  • please I need inq website.

  • What a useless phone. My son forgot his pass code and we aren't able to sign in using his gmail account and so the phone is garbage. There is no way of reaching the company since they won't accept my mobile number and I'm unable to find out my mei number because I can't get on the damn phone! Get an iPhone instead

  • how can my phone be updated since i couldn't update it earlier on

  • how do u install voice text so u can speak ur text

  • Actually the problem is with the phone itself, I found out you have to have data enabled in order to send and receive picture messages. This phone is expecting you have a data plan I guess (Maybe that's how it is in Britain?).

  • I had this problem. You can fix this by browsing the google play store from the phones browser and logging into your google account. Just tell google play to send the app to your phone and it will work.

  • I've had problems with this phone ever since I turned it on. First it was how it performed, it lagged even on its pre-installed software. The phone hasn't been updated since 2011, INQ has abandoned supporting the phone for whatever reason despite supposedly they were supposed to update it to Android 2.3 from what I've heard. The phone gets progressively worse the longer you use it. 3 months into owning it, my phone would crash at random during calls, it fixed when I formatted it however. The phone slowly also eats away at internal memory, it has very little so apps like Facebook can eat away at your internal memory until you get to 18MB left. This is when the phone just stop receiving text messages for whatever reason (texts are only a couple kilobytes each). You can't tell the phone to save the texts messages to the SD card either. Now that I've had the phone for a year, I cannot do anything with it, I have no idea if it's a battery issue or the hardware itself is just dying as I have formatted it to try and fix it from this new problem I am experiencing with it. The phone now wont let me have the screen on for no longer than 3-5 minutes without the OS (I assume as least) crashing. All you get is a blank screen with the backlight still illuminated. Sometimes holding the on button again fixes this, but when it turns on it will say the battery is at 1% and shut right off again. However you can fix this by removing the battery for 30 seconds, turn it back on and presto! You have full battery (or whatever the charge was before it crashed) again! So in conclusion, do not get this phone, especially if you're new to Android, this will probably scare you away as this phone is obviously made to not last as I'm sure INQ was hoping to bring more phones into Canada eventually to try and sway you to upgrade. Now I have got a Samsung Galaxy Ace and it's WAY better, and can actually handle apps way better than the INQ Cloud Touch could.

  • after reading the comments i'm a little bit disappointed cause i'm planning to buy one but now i think i better not...

  • I've had mine for over a year. I love it. It's reliable, and handles all the apps.

  • thanks for telling guys, i was going to get it

  • I have also INQ cloud touch and now it can not be booted, It is just looping on its Q logo .....waste mobile

  • my INQ cloud is really great I am so pleased with it.

  • I had 3 of these phones and none lasted more than 2 weeks, the last phone wouldn't even turn on. Terrible phone in the end.

  • Coooooooool------!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hi...this fone wont work for more than a yr..

  • the android operating system that this phone has stock does not support the play store so you have to upgrade, but you can just uninstall updates thru the settings then into manage apps then click on the play store icon and click uninstall updates.

  • Same issue. I can download pics and stuff off google, but get a "No Connection" when trying to get apps.

  • do not buy this phone, does not support adobe flash error no connection messages when using application store. waste of money, waste of time. terrible battery

  • Huh? What are you trying to say?

  • I reset mine? you go one ehhjehjle

  • Ok, it's cheap and has features you wouldn't expect for the price. There is however a few HUGE catches. You CANNOT hard reset the phone if your android becomes corrupt. I was told this evening by their "support" (LOL) that this was for "security reasons". Even the MOST expensive android phones allow for a hard reset, including the Galaxy S3!! So what's the "security issue"? This is when not being able to un-install pre-loaded apps which are "data hungry" becomes apparent. INQ it would appear are able to provide the "low price" because they are tied into contracts with these app providers. To put it another way, this is an apparent advertising phone, which they will give you NO support on, unless you send it away to ensure the advertising revenue continues. Just awful. Rant over and a proper Android phone ordered. If you're thinking of buying this..AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

  • just put in on charging than try to on it the thing is ur apps cause of mostly problems othrwise its not bad

  • INQ cloud touch is the worst phone in the world. After purchasing 1 month, battery is not working. Phone becomes too hot while charging. Unlocking not possible in india. Phone it self is too slow.

  • i can't get in my google account, my phone is locked..

  • Mine's power button just stopped working so I took the battery out to try and restart it hoping it would help, now it wont turn back on at all. Is there any other way of turning these on?

  • The INQ cloud touch is probably one of the worst smart phones you can buy. It is so slow, it crashes frequently, the caked android is horrible and compared to other phones in the same price range it is the underdog by far.

  • Having worked at a call centre that dealt strictly with cell phone issues, whenever a call came in about not being able to recieve picture messages, it was usually a matter of making a few changes on the service providers end. Just give them a call and explain the issue to them, they should be able to fix things up. :)

  • My problem is that the home button wont work and the icon button wont work. And turns off sometimes. Has anyone else had this problem?

  • If your not receiving picture or video messages, even if you have a pre-paid phone, it is because you don't have a data add on. So lame I know!!!!! But they just wanna scam more money out of people!!

  • rar can u give me ime number

  • If text message is full but yet no text, I believe if ya have many dl apps they are taking up the internal memory.

  • I had that problem to. text is full. make room on your cell. the low space well show up when that happens

  • I just got this phone and iam having trouble with my phone. It keeps saying that my text message memory is full and i don't have any text message in my phone. Can anyone help me

  • I just got this phone and iam having trouble with the phone. It keeps saying that my text message momory is full but it is empty. Anyone know what to do?

  • This phone is not bad at all. The price tag is very nice and light, and it performs reasonably well. Of course it's not comparable to the high end droids, but then again I didn't pay for a high end phone. This phone is a very decent package :-)

  • I bought this phone not that long ago, and I found nothing really wrong with it. The only con would be the battery life. For me, it only lasts just above an hour. I like how it has Facebook built right into it, also has Windows Live Messenger which is great.. Seems to work better then the one on PC.. just saying. I like how they also have an app for Skype, works flawless. All the games for andriod work beautiful so far. If I could rate this phone, I would give it a 8/10. 8 because of the battery life. Other then that, I would suggest it for anyone on a budget who is looking to get the full features of an expensive phone, on a cheap one. I'm also on pre-paid. I paid $118.89+ tax. Great Deal !

  • this is the worst phone i have ever had. I have a big issue when i want to close any opened application, the wifi does not work, and this handset broke before activation........it is a waste, and i do not recommend it to anyone

  • it is the worst phone i have ever used, when i open any application, it is a problem to close it back, and it broke before i activated it, the screen is not a clear one.......and oh few words, this phone is a waste

  • I use my INQ cloud Touch for less then a year, I have no problem withg it, It is a excellence mobile phone I ever have in any other type, Why you have the problem.....

  • I had the inq for 6 months in that time it broke 3 times (not my fault) and it turned off every 30 seconds.

  • A really bad phone it always breaks. I have repaired it 3 times.

  • I thinking about buying this phone just want to ask is it worth it . I have the the INQ chat now

  • Really awesome machine in this price buy only in100$ touch is very good auto focus of camera also good, look very gorgeous, everything ok

  • is it upgradable to gingerbread?

  • I don't seem to recieve any picture messages. I asked all my friends to send me contact pics and didn't recieve a single one from any type of handset. I am wondering if it is something anyone else has had problems with. It says nothing in any of the user guides and the settings don't specify if I have to turn it on. Other than not being able to set specific notification tones for email, facebook and text/picture messages...I think I made a good deal.

  • yes their right this phone has a few quirks but when it works it works well im inpressed had a tg01 to all thoes out there who expect an iphone quality from anythink but an iphone need their heads examened with a hammer

  • i think what you said is entirely correct.. i don't know why people still expect the best out of a cheap phone.. they want better screen, go for iPhone, or Rezound, Galaxy Nexus, Nitro HD.. they want fast processors, go buy dual cores.. please, it's a frickin' sub $200 phone, it's already cheap and working, what do you expect more of it?

  • Bought at Walmart Canada boxing day sale $88. Bought unlock key online for $20 (took only 5 hours to get key). Rooted with z4Root, Added Root Explorer & Titanium Backup,Removed some junk, Moved some to sdcard, Installed Speakout (7-Eleven pay as you go sim with $10/mo. browsing), and a few more apps. The Good. Looks clean & smart. Fit's hand nicely. Feels sturdy enough. Plays Netflix amazingly well using 2G sim plan. Using Mobo player, movies are excellent (after I converted them on my PC). Music button on side is nice, and integrated player is easy & intuitive to use. I see no issues with any apps starting, stopping or running. The info button on top left side is great. One touch to graphic display & on/off of wifi, gps, bluetooth, alarms, battery gauge & memory usage. The Facebook integration is okay to great, depending on how much you love Facebook, but I ditched the main screen app and just use a shortcut. Barcode Scanner using Redlazer scans without issue. Video camera works well and is intuitive to use. Pics can be auto uploaded to Facebook. The Wifi Hotspot is dead simple to set up and works like a dream. I connect to the Inq's hotspot using my trusty old Aspire netbook for a larger screen viewing experience and speed is quite good for basic internet browsing etc. SO much better than using previuos method of USB Bluetooth Dongle. The Bad Camera gives me trouble, in that pics seem to come out fuzzy due to shaky hand, (No auto stabilization) Maybe I can fix this in settings, will have to check it out some more. The Quirky Maybe just me, but when I hold the phone in my Left hand, My finger seems to want to naturally nest it's tip in the indent of the camera lens, thus requiring me to give the lens a wipe before I use the camera. Popping the back off is a wee bit weird if your fingers aren't small and equipped with sturdy nails, although any flat tool like a butter knife or round end of a nail file will suffice nicely for the task. The Verdict: For $100 and a bit of tweaking, this is a decent unlocked android phone. Yes it could be better in many respects, but that's what $600 phones are for. If you need a basic android phone that is easily unlocked & rooted, then for the price point, I say it's a winner.

  • poor screen quality, and carphone warehouse not covering warranty repairs

  • yesterday i bought a white set but till now not open.when i connected first charge,9 hours after when removed charger but not shout down.maybe need to change

  • is there something wrong with this phone and that's why it was withdrawn from sale.

  • this handset has been withdrawn from carphone warehouse the reason it did not sell in many numbers . all the remaining handsets have been sent back to inq .

  • Love the user guide/ tutorial, showing all the phone aspects. Love that I found that I can use the music button on the side to focus the camera. Has decent sound and use it my Ipod. Have lots of movies pics and videos.(Awesome 32g of storage) This is my favorite phone so far. Awesome that you integrated the INQ keyboard, and the Android keyboard. Makes it so much easier and faster to say what I need in type or text to speech. Great phone.

  • I Bought an INQ Cloud and I love it!

  • tried to download flash player, but says download decline,, any thoughts?

  • Checking the specs its a good phone, but the integrated facebook homepage makes it look mushy..i had it for one day,was nt impressed with the quality of its 5mp camera so I exchanged it for a galaxy mini which has 3mp but still works fine.

  • I hope this phone is as good as it looks... I just bought one!

  • how can we add games in it and how can we play.....i'vw downloaded so many applications but it shows only gallery and music icons and never show the games.............help me out?

  • Finally a decent review. These childish remarks don't help anybody. Thanks

  • I saw this phone in Canada its about $200, good phone good price im thinking of buying one!

  • I work for best buy europe, and to be honest i think £120.00 is a fair price for this handset. Just look at the spec, 5mp camera, 800 mhz processor, android 2.2, and a reasonable screen. If you want a handset for £49.00 may i suggest looking at a samsung tocco lite, wake up, your not going to get a handset of this spec for £49.00, you must be simple.

  • Well, I'm using this phone for two month. Great. Really. But it should have better processor :-)

  • Did not think it would be long before this device would tumble in price. Three had a while with INQ, did not last long. Shame, as INQ devices are ok to an extent, social networking WAS their thing prior to Android becoming the major platform. But now, well I think INQ need to be more imaginative. Who buys for CPW?? Best Buy seem to own half now, so maybe common sense will prevail. Had they released this device at a more reasonable price point initially, it may have been better. I can see it at £49 plus obligatory top-up, and that would be about right I feel. The device itself is good, but software issues seem a problem, eg shutting down, and that at ANY price is just not on my friends!

  • where is CW?

  • UAU

  • In the uk the phone is sold for about £120 at CW

  • we have one for demo and it is actually a nice little phone, fast and has alot of handy little features great facebook phone

  • i have one on test and so far its runs fast and hasnt crashed all round good handset will make going back to iphone 4 a pain

  • I saw it at Carphone Warehouse the other day...

  • is this a 1Ghz phone? Does not state. In CPW in UK phone is sold at £199, what can I say, the Orange San Francisco (ZTE Blade) is only £99, and has full 800x480 display, and can run Froyo. This seems very over priced. An X8 is similar only maybe better build quality, and £79 in UK. Had this been released at £79 I think it would be just fine. £199, DREAM ON!!

  • You can buy this phone @carphone warehouse in the UK I saw it the other day

  • where can i buy the phone? What about the cost of the phone?

  • where can it bought in Belgium! and at what price?

  • FSF

  • cant you see idiot its 800 mhz processer and I am the owner of this company

  • you must mean Symbian S20 devices?

  • @zong..... it will run like a dog with 3 legs, not to mention its ugly as sin

  • how about the RAM?

  • Hahaha an android 2.2 with 600mhz processor...how will it run=like symbian may be

  • cloud is the new inq UI

  • I'm presuming it relies on the cloud for storage/synch which if you have unlimited plan for data couldn't hurt much.

  • I think CLOUD based phone means It works only in AIrplane i think so.....????

  • Cloud-based phone? What does that mean?

  • good one INQ team
