i am using mircomax gc400 from last 8 months but its hopeless phone. first problem withing 2 days its torch lights was defect than i went to dealer he told me to service center than it took 15 days . after 6 months it has circuit problem and motherboard was fully damaged so service center told me it wil clear within 3 months so without phone 3 months . so i purchase another phone. it has battery problem, all java apps are not working. so please i suggest you not go for this phone poor quality phone and no service from service center .

Micromax GC 400 is Very good combination to GSM+CDMA mobile And I am using this phone last 1 year and have no problem, according to its price and nice one. Nice phone but only lacks a good battery back up

micromax gc400 is not supported to the mp4,avi bad sound quality..... bad camera quality.... not support for jar application.... but 3d messanger is good....

Please dont purchase micromax... go for any chinese brand but never micromax... micromax's service centers are so bad, that you will prefer to buy a new mob instead of repairing a single small problem in ur micromax handset. I would suggest Olive VG800, i have been using it for one year now, no prob at all...

GC400 receives only BLANK SMS from BLACKBERRY Handsets. I have tried sending SMS to two diffrent Reliance CDMA numbers on GC400 handsets and on both Handsets only Blank SMS is received whenever message is sent from BLACKBERRY. Even simple text as Hi or OK will appear as BLANK SMS. I feel there may be compatibality problem

no i will still not recommend this. as there is always a total impossibility in exporting address book and sms etc from micromax to other phones.

I have a galaxy note, so i won't be using this phone's music player, camera, apps, memory card etc. i just need a phone with cdma+gsm connectivity. Would you guys still not recommend this?

when u r typing msg plz press the # key to deactivate t9 mode.to use gsm and cdma both sim in one phone.this phone is better than samsung.samsung giving more trouble that micromax.and samsung service centre charging verry highly in the time of servicing.and the engineers in samsung r verry poor in service.i m telling this from worst experience from past.i m using micromax without trouble.

I am using this phone from last 1year. I need CDMA+GSM so, i purchased. Cons are: CDMA+GSM, Big sound, AVG battery (1.5days). Pros: Cams is too bad, Problem with keys. I hope, now we have choice to choose wellknown brands. so, better to go for them.......

I have used two models of micromax (GC 256 & Q35), both r CDMA-GSM dual sim mode. If u do not want to spoil ur money don't buy either of two. Former one start dysfunction from day 3 and later one start dysfunction after 1 month of use. Both the models are rubbish. Importantly, retailer is reluctant to change the handset and service centres are taking too much time (~2months) to repair. So u need to have 2 homes one is near the service centre and another is near the replacement centre. So if u have spare money go for the harassment.

Whenever I download anything in my micromax gc 400 , the file doesn't open. Why so ? It always prompt Unsupported file since I download only java files,games,app.

Dear All, The quality of camera is very bad (3 MP), Sound quality is satisfactory. The battery only stands for one & half day or less. You can only rely for one day, for second day you have to charge. I would not suggest to buy this mobile phone

I am using this phone since last 2 months. and here is my comments: Music player: The worst, can't search media files and cannot make playlist. Camera: Boasting of 3.1MP, but worst than 1.2MP. Application: Complete cheapest CHINA Handset GUI, even chinese handset comes with great feature than this. Single tasking operating system, cannot play games and listen music at a times. Battery backup: worst and having talk time less than 2-2.5 regular hours (no matter you are talking with/without headfone). Cannot play FM even more than 4 hrs. Video player and screen resolution: Dont' go on boasting ever. I am rating this mobile not more than 1.5. Sincerely suggesting you not to opt this one atleast.

I am using this phone from last 3 days. Very nice & user friendly phone. But Camera quality is not so good. Co. say its a 3mp camera. But According to me Nokia 1.3 camera are much better that this one. Also I had tried to remove predictive text option(t9) from sms but I didn't succeed. I suggest you to go for Samsung Dual Sim(gsm+cdma) phones. Regards
