LG V35 ThinQ - User Reviews

  • I F hate those back glass...

  • Yes, along with many other great features.

  • Try to install Camera app from LG V50 for 4K/60fps:

  • Upgraded internals same as the g7 but missing 4k/60. Video recording. What gives?

  • Does the phone have FM?

  • V35, it's cheaper. Nokia 9 is too much expensive for what it has to offer... even though you should consider buying Xiaomi Mi 9T, it's kicking ass !

  • i just feel bad that i just now ordered a brand new one off amazon for only $299 (U.S.) sounds like these phone companies are ripping yall off!

  • Dears, LG V35 or Nokia 9? and Why?

  • This may fix recwption issue in LG phones and LG V35

  • If you would scroll down you'll find my comment about Pie experience... Here I bring it for you: Have received Pie. Makes the already fast phone slick! And many new cool interface and eye candies... Battery life still stellar and dark mode is more widespread. I just wish notif drawer became black, well maybe next Q. This phone seriously underrated and what LG V30 should've been.

  • This is one of the worst phones I have ever owned. The reception is TERRIBLE! I can't tell you how many calls I have missed. On the rare occassion that the phone actually rings when I answer the other party usually can't hear me and I have to go outside for reception. My husband doesn't have this issue with his Galaxy S6 Active. I'll suddenly start getting notifications that I have voicemails even though the phone hasn't even rang. It won't even show the calls on my call log. In the event that I actually receive a text when I try to respond it won't even send the message. It will say I have no service. I've had to go outside numerous times and restart my phone just to get it to acquire a signal. I know it isn't my service provider which is AT & T as we've had their service for at least 5 years. There is nothing extraordinary about this phone. I would never recommend anyone to purchase one. Total waste of money. I can't wait until my contract is up so I can get a decent phone.

  • If you got AT&T variant you need an original AT&T SIM with service in order to get the latest update

  • I love my LG V30 very much because it'a a very good phone, and this phone is better than my phone.

  • They have a copper heat pipe for cooling. Wasn't made for gaming though. LG phones bootlooped up until the V20 and the heat was the issue which is why they added it.

  • Software updates depend on what model you get, not the region you're in. Ignoring that though, LG is terrible with software updates.

  • I am from India and thinking to buy it from USA, can I get software updates in India, plz anyone let me know...

  • Does it have like cooling system for gaming

  • Can someone give information on the lg v35 pie update? Like how does it perform, is it better or worse than Oreo? I've been hesitant to upgrade my v35 to pie because I've heard stories about pie breaking the phone in some areas such as worst battery life, DAC not working properly anymore etc.

  • Yes, it does. Also has nice DTS:X surround presets which can enhance the soundstage in a manner that is extremely satisfying to the budding audiophile. You won't find a phone with much better sound than this. No iPhone I've heard is anywhere close. The headphone jack also has the power to drive a large set of cans. A headphone amplifier is not mandatory for serious listening on large headphones. I recommend the re equalizer app for 10 band fine tuning. @$2.99, it's a steal.

  • I love this phone so much, but the battery is terrible. For a Snapdragon 845 chipset, a 4000 mAh is the minimum, and realistically, 4350ish would be ideal. Unless you were one of the fortunate people who can keep their phone plugged in most of the time while at work, you will definitely find yourself worrying about a dead battery five or six hours into your shift. On my days off when the phone is plugged into a 10ft cable, it is the best phone I've ever used. The display is absolutely stunning. Regardless of what color setting you choose, everything looks fantastic. Except for the battery, the only other thing I have a problem with is the back. I can't imagine the meeting at these phone manufacturers where someone goes, "Hey fellas, you know what would be better then being able to break the front accidentally? Well, being able to break the back also because it's made of glass for no good reason on Earth. Don't you agree, guys?" I really hate the fact that the back is made out of glass. It's needlessly fragile and it jealously hordes fingerprints. Also, it is very slippery. Don't use this phone even for five minutes without a case. Don't. It's too expensive and you will drop it. If these two complaints don't deter you, grab this phone it's awesome otherwise. Games run flawlessly, and apps load lightning quick. Audio quality is without equal and on an ac 5ghz wifi, you'll get a blazing fast 833mbps with negligible latency. It's such a great phone, I can't recommend it to anyone. Wait until the v50 comes down in price and get it. It's this phone with its flaws fixed (except for the back glass, LG, get it together.) The V50 has a half-inch bigger screen, the same beautiful quality display oh, an extra rear camera oh, an extra selfie camera, a faster chipset, all of the other goodness intact or improved upon, and thank everything that's holy, a 4000 mAh battery. Full disclosure: my screen on my V35 is cracked and I cannot find a replacement part anywhere. Please post in these comments if you know where I can get this part. I also have 20 $30 payments left on this phone with AT&T. I wasn't kidding about even for 5 minutes. Don't. Learn from my mistake.

  • Truer words were never spoken.

  • Battery life tests plz

  • Battery test results on this phone?

  • need 4000 battery

  • No, not that I have noticed

  • Where to buy battery replacement of LG V35? Is the battery inside LG V30 is the same as what is in LG V35?

  • Heating problem?

  • Uhhhh, As long as the phone is operational you should be able to play FortNite LOL.

  • Nevermind, yes and it's on their website.

  • I can't see in the specs if this had a quad DAC (digital audio converter), does anyone know?, thanks.

  • I have received Pie. Makes the already fast phone slick! And many new cool interface and eye candies... Battery life still stellar and dark mode is more widespread. I just wish notif drawer became black, well maybe next Q. This phone seriously underrated and what LG V30 should've been. Its selfie suucks big time and made LG fans switch to other brand.

  • For how long will fortnite be able to run lg v35 a year Beacues my s8 played for 5 months then it couldnt anymore But thanks

  • Typically 2-4 hours, depending on where your battery percentage is at 30fps. Android devices are locked to 30fps. 60 fps has not been added for Android devices yet.

  • For how long will it still play fortnight and how many fps thanks

  • Where are you from ?

  • Smart chooice and Best deal !!

  • Best phone money can buy in 2019 , I got 1 for 250 dollars and everything still fine, pie update snapdragon 845 /6gb ram, OLED DISPLAY , its just the perfect combination, , why give my money to apple for the same or less features?

  • Yes very well at highest settings

  • Fortnight can it play?

  • is lg aristo 2 also waterproof

  • It's difficult to find a rival of LG V30 or V35 with the same price in 2019, it's almost impossible I think. All variants of LGV30 and V35 are cheap phones right now, but they are the real Flagship and High End phones that destroy many competitors because V30 & V35 series has complete specs and features that are absence in other brands. Excellent Quad Dac Sound, Great Video Features, Ultrawide Camera, 3,5mm Jack, IP68 Waterproof, Gorilla Glass 5, Always ON Display, Oled Screen, NFC, Stereo FM Radio with RDS, Snapdragon 835/845, and Acceptable battery life. Although the Front Camera is only avarage, I believe that all variants of LG V30 & V35 are still the best phone money can buy in 2019 (because they are cheap now, especially if you can get the second hand with mint condtion)

  • Yes you right... !!

  • just installed it lastnight. So far, it feels heavier and slower than Oreo. Kinda wish I could go back, though the standby battery drain seems improved.

  • Go to XDA developers for the ROM and instructions, it's a great community with lots of support.

  • How to update to PIE if I don't have AT&T simcard and live outside US?

  • How is battery life after PIE update? And I heard it has new feature CINE SHOT, as on LG V40....

  • How do you notice the battery life after PIE update? I hope it wouldn't get worse.

  • you can grab it from ebay unlocked at&t for 249$ 64gb nice dimension just 151mm...so cool

  • AT&T released Pie update as of June 18. Everything looks the same as if nothing has changed.

  • How does pubg run on it

  • Does it have like Samsung infinity display

  • NO

  • Does it have the google assistent button

  • Flash the phone with the Google FI ROM to get around the lack of update ability.

  • Loved this phone for the day and a half that i owned it until I found a dot visibly brighter than the rest of the screen. I dunno if that's just terrible luck or part of a bigger issue but I did not keep it to find out. So buyer beware, LG p-oled screens can be iffy.

  • I got the LG V35 off of cellmigo on Amazon. Brand new sealed unit, AT&T unlocked. Battery life was amazing even with the AT&T ROM with QHD resolution, 30% brightness (non-Auto) and AOD disabled. 30Hrs off the charger and I had 5hrs and 30mins of SoT, with 16% left. For that kind of usage I would only make it to ~4hrs of SoT over 9hrs on the OnePlus One running lineage OS 16 with say 10% left in the battery. The Note 4 I had revived gave pretty much the same thing, maybe 4hrs and 30mins at the lowest brightness but not with auto-brightness. I am sure I can get even 7-8 hrs of SoT when traveling as usage will be over 14-17hrs instead of 30hrs. I've loaded the Project Fi ROM. Now gotta see how the project Fi ROM handles the same type of usage. Over all I am mighty impressed for a phone that cost just 350USD.

  • This is my first glass sandwich/OLED phone, coming from the LG V20 which I love. But who understands LG? Now they have two identical lines of phones with little to distinguish them from each other and the competition. And all those revolutionary LG ideas are gone too. The LG V35 of course is a phone that shouldn't exist as is, it's a strange in-between of specs. It improves on the V30 with the electronics but has worse cameras and speaker than the V20. It's a lovely phone though, curvy, slippery, good size (not sure what the trend to taller and narrower phones is all about in the next Vs and Gs), it's light without feeling unsubstantial, the OLED screen is a big but imperfect improvement on LCD screen, but battery life is outstanding. With the Snapdragon 845/Adreno 630 we finally have the right combo that makes for snappy, responsive, no-lag phones. The contrast of OLED screens is lovely, but something is off on this one when it comes to colors. Also if you look at the screen while off and at a certain angle, it glass isn't smooth but uneven and textured. That combined with inferior camera apertures and sensor sizes makes for off pictures at times, especially in wide-angle. Also a huge disappointment is the speaker. But it could be an issue with this glass construction as well, who knows. The speaker on the V20 was fantastic. You could listen to music and it sounded great. But on the V35 the speaker sound is awful, plasticky, canned. But as always with LG phones, it's the price that makes the V35 more than competitive. Why pay more than twice for similar hardware.

  • By how much more do you reckon the battery life improved?

  • This phone is superb, best phone I used so far coming from the Note5, LG G6, and iPhone 7. I've never experienced a phone with better sounding headphone jack output, especially if to turn on quad DAC and DTS:X Surround + HDR video effect while watching movie. It's really hard for me to give this up now if I switch to another brand. The screen is much better than reviewers made it out to be, it only slightly shift to blue a little if to look at it from an angle, but really it's no problem. The black is very dark. LG software will be bloated and slow until you tweak the phone and install third party launcher and theme/icons. Main downside is the screen is only slightly curved, so I had to use a wet applied screen protector instead of glass. Another problem is with the AT&T version you can't update the software without a valid AT&T sim card. Cheapest way is to get a prepaid AT&T sim.

  • this is the best bang for buck phone right now. at $300 on ebay, it blows the sammy s9 and s9+ out of the water.

  • v30 and v35 is the best design as it gets. Not too small and not too big!!!! It's just perfect for its size!!!! Can't get better than this design man. The v40 and v50 is too big for me! can't fit in pocket. Guess i'm not upgrading my v30. G8 is worth the upgrade.

  • I found one on ebay

  • Where can I buy the international one? I found nothing on Google. LG really sucks when it comes to available supplies.😡

  • i want it at $250

  • Hey, look at that, it doesn't have a notch and it looks actually good!

  • How did you get your cell flashed to Google Project Fi / who did it

  • i have lg v35 att flashed to the project fi firmware ulm kdz without bloatware of att. An excellent upgrade is this phone now the camera capture 4k 60p :) better response with flashing, face detect work much better. battery more time.

  • I have one right now in my hands. Went out to BestBuy, had them ship one to me. It's unlocked. Otherwise, I believe you can find it on Amazon. AT&T is the only carrier that sells it

  • Hello, Please let us know if the has same issue than previous LG phone burn screen

  • Just order it from ebay or something. Best bang for buck imo there; $300~

  • Where do you buy this phone in Europe? Would be a perfect alternative to the Samsung Galaxy S9+, but it's nowehere to be found...

  • You bought a copy. A correct fake.

  • 128 GB, 6 GB RAM (V35+) or 64 GB, 6 GB RAM (V35) - this is what is says on their page...argue with the producer or better yet, ask AT&T or LG Mobile

  • I hope they continue with the V3x line, I hate the v40 with the notch. Need a v36 with 5G support to be release in the new year

  • the lg-v35 is ***6gb--of ram

  • For anyone that's interested, this phone is amazing. Great DAC quality, sounds are LOUD (but only through earphones/headphones.) The speaker is underwhelming and not loud enough imo. Battery life is great, can easily hit 6+ hours of screen on time. LG branded UI is pretty good, and the double-tap to wake screen is great. The phone takes great 4k quality videos as well. My only complaints are about the quiet speaker. The ear-speaker is apparently very loud for some, but I find it quiet. 8/10.

  • Any news regarding the release of this phone in middle east? Also when is gsmarena going to review this unit?

  • This phone is the most suitable phone for me currently... Since I come from LG G6, I cannot give up ULTRA WIDE ANGLE, and the crappy selfie camera of G6 is improved here... Also NO NOTCH beautiful display of V35... Snapdragon 845 is like icing on cake...3.5mm jack~expandable storage~OLED are still there... But I can't find it anywhere online here in middle east... Also gsmarena did not review it yet.... Anyone with answers here...!

  • How? From where?

  • Bought from where? Korea?

  • I own one

  • Its not even on their website!

  • there are only 2 versions, specifically 64 or 128. How can you possible have only 2Gb? Perhaps you have lots of pictures/videos/music on it and the "2Gb" is the space available after you have left from 64 or 128...Go to settings, storage and check it!

  • the only problem i am having with the phone is the internal memory, instead of 32gb or 64gb they wrote on the phone, what i discovered is 2gb only and is displaying you are run out of memory or insert memory card. however nice phone.

  • there isn't one, it's for AT&T only but you can look for it on Amazon for unlocked versions; also, should you buy it, make sure it has your provider coverage on frequencies..other than that, I believe this one to be far better than V40..

  • It was released only in Korea from what I've heard

  • Has anyone actually seen the V35+ anywhere? I call BS on it ever being released.

  • anyone knows where can i get this phone international version?

  • Does LG V35 has dual or single SIM?

  • i loved the lgv20 because of the removable, too bad they stopped listening to their customers.

  • I really wanted to buy this phone but this is not released in the Philippines, I believe this is the best choice for me and I'm still trying to find ways to buy it, double minded of the upcoming v40 because of the notch. I'm upgrading from V20.

  • It's like the T upgrade of OnePlus phones.

  • Will it be available here in the Philippines? I really want this phone

  • LG v35 has Corning Gorilla Glass 4 only

  • Camers is good, not excellant, but with many options. AI options is more of selling gimmicks..Note 9, S8, S9 camera is superb, and never a comparison to LG. Snap dragon 845, but you never feel it as in One plus 6. Phone is not too fast, but scores more than 75% in all compartments. And you dont feel the premium looks, as this has now become the standard shape for all the camera line ups. Screen touch feel is also average, though the clarity is too good, but again the font size gives too much strain since the width of camera is comparatively low. Should be in the league of 300$...

  • LG V30 seems to have better battery benchmarks compared to LG V35. No idea why gsmarena has not done there own tests and endurance rating.

  • Incredible value. Got mine unlocked on Amazon $649 new. GSM and CDMA .

  • Yes it has the ESS quad dac.

  • Does this phone has hifi??

  • It does not

  • Hi, I want to know about camera, can it be used under the water? I mean can you shoot when screen is wet?

  • Can you tell me about camera quality? Can it compare with note9? Because I am planning to purchase it.

  • I've had mine for a couple of weeks now and so far I couldn't be happier. The design is sleek, simple and elegant. The fit and finish is first rate. Performance is quick without a trace of stutter or hesitation. No problems at all with having multiple apps running simultaneously, switching between them. So far, battery life has been excellent, easily lasting a full day into the evening. I'm still not a fan of their UI, but it's just a matter of personal taste. Nova Launcher is my solution to that. The cameras won't blow you away but are certainly nothing to complain about. Purchased Amazon Prime Exclusive ($649.99). No lock screen ads, a few Amazon apps that you can use or disable, if not uninstall. I'm not sure I'd recommend the V35 ThinQ at LG MSRP ($899.99) but if you're a Prime member it's a steal.

  • Does it have a led notification light?

  • Does anyone know when it will be released in Greece?

  • omg best phone so far made by lg i am cosidering to change to lg from samsung

  • When it is launch in india.

  • are u gonna buying it?

  • I just got my v35 just yesterday. It looks good so far. I am very excited to start using it... I am moving away from my stock android 6p. So I bit nervous. But so far things lot great on v35

  • My phone is lasting 20+ hours on a charge at a minimum. One time I didn't bother charging and it went 34 hours and then got down to the "better charge it soon" range.

  • will this be available in the Philippines??

  • v30 gives 93h endurance rating so V35 must give more because of sd845.

  • How many hours of on screen time are you getting? On my regular V30 I'm getting 5:30-6 hours of moderate-heavy daily use. I'm curious about it, as in the S9 the battery test rated it lasted less with the SD 845 compared to the S8 and the SD 835.

  • Because it's the same body as the v30...so no extra room for a bigger battery.

  • Not a fanboys. See v30s v35 q7 still no review.

  • I've been using the V35 about two weeks. I'm very pleased with the performance, screen, and battery life. So far I've had no issues getting the battery to last late into the night, and I do quite a bit of Reddit, texting and email checking during the day, and a couple hours of youtube at night. It feels high class when holding it, but definitely worry about dropping it with all the glass. I came from a Lumia 950, and for whatever reason nothing ever cracked on that phone with all the drops it went through. Putting a case on it has ruined some of the premium feel for me. Honestly I'm underwhelmed with the camera, but maybe I can blame that on the Lumia 950 having such a good camera from a couple years ago. I really enjoy the phone, but I imagine for now you should wait until a good sale on it. There is probably better value out there.

  • GSMArena should review this!

  • Will any body who is ACTUALLY using the phone please post an opinion!

  • I own v20 too. Of course the phone get smaller for easy to use on one hand. They get rid out the big bezel on v20 which is on bottom and top. I still love 2nd display on v20 and hope they return it btw...

  • LG V30 last year battery optimization already beat all 2017 flagships even oneplus 5t couldnt last long against v30. You can check at XEETECHCARE channel on youtube.

  • This looks good over g7

  • lg ui is best better than crapy samsung TouchWiz , which is full of Bloatware

  • The phone is listed as compatible with the Verizon Network. I'd like to just point out this is false. Tried transferring my Unlocked V35 from Fi over and could not due to compatibility issues.

  • Wdym, their UI isn't half bad

  • To be fair, that battery optimization gives it as good battery, sometimes even better, than the S8+

  • Would be awesome if you COULD ACTUALLY BUY IT ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. This is just so bad on LG, I want their phone, but I can't buy it.

  • Why couldn't LG just put a 4000mAh battery in this upgrade. Common even a 3500+mAh battery would've gone a long way. Nice phone even tho not a fan of the 18:9AR format.

  • Where is any Stills in the wild, of V40 but 845 already booked, no betting for its release! V30, V30S,V35 Think Q are all one and the same, can Bet sales of all including last year, might not be impressive to even declare.

  • It'll likely be the same. The V30 had very impressive battery life for its capacity (at least for me) and the V35 has the same capacity. Now the 845 may show an improvement due to supposed efficiency so there may be small increase there.

  • This goes to GSM Arena: because they sell this phone on GoggleFi and AT&T (the non-plus version with the 64GB hard drive), the antennas included in the phone include all 3g signals for AT&T as well as CDMA2000 1xEV-D0 (Sprint signal for Google Fi) and LTE bands 1,2,3,4,5,12,17, 25, 26, 41, 66, and 71 AT LEAST since it supports those networks. Just to tell others the plus version may not be compatible.

  • 1,4 or 1,0 lg v30\35 has best camera on market

  • Camera should have at least 1,4 µm pixel sensor. Now, with 1,0 µm pixel camera sensor, pictures taken in the eveneing are dark, noised and ugly. And we want 1080p 240 fps slow motion, like in P20 pro, Galaxy s9 or iPhone X.

  • Lol so u are not Lg user.. Stop saying it ugly unless u used and try it..lol try to explore Lg ui. Its simple n customise ui

  • I am more fan of EMUI or IOS for this amount of money.

  • LG's UX is one of my favorite...'skins' on a smartphone. HTC, Sony, Nokia and Motorola 'skins' are great too. Samsung and Apple are the worst 'skins' and have little to zero intuitive features in user experience. With LG, I don't ever use launchers ( I hope I never will ) Intuitive-ness ....that's the most important aspect to 'skins', UI or UX. Never really tried Stock Android so no opinion there. All I hear about stock Android is : fast, simple, not-cartoony, rich (whatever that means).... If my phone 'agrees' with me more than I have to agree with it.... that's how I define Intuitive-ness.

  • Just one word best design smartphone in world

  • Are u Lg user?? For me Lg ui is ok and simple.

  • Hows the battery? Hope it better than V30

  • If all options get correctly your brand go to top. Battery, camera, design make different small 5 inch,

  • I own the LG V20 and upgraded to the LG V35 think but this phone looks much smaller

  • Exactly! Design is beautiful, definitely the best design in the world! But camera should have at least 1,4 μm pixel sensor. 1μm pixel camera is much worse than cameras in other flagship devices. Evening pictures are dark, noised and ugly. And why there is no 1080p 240 fps video recording?!?! LG advertised it as a mobile with the best video recording capabilities, but in this mobile there is such a crappy slow-motion mode...

  • Not a bad phone with design, but LG UI yucky. And overpriced so much.

  • Why just 1µm pixel size?? It is very strange

  • Lg please Compete this one with op6.. You have an edge in camera department over op6 and if possible.. Please please please launch it with stock Android rather than using your own shitty UI..

  • Its size is somewhat within the max limits, but why so wide? If it were 70mm it would be perfect. 75mm is really hard to hold for longer times and my hands aren't small..

  • Honestly...this might be my next phone. I don't like the glass, but it has no notch, a headphone jack and is friendly with its bootloader unlocking policy. So I could probably get rid of the bloat and make it close to near stock.

  • Yes.. I have also seen it on the review..

  • Whit this LG will be number one.

  • Is that a problem? My lg g3 is 3,5 years old , has gorrila glas 3 ,there is no scratch, no screen protection,.it's still working well.

  • I just did a chat with LG support. They confirmed that the V35 ThinQ uses Gorilla glass 4, not 5.

  • So the LG site itself is wrong?

  • v35 has gorrila glas 5 , wrong and old information with gorila glas 4

  • The specs listed here say the protection is Gorilla glass 5.0, but the LG site (and several reviews) say it is Gorilla glass 4.0... Why would they do that? Weird. Also, because this is essentially the v30 body, can accessories for the v30, like cases, etc. be used on this phone?

  • Super slow motion should be added.

  • Dearest LG. Thanks for your making the best complete smartphone of 2018 without hybrid....I don't know the price yet but even without infrared , it is still the best ! But with 4000 mAh battery , it could have the crown of high ends category in 2018_19 ! Let's wait for complete gsmArena review.... Thanks haves to have the best....Only Justice Rights....

  • Why batter capacity is stuck @ 3300. Why not go up to 4000.

  • It was on news page of gsmarena few days back. Google announced a few lg phones and that moto 6

  • LG.... I've narrowed it down to 4 things. Bluetooth, SoC, Cameras, Screen. Other than the obvious expected upgrade of Android OS and LG UX to 2018 standards..... LG V20 only really needed 4 hardware upgrades. I'm no engineer but the 4 that I mentioned doesn't seem like much as far as costs involved. How a V30 design evolved from the V10/V20 predecessors leaves me confused. Same goes for the evolution of the Note 4. Oh, I forgot that the Boombox feature on the G7 would be a greatly welcomed addition to the V-series.

  • LG you will be number 1.

  • Don't mind them. Tell me more about LG. Would you still recommend V20?

  • I definitely find it amusing when someone says LG phones are trash and useless. I've come to suspect that those people that make awful comments about LG phones are trying to sway the buying decisions of those not familiar with smartphones (in general). For those searching for a smartphone with no problems and has everything you could want or need..... Good Luck. Try as many OEMs as you can, like I did. And because of experience, I'm sticking with LG (for now) ....and have been for the past several years. No one but LG can sway my buying decisions. My advice is .....experience all the phones on the showroom/demo floor. Learn by experience. That's how I've come to know who among the many YouTube tech review channels are scammers and liars. The same goes for Tech/News websites.

  • LG you will be number 1.

  • "Still not Perfect. That bottom chin needs to die & side bezzels should be shoved by 1.5mm on each side." Does it really matter? I prefer a good bezzel and you have something to hold on to and not accidentally press something on the screen.

  • Thank you for not dropping the Headphone Jack, LG. I love you.

  • This and Stereo Speakers. The V-series is supposed to be for audiophiles and while it's PERFECT with the headphones, I REALLY wish it had stereo speakers. That honestly bums me out.

  • This is USA only, right? At least for now.

  • Only phone Google selects are compatible with Fi....

  • Good job

  • Well, it will be project fi compatible now. Might be worth it for that.

  • Only 1 um pixel size for camera...shit

  • Good Job LG ! !

  • I don't get it, if they can't think of really good innovations, then why not just increase the battery to 4000mAh, that might not be an innovation but still something worth considering.

  • Smartphone makers want us to eat non-removable battery, then the 18:9 ratio display, then the stupid notch, and now, the "less than 4000mAh" battery size.

  • Does it hav led notification??

  • Still not Perfect. That bottom chin needs to die & side bezzels should be shoved by 1.5mm on each side.

  • AT&T didnt want G7. so LG had to make V35 with same specs as V30 but with S845

  • Can we've some improve about P-Oled..!?? Hopefully

  • Whats the difference between this phone and the LG G7 ThinQ

  • It's a little better than the OnePlus 6 in some aspects but it's also 50% more expensive... would it be worth the difference in pricing?

  • With just 7.3mm, thickness is not an issue so it could have been increassed to allow more room for a bigger battery. Manufacturers still insist on providing phones with small batteries. Would like to try LG but 3300mah is a no go.

  • apart from battery.. . a. 3.5mm earphone jack (checked) b. Radio FM (checked) c. USB v3.1 (checked) d. Gyro (checked) e,f.g: Bluetooth v5.0 (aptX HD) (checked) active noise cancellation & finally decoding 32-bit (checked) Completed but a lit high price tag!!

  • This is for the USA only? According to some videos I have watched on YT, it is.

  • No excuse not to love. No more any minus properties

  • Almost perfect... If the battery is about 3500 or more would be awesome... Anyway, good work LG...

  • Much interesting than the LG G7ThinQ, Let's wait for it to drop the price...

  • Who says V30 doesn't have a Card Slot?? There isn't any hardware different between V30 & V35 ThinQ.

  • V20 still with 3 spare batteries Kudos

  • Wait for the V40.

  • lg has better battery optimization than most chinese phones (huawei ,xiaomi... etc) original v30 with 3300mah batery it has over 10 h sot ,. Chinese phones have poor battery optimization(bad software), so they put big battery in phones

  • .....still waiting for a true V10/V20 Successor. In the meantime, Entry Level and Mid-range phones keep looking better and better.

  • another joke from LG... just 3000 batery ??? pffff....

  • The back of the phone looks so bad.

  • Nice design LG.....but display like this with 19:9 or 20:9 ratio would be a lot way way better....

  • The aperture varies from the outside and the second slide

  • V30 also has a card slot, don't see any difference in hardware but only in software.

  • very good option .. better than V30 because card slot

  • It isn't tech reviewers who push for the latest chipset but the companies themselves...

  • If you currently (May 2018) own a V10, G5, V20 or even older models.....and are happy and satisfied with it...... doesn't that tell you that having the latest chip or Android OS isn't as important as the Tech Reviewers make it out to be ? This reasoning applies to other smartphones as well. Even the Pixel and iPhone with their current OS on their old spec'd phones have issues and bugs and glitches. Snap out of the "Spoiled Brat Syndrome"

  • In the specs it says Snapdragon 835 when it should be 845. Obviously we don't know for sure but why would it be 835 when this is replacing the G7 and two different versions of the V30 already with the same processor. Happy about this phone though, hope it launches soon.

  • Lunching strategy getting weird. Fans pls with good feedback?

  • Who uses the front camera?

  • This isn't a typical LG smartphone..... it's an AT&T Bloatware Plus model .....my prediction, at least

  • This is only rumored phone at this point. These specs are exactly the same as V30 because nobody knows yet what kind of phone this is going to be.

  • Front Camera just 5mp.

  • GG V series, no removable batteries...

  • This design is better than the g7 thats obviously joined the party of android phones copying apple. Snapdragon 835?! I might pass also on this one

  • Snapdragon 835? srsly?

  • Absolutely right but they are not listen to customers,ıts very sad ı love the lg

  • LG destroyed the V series which was known for the only phones in the world with removable batteries. V10, V20 were good. Now V30 with nob-removable batteries.... goodbye LG!

  • please the battery for 4000 MAh for better mobile music play

  • Looks like another great phone LG. Two years 6 months on my V10 and still going strong. I'm an extremely satisfied customer. I liked my V10 from day one and I'm the kind of person who believes that if a device can make me feel this way out of the box, I could care less about Android OS updates. I'm not going to fall for that update scam that so many iPhone users fall for. If my V10 never gets updated ....it won't change the experience I've had this past 2 and a half years.

  • It's again finishing their stock of 835 chipset, in various labels as S, Plus Think Q all to leaur in customer. G7 in not launched in US, so a gimmick for American.Brst is V30+ 4gb ram!

  • I dunno if LG will decide the notch for V35

  • This thing has the same specs as the V30, except the RAM, why would it even have a notch? The V40 will have a notch I bet.

  • So thin for what? An 8.6mm thick phone with 18:9 display can put a 5000mAH battery!

  • No notch? ThinQ!

  • Please improve the battery and display. Also, if the news is true that the notch is removed, welcome back LG!

  • good stuff. improve your front camera please

  • Good phone on paper..! I hope to more improves about P-Oled to removing it and FM radio..! Welcome..
