  • Hi, I just bought a Lenovo tab 4 8 and as you did, I connected a USB via the micro USB port to a female regular USB. It recognizes the USB and reads it but I can't write to it. ( Thus making the tablet useless to me) Did you make it work?

  • Hi guys Eset smart security found a threat: user experience luespy.D Do you have this problem?

  • Mine was 5 hours 41 mins and sometimes would just stop charging

  • hello guys , i have both lenovo tab 4 8 3gb 32gb , support dual sim lenovo tab 4 8 plus 2gb 16gb, single sim , i liked plus because its 2gb ram but faster then 3gb ram and sound quality of plus much better and louder , why the sound of plus is louder i have no idea , i need to use dual sim thats why i stuck with the non plus model, but over all plus model best in every thing. if any of you know why the plus model sound is louder then the normal model please let me know , because when i make phone calls on normal model the the voice of call receiver is not louder as the plus model , anyone any idea what to do to get sound louder of call in loud mode. i tried the app of playstore too , but didnt solved the peoblem , i know its not only my tab problem its in all normal model tab getting same sound not loud as louder is plus model. rest of all i loved the both tab models but if you use single sim then better thing to get plus model.

  • Hi, is this a dual SIM tab with a dedicated micro SD slot, or is it the hybrid sim/microsd type?

  • Will the Lenovo tab 4 8 support 5 ghz wi-fi ?

  • 8504X does not support SD card, only has SIM slot

  • Very good tablet as I said before , the only thing is that it takes too much time for charging around 4 or 5 hours to get fully charged , maybe Lenovo can fix this problem in the next update ,,, and please Lenovo give us Oreo update ...

  • I bought it yesterday , very good tablet , fast , very good stereo sound , thanks Lenovo .

  • oh my god... its supports OTG as well i test it : - reverse chraging - flash USB storage both works fine , in 4G version not WIFI version its really best tablet thank Lenovo

  • hardware & software & design & configs ---> very nice its dualsim and bot 4G support battery charging is slow , it is good not bad - slow charging keeps better quality and lifetime display is very bright and its very good in daylight camera quality is bad but cam quality is good dont have OTG

  • yes and it is a very good 8" tablet with 2gb ram that you can play all games

  • Does this tablet have a 4g sim card slot?

  • I went around a store today and stuck a flash drive into various tablets with an OTG connector (super annoying that websites don't detail OTG support/compatibility and that there are so many models around that you can't just trust say a single youtube clip! - also there seems to be practically no info on this device from Lenovo themselves disappointingly). The New Zealand model of the Lenovo Tab 4 8" Wifi model (as well as the Tab 4 10") supported OTG connectivity. (Also, the screen on the 8" was really bright and easy to see - nicer than the 10" in some ways, and also nicer than a comparable Huawei Mediapad T3 10".) The New Zealand model is: (1S) ZA2B0003AU - also detailed as: Lenovo TB-8504F and Lenovo TB-8504F Tab 2G+16GBL-AU. The specs on the box are: Wifi, SlateBlack 2G+16GB - CPU: APQ8017 QC 1.4Ghz 64Bit - Display: 8.0inch 1280x800 IPS - Memory: LP DDR3 2GB - Storage: 16GB - WLAN: 802.11 B/G/N + BT4.0 - WWAN: NO WWAN - OS: Android 7.1 - Battery: L16D1P34 3.85V 4850mAh 18.7Wh - Weight: 0.612kg (not sure if this is the tablet or the whole box contents) - Mfg Date: 2017-06-04 HD IPS LCD Dual Speaker (one on each short end) Multi-Users Lenovo Kid's Account Qualcomm Snapdragon Dolby Atmos I really liked the device. I nearly went for the 10" but decided I'd try the 8". The comparable is Samsung Tab A 8" (2017). The backing material is something I'm either going to grow to love or hate - it's sort of a comfy substance, a bit like some of the type-covers - a bit felty. I liked the 10" 4G LTE version but I think that was the one that had the glass backing. Which although that makes it feel more "premium" I don't think is actually practical for a tablet - it would make sitting it up against something harder (more likely to slide down!). No idea if the screen has gorilla glass or not on the model I bought - I saw some youtube review say it did but I found it hard to find any genuine details on the model itself online. Let's say I'm not planning on dropping it to find out! However it does feel robust - like I could put it into my bag and it would stay in one piece. In contrast I picked up the Samsung S2 VE 9.7" Wifi and it was SO light! It was amazing! However you'd need to add protection for it, because you'd forget you had it in your bag and maybe crunch it. (I tested the NZ Samsung S2 VE 9.7" Wifi model for OTG and it also supported it. As did the NZ models for Samsung Tab A 7" (2017) (! yes the 7 inch!), and the Tab A 10(.1?)" 2016 model. I couldn't test the Tab A 8" (2017) because it had one of those store alarm things glued in (I set some other alarms off on the others - I managed to wriggle them off! :) ... I did tell the store staff what I was doing). In the end I chose this model because it was a good deal today (Black Friday) and it had similar specs to higher priced tablets and I didn't want to sink much $$ into my first tablet - not sure if I'll like the experience or not. The screen was fantastic and this had a really big impact on my decision too. I picked one up for NZ$249, which seemed pretty good until I saw a 4G LTE Dual Sim version available in the UK for GBP99!! (Argos - Black Friday) Wish that model was here! But I think I'm happy with my purchase. Oh, for those of us not wanting to music binge solely on expensive data, it also has a radio :)

  • It does everything that I need it to do. Peppy enough. Not loaded down with apps and tricks that I don't need or want.

  • Yesterday i purchased this TAB - It took 5 hours to charge 100% later i switched off and switched on 2 % gone Processor is very slow and camera performance is not at your expectation. really sad

  • You got what you pay

  • Disappointed it does not have ambient light sensor! Need to constantly adjust the brightness manually!

  • last time announced price for this tablet is 140 EUR, now increase to 170 EUR..... nothing to say

  • in france , they have started selling the 4 8 and the 4 10 (but to the 4 8 plus and the 4 10) on the lenovo web site..

  • Don't bother just go buy tab3 7 you will be surprised of how good it is for a small some money to spend with

  • Plz tell lunching date of India

  • OTG capable?

  • You will be mine one day when you come in a store I am waiting for that day
