BLU Vivo XI - User Reviews

  • Please change "upgradable to 9.0 to planned upgrade to 9.0". This phone did not get an update in OS.

  • need to change to "planned upgrade to Android Pie". No update has been released for this phone. Please fix thanks

  • Have an issue with scrolling the screen takes off (scrolls fast by itself)

  • Got this for mother's day. I love it I do mystery shops and it it so easy to use. I have not had any issues so far. My only complaint is there back button on the bottom I only have one hand so it can be a pain l ok l big enough screen descent camera love the storage. Oh and to many preloadedapps I can't get rid of but still hell of a but for the price

  • I bought this phone specifically for the deal through Verizon and they Blu stated it works with their Network. I have had nothing but problems since the day be I got it. Keep having to reboot my phone to get it to work in. Send/receive texts and phone calls. Crap!!! I want my $$$ back.

  • listen i bought the phone. i wasn't expecting it to be much for only 169.99. tbh this phone has exceeded my expectations. the design of the phone is superb. feels hella premium. the phone literally looks just like the iphone 10. feels the same as well. but has android features. seriously if you want to save a buck anf get a quality phone. i am telling you. this phone is 169.99 rn at best buy. which is a straight steal for the quality of this device. seriously impressed blu.

  • This phone is just... meh

  • In a word, decent. I wasn't expecting much for $169 but it has exceeded my expectations. Minimal hiccups, okay screen resolution and excellent battery life. Not bad at all.

  • Bought this phone 5 days ago and it already has several issues. The phone will boot loop when the USB cable is connected to the car screen, Android Auto doesn't work. Another problem is that the phone will not recognize network time and keeps changing constantly. Purchased extended warranty and still shows "Pending" status 3 days later. I guess they know this phone model is defective, that's why they had it on sale this weekend. If I don't hear from BLU soon I will return the phone to Best Buy. BLU customer service does not answer calls evidently.

  • Faster than my old HTC 10. Screen isn't bad at all despite the lower resolution. Camera is great, but no 4k (don't care). Great metal band around the phone and a durable plastic back. Got it for $170 at best buy. Ridiculous price to quality ratio. The best part is the 7+ hour of on screen time.

  • blu phones quality is like shit .they have a lot of prblems

  • Great price for the specs. I wanted this in East Europe.
