  • what do you mean "not working" ? is it the touchpad? if yes, try use external mouse (usb mouse) connected with usb-on-the-go cable.. this should eliminate touchpad as source of problem (means that u need to change the digitizer unit). if not, try hard reset. google how to do this. this tab don't really need a pc to reset everything back as new.. i just revived mine after few years of waiting for the digitizer to become available & cheap enough for replacing..

  • You may have to disassemble the tablet and quick-charge the battery with an external charger. Some tablets/phones have a hard time "waking up" after their battery was drained too much.   • You can by new touch screen on aliexpress. I have this tablet for over a 2 years and works great, i have ho troubles with it. Also i have huawei ascend g700, works perfect. So i recomend huawei products :-)

  • usually there is sound problem. when i speak on skype i cant control volume . only high volume cant down or up. i sent mail huawei but they say go to service. who will go to service i have no time . also in russia very expensive nearly 500 usd. i made mistake. prefer another alternatives better. 7inch very good to be mobilize .

  • Have it for a month. Much better Android experience than Asus TF101. ICS not working 100% yet, HDMI problems, battery life not very good. Reads all video types, even mkv 1080p.

  • I've owned this tablet for a month. Its much different from first I bought (with stock rom) till now with several of firmware update. There's no more laggy touchscreen & lower temperature back cover now. The processor speed is very awesome & 3G internal modem is get the added value for me. The display quality is good for me even this is only 256k colour display. Can't wait till Huawei rellease the official ICS like they promised... good job huawei & keep moving forward....!!!

  • I have this tablet for a month now and i am satisfied with it. Sometimes it got restarted or shut down over the night, but i guess it's because of some application i have installed. Pros: great display; senzitive; different video playback support;etc Cons: no lock button for the screen Price/quality is good!

  • update it with the January 2012 update (330MB download) and the touch sensitivity improves a lot. However make sure backup the data and apps, as the upgrade clears all!

  • I owned a huawei mediapd. It had no LED flash, only 5MP Camera at the back. I love the size, the quality of display, can swap between 1024x600 and 1280x800 (Superb!!!) Price is great! With this price you can't get any spec with this size. Performance is just average, am waiting for Ice-cream Sandwich. One more thing... Today just went to service my mediapad, and the technician flash the latest firmware for me, and I found 2 new apps, PHONE and MESSAGING. Need me to eleborate more? Great job Huawei!

  • This is awsome machine in given price. i have used internet on 3g and wifi. warmup in 1 hour but thats ok for this typo of small machine. touch is not much sensitive however overall good device. can anyone post url to arc application to enable voice and sms from this device?

  • This is really the best 7 inches tablet with 3G by the moment. You can find arc application in the internet which will allow you to phone and to send sms. Even the camera is appropriate one for tablets.

  • I got this device a week back and the device is pretty good. I have owned or tried out several tabs including the IPad/Ipad2/Galaxy Tab 7"/Acer A500/Galaxy Tab 10.1. Overall the device is nippy, the touch screen interface good, the high resolution for a 7" makes it clear, the video playback SUPERB, sound is loud and clear.   • The screen is 16 million colours and is IPS. It is a little bit clunky with web browsing. Suspect is it the browser that's the problem though and not the hardware. The processor itself is very fast. Very nice screen and watching HD content is a breeze. The smaller size is good to. I sold the Iconia A500 for this and find it much easier to use for reading especially

  • I am also waiting for this new Huawei to be available in France,like you I have an S7-105 acting as a phone and a tablet and I love using it although it runs on Android 2.1 it can play Flash items through Skyfire and MPEG2 on MX Player.My concern is whether it will be Flash 10.3 (the only one still available on the Android market)compatible.I also hope they have made an effort on the ROM capacity which limits the number and size of apps that can be installed on the S7

  • Hi, Delighted to see Hauwei on the move. This 7 inch offering fits the 'pocketables' category admirably and I hope the price will be right by December when my contract must be renewed.

  • Nice & sleek compare to Galaxy Tab 7. The first Honeycomb in 7 inches tablet series. Nice IPS 1283X800 screen. Dual core CPU is definitely welcome. Only down side is the battery life is abit short. Unit get hot easily especially on 3G & sometimes the MicroSD failed to be read.

  • I'm going to get this one as soon as it arrives in the Netherlands ;) It's the best in the 7" class money can get! Using the Ideos S7-105 at the moment and still very pleased with it.
