6 years with this cellphone! Working Solid no issues. Light, Cold, same battery, I have dropped this phone a hundred times, only the plastic corners show some scrapes out of that, screen is like new. New phones (oled, amoled, aluminum with cristal) break at the first drop, not with this. I'm about to sell it with a new back cover and a new screen glass protector. Just because I'm bored of the same stuff but it's unexpendable. Well done LG

I bought this phone in march 2016, ad atemporary replacement, at that time it was a reasonable working device, it ran on marshmallow decently, after some time it soft bricked, I took it to claim warranty, they fixed it ok, but they installed lollipop, and then the device became sluggish, app close by themselves, batt life shortened, it really was better when running marshmallow

Had this phone for 3 years, camera is great storage could have been better, after each format i get a good amount of storage for a while then low storage all the time, it can be laggy sometimes, it doesn't keep some apps open in the background in my case Candy Crush games so basically if i receive a whatsapp call i would lose progress as the app restarts as soon as i'm done with the call, android 6 update ruined the phone, i can't say it's a bad phone

It sucks. Its awful. Its the slowest and dumbest phone. I had LG G3 Stylus and was so glad about it. Thats why I bought this LG G4 Stylus for my wife. But this phone turned to be awful choice. Incredibly slow and what not... Somebody should sue LG company for releasing this crap at such high price...we are made stupid...

Hi all i have this phone its the H540 version i must say for what i use mine for i have no real complaints about it yes i admit the ram is a little low and storage could be a bit better but in general for doing emailing skyping or the other chat apps or for browsing the web it does the job very well without lag when it comes to game play it does take a while to load some games but when in game not a single problem as for the camera mine has given some good quality snaps from its rear camera as for the front well i am not the selfie obsessed type but it has been useful in video calling but all in all i have to admit it has been a pretty good phone i never had any issues with it the only thing i dont like is the location of the power and volume controls and if i am honest and yes some might call me an idiot for saying this but this phone i find better than my old Sony xperia C5 ultra since my old sony lagged a lot in gaming tho it had more ram and i found my sony to get real hot whereas my LG G4 keeps its cool

I bought one when I lost another phone to use it until getting a proper device, and yes, it is very very laggy, the camera is horrible and the internal memory using marshmallow is barely 2.5 Gig, BUT, it is really, really sturdy! Has fallen several times, got wet, sit upon, still working and screen scratch free! From that point of view, it has been outstanding, I use it as spare phone, or for doing things not requiring telephony services

I've had this phone for almost two years now. I can honestly say it served me well. What really impressed me is how sturdy it is. It has fallen face down on concrete, rock and all kinds of stuff but it still has no scratch on it. The "Stylus" I lost in two months. So I can't say anything on that. Yes it is quite laggy and I have been forced to format it every three months to get rid of the junk files that make it extremely slow. It has taught me patience non the less.

I got 2 of these phones on a take one get one free contract. I've never before had such a pathetic excuse for a phone. The fantastic offer was because SA got the h635 which had the lowest spec of all the LG phones and only had 8gb of internal storage. If the specs were any lower and slower it would have to be given away free. I hope that LG one day wake up to the fact that a phone must lie flat on its back. The G4 has a half wine barrel for a back cover and not to say anything about all the stupid controls on the back cover. Never again will an LG enter my life or that of my wife. LG=Lucky if it Goes!!

Screen ghosting/screen burn/image retention after a call. It hangs sometimes, where you need to remove battery as primary solution. Small ram and storage. Data usage monitoring is not real time, the spectrum and usage by apps doesn't change accordingly. Having a second thoughts about buying g6.

This isn't a bad phone, very basic but the stylus must be a joke right. Its atrocious. I can barely hold it in my fingers it's so thin. Then again I do have a Note 4 which has a proper stylus not a rubber tipped knitting needle. Can't remember the last time I punished myself using the LG "stylus"!!!

This phone has two weaknesses: 1. Ram is small. so not good for those who like multi tasking. Its okey for standard phone usage. 1. Internal memory is small. Because it saves all apps in the internal memory, the 8GB is filled before finishing installing your favourite apps. U will have to make do without some of your favorite apps installed.

It's pathetic. The promised 8 GB storage is a lie. It's pretty much impossible to have both Facebook and WhatsApp on it. You pretty much have 500MB to work with. And that's with an sd card. I don't understand why the apps that take 7MB on iPhone tame 250MB om here. Disappointing

look 1st the model and specs of your phone, there are many. if 1GB ram dont update to marshmallow it will surely lag, marshmallow need more resources. h540 model doesnt have 4G technology. those who buy second hand consider the posibility that the phone has been misused/drop/experimented so it acquired undesirable condition. performance of the phone is proportional to the good condition, hardware specs and firmware that it runs.

This is the worst phone ever. I added SD card still cannot store anything and theres no room for updates to run the phone! Keyboard disappears mid text. Maybe a tech genius can figure it out but even the people at Sprint say they can't. So I'm stuck with expensive phone that won't do the simplest of things.

so far my LG G4 Stylus works great. Except for one thing. I always end up with no space in storage even if I still have 2GB on my memory card. The phone uses internal memory as default memory even if I already set SD card as default saving. Try harder LG. I store all possible apps on sd card, yet I can only have whatsapp and youtube on the phone. ANYTHING I want to install there is no space for. I run my facebook, kindle, UB Reader, Audible, Gumtree and IMDB apps on my Vodafone tablet with 2gb internal storage and a duo core processor, and it still outperforms the G4.

Just bought it yesterday.LOVE IT.As soon as i turned it on,i got the upgrade to Marshmallow.Easy to use,the battery last a good long time,and customizable in every way possible.What else...the camera,awesome and can be used by voice.internet is fast.I have no bad review whatsoever.I have been fiddling with it for the past 12 hours lol.Excellent phone for a great price.Just goes to show you don't need to spend a fortune to get a great phone if you study the specs of the phones before buying.Highly recommend it.

Great phone, good speed, good battery life, good size for my "little"hands, good audio..goodness me its a good phone at a reasonable price! It takes some time for the handset to get acclimatized to the user's demands though, so initially one may be tempted to think its a slow phone. If you are looking for a phone that you can carry along (even if you leave your tablet home), and still be able to work, this would do. The RAM may be small, but it is expandable. Best part is that the phone is upgradable to Marshmallow. All the best to anyone attempting to purchase this device, i am enjoying mine.

I'm using this phone for a little more than a year. Actually I bought it for its big screen. And it is hard to say goodbye to it (I'm going to buy another phone). Actually the only problem I've noticed is its small internal memory. I was using an SDcard, but not all the apps can be removed to it. So all the time I had to worry if I can download the new app or not. And this is why the phone was lagging - its memory is too full. The camera works great - nice pictures and video. Also front camera works great. The pen works great. The battery holds for a few days. Some days I was using some apps like Facebook, Pinterest, Messenger, Instagram. All the day the Wi-Fi was on. Then I should charge the phone one time every day. But usually I wasn't using it so much so the battery holded even three four days. GPS works, Bluetooth works. Loudspeaker, radio works. Overall the phone is great. It just needed larger internal memory and RAM.

I bought the H635 version for 160 euros a few weeks ago. Updated immideately to Marshmallow 6.0 and haven't noticed any problems with it so far. The LG knock code is very convenient because you rarely have to use physical buttons, and when you do, they're easy to find on the back unlinke with other smartphones. Sound is very clear on both sides when having a conversation (compared to my old Huawei). The screen is large. Although I have fairly large hands, the farthest parts of the screen are still diffucult to reach with thumb. So it's not easy to use with a single hand. I have a number of digital cameras, but I'm still quite satisfied with the 8 MP rear camera on this.

I think your sd card is fake. It happened to me once, and on the same phone too. It works fine for a couple of days, and I think when I used 8gb of the sd, all the other files were corrupt. Try installing an app from playstore that identifies whether or not your sd card is fake. I forgot the name of the app,but it has SD on it.

I have had my LG G4 Stylus since December and very pleased with it. I found out it will take a micro sd card of up to 128gb. So since Im a picture and music freak decided to buy a 128gb micro sd card to store as many pics, videos and music I can so I bought the Transcend Premium 400 micro sd card class 10 to which I transfer all the pictures, videos and music I already had. When I first did the transfer the phone was reading all of this just fine but at just 2 weeks from installing this new micro sd card Im starting to get issues my phone isnt reading all of my pictures and when I tried to play my videos it gives me a message saying unsupported file not to mention that it doesnt read none of my music either. Does anyone has any idea what couldve happen. And if this is a good micro sd card for this phone. Thanks for your help.

If the phone is advertised as LTE, it simply is. Do some research on your network and ascertain what frequency and also what band their LTE is transmitted on. A possible reason for you saying it is not LTE could be because the frequencies on the phone are not supported by your network.

I have never been so disappointed with a phone as I am with this LG G4 Stylus. It says it is LTE, but its is not. Screen resolution is poor. Pictures is poor. The only good thing about this phone it the battery life. LG should rather stick to making TV's and washing machines. Could you please explain a little bit more about what do u want to do, because when you connect the phone into your computer u need to select the option TMP on your phone on usb debug programming if you would like to transfer files to the internal memory or external memory on your cell phone. or you can hold the menu button and then connect the USB cable in order to download the drivers to your computer

This an awful phone. I would not recommend this phone to anyone. The camera is the worse, every single other phone has a better camera than all the lg phones. I didn't know how good a camera was until I purchased an iPhone. If you do get this phone it will get you frustrated, the camera is awful the reactions are slow and your videos are truly something you would smash your phone for.

I do not recommend buying this phone. The performance is so bad that when I press the home button it would take about 5 seconds to display my home screen. I only have 1 home screen which only consists of 5 apps and no widgets. Switching apps is a disappointment also. As I'm typing this I get keyboard delays and the phone frequently freezes for several seconds. It's just the battery that I liked from this phone :(

I recently got the software update to upgrade the android operating system to Android Marshmallow. Since upgrading to Marshmallow the screen brightness no longer is adjustable, the slider can be put on the minimum or the maximum and its still displays at my guess being 75% brightness, this is a right pain as at night it signals Gondor for aid, yet is all, but unreadable in bright sunlight during the day. This stuck screen brightness renders the battery saving features introduced in Marshmallow null and void and my phone now uses more power than it did before the upgrade. Its a great phone, but the Marshmallow update has kinda cut its legs off right below the knee and is a real let down.

I have bought this shit 6 months ago and it's a clear shit it lags soooo much the camera is terrible it doesn't look like a 13 megapixel camera at all it looks like a 5 megapixel camera or less it take more than 3 hours to charge the intermal storage is so bad it's only 8GB and you only get like 2gb or bit more, the display is very bad and poor, the proccesor is pretty bad and laggy as hell, the quality of this "smart phone" is also bad the only thing positive you can find on it is that is have a good battery that last me all day. I dont know what al the bussing is around, my lg g4 stylus has 16gb storage 2gb ram, a snapdragon 410(quad @1.2), camera is flawless, especially when you look at you pictures on bigger screens. Battery life is spectacular, but the gps is absolute crap, mine turns off as soon as the cpu reaches 40 degrees, which unless you live in alaska, is a deal breaker for people who travel. Overall its a bang for the buck no doubt.

I have been in the market for a new for a couple weeks since my lg volt broke. I made the switch from sprint prepaid to boost prepaid mostly due to the increase in data for the same price. I had between looking at reviews between the stylo and the volt 2. Both were pretty much same spec but i choose the stylo due to the 5.7 vs 5 inch screen. I had seen alot of negative feedback on the stylo most around storage issues. People need to remember that for 100 bucks your not going to get storage like you do on contract phones. Now that been said i haf seen alot of people saying they had only 3 to 4 gigs of storage after the phone was turned on. So not the issue i turned on my stylo and like with all phones proceeded to uninstall all preloaded apps which left me with 5.10gb of free space. Another issue i saw peopld had was the 1gb ram issue. Like a said before its a 100 phone. Even newer phones only have around 2gb ram some are higher but so is the price tag. I like the phone so far, I am a lg phone freak i love em by far to any brand out there. If your thinking of getting this phone. Do it large screen yup. Decent memory uh yup and a under 150 price tag you bet ya

My current phone is the LG L70 which has been great (low memory again being a problem, but I can live with it as I don't download tons of stuff). But I recently rooted it with Kingroot (surprisingly easy!) and it's super-quick and a pleasure to use. I plan to do the same with the Stylus.

Root it with Kingroot, then you can ditch all the bloatware and free up the memory. Some apps you can store on the SD memory, but the OS and WhatsApp stay on internal memory.

The lg stylo is piece of crap. Had it less than a year and it malfunctions. It goes into sleep mode and will not turn on. You have to take the phone apart and pull the battery abd reinstall it to get it to work. Essentially reboot it. Don't get one or just keep the back cover off to reboot it. It's a P.O.S.

lg g4 sylus version h631 ms631 have 2gb ram and 16gb built in memories and also they have proximity sensor to adjust the auto brigtness..but other models like h635,h540,h630 and h542 have 1gb ram and 8 gb built in memeroy and there is no proximity sensor for auto brigtness control. in uae h540 models are availabe for sale and some sales persons here are unaware of ture specifation of ram details.

I've been using this phone for about six months and I have nothing but good things to say about it. I bought it in Canada through Wind Mobile, so I have the 1GB ram version. The stylus seemed like a useful tool for me, since I use my phone quite often for note taking at work. The Galaxy Note is a good option for this too but I didn't want to spend that much and end up hating it so I gave this phone a shot to get the phablet experience. The one feature that stands out to me after all this time is the battery life. The Stylo has a huge battery, a low power processor and (in my case) low RAM. This is a sacrifice of course but I haven't had any frustrations with the performance of the phone and it has changed my perspective on whether having the fastest modern CPU is really necessary. If I forget to charge it, it's not a problem; the phone usually has enough battery power to get through 1.5-2 days, even with high data use. The phone is not lightning fast by any means but it is fast enough for my daily tasks: web browsing, messaging, note taking and video playback. It stutters at times when loading videos but handles everything else well enough. The 13mp camera is functional but not at all close to the flagship phones. It cheats 1080p photos with some kind of filter that makes details muddy, though I have taken some surprisingly good photos despite that. This will likely be my last phablet size phone. The large screen is nice for videos and text, even in 720p, but it is a bit too big for pocket use. If you have a bag to carry it around great but casual use suffers a bit. Back to

You should try rooting the phone after its warranty date. After rooting it, you now have access to the phone fully. With that access, you may increase its internal memory by downloading an application called aparted. This app partitions your sd card. The first part is what will remain in the sd card, while the second one adds to the internal memory, use fat32 format for first part while ext2 for second part.

The size of screen has no bearing on how much RAM it needs. GPU RAM must be enough to support the *resolution*(1280x720 or w.e.) of the display, not physical size(5.7in). 720p screens work fine with 1 GB. Apparently some 422MB of RAM is available without any apps... which is, I admit, horrendously low for a multitasking phone.

Yes. I have Marshmallow on LG G4 stylus h635 model. I updated via LG bridge software on pc, and it isn't good at all. There is no option to put SD card as primary, battery drains very fast, camera isn't better. They changed maybe few things and one of it is that it says it is Android 6.0 when you go to option ''about phone'' in settings.

As I mentioned in earlier post, model LG H635 is worst by huge mile. It is shame that LG produced such model, it is useless. Battery is poor, processing power is poor, camera is poor, memory is too low. They put Android Marshmallow, in which you CAN'T set SD card to be default memory. I tried that with 4 different cards and speeds, even factory reset it, and repaired Marshmallow which is from their site, and nothing. Lg you made very bad phone which is very expensive for that what it offers and doesn't make any sense. The chipset in there is 64 bit, for what purpose? Marshmallow is 32bit.

I received the lg g4 stylus3-4 months ago. Im So disapointed in this phone. The storage is insufficient ,and I have a 32gb sd card,but you cant move any pre-installed apps. its always telling me im in danger of my pictures not saving. Btw...the unit i got is working pretty well. Battery back up is really good. Camera is pretty much basic, no other options like in my sony xperia sp. No lags so far. The only thing that was missing here is the "qslide" feature or "small apps". I havent tested it with graphic intensive games, because i dont have time to play anymore. I guess you should try to download launcher, you can find it on google play store. There's alot of free launcher there that you can use. It will change all the icons and also for keyboard you can get that one too on play store. You can choose any theme that you want for your keyboard, but you need to change it from default to another app like Touchpal or GoKeyboard, can go to input setting then you change it there. I got one of the 2G/16GB T-Mobile ones from Walmart for $179.00 It's their Family Mobile or something version. It is a big sweet phone. You put it on T-Mobile for 40 days, then they unlock it for you. It's not a Galaxy Note 5. But it's very fast, the same size, and 1/4 the price. Don't confuse this with the 1GB/8GB 8MP camera crappy Boost version. The T-Mobile version is way better.

The battery life on this phone is awesome. And for all the people that say it is not good for playing games, I don't agree at all. Camera is excellent. User interface smooth. I just bought the LG stylo and I love it. I took a step down from my Galaxy S6. The battery life rocks, even using it almost all day. The storage sucks a bit but I use a 128gig sd card. Another minor issue is that I root all my droids and can't find a way to do it on this. The camera is good also. I don't game on my phone and don't understand why people don't just buy a play station 4 or xbox 1.

bounght an LG G4 STYLUS to replace my LGG3 which i broke, i was reluctant at first due to snap 410 , 1gnb ram 720p screen etc, but for my budget it was the best around. happy to report, snap 410 runs the os fine, screen is excellent for 720p @ 5.7'', camera is real suprise, comparable to my g3. only down side is gaming on high gpu demanding games only, dorpped frames , lag etc... overall excellent phone with fantastic battery life. i also really like the stylus :)

first, explore all information in the setting of your phone, second to avoid the internal memory to be full or to use all its space, you can transfer all applications from internal to external memory card, just go to setting then general then click apps, in apps look on sd card and click every apps their and click move to sd card.. next, go to file manager, click all files giving you information about the available and total storage, go to internal storage and look for every folder you can see, then you can move every files you will find from your internal to your sd card, you will see the box with arrow down sign below your phone, press it and it will ask your permission what files you want to move from your internal storage to your sd card, do it one by one on every files until you finish all of it.. a little bit advice, avoid installing apps that you cannot really use... you can install also some applications that will help you to make your phone more convenient and reliable to use like share it when sending and receiving any files from the other phone users, you can set its receiving setting so that all files u can receive will directly go to your sd card and no need to transfer all of it one by one.. but if you dont have any of useful applications, u have no any choice except to transfer one by one every files ull receive from the other phone... you can also download clean master, explore all of it...

It depends on the app or data you are moving. The pics can be moved using gallery. Long press the pic and check settings, it will ask you what to do with the pic, move, share etc. For the apps, you can use the file management apps. Try to explore each setting, no need to look for manuals it is user friendly anyway. I got 16G SD card and even had movies in it. My free space for phone would be from 3GB max. The phone is still quick at that storage status

I recently got the g4 stylus(8mp camera version) and at a first glance was very impressed with it. The screen is large but manageable, it works very well with the stylus, the quickmemo app is great to use along with the phone's general user interface. My favourite part about this phone is the battery life, I've never experienced anything like it. It lasts with heavy usage for 2 days straight with absolute ease and then there's the spare battery too.. But the one thing which is extremely disappointing about this phone is the camera. My last phone had an 8mp camera too, but when taking a photo with both at the same time, angle etc. This lg's camera is awful. Other than the disappointing camera, i am happy with it though. Hope this helps with any uncertainties!

I've been using my Stylus for about three months now on T-Mobile. It does slow down once in a while, pretty serious lag. Then I clear the cache and it starts working right again. On LTE it seems to work okay, not much difference from 4G though. That could be the network though. Having moved most of my apps to the SD card I've noticed the app sizes usually seems to bloat a bit. I think it's duplicating parts of the apps.

Hello, Im from the philippines and own this device via sun plan. the specs on this page differs from the one we had. so here's my critique regarding this device(had it for a month) has no lte, mediocre internet speed when on data. you cant install too much apps. i tried moving but there is always a portion left in the phone memory. the phone memory is less than 1gb. camera's pretty decent, but not that really good. the 3k mili ampere batt. only last me a day or two (i used it only for taking down notes or music, approx. 3-5 hours). charging time 0-100 takes 3-3 and half hours. p.s. you can use a pencil/ballben when taking down notes via qnote for precision.

Hi. For me lg g4 . But lg vouge is the best. Im using lg g4 stylus and it is really good phone for a not heavy user phone. Screen is wide battery has long life and it is not easily heats up. Very affordable phone and only bought if for 10800php ($240). The only issue for me for this phone is the cam. Though it is 13mp when u zoom it out its quiet pixilated but thats noy big deal for me i understand because of its price but cam is really good compared to my old phone samsung galaxy core2. I have H635 model and my model is very bad. Memory is partitioned in 2. 3.65Gb for OS and 3.65 for apps with no option to put it on SD card. It says that you can move it to SD, but by SD they mean Internal other partition of memory (virtual SD). It recognizes SD card for taking pictures, videos even SMS and MMS and mails. It is very slow, when you engage multitasking it responds very poorly it freezes sometimes, and drains battery very fast, and it becomes warm to hot. It was at service center, and they can't find solution. Ups I'm lying, solution was that I must not install so many apps. WTF??? I bought that s..t because, and to install as many apps as I wan't. On Lenovo A536 you can do so, because it recognizes SD for apps and other things and that phone is s..t in every other way. LG please engage brain cells.

Indian version H630D is a very good one. SD410 IS SNAPPY; 13 MP rear, 5MP front are pretty nice; approx 9GB out of 16 is available; although it's 1GB ram it can handle big games. handles multitasking pretty easy though, 5.1 lollipop out of box; leather quickcircle case is given and 16GB class 10 Sandisk is given in package; appx 20000 score of antutu; Viewing angles are excellent with HD display. It's one of the cheapest smartphones I've owned. Surprisingly, it feels like a $400 phone. Great build quality. Huge screen. Crystal clear and very bright. With bluetooth I get a day's battery. Without I get about 2. With lots of game play, maybe one solid day. If you look at the specs and features, this phone is really a one of the best deals on the market. 16GB RAM, 5.7" screen, replaceable battery, SD card slot, NFC chip, 2 day battery life, stylus, etc. I don't understand why the Moto G gets such praise, yet the owners I know aren't happy with their phone. LG's software is very light and adds just enough features to make their changes worth it. For example, you can turn on the % of battery left on the notification bar. You can also display two apps in a split screen mode. They really just enhanced Android where is was deficient. I rarely use the stylus, but on some occasions, it's very useful. I primarily use it to write down scores after tennis matches. Having to punch in numbers and dashes is a hassle. The camera is good, perhaps not as good as a high end samsung, but the pictures are by far good enough for me. This was one area I was worried about. I've also read that LG will be updating this phone to Android 6.0 Overall, I highly recommend this phone. It's better than the Moto G 2nd Gen and Nexus 4. Even if I wanted to spend $400+ on a phone, I would just buy this one again and pocket the extra $200.

We bought this phone 3 weeks ago as a gift, we were in the mall testing out the phone and the camera looks great (probably because of the mall lighting) after few weeks i noticed that pictures weren't as good in low light or even natural sunlight, have you noticed too much noise and a bit pixelated? Who else noticed it? Given the fact that it's a 13mp shooter, my old samsung whose cam is 8mp does better. Have you experienced the same problem? Otherwise everything is really great, and a really great sophisticated UI!!

I know enough about smartphones to say that this G4 Stylus is a very good device and choice only if you plan to not to install more than a handful of selected apps and games. Its 8GB of internal storage is quite litte. Definitely it's its major downside and almost a deal breaker for me. I have a Xperia ZR and this is its problem. The ZR is a very good and extremely snappy and fluid smartphone, if only it had 16GB of internal storage ... The same for this G4 Stylus. Eisley Pd: Move to the SD option does not help much.

I have had the MetroPCS (13mp camera, 2gig RAM) version for a month now and it works great. I had a Galaxy S3 on Verizon before this and I definitely prefer the LG G Stylo, just make sure you buy the MetroPCS/T-Mobile upgraded model. Everyone that I have talked to that has had problems with lagging and poor pictures have all had the lower spec model. I highly recommend this phone on MetroPCS/T-Mobile.

Over all a good phone. i have it for a week now. noticeably strong battery (2 days with moderate WIFI, games, text use). RAM is sufficient as I observed that its maintaining 300-400 free compared to my friend's ASUS zenfone 2 (2gig ram) which also have the same free ram. This is the 1st time i use an LG phone and the customization on the home touch buttons are a welcome treat! The over all issue I have is the 8gig internal memory. 4gig is already used up for system apps and google apps may be the reason. i only have 1gig (internal) left, since all apps leave a small size in the internal even if u move it to SD card.

I've had a problem not with pictures as I have had none sent to me since I purchased the device however I can say that I am not please that I will be paying 400$ to sprint for it.. Just like anything it has pros and cons but the cons weigh to heavy in my opinion the phone is extremely sleek and nice looking has a good speaker with goof volume but I have had this thing a week and I'm already noticing lag, not receiving text, horrid camera both front and back. Also I'm not sure if this is common in all lg products but litteraly anytime the screen comes in contact with an object like my comforter for example, it never fails to press something whether it be opening an app or clicking the x right after I make the perfect snapchat lol.

Great phone! Allthough the specs are somewhat low on paper it keeps up quite well in real usage. Maybe just slightly slower than the top spec phones (bear in mind mine has just 1.2 Processor and 1GB RAM!), but it can run all software I need on it and it never really lags. Great value for money - I love it!

Texting is HORRID.There is definitely something wrong with the phone. Messages requiring the MMS protocol (all group chat and pictures of any kind) are sporadic. Some come through while most do not. Native, textra or smspro it doesn't matter. After speaking with three other owners of this phone it's apparent across the board: This phone has issues with messaging. I am now waiting for a replacement but fear the issue will still be there. LG needs to figure this out. Hopefully more people come forward and say something. We can't all have bad phones.

The screen is quite nice for a budget fone. If you are a pixel snob who holds the fone 2 inches from your face you probably wont like it. Colors, contrast and brightness are quite acceptable.

I bought my lg g stylo through metro pcs, I was with boost but the version boost has was is a lower spec version. Because I switched from boost to metro I was giving $50 off any phone. So my price was 149.99, for that price this phone is was a steal. Phone wide, everything about the phone is great! Even for a midrange budget phone. I have 200 gig micro sd card installed I also rooted phone as soon as I got it. I was able to delete the bloatware, believe me this phone come with a lot. Anyway and eventually move everything to my sd card. It's fast I have little to no lag at all. I use the stylus some for my work and drawing on the phone. If you bought this and think is not a good one, I would recommend rooting phone. This phone is awesome once rooted.

I recently experienced a bug where my screen went out. Knock on or pushing the button, i could see the backlight, but the operating system was gone, just a blank screen. Touching the screen i could hear sounds. Removing the battery and restarting fixed it. Kind of a nasty bug. Hopefully LG fixes

I bought it last week. Its great for some things but not that great for other thing. Its really precise when texting unlike my previous Galaxy S3 that would type 3 letters at the same time due to the keyboard being so small. Its great to have a big screen with a pen for added precision but the screen resolution is only 720p and it shows. Not the clearest of colors when compared side by side with a normal S3 which has much better contrast. The other thing is the camera... come on... every time I take a picture it looks like a fresco painting. I don't know how to get rid of this annoying fresco filter... or if its stock with the camera... its terrible. Besides that, it has some neat features like double tap to turn on the screen. The phone feels very well built not too heavy not too light just perfect. The size is good somewhat of a mini tablet. The buttons on the backside of the phone are well positioned. I recommend this phone if you have big hands.

The camera really isn't that bad. If you're taking a picture in low light conditions from far away, the picture will come out grainy. In any other setting it's above average. Not as good as the G4 obviously, but better than other phones in its class. I realized that a lot of times the photos are out of focus (that's probably why people are saying the camera is bad) so I always touch the screen to focus on the subject before taking a picture.

The bottom line is, if you don't play graphic intensive games, you don't use phone camera that much, just for social network. It is a great phone. Are you really using the stylus? For 2/3 the price tag at $199, the Asus Zenfone 2 does all above with higher 1080p screen, and a lot better cameras.

Ive had this phone for 3 days. I have the tmobile version. I think its awesome. The screen is very vibrant, and the phone is very responsive with the 2gb of ram. One of the major selling points for me was the included stylus. Ive always hated my screen getting smudged with fingerprints. No more with the stylus! Love it. The phone is very high quality, and i plan on getting the folio case for it.

(for example, the top of line LG G4 is f1.8, the Samsung Note 4 is f2.2; Asus Zenfone 2 is f2.0). At t-mobile, there is an issue about lousy camera photo reported at and marked as un-answered. I own this phone. It has 2GB of RAM, 16GB storage, gorilla glass 3 on the screen. The touch screen is outstanding, by far the most responsive unit I have used. The contrast on the IPS panel...well it keeps reminding me why I love IPS panels so much. Whatever CPU is down in this thing, I don't really care; it is stout. Apps launch super quick. The phone is more fluid in its transition animations than I have seen on an android phone, and I have owned a Nexus 5. It is not without flaws. The build quality feels quite flimsy, but frankly I can't feel that...cause I bought the 25$ case they sell at the store. As a value oriented guy, who just had a little extra money and decided to upgrade his phone a little...I have to say, this is a great value. Other opinions are welcome, but they won't change mine. If you want to listen to people who have never held the machine in their hand, and who are just posting rants because they like to post rants on forums fine. I've held the machine in my hand. I have uses it. I have extensive experience, installing, troubleshooting, and using android on a wide variety of platforms. I know what android looks like, when it is installed on inferior hardware. This is not that. I'm not a fan of LG. But I have to say I will be if they keep producing value phones of this level of quality. If you are thinking about it, buy it! Put a case on it by all means, but buy the phone. You won't regret it.

Got our demo units last week and spent a few days playing around with this and the Leon. Really solid phablet with one major letdown: the rear camera I'd garbage. Hands down one of the worst smartphone cameras I've ever used, despite the 13mp spec. Main issue is the horrendous amount of post processing, and worse it can't be fixed with another camera app, seems to be on the DSP level

In hand phone is so amazing for the midrange price, stylus is like a normal stylus much more discrete than the Note 4. In hand the phone feels like a high end phone, definitely going to be a big seller!! Thumbs up LG great phone!

Battery life will be enduring. Seems like a compromise many would make. Good for those who don't play games or watch movies on their phone. I'd consider it for my mom, if she weren't so into gaming. I'm still using a 'galaxy s3' with lollipop custom software. I have a 4k television, yet my 720p phone doesn't bother me.

The wallpaper similar to samsung. But overall its a good phone. Just like galaxy note.
