hurray, I found my comments, this is the third one and after 4 years or purchasing this phone. Now I am using as a Secondary phone just to text and call, due to less usage the phone is providing massive battery backup. So I am keeping it. :) Made it an eye-candy by installing some funky launcher and it do have looks like a pro.., lol.....

Micromax canvas xl2 A109, is the worst phone I ever used. It alwasy shows "internal storage running out" notification, though you didn't installed new apps. I will advice people not to buy this phone and more than that don't buy phones from micromax.

Almost 2 years, i have found a new problem. Some days ago, the phone automatically turned off when i was using it. And then the boot logo appeared. But the phone was not booting. Boot logo was coming for several times like infinite boot loop. The i opened the battery, and insert again. Didn't work. I did a hard reset from recovery, and it turned on then. But after using for sometime, the problem came again. I can't fix it by doing factory or hard reset. Note that, my phone is not rooted or not flashed.

root this mobile you can add 6-7 apps and move also. unnecessary apps also can be removed. its working good. normal use its ok working. nice mobile for watching movie and do care so it gives long life. i have skype, instgram fb, whatsapp, g+ hangout, gmail crome everything updated and using very fast mobile. so my suggestion please root and use.

internal storage is very poor....we cannot install even 3 apps from playstore...

Totally wastage of money my play store is totally not working if we are installing 2-3 apps then mobile starts hanging and in notification is coming 'internal storage running out' 1 GB ram 4 GB internal storage storage of mobile is toooo much less. Sometimes I think that I should throw this mobile in Gatar....

After using 1.9 yrs I regret my old review now, sudden the phone got slow for no reason... even the gallery hangs, notification issues, power button issue, volume button issue(although I use a volume app from beginning still the button is nearly dead now). Camera is getting worse day by day, feels like using a VGA camera. Rooted It for the fixes,it got a lil faster but the internal storage was'nt regained cause the company apps are deleted but oddly no memory was freed. SO internal space problem, all apps cant be moved to phone storage.Flash is also not working as it should, its dimmy.

Hey guys, this phone has a feature that does not support to other phone, that it quick discharge. Yes, this phone supports quick discharge except of charging lol... Actually i mean, the battery backup is worst in such a 2500 mah battery

Hey guys... I'm using this phn for almost 1 yr. I'm also facing same problem. Low storage space, worst led flash & sometimes power button not working. But i've made a solution of power button problem. When it seems that power button not working, then press the volume up or down key once or twice. Then the power button will work normally. ☺☺😃

Dear Friends, The same I have brought, i am facing problems like low storage and occupied more default pre loaded app in phone itself, even we cont remove from phone RAM, If you have installed any social apps you cont able to update when required, will get problem like low storage space. Next when you searching any thing like contact or some thing automatically will get close with error like unfortunately will not able to provide service like. But photos and plash is ok, when it comes battery life will getting down very rapidly and taking more time to charge in hours to get reach 80%. If we try to remove pre loaded apps it not showing any process for that. So my suggestion when your want to purchase please check internal/ Inbuilt RAM size should more. Other wise all the phones will give similar type of problems when need to store any new apps/Upgrade time.

This a good phone, but in the case of internal memory, app storage space are less so we can't install more apps. And flash light of it is too bad. some the screen lock (power) button will not work

Worst phone. I'll suggest not to buy it. It has huge memory problem, you cannot install more than 3-4 apps. Camera quality is very poor.

I am using this phone for the past 7 months . I can say that this is the worst phone I have purchased ever . Even though battery is 2500 mah the backup is very poor , The memory issue is the ultimate drawback , it shows 3 memory options and all the apps gets installed only in RAM so that cannot install more than couple of apps and donot have an option to change it to memory card also.

Pros-5.5 inch display,1 GB ram,2500 mAh battery,Android 4.4.2 kitkat at a low price.I have Vivo y28 with high price than xl2 but it is jelly bean,4.7 inch,2300 mAh battery.Buy it,it doesn't hang while playing games like D-Day(315mb),real racing 3(433 mb).Buy it!

It is one of the very good phones,Micro max has made.Using it for 5 months now, No such serious trouble , good battery backup, nice processor and its processing cycle management makes it more faster. Live QMT gallery makes others jealous of this phone.No lag in networking.Large screen comes handy in reading purpose and moreover the phone is hardy. It Works great with slow connection speed or lagging/unstable network.Used it in extreme conditions and it served as a friend indeed. 10 out of 10 from me.

company says it has 4GB memory & 32GB expandable memory, but my experience is that it fals specification, because the memory cannot transfer from phon to Sd card. moreover the phone memory is 2GB instead of 4GB. another, when i want to start a video it says that the video not in SD card but it is there. so i think i have been defeated by the company.

I buy this product from trivandrum in kerala. I buyed on 09/09/14 and phone damaged on 29/04/2015. On 29/04/15 i was given the phone in to the trivandrum service centre at pattom. I gave the phone with battery. I have been waiting for the my phone for good condition. Today i approached the service centre, they told me that phone is at condition and told me that phone i gave with out battery. This is experience i got from micromax. So i advice that do not buy micromax

Been using this phone for 6 phone for 6 months now and i can honestly say the large screen is a plus point. On the downside however is extremely limited storage space, extremely poor camera and virtually non existent LED flash.
