LG X power2 - User Reviews

  • Hey, I've been having the same issue. In my case, the fault is a defective aux port - it's a bit too wide, so the connection is weak/faulty. I work around this by holding the plug towards the contacts, but when I don't feel like holding my phone I just stick a piece of paper next to the plug so that pushes it for me (can be hard to get out sometimes, take care)

  • Upgrading to 8.1 is it good result or not? Please reply for those who already try updated to 8.1

  • I bought this mobile from 9 months ago. The best thing in this mobile is its amazing battery and It is cheap to purchase. But.. It is little bet slow, if you use the mobile for more than half an hour it will be hot and you will feel the temperature on your hand and your eyes will be stressed. the back cover scratched easily in the edges. Also, the speaker position is in the back bottom of the phone which lead to weak sound if you but the mobile on a table or you put a cover for it.

  • This phone is great! I love the battery (with my normal use I can reach the end of working day with still 40 %). Also the screen size is not so bad (I can use Lotus Notes and read email without zoom in). It is a bit heavy but the battery performace should be payed in something right? I recommend it.

  • The phone is great there Is one improvement that need to be done like make the screen more protected the battery is great also

  • The phone is amazing the battery is the best it lasts for quite a while my phone still hasent died the lowest it has been was 12 percent but with that fast charging feature it goes from 20 to 30 in a few minutes which I love. I recommend this phone

  • The phone is amazing the battery is the best it lasts for quite a while my phone still hasent died the lowest it has been was 12 percent but with that fast charging feature it goes from 20 to 30 in a few minutes which I love. I recommend this phone

  • It's a beautiful mobile I am using it's nice bettery timing is good l love it

  • I have an LG X power 2 (LG-M320G) PLEASE!!! Is there any way I can increase the volume other than the green volume control up top. Only six months old with a Full battery charge and I still can't hardly hear the thing even up close or with the earphones connected ?????????????

  • It’s a preach good phone, still hasn’t died battery is good camera is good as well get it instead of an apple product

  • Stop downloading the updates and watching so much porn......then youll be just fine

  • Which app did you get the LED notification?

  • I have it for 8 months, and it sucks. Relatively cheap phone with nothing interesting in features. The so-called "Power" function makes NO difference at all, because LG started to KILL the battery life with their fantastic updates. Before the update (3 months ago) it worked for 5 (!) days with average use. Next day when I downloaded the update, the phone works only for 1.5-2 days at most. They did it. Oh, yeah. Just like with my previous LG G3 (at last, it worked for 5 hours, after an update - with a brand-new battery...) I DO NOT recommend it at all.

  • Phone doesnt work properly. Wont power up. Have to press on button twice to get it to come on. Tap on and off does not work. Camers sucks bigtime battery life is no longer than other cell phones. Nothing good or new here.

  • this phone is amazing reasonable price decent camera and monstruous battery with fast charging its perfect for average usage it runs smoothly i cant complain i think its the best choice in the mid range smartphones i have one since last may and i dont think i will change for the near future at least

  • i dont think so. But based in my research, its designed for a long life battery. i like it yeah!

  • For the price it's a fantastic mid-range S/phone, Pictures are vivid, Web surfing not neck-snapping but acceptable. Resolution is comparable to a 1080p

  • Great phone!! Price, class etc.. Regardless!

  • video quality is it good in low light?

  • Amazing device :) great battery life and the phone is very fast ! Takes amazing pictures and vedios the sound is very clear too!! Great phone for a great price !

  • Well .. Sometimes the phone its appear black horizontal line and tip alone. Seems like has a problem with the digital....and it s happen maybe when the phone get hot...if anyone has the same problem just replay back

  • Not Bad But I Say Any Phone That Size Are Fragile And Need More Care and Respect Any Where You Go With It.

  • Yes the battery works awesome and for me it works for 42 hours but other thing about this phone are terrible. LG apps on this device aren't that flawless specially file manager and music player and even the gallery that restores my photos even after deleting them from trash. let's not say anything about the poor camera app that doesn't have exposure or iso or even panorama in its settings. Photos taken by both cameras show that they were taken by a mid range phone. One thing about the screen that some times bothers me alot is the visible pixels. the only reason why i still have this device is because of its battery and android nougat.

  • A fine phone. It promises good battery life and more or less delivers: It has about half a day's worth of non-stop active use, and its really good at not wasting power when its in standby. It feels cheap in the hand, and the screen isn't precisely beautiful, but honestly, do you need 4k on your phone? The audio jack is in the bottom, which you may dislike, and it does get a bit too warm from time to time, but if all you do with your phone is listen to podcasts, social media and reading ebooks while waiting at the airport and your main problem with phones is that they run out of juice, this is a cheap, very adequate machine.

  • seems nice

  • Hi there! I'll buy phone with FM radio because I'm happpy listening to radio for free. I'm eyeing for the Huawei P9 Lite (released in 2016 and cheaper) and LG Xpower 2 (just released in 2017). Can you guys help me choose which is the best smartphone between these two with regard to build quality, performance, design and battery life(of course sure winner here is Xpower 2)? Many thanks!!!

  • I let my battery get down to 15% two days ago before charging and now it goes from 100 to 35 battery percentage left in just 3 and a half hours of straight usage whereas before it would last a whole day. The lack of LED notification light kinda sucks but I got an app for that.

  • @ amazon 119 with ads

  • can you crossfade your music without I-tunes

  • Mine started doing that so I uninstalled Facebook and Messenger then reinstalled and that seemed to do the trick. I also updated my Google Play.

  • Same thing happens to me when I'm on Facebook, for now it's only when im on fb. I compared the specs with my old(ish) phone, but this one has better specs. Maybe there will be a firmware update that will fix this

  • Fantastic tunes 2 yep 2 days straight all day + calls+ emails+txts& net. no charge necessary. No cords to lug, no looking for outlets to charge, no wasted time waiting to charge up, no data used, just non stop rockin. Got 2000. songs on so far all loaded wifii and dont use a lick of data all off line listening! I Rpck 2 days straight with no data used, batt to spare and no charger to lug. Its a rock in the park everytime. Gotta Groove, Thanks LG, Well Done!!! Kenny Peel

  • I have the phone for about a week now... when i listen to the radio or my music files, sometimes, strangely , the phone just reboots by itself...

  • good battery life ,this is my 3 rd lg mobile....good resolution good price..

  • Yes.

  • long long lasting 1 full for heavy usage or 2 days for simple tasks

  • the lg x power 2 doesnt have dual band wifi, meaning it can't see anything other than 2.4 wifi. so its not a defect, it just wasn't there to begin with

  • No.

  • Is there an led notification setting for the x power 2?

  • Anyone has the problem when you can't see 5g wifi? btw my 2.4g is perfectly fine but its too slow

  • I've heavily used this phone and the battery lasted pretty much all day.

  • why is there no missed msg or vm flashing light had this phone for a month sound is crap options suck looking for a buyer for amonth old phone i went back to my samsung

  • Please someone that owns that phone tell me about the battery life while having 3g - 4g all day and using apps like facebook, viber and skype... Thanks!!!!

  • What about the battery?

  • phone is amazing but the screen is not good if ya gonna watch veds

  • I had Nokia N73 for 10 years , LG L90 D405 for 5 years (now i gave it up to my Mom and it's still works perfectly) , LG X Power 1 for 2 years (now i want to upgrade it to X Power 2 and give the old one to my little brother) I never broke any of these phones in these 17 years any where. So before telling your friend not to buy LG phones , consider maybe it's about how you keep your phone. Maybe Caterpillar any shock phones works best for you.

  • Phone standby time around 600 hours. Damn crazy.. Btw I have also asus zenfone 3 zoom. When i watch YouTube videos i seen something like lg total brightness not as good as asus but when i watch same videos i noticed that x power 2 details in pictures and videos much better than asus. X power 2 screen much better than first x power and even than asus flagships.. i guess x power 3 could be better or let's hope so

  • In the pass year I have own two different LG phone my latest the LG X Power 2. Can some please tell me why the glass cracks in the these phone the first week you own them. I can under stand if you drop them they with break but come on the lens are so brittle that the break if you breath on them the wrong way they crack. This is my last LG phone and I tell everyone I know not to buy these crappy phones unless you want something that will break with in the first week. And yes I have a protective case for it as well, didn't help at all.

  • Is there a "LTE only" option in mobile network mode?

  • Well the phone is clearly marked " made in China"

  • Are you talking about the varient with Mediatek MT6750 processor? In this link Mediatek claims this processor supports LTE Cat 6! That's making me confused. I don't know about Qualcomm Snapdragon varient! That's not for my region. So to be clear , which varient are hou talking about?

  • I ve been using this phone for a week as K10power. 16gb, 2gb ram. Sim 1-2 and sdcard slots different. So you can use all these 3 at same time. I used x power before. Battery was giant not that slow or laggy but screen resolution was terrible. LG fixed screen issue in this second device. Abit clearer and when you read something for long time not making your eyes tired. Textures are better than first one but not stil perfect. Probably will be much better in x power 3. Camera much better than first one. Battery is still very good. Almost similar to first device abit lower like 1 or 2hrs but not a big deal cuz power2 is faster. If you want low range device this is best option. There is no tv antenna come out from box. I guess it's only for usa version. And also no tv application pre-installed. Generally phone is good with better screen and fast charge option. If you guys don't expect too much from a phone with good battery this one is good option. Price is 200usd for now.

  • Guys with LG XPower 2! Is there a "LTE Only" option in network mode? I hate it's absence in X Power 1

  • it has gyro but does not have 4G+ (its LTE is cat4) supports max of 150 Mbps. battery drains faster than previous one

  • I have LG X power (K220ds Varient) , with Quad-Core CPU and 4100 mAh battery and 4G Support (LTE Cat 4 with 150 Mbps download speed) . I'm considering upgrading to X Power 2 , because of Gyroscope sensor, 4G+ Support (LTE Cat 6 With 300 Mbps download speed) and a separate Sim 2 from Micro SD slot. I have worries about faster battery drainage because of more cores in CPU. Battery is important to me. but not mAh. Talk time or Video Playback time. Has anyone tested these two side by side?

  • please have a look at xiaomi note 4 opinions . a phone with good spec and very bad quality, problem with primary needs .

  • Try to turn off wifi and mobile data also close running applications.

  • Something I dont understand is why mine charges from 20-100% in about 5.5 hours,That is fast charging?

  • Right I have LG X Power and notifications led is really useful

  • I already have LG X Power LS755 and it goes really good. 8-core processor combined with 2GB RAM makes it run smoothly, I hope nearly get Nougat update. With 4100 MAh my battery drains in about 2 days, I think this one must be 3 days. Please anyone knows the price?

  • Im a low end type of person i suppose. This phone is good enough for the average person like me. Dont need crazy amounts things to make my phone the best just need it to be good enough to keep my messages hold pictures and have internet on the go. My only problem is the led light... Seriously it is.. The lg x power 1 had a red light to notify you of messages bit the x power doesnt? Why would you take it out? Thats quite useful for when i work and need my phone, i cant always hear the sound so rely on the light. Soinds silly but with my kob the light helps me keep up with some important calls...Unless i just cant find it but ive been lookong for days now and even.downloaded an led app which didnt work. Other than that phone is good and comfortable! Put.an led light in the next version!!

  • Budget phone with a huge battery. Lg is clearly lost. If you target the cheap you will only attract the cheap Nd you dont make money.

  • In this second generation we move from the 5.3 inches of the first model to a 5.5 inch screen, a much more usual size to see in other devices. It holds that if the resolution, which remains HD. 16GB of storage, 2GB of RAM and an eight-core MediaTek processor. Its specifications are also similar to the original LG X Power. At this point LG has been very conservative and has simply upgraded the CPU to the equivalent model this year. The LG X Power 2 is a renewal with larger screen, updated processor and camera with more megapixels The design changes slightly. The first model was very pleasant in hand and light, in this we have a somewhat larger screen, a half centimeter more in thickness and a weight that despite being still light as it grows from 139g to 164g... Full review of LG X Power 2

  • Well as general specs, it is quite low-end, at: HD/720 display, MTK 1.5 GHz, 16GB, 1.5GB RAM or 2, etc. But as battery goes, at 4500mAh is definitely nice.

  • What an ugly beast! This thing is wider than some 5.7 inch phones which tend to be around 77 mm wide.

  • It's not even launched at the time of your post. What are you talking about?

  • The phone you are comparing to was a high/midrange phone priced at 600+$, this is a low/midrange phone priced at like 200/300$... There needs to be cuts somewhere if you want a good price, if you don't want crap, just buy a good phone, smh... Buy a flagship at 500+$ with a removable battery, you'll have it for years ;)

  • Atleast Xiaomi doesn't bootloop like LG flagship does.

  • Try this:

  • for mifans out there. dont compare LG products with chinese garbage call xiaomi. be honest, xiaomi is pure chinese trash

  • Agreed. Xiaomi redmi note 4 is much better than this.

  • I know but you should check Xiaomi redmi note 4. It has 5.5 inch 1080p display, 4gb ram, 41000mah, fingerprint sensor and metallic design for just about 180 bucks. Please do some research first before reacting... What do you think?

  • people don't get the point don't ya?, the specs are meant to be for price tagging if they put 1080p+ more GB of RAM price will be Higher don't you think?

  • 5.5 inch should be at 1080p and the ram should be at least 3gb.

  • can i have a smartphone having cordless fm radio

  • i had the original x power and the battery would last forever, unless you actually used the phone. It would heat up and was an absolute slug. it would die in a day if you actually used the phone like any other phone. i was hoping theyd give this one a bigger bump in specs to combat the issues of the first model but i guarantee it will be the same story.

  • 720x1280 pixels with 5.5 inch? 5inch is perfect size for that pixels

  • I agree

  • My kind of phone - big battery for battery life, low-end specs for energy efficiency. But that price ($265) is just outlandish - for the same price range you can get phones like Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, Motorola G5 Plus...who will buy LG X powerr2?

  • Except for LG G4. It was a factory trash + shitty service in Georgia (country). Very disappointed!!! "Thanks" LG!

  • Sorry that you find an good phone shitty,it depends on how you use it.

  • Had this phone for three weeks, after it completely died. Waste of every penny. It doesn't run very smoothly, keeps freezing all the time. Has a lot of troubles connecting with 3g, 4g and wifi. The screen is horrible, you can't really see anything on sunlight. The voice control went totally crazy after I had been using it for three days. I tried to switch it off, but it doesn't work. It just keeps repeating "If you just said something, I couldn't hear what it was". The battery life was good, but what's the point of having a good battery life when nothing else works? After three weeks of using it, I can't charge or switch it on anymore. Never had a shittier phone before.

  • When a song is played. Is it loud and clear?

  • The phone looks generic and plastiky

  • Better wait for an Lg Power 3. Design couldbe much better

  • No screen protection? Or not scratch proof screen?

  • Looking forward to see a new version of lg x cam or x screen. I love lg phones

  • mi max2 its betterr of all these phones with good price or u can waiting for mi max2 with new cpu 10nm snapdragon 660

  • The X Power 2 was released in Brazil under another name: K10 Power. And the battery is slightly smaller: 4400 mAh.

  • When is this gonna be available in the philippines. So far this phone is the only one im interested in buying in all the latest midrange phone ive seen. How much is this gonna cost in USD?

  • if u want spend more money, u can buy lenovo p2 with sd625 cpu but if u want buy better phone with better specifications as same price of lg xpower2 or even lower than it. u can think about asus zenfone 3s max fingerprint (front-mounted) ac dual wifi band more battery 5000mah more ram 3gb more rom 32gb

  • Lol actualy fingerprint is useless even i dont use it on my v10...rather to use own Lg knocked code..... In term of design x power1 is more rugged than this...

  • Lenovo P2 is probably going to be a better buy. 720p IPS vs 1080p SAMOLED MT6750 vs S625 4500mAh vs 5100mAh 2GB vs 4GB I guess this does have Nougat going for it, though.

  • no FINGERPRINT!!!!!! no AC DUAL WIFI BAND!!!! look at this model this is for four years ago!!! but have ac dual band wifi

  • Need higher spek, besides the batt

  • How much is this phone gonna cost. So excited to have this

  • I have the original LG X power! Barely less than a year of its release, this is coming! Glad LG found its "hit" on this series. The original's long battery life is a highlight. Glad manufacturers are beginning to recognise the importance of having a phone range that lasts for a whole day for HEAVY phone users like me who want their phone displays powered on most of the day without having their phone battery run out on them! I do sincerely hope they release Android Nougat for the original. The original is solid and has survived falls. Thanks LG for continuing this range!
