i do not like this lg extravert at all. it does not work fast when i want it too. The internet opera mini is a total retard and now every time i open up my pictures it shuts off automatically. I don't recommend this phone to anybody.

This phone has been a NIGHTMARE since I got it in 2013. I'll be mid-text and it'll randomly shut down and reboot. I'll have texts come in with weird icons at the end and I'll have to text myself to have the first message come in fully. I'll get half texts from people that don't fully come in until I reboot. The volume of phone calls is AWFUL. Need to make a call in the car? Better not be moving faster than 20mph or you won't be able to hear anything. My biggest problem though is the one that is not making me trash the phone. I'll touch the icon to check my messages but the phone will select an icon clear across the screen. I can't check messages, make calls, EVEN ACCESS THE SETTINGS. Every Verizon support person and every post reply I've gotten is "do a hard reset. Go to your settings...etc" Yeah I CAN'T CLICK THE SCREEN. Even worse. They'll tell me "Recalibrate the screen." I'm an IT person. I tried that first. I get an "out of bounds please try again" error. Nothing I've found online says anything good about this phone so I'll be steering clear of LG products and will be advising everyone around me to do the same. Crap quality.

Small keys make a text a challenge, and I get many doubled letters. Psycho phone will occasionally text or call a number while it is in my pocket, even when I locked the screen. The first phone suddenly fried, and the data could not be saved. That should have been my warning. Since I don't call or text a lot, I can get by most of the time with psycho phone, but it will be retired as soon as possible.

I loved, no LOVED LG's EnV3 phone and mourned when mine died. Had the Cosmos2 afterward. It was OK. When that died I went to the Extravert. Awful, horrid phone. Whoever designed this should have their head kicked. To put buttons along the side where one holds the phone is ridiculous. To make matters worse, buttons push when your face touches the screen during a call. While trying to avoid the side buttons, and trying to find a way to hold the phone without dropping it you end up disconnecting calls altogether. My only option is to carry around a headset so my hands are nowhere near the phone. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE

Have had LG Extravet since 7/2014 & have had serious issues within the last 5 months. Can not erase drafts, certain texts & ghost sending texts. It seems to put "a reply" text back to sender in "park mode" then puts that text into a previous sender (this sender has no idea what or to who it is meant for) & sends it not once but as many as 100 times & I am not aware of this re-sending upteen times!! I am constantly apologizing to friends/family the errors that this phone is doing. This phone is possessed! Verizon will not replace it!! NICE!!

This is the WORST phone. Don't buy it. I've had nothing but problems with it and HATE it. Do I sound frustrated...yes...and you will too. It shuts off and won't start again. Verizon has been of no help. The screen is hard to read in any kind of daylight. When in your pocket it constantly calls random numbers. Right now my phone won't turn on. I've tried all the tricks posted on the internet to get it back up, but here I am without a phone.

so you have no problems with your phone at all so you can post pictures to your facebook after you take with the camera,,Im a grandma I take pics of my grandbabys and love the sunsets I take lots of pis of those and love to post them but my one granddaughter told me last night she cant put my Wi-Fi on this phone and Im not smart when it comes to these things..So Im not sure if I should even keep this phone or not because this was only one thing I did enjoy doing

so ive had this phone for about 4 years, on and off. it shuts off multiple times a day and slows down when i talk on the phone for more than 20 minutes. sometimes i get texts really late. sometimes when i send picture messages the picture send small. when someone else sends me a large picture it either takes forever to load or doesnt load at all. i dont use the internet on it, so that cant be making it slow. although, i must say a plus side of having this phone is that no one in their right mind would steal it.

Why can't I erase messages in the inbox? They are unlocked, and whenever I get a new message it takes forever to load because my inbox is at 90 percent

This is a nice phone for talking. I hate to text on it. Never text from the touch screen and it is very slow. The touch screen is not sensitive at all. Which can be a good thing, or a bad thing. It's nice for a first touch screen. That being said, it is a durable phone. I've abused mine, dropped it, and talked on it while in the rain. The internet can be slow at times and unresponsive. The apps are impossible, don't even bother with them. It's a nice phone for the price. But don't mistake it for a smart phone.

I have owned this phone for almost a year now and I love it!! BEST Phone I have ever had! I have it with verizon and I never have a Dropped call and Almost never have no bars! The Camera is really nice even though the only thing I dont like about it is you only have Little Zoom and 1 light control balance and no flash. The touch screen is wonderful...Ive never had it freeze on me or Lag. Its always done what I wanted it to do!! I would Deff. Recommend this phone to someone that doesnt want a Smart phone but still have Smart phone like features! I can do anything on my phone that a Smart phone can do except Wifi and the App Store. I give this phone 5 Stars!! Hands Down!!

dont get this phone for yourself or anybody you care about unless you wanna spend all your time trying to figure out how to delete your inbox without the touchscreen because it doesnt even last a year. about 4 months in it will start to go then die out all together by 7. dont waste your time on this piece of junk.

this phone is terrible. the screen on it sucks and the sound sucks. the pictures arnt great but there ok.And my phone has recently went complely black and will not turn back on for the world. i recommend not getting this phone.

really like this phone. it has a few glitches but still works great. i plugged it into the computer as soon as i got it and downloaded the software update so i have had no memory problems. also the charge lasts on it for about three days. and im 17. i text A LOT. so i really like the battery life. the only thing that is kind of annoying is when the battery does die you have about three minutes to plug it in after the first low battery warning and after it shuts off it does not come back on until you plug it in, but i guess i know it uses every bit of juice it has.

I like the phone features and ease of use. The phone does not pair with the hands free (bluetooth) in my Toyota. LG technical support said that they are only required to support phone calls with each carrier. Additional features are not guaranteed support. Spending a little time reviewing the LG support web site gives you some idea of the enormous number of issues the LG phones have with supporting bluetooth.

I had the Verizion company replace my Envy 3 with this phone. Their sales rep spilled a Monster drink on my phone while I was watching! Epic! So to compensate for this they replaced my phone with this serious downgrade...I had 15 days to decide to keep this phone and of course I hadent run into the memory problems by then. I feel seriously misled by the sales rep who was sopposed to give me the closest thing to the Envy3...and I have regretted having this phone since I have had it. I would not recommend anyone getting it....the memory forces you to lose precious photos even with an external memory and u will eventualy prevented from using the internet t all and nao way to erase files though it kees askingp to do so in order to acc ess. junk phone!

I have had problems on this phone with the memory and then my mobile im or internet tell me i need to delete files but i wlready have and it keeps popping up. Its rely weird plus u have a memory card and send all my files on the card si i dont understand why it keeps telin me that i need to delete files when i dont have any exceot on my card. Its realyy weird i guess i just got stuck with the phone that has memory problems. How do i fix thst problem just reset my phone? I already called verizon they didnt help me much at all.

Hey it happen to me too... try this... hook your phone to PC/internet with usb charger cord. Do a system upgrade download. Then factory reset your phone. Or just take it to a Verizon store they will do it for you.

i first of all do not like this phone! cool i pay $50.00.. i might be able to use it... if i dont know what... but im sure the phone would think of something else it would rather do. like not enter the number im dailing, hang up during calls,dont send messages in a descent manner, i could go on... unlimited great access to the outside for a low cost of $110.00! i had better experience with the $20.00 phones.. and you get that plus lovely customer service. because you will be calling *611 and a person better have a extra phone (aka.. someone elses phone-- verizon will have to call you back on it. and maybe someone would help and some will tell you it has "memory issues, was built to take so much & the phone overloads its self so no internet will be able to be used,,, even if you pay for the 99 cent 24 hour payment... true... its the phone not service.. bottom line-- they are connected. and the buttons are real small. greatful to have a job that i can get my glasses!!!! and my fingers hurt like i have major cor0paltunal.. blessed to have a cell phone.. it has become a bitter sweet with this phone. thank god i didnt pay for it.. it was a birthday gift.. thanks erick

I have this phone and so does my friend..so far my memoory is good but I don't do alot of internet browsing like my friend and her memory is completly full and she can't get any of it back even with her memory card in..She can't recieve pics or get on the net! I would not advise anyone to get this phone!

i have the lg extravert i payed 100.00 dollars for it and another 30.00 dollars for the sd card and the phone still has no memory i whant my money back as i am on my third phone exchange and i bought the phone in november now i am forced to get the better bussiness buro involved as both verizon and lg refuse to ither give me a different typ phone or refund my money i mean i cant even put my contacts on phone or take photoes they claim this phone can do things that it cant i feel like these multi million doller companys have advertiesd falsely and ultimatly riped me off they should totaly recall the phone and destroy them and then make amends to us the consumer as they are selling a faulty product

the memory on this phone is junk until u get the upgrade which boost the memory emensly it not a totally amazing phone it lets you do all the things that a regular touchscreen would do and its a good phone i would give it a 6.5 out of 10

so far i love this phone its has everything i need and then some. i just had a couple of questions first do you know how to listen to the radio? second does anyone know if is capable of accessing wifi? i would recommend this phone to anyone who is looking for an almost smartphone =)
