  • As fst see if your 'hook up' is in 'log in' then 'logout' from that. although switch off and turn it on again.

  • Just switch of ur phone and take out the sim which u r using for the net and again switch on the mobile and after u change the connectivity settings and insert the sim and again change connectitivity settings
