i have brought a Karbonn Titanium Octane in 2014on line. on 20.01.16 phone was out of order on account of no display on phone. Minimum 5-6 mobile repairing shops at Bilaspur (CG)have been checked at their level but unfortunately no response on phone till date. Before that it was funtioning owesome.

Once we had purchased karbonn titanium octane mobile but it got stopped, got hang, motherboard n software problem within 2 months of buying. We gave it in the service centre on 16 july in ghatkopar west. And now its more than 2 months we haven't got our mobile back. Ghatkopar service centre people were ridiculous.But then finally we were told to talk to the person who is manager in delhi service centre. That person was not even picking his phone for few days but when picked, he didn't gave any proper answer as well as he was very harsh while talking. That manager named mr. rohit- 8767110713 is his mob num. ... ...so we request to those to not purchase this company mobile as mobile never work properly as well has has very bad servicing.. infact worst!! Many of them have alredy complaint about this company before

From my opinion, this phone is the BEST, EXCEPT BATTERY backup which is VERY POOR. Karbonn need to improve its battery quality for all karbonn phones. after 10 months of usage suddenly my battery gone. it restart automatically for several times when battery level is below 60%. very disappointed in battery. But this is a best phone from my side.

Phone is good but services are very bad. It has a problem with connecting charger. I gave it at an authorized service center, Arun cell care, dondaparthi, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh on 13th august and it was not repaired till today 23rd. They kept on saying the connecting charger is not available. I don't know how long it takes to get it resolved.

Bad phone don't buy... here are a list of reasons. 1. The ear phone slot is bad as it causes disturbances when i am listining to musit but it doesnt happen on other phones so the track i am playing is not defective... 2. The memory card slot is the worst i put any SD card it doesnt get detected.. 3. Most important the blue tooth doesnt work.. uffff Soooo many defects in one phone hopeless.... Hi.. I using this phone from last 5 months but I am not facing any problem yet. Excellent picture quality from all angles. Camera 13 mp rear taking good picture but in night some not good. Performance is unbeatable. Looks great. And the battery is low average. And i compare this phone with Sony xperia C3 dual in my opinion Karbonn not behind from Sony.

Camera is not as per specs 13MP is 6MP and 5MP is 1MP. There is no option to increase camera pixel setting from 6MP and 1MP.

i hv bought the karbonn octane from e bay 20 days ago . after installing my sim and whatsapp, fb,Disabled karbonn e bazar , olx,oobe,sony live tv,as they consume data in background . one day morning i find there is no internal memory ..Formated the device. worked for 3 days again same problem ,. This Time I'm facing many times in a day - google.search has stopped , play store has stopped & so many notifications ... Today I'm going to service center as they said me to reinstall the software . probably karbonn has supplied improper software. Pros- Slim & Beutiful in appearance , sharp screen , Excellant camera quality. Net speed is too good .

This is the worst mobile ever dont buy this karbon mobile as i regretting now right from the first day I started facing problem in the internal memory as it shows phone memory damage and need to reformatt after doing that two days it works fine after that same thing will be repeated and all my photos downloaded song will be deleted and when i do swithoff it does not open and get stuck in that karbonn smart and will open only after four five days I really fed up with this mobile now i m taking it to karbon service center lets see what will happen

Its worth 13 megapixel and it has octocore processor so u can play any game hw heavy is it. Won't get hagging complain but ya only one drawback it battery is not too good. I was very much impressed by the specification of the phone and I purchased it on 27.8.2014 at Kota,but now I regret my decision It has very poor battery without using internet it does last not more than 8 hours that too not more than 25-30 calls in the day, I complained at the service frenchisee Balaji telecom, who just reformated and gave me back still there is no improovment in the battery life I dont know where to complain.
