so easily with a drop from 1 foot high or simply when putting in your pocket. Check in internet for this issue and you will be surprised so many people have this issue even though they take care of the phone well. BLU will ask you to pay $125 to fix, this is their FINAL price, no less. Also, the sensitivity of the touch screen is poor, don't expect to high responsive touch screen like iPhone or Samsung Galaxy, you may have to touch 2 or 3 times to make it work. Even though the camera is 8MP, the quality of the photo is worse than photo taken by my iPhone 4S camera. Battery doesn't last long too. I had to charge it everyday. BLU may have spent bunch of money to promote and advertise this phone in internet, but it's still a crap.

  • This is a great phone, I have been using it for about a week as my daily phone. It has a great price $200 off contract. With that price you get a very premium device for a low price. It has a great camera, 8MP at its back and 5MP at its frontfront, both of them take very nice and detailed pictures. As every phone on the market it has its pros and cons, which I am going to tell you in this post before you buy this phone. Cons: -It has pretty standard battery life, it lasts about 8 hours with heavy use, but it will last all day long if you know how to manage it -Another con is that because it is so thin (5.1mm thik) the had to kill the micro SD slot and you only get 16GB of internal storage. -I think that the loud speaker could have been a little bit better, but overall, it performs quite well. Pros: -It has a great front and rear camera, that is a great advantage of this phone. -It has a great playback quality, its HD 720p. -Premium felling, it is made of Gorilla Glass 3 on both sides, front and back. And it has an aluminium frame in the middle of them. So once again, the Blu Vivo Air is a premium smartphone for a budget price. -It really comes with everything you need. What I want to say with this is that you get a silicone case, a screen protector and all the accessories. -This is a very customisable phone. So, in my opinion this is a great phone. The best on its price range. I give this phone 8.7/10. It is not perfect, but it is the best of its category.

  • I've had this phone for a while. Overall, I'm highly impressed by its capabilities. One thing I've noticed is that while there is 16 GBs of extra space, some apps that take up larger amounts of space refuse to be moved to expanded storage, which is a developer-side issue (I'm looking directly at YOU, Facebook.) The other issue is that with internal apps like Gmail, which stores copies of your emails on your phone, will also gradually take up space as it piles up more and more, which can lead to storage space errors and a constant reminder from the phone to free up space so other apps will start working correctly again (I didn't necessarily have this problem with other phones, but I also wasn't as stupid with downloading all kinds of apps with them, either.) I give it a solid 8/10.

  • No LTE

  • The blu vivo air is the number one blu,but it has it ups and down

  • What kind of launcher do you use? I haven't found one that works for me.

  • This phone works on 4G(HSPA+) and i think 3G too but no LTE its all unlocked ONLY for GSM in U.S. For ex. T-Mobile,Cricket,MetroPCS,Walmart Family Mobile,ATT,

  • Will this phone work with a Metro PCS 4g LTE sim card?

  • Hi. Thank you for that breakdown. I'm actually supposed to get one today. Does it have an LED notification light?

  • does this phone work with metropcs?

  • very nice phone

  • No, it's only one SIM phone

  • VIVO AIR is a phone with 1 or 2 sim cards???

  • i heard you cant disable the lockscreen that comes with it

  • it's a rebranded gionee s5.1 and yes it will work in our country..

  • Does it work in Philippines? (2G, 3G, 4G, LTE)?

  • My phone has 1gb and it uses 800mb with stock android, but my other phone is a note 4 with 3gb ram and touchwiz uses 2.5gb so it depends

  • good phone no words

  • I believe I am the luckiest one of many vivo air owners, I have had this beauty for about two months now, and so far these are my pros and cons: pros -great battery life, easily beated all my friends iPhones, it takes exactly 16 hours of constant use, including gaming, messaging, internet browsing, youtube videos, music from spotify and using wifi all day long, I mean, WOW!Cameras are fine, great quality and color rendering even under low light, screen resolution is actually way better than expected, it is sturdy in such ways, I´ve dropped it twice accidentally without the included silicon cover and not even a scratch! I thought it would deform but no, great shape and impact absortion. sound is OK but it could be better, the included earphones are really good with deep sound and noise cancellation works perfect. Cons: sadly the only problem I found was the customization made on KitKat, I would call it incomplete but I resolved it going on the play store and downloading a launcher of my choice. The USB-cable provided was very low quality since I tried to charge my phone with the ¨skin¨ provided, opened the lid and tried to insert it and it bent! I had to buy a new one but as of anything else I have no complaint about it. As an overall I give this white and gold baby a 9 out of 10 just for the fact I didn´t like the way BLU people had their interface personalized. I hope this helps someone to decide to get one of this beauties, I recommend the white and gold version, which is way much less prone to get finger smudges all over. have a great day!

  • Excellent !!! Works well in Trinidad & Tobago ... Great Design and quality camera ....

  • can it work in egypt

  • Yes it works very well in India add I'm also using it. It's performance is good

  • putting a sd card slot may cost them $5 more, but without it, it is a piece of junk (unless it has at least 32gb of memory).

  • The Blu company licenses products like Blu Vivo Air Gionee the company . Not replica or copy , but a licensed product to sell in the United States and the country or countries next USA I'm from Brazil and bought the VIVO Air and in my opinion is much better than iPhone 4S / 5S / 6 . Kind Regards, Wsl_7

  • Will this phone work in India (in 2G, 3G, 4G LTE) ? I am thinking of buying one to take as gift. Thanks

  • needs 900MHz support for australia (we use 850, 900 and 2100mhz 3G bands (and 900/1800 gsm) and 2GB ram

  • Sorry bro not American but Chinese replica of the Gionee S5.1 the same as the Gionee S5.5 which blu also has an exact copy or replica of it

  • I love it, slim n USA product also

  • How to blu.c orginal rates

  • I use watsapp, skype, chrome and some news apps regularly. No lags noted.

  • How much free RAM memory does the phone have normally? 1GB doesn't seem like enough does the phone ever lag for you when you have lots of apps open??

  • I am using this for three weeks now. It is a very beautiful device. Light and sleek. Running on Android kitkat modified over by BLU. I use it for lots of messaging, music and browsing. No gaming no videos. 720p amoled display is quite good. Colors are better toned than samsung devices. I think they have kept it at 720p to save the battery. Given the extra thin size, they couldn't increase the battery capacity. Speaking of battery brings me to my biggest annoyance. Its battery is behaving crazy. It loses percentage from 100% to 90% very fast, 5% to 0% also. It was showing 23% today morning and all of a sudden when I opened google maps it went to to 1% in under 2 minutes. I have contacted BLU. Tried different options to see if it is due to some apps drawing more power. Asked them for a replacement.

  • Its A rebrand Of Gionee Elife S5.1 Phone :P

  • Try microcenter if theres one or use ebay

  • I just got one. I think it is the slimmer phone one can ever dream of halving.

  • I love this phone!!it looks great except for 16GB storage should have had an expandable storage but the slimness is nice though

  • its have gorila glass 3

  • Not yet Hilary, on Amazon they are available, try to order, and maybe they'll deliver to you in China

  • No gorilla glass? It has it on the front and back. And yeah, it's basically the same phone as the Gionee, but this is tailored toward North America, and acts as its version of the asian phone.

  • No Gorilla glass and worst battery in the AllView

  • lol you can buy Gionee in China and Allview in EU. They have exactly same phones.

  • please fellas, where can i buy blu smartphones in.China?

  • Specs aside. Best design phone. I am buying if its below $200. Worth the price for a beauty to carry around just for calling & messaging..

  • Specs aside. Best design phone. I am buying if its below $200. Worth the price for a beauty to carry around just for calling & messaging..

  • Best design and specification. 200$ is good price for this model. Octacore and kitkat features we can get I think its the complete package in cheapest Price,

  • This is pretty much a remake of Gionee Elife s5.1 I'm looking forward to buy it as soon as it comes out for the $$ and the look.

  • The phone is going for $200; it's pretty good and acceptable for it's worth.

  • 16GB internal, no Micro SD; too bad. 97g, too heavy. no OGT, not good enough.
