Has glitch with WiFi, disconnects and reconnects randomly. Major problem know about, read on Google. Screen skips occasionally when scrolling. Randomly takes hours to charge even with different cables. Otherwise fast phone, good battery life, clear screen, nice cheap phone.

I've had mine for nearly 2 years and only had a few minor software issues. You CAN move and/or instal apps on the memory card. You just need to go in to settings and give yourself permission to access 'developer options'. Simple!

Yes, this phone haa good battery and decent camera even compared to 2019 phones. But the processor is quite weak. I recommend Realme 3. It has excellent processor, very good camera and big battery life. The display experience is ok-ish. Similar to this phone.

Yes, battery.....and a few additional quirks. Family member got his first late last year, and loved the extended battery life. That is, until the phone simply stopped charging. So, he replaced the charger, but that didn't help. After back-and-forth between store and calls to manufacturer, he finally mailed the phone back for replacement. But again, the very same charging issue arose, and he's only had this phone for 3 months! It's also been rebooting on its own, even while he's on a phone call. Also, the screen lighting has been acting up. So, he's now faced with trying a third one, but says it's not likely he'll take that chance. And even though some websites are reporting that the battery is removable, that isn't true....according to the tech at the phone store.

Second time sending it to service center since bought it, problem that I face is each time i m on call, the screen doesn't black out as every other phone, result is it on torch light by itself, it goes to FB, basically it goes into every app and make everything goes haywire.. Sending it 2nd time to service center for the same problem, hope to see some positive changes soon..

I have it for six months. EU version. No problems at all. The battery lasts up to three days with modest use. Quite robust. WiFi is good as well as Bluetooth. If you want to use it as mobile phone and as PDA, taking photos, it is a good choice.

Nothing, the battery is being protected from excessive wear by being charged faster to begin with, then slower as it gets full. If I understand correctly, anyway! Batteries age and wear faster the quicker they are charged, so this is likely an intelligent compromise in the fast charging aspect of the device / charger / battery.

I bought this device last year and since the day I bought until today I have nothing bad to say about this one. For the price is a really good device and also it is really useful if you're one of those doesn't like to plug the charger everyday or be worry about the charge. The only thing I have been trouble with is with the 16GB storage however I haven't but a SD Card so there's nothing cannot be resolved.

Battery is an absolute beast.Calls at times I do feel some echo but it's good most of the time.Camera is ok but that's about it.Viewing for YouTube n what not pretty good as I can go on hours and the battery will survive.Screen is rather crisp at this price level.The downside though is probably occasional lag with internet browsing and apps but mostly is smooth.Considering how week the processor is I am amazed how well optimized it is for a very very low spec processor.Not a bad budget phone considering it's very affordable price point .

Not at all ... Lousy camera, half of the apk is missing and they need to be installed additionally and it doesn't allow update from Nougat to Oreo Android. Simply waste of money. I have Samsung J5 (2017) and Moto E4 Plus. For exactly the same amount of money, with Samsung you have faster and excellently optimized phone with very great 2 days lasting battery and extremely excellent camera 13mpx both cameras with two flash lights (front anr rear). You'll be disappointed with Moto cause it's not actually Motorola but Chinese spin off of Lenovo but WORSE!

Phone is trash. Wireless chip is garbage, dropping WiFi and bluetooth constantly. Lenovo support has dozens of posts on it, none ever get resolved.

Battery doesn't seem 5000 mAh compared to my former Moto G5 (5th Gen) which is 2700 mAh, it's the exactly the same for me. So, if you're getting this phone because of the battery, don't.

I've been using e4 plus for sometime, and I'm not at all happy with this phone. Firstly, there is no in-built app for writing and storing notes. Secondly, the camera is terrible. Thirdly, there's a glitch in the auto brightness feature, which becomes pretty evident when you're watching a video on YouTube with the auto brightness feature on. Lastly, the battery doesn't look like 5000mAh as it drains unlike anything!

MotoE4 is the second worst phone I've ever owned. I've had 4 replaced. Sound goes off, reboots randomly, calls dropped. Each replacement has the same problems. This isn't made up. Check the forums and you will see people out there like this. Moto already buried the phone ..now has an e5. I'll never buy moto again.

this is the worst mobile I have ever tried.i bought it because I know that Motorola has a perfect sound system but my information was so old since Motorola was token by Lenovo it becomes a very bad mobile. the screen is very week and easily to be broken and it was broken at the first time it falls from my pockets. when I took it to the company they said that it will cost me 70% of the phone price because this phone's touchscreen and screen are not separated and that a very "smart" idea from Lenovo and I have changed the whole screen and it was broken the next day again, this phone has a fixed battery so u can not remove it and when the system hangs you just have to wait or buy another smartphone

this phone is a worthless piece of crap! I have had this phone replaced 3 times now!! If anyone is looking to lift something that is going to burn off there hand after charging they are 100% crazy, I have nothing good to say about this! Anyone I know after a month of use has switched to a different phone! I have tried so hard to put up with this! This phone is worth 10 cents not even that! It restarts and turns on and off when ever it feels like it. This phone will open and close any app without any warning. Restarts anytime of day or night! The brightness didn't change after 2 weeks (next one same issues than the first). Charging percentage stopped working, frozen screen at least 2 times a week! I HATE the Moto e4 plus review and if you are looking for good reviews good luck! The only good thing i've ever heard it the battery and even that overheats.

I bought this 6 months before. I was not aware that the moto was undertaken by lenovo. Within one month the phone started making troubles as sensor not working, mike not working fingerprints issues, charging problems etc... really got fed up on this phone... i lost trust on moto. The truth is i had use a moto smartphone for 4 years. The performance was thay much excellent... Never go for it.

Not true!! With normal use this phone's battery will last 2+ days. With HEAVY use, like constant YouTube streaming and endless googling, my Moto e⁴ Plus lasts about 24 hours. In 5 months I've only had to reregister my finger prints one time where as my last phone (Galaxy) I had to register them every couple weeks.

This phone has great battery durability, around 17 hours in normal using (4G connection), it has 32Gb storage (Indonesia version) and I don't use tempered glass to protect my phone and everything is fine. If you play music with other app for example uc music which has its own equalizer or any other music app other than play music which has its own equalizer then Dolby Atmos gets switched off. So if you install any application of music you just turn off the equalizer of that app or go to settings and see if any option is there to use the phone equalizer with out the app equalizer.

The E4+ has an IPS panel which is known for yellow tint issues. iPhones and iPads are particularly bad. There's nothing you can do apart from put up with it or return it hoping to get a better one. However the touch sensitivity on the E4+ is poor out of the box and is now perfect after installing a custom ROM with root. I can't understand why we have admin rights on a computer but NEVER on a smartphone, grrrrr!

Please anyone that has the Moto e4 or e4 plus should get rid of it and get your money back, I had the e4 plus and it had bugs in various places, get on the internet and verify this don't take my word for it, also look at YouTube it is littered with videos on removing these bugs but why should anyone bother with a troublesome product like this when you can buy something trouble free like an LG or Samsung or anything else.

For me this phone is awesome and has been. Mine is a year old and still works the same from the time I purchased it. The update improved data speed and note. I had a charging issue where the charger got extremely hot. All I did was replace the charging cable and it's no longer hot. Great phone for the price. Highly recommended ;)

Moto X4 it's amazing but I've been watching amazon UK and X4 it's kind expensive at least for me, around £379.99, I know the phone will receive more support than the others Moto, but I don't know how long they will be giving support to this phone. Well, if you feel better with a 5.5 inches you should invest on the G5S Plus and it's only for £199.99, but of course you should do some research.

I have moto E4 Plus through amazon, brought four days ago, today i am charging my mobile for the third time, charging time was faster till it reaches 93% which is 2 hrs 30 minutes from 0-93%. after 93% it takes nearly 45 minutes from 93% to 98%, then it takes further 10 minutes to reach 99%, approximately 3 hrs 30 mins. what is the problem with my mobile.?

The G5 Plus is slowly getting "out of stock" status in in the UK. Heart slowly attracted to the X4 as it is newer and according to Moto will be getting the more support than the rest. And prices have been slashed greatly over here. Time to invest? I still feel a 5.2" tho is not enough and the 5.5' screen hits the sweet spot for me.

You're welcome. You can go for the G5 plus it's kind of old but it's cheaper than G5S and Nokia 5. Well, Moto X4 it's amazing but it's expensive... And yeah, you have to do more research and find the phone that supply your needs.

Again, many thanks for the very helpful replies. The first image does seemingly confirm it has some kind of video stabilization. The second shows no magnetometer. Your model XT1773 is a Brazil model with very minor differences to the Euro model but basic camera, screen, processor (minus the "M" part) seems all the same. Again, I told you about my gripes with the G5S and Nokia 5 but i need to do more research and ask people around. My heart also goes for either the G5 Plus or X4 but the latter is £30 more than my max budget.

I have made I lot of calls, but I didn't feel any heat, I mean the phone heats but not too much. When I put the charger the phone heats a lot, I guess it's because the phone has quick charge. If you feel uncomfortable with the heat you can go to the technical support of Motorola.

The version that I have is XT1773 and I guess I have the last version of the camera app. I uploaded a screenshot for you as you can see the video has electronic stabilization. I send you another screenshot where you can see the all sensors of the phone as you can see it doesn't have magnetometer or an e-compass. The speaker it's below, next to micro USB connector, and you can hear it in loud crowd streets or buses, the sound it's very nice and loud. The processor of my version it's the Mediatek 6737M. The phone only can record video on 720p30fps sadly... I only have heard that the Qualcomm version has dual band WiFi, but my version does not have dual band sadly again... My personal opinion is you can choose both (G5S, Nokia 5) and you won't be wrong. If I would have the money I'd rather one of them instead Moto E4 plus. At this moment I have felt fine with the E4 plus, though.

Thank you for the very straight forward replies. I contacted Motorola for these same questions and they told me that the E4 Plus does not have electronic video stabilisation. (You told me it does on the latest camera app version) I also read from somewhere that the E4 Plus does have a magnetometer or an e-compass but NOT a compass. Is the speaker down firing or front facing? You said loud enough...to be heard on a semi-busy street or bus or train maybe? Could you please confirm the actual processor of the E4 Plus? (Having Android for past 8 years I came to know tricks on how to limit background processes without rooting so I'm not too worried but it's just to make sure that this phone can keep up with common/basic tasks without too much multitasking, productivity apps, 3D gaming, non-stop streaming or apps that uses too much data/Location such as FB. Can it only record videos at 720p at 60fps max? I also heard that it DOES support dual-band wifi. True? My gripe with the Moto G5S is its smaller frame (screen) and Nokia 5 is too vanilla for me (camera UI is too basic, sunlight legibility & screen calibration seem poor and not even an NFC shortcut toggle is there which i thought was an oversight on the engineers) tho both phones offer higher res screens and takes 1080p videos. Hi. The phone has a really great battery life and a decent camera, but the screen sunlight legibility it's ok, not great. The speakers are loud enough. If you are looking for A1 performance this Moto E4 Plus it's not for you. 1. Yes, it does. The app of the camera has the option for choosing the electronic stabilization. 2. Yes, it does. The phone has protection for odd water spills or light rain. 3. No, it doesn't have compass. 4. I don't know, but the only thing that I can say is that the speaker sound very loud. 5. Not too much, it depends, I mean if you have a lot of apps running in background of course you will have stutters and hiccups, but I only felt that when I watched videos 720p60fps on youtube. 6. Moto E4 plus only supports 2.4Ghz, therefore, it can't connect to 5Ghz wifi. Conclusion: If you have the money, go for Moto G5S or Nokia 5. Whichever you choose you will be fine, but if you want to spend less go for the Moto E4 plus (It's great for the price).

I don't know what the people expect for this phone, I mean you are paying for a budget phone so don't expect the greatest performance or greatest cameras. I bought this phone two months ago and the phone it's great for the price, no problems at this moment. The only thing it's that the phone has some hiccups when you are watching 720p 60fps HD videos on YouTube, but it's not big deal.

This is one of the best budget phones I have seen, you get good pictures if you can set the camera for every shot. Battery life is good, it took time to get used to the weight but that's the price you pay for a 5000mAh. Don't expect too much since you don't spend so much getting this device. I had issues with Data drain but installed 'Datally" and it solved the issue after blocking data on some games and Apps. For those who have complaints, I am very sure you are using a totally different batch from what I use. It has never given me concerns. I got mine in Nigeria

That true battery backup is too good but 1) its fingerprint sensor is poor. It doesn't work most of the time. It sense nothing neither right or false fingerprint. 2)Moreover it is too heavy. I didn't like it's touch that much . 3)N hangs frequently. I like Moto phones. But this time I m really disappointed.

I agree about the good things battery and screen . My phone fell twice nothing happened to my screen. Also no scratches and I don't have protector screen. The two issues I face are the Bluetooth that you need to reset frequently and the mic that is too weak. Many people say they don't hear me. I will still keep and usrfor one year but next time I will not buy again Chinese brand.

The only good thing about this phone is it's battery. It has a very good battery life thanks to the massive 5000 mAh batetry but that's it. This phone has a lot of bugs and issues. 1) It's big and bulky ( due to it's battery). That makes one handed use very difficult. 2) Bluetooth does not work properly. It disconnects itself after 4-5 minutes of connectivity. 3) Fingerprint sensor doesn't work properly. It'll stop reading your fingerprint properly after some time and you'll have to add it all over again. 4) Unable to receive calls on VOLTE network after screen is locked for more than 5 minutes. (This issue was fixed by an OTA update later).

I think that might be your Verizon Service dude. And plus a lot of people don't have any problem with the Phone I mean surely in terms of Internet Speed s kinda meh... Cuz it doesn't support AC WiFi and 4G LTE isn't as fast as others but I'm pretty sure that's about it in terms of Connection Flaws.

I disagree, I have had this phone for months and I both the prepaid Verizon phone. It doesn't work well off of Wi-Fi, it doesn't let me talk and surf unless on wifi. It goes to some pages even if I don't touch the screen. It is a chance my Verizon service is a problem but the phone is not perfect. Very good but not perfect!

CONS: Phone gets slower some times, some apps are crashing, it downloads apps slow (or Wi-Fi was bad), camera is shaky, PROS: 16gb of storage, looks like stock android 7.1.1, 3gb ram, easy 2 sim card setup, great 5.5" 720p display, I guess it's cheap. As a result this phone is not the best and not the worst. It's not for gaming or taking professional pictures/videos. But for calls, some apps, decent pictures it's OK. Do I recommend this phone? It depends on your activities.

Performance and battery are pretty amazing no lags at all, I kept my S8+ in the drawer as it feels fragile opposite to this Titan which cost 5 times less and does the same job. Done with Moto Bought it 5 months back. Issues started coming up as early as 2 weeks from date of purchase. 1. Biggest Issue - Network loss in both sims (A phone should fulfill the basic necessity - calling, isn't it? ). Data as well as phone calls won't go through. There will be no network coverage for long duration (the duration is based on your luck). I have tried all combinations - single sim, swapping sim slots - nothing helps. 2. Videos won't play - If your phone has been on for say 4-5 hours. A restart of phone fixes this (It has been fun trying to find fixes for field issues - worked without pay) 3. Touch screen stops working and a hard boot is needed to fix this (long press the power key to switch off) 4. Constant Glitches while playing music through bluetooth. Restart of phone fixes this (Shape of You sounds like Ssshhhaaappee OOfffff YYYooouuu) 5. Phones crashes while playing games/apps crash way too frequently. The quality of the product clearly shows that it had been released in a hurry, without proper testing. Dissapointed with this purchase to say the least. Going for a new phone (definitely not moto) P.S - Dropped the phone on the floor yesterday. It's performance has improved ;) Developers of the product - were you aware of this fix? :p

I bought Moto e4 plus xt1771 two days ago. the battery is superb and phone is quick to respond. Some problems I faced are; 1. I checked Imei numbers, the phone and pack imei numbers matched but the online imei numbers checking showed an internal memory of 32Gb, and 2gb ram set, which it is not. 2. The mobile is missing gyroscope and compass/magnetometer (though the specifications said it has compass) 3. I transferred the micro SD card from my Galaxy grand prime to Moto E4 plus and 80% of the videos were not playing (it was supposed to be better then that). First I would just transfer any video from laptop to grand prime and it would play but now it does not. Can anyone tell me which video player is needed?

I am regular Moto User.Used many Moto phones and pretty much impressed about its camera. I wont suggest this phone.The lenovo will ruin Moto's quality. "13 MP (f/2.0, 1.12 µm), autofocus, LED flash" . Seems like a lie.The Camera Quality is too bad.Speakers performs poorly.Sometimes network coverage is weak. Never buy this for 10000. If it was 7K ,then its worth. Other features are fine.But the camera both front and back ,just disappointed me.

If you're used to phones with less than 3000 mah then you bought this one,you'd probably be impressed with the battery life. BUT, if you had phones with 4000mah above, you'd say this phone is a crap. Its 5000mah battery is horrible. Its consuming too much power even on standby. Think twice before you buy it. I bought this phone and now I'm regretting it. Should've chosen Asus Zenfone Max 4. Almost in the same price range but better chipset and battery life.

This phone is really good, the battery is outstanding, you can literally use the Moto E4 Plus for at least 14-16 hours continuous use, the only downside is the phone loses signal considerably quick, it may just be me but when you have full signal on 4g, you should not get no signal for a continuous 20 minutes whilst in the exact same location, that's the negatives, the positives, a very fast phone, even with 2.7gb of ram, camera is generally good, in low light maybe not so good, the phone is very responsive, and quick also, theast phone I had was Zenfone 2 64GB, 4GB, and it easily outscores it.

Can't talk about someone's individual phone but mine works perfectly. Good clear speaker, good internet connection, good display, all kinds of features,. Currently using as GSM but have ordered CDMA SIM for Verizon network. Like this phone MUCH better tan my old BLU phone which did serve me well for over 5 years. well, the heating problem may be just a feeling because it has metal body and metal body things absorbs and discharge heat quickly giving you an impression that it is getting hot. If you put an iron piece and a wooden piece in sun you would feel iron (metal) hotter than wooden piece. If you look at the battery discharge this apparent heat is not cause any disturbance to battery. so no issue. I use moto e4 and I purchased from Pakistan and I am very much satisfied with overall performance WITH THIS PRICE.

Display light doesn't turns on when someone calls to my e4 plus phone After rebooting and factory reset the same problem exists. It doesn't turns on light or doesn't show the contact who is calling, just it goes on ringing. I tried connecting to service center, they gave it after 2 days saying it is done but the same problem occured.

Tons of issues on this device and I will be lodging consumer complaint soon: Problems: 1) Finger print sensor does not work properly. 2) Low volume from audio jack. 3) Volte and network issues. 4) Stuttering on whole device with high ram usage. 5) Time does not update properly. 6) No update will be provided to latest Android version even though it uses stock Android. Fake promise my MoTo. Apart from battery this is phone is junk. So many software issues slowdowns etc etc. It does not feel like we are using stock Android. Lenovo have provided bad customer experience without a doubt undoubtedly.

Almost every phone with metal back in this price range heats up a lot. That's not a big problem. But if you really hate heating, then don't use the phone for too long, and try to avoid heavy gaming.

This review is for Moto E4 Plus, Model XT1775, 2 GB RAM, 32 GB ROM. (purchased 9/4/2017 from BB after assisting someone with same phone but 16 GB ROM) I have read many negative reviews. This is a good phone. It takes good pictures. In my opinion, the pictures are as good as those taken by iPhone 6. If you are a professional photographer, of course, the camera won't be good enough. You won't be able to do a lot of zooming. The phone has a FM radio and it works. The sound is good. The music on my phone sounds good, too. The calls are clear and people are not complaining. Text messaging works with pictures. have not yet tried Duo or WhatsApp.

Got this in the UK, a very nice phone apart from it cannot be used as a phone - literally the reception is so bad it is unusable so returning to Amazon. On the Moto/Lenovo forums this is known but not fixed. Do not buy this phone if you are on O2 or GiffGaff. My 3 year old Moto G 4G version works just fine with same SIM so this is hardware for sure.

Moto E4 Plus has only LTE bands it will under perform with Reliance Jio, as Jio works in VoLTE band; that means the internet speed will be lower, as Jio requires VoLTE and Moto E4 Plus has only LTE it will force the phone to search for available higher networks often which will make the phone switch between 2G and LTE network thus loosing battery and getting hot. Pros ------ Massive Battery 3GB ram meaning less glitches Good Storage With the official charger phone charges in less than an hour. lots of money saving settings for contract sim owners Wi-Fi is fantastic! signal reaching double what the iphone can Cons ------- Not the best looker in the bunch Quite heavy even in the biggest of hands Next to no updates at all, not even minor ones No support at all for the E4 Plus and very little online to help either, with most Motorola members knowing little chips and scratches rather easy Camera not as good as can be SD Card and Phone slots internal with a very tricky and unsafe case to take off to even see the slots Verdict --------- Not a bad phone considering 90% of the flaws are small and are overlooked to the extent of you wont really notice them when handling the phone and is perfect for Netflix. Motorola really need to rethink updates on their phones though as this is a persistent problem when navigating as there is a lot to be tidied in their 7.1 android nougat

I have purchased this on 19th July but I didn't used it immediately I started using this from 1 August very next day only I got to know what mic problem, called up Flipkart they asked me give for service, I gave on 5th and got on 8th but the problem was same, again I gave for service on 19th august and got back in 31st aug, with new problem the brightness was gone and also the mic problem remain same. Moto company has to do some thing it's matter of our money, it's not a small amount.

Don't waste your money, it is a very poor quality cell phone, after 3 days of purchased person on other side of call not able to hear me properly, after 20 days the fingerprint reader was damaged, proximity sensor and vibration are faulty. Hi, I Bought it on July 14th. after 15 days it started showing problems one by one. 1. Voice problem - From my side i cant properly hear and otherside also not able to hear properly its very low. 2. Heating problem - when we use two applications and close we can carry phone in hand such heat it generates. while calling also it gets heat, then while charging both MOTO charger and mobile is heating like anything we feel like mobile going to blast. 3. Touch Problem - when the mobile is in Charging if i open one application it opens the different one which is in the middle of the screen. touch is not at all good. 4. Charging Problem - It takes too much time to charge though MOTO claims it as a fast charging option in specifications. 5. Hang Problem - mobile hangs frequently when i use facebook and whatsapp. After all this problems i feel iam a big fool to opt for MOTO. I fought for replacement of the mobile but they are not agreeing for as they dont have such terms, so myself who opted for E4 plus is suffering and lost 10000 for idiotic mobile.

Download and upload speed is less. Mobile Network: Showing less signal though you are in good rage in network. Battery excellent with plenty of usage...Youtube news videos general browsing etc. First day trying everything as with a new phone finished with 42%. Decent performance with this spec. Dear friend, It is a good phone no doubt.but has Minor problems like proximity sensor not working when booted in low light, Jio incoming calls not received while the screen is locked. As soon as I inserted the Jio sim,I received a message from Jio that the phone is not a true 4G phone.You make native video calls through the Jio sim only after switching on the internet.The problems are Only with Jio sim. Guys trust me on my review, i recently ordered this phone for my uncle nd then on my uncle started coming to me every other day with a new problem of the moto e4 plus. U all know the specifications , pros and cons.. but i will tell u the user experience of motoe4 plus. Only cons The phone is big to fit properly in hand 2ndly jio calls without net does not happen.dont know y coz this phone is volte enabled but still not working. U need to keep the network on for calls. This drains and heats d battery. While scrolling screen the words become blurred and takes upto 2 seconds till u can read anything on the screen. After using mi note 3 i felt that in motoe4plusThe processor is very slow. When u dial a number it takes more than 1 second to get the dialer screen. Its spontaneous on my mi note 3. Switching between apps takes time. It will have glitches and lags while playing heavy games, it takes more time to on the phone. It does not have dedicated touch buttons at the bottom, so while typing on keyboard ur fingers suddenly Go on the screen menu button. I am not a mi fan but this is the truth. Mi is quick and has very easy user friendly interface. Everything is easy to operate in Mi, nd moto seams difficult. My uncle feels hez wasted all d money on such a phone. Finall verdict.... guys dont buy this phone seeing the specs which are very luring. I've already ordered motog5plus for my sister. I hope it will work smooth.keeping fingers crossed

It's a proximity sensor problem.this problem arrives when you restart your phone in dark condition.because this sensors should receive 10 lux intensity light. You just restart your phone in bright condition or just put flash light on proximity sensor which is located at top of the phone,beside the front camera.

i think that's normal. its how the proximity sensor works during a call. when you answer with the phone near your ear to avoid touching on End key. but when you put your phone away from your ear, the backlight should work normally.

After ownership for a few months here are the following. Super quick, seriously quick. Multitasking is easy peasy. Loud speaker Amazing camera Great drisp screen Weighty Quality feel Screen stops fingerprints very well. The bad. Phones lags and becomes much harder to respond to touch when it is being charged. Take it out and it works fine. Photos go missing then come back, take the pic, it clicks and nothing saves, then reappears days later. Software is prone to glitching out for no reason, always sorts itself out with a wuick retsrat but it just happens which is annoying. Its true, the battery is absolutley amazing but without the high voltage charger it takes aaaaaaaaasaasages to charge which is annoying.

I strongly believe all the reviews here are FAKE! This phone is super awesome and JIO VOLTE is also working, I have my JIO SIM on slot 2, nevetheless network quality, call quality, audio quality is super perfect. There are no performance issues and camera quality is also great! Truly a pocket rocket, feel free to ask me if you face any issue :)

If someone expecting huge power performance from it, then its a big mistake as phone is not meant for power usage. Its price is high due to brand. you are perfectly correct, it does not work properly in sim 1 slot if we insert jio sim, if phone is in stand by mode incoming call was not possible. it gives message phone is not reachable or switch off. again when we unluck screen after some time incoming call is possible.

Don't buy this phone. Just wastage of money. Phone is having very serious network issue. Your phone will be not reachable most of the time on any network. Only 2G network works little bit fine. You will get very poor network coverage on 3G & 4G network of any operator.

There is no such major issues with having non removable batteries in phone. Even if the phone hangs, 'Power off and On' the phone will do the same purpose as the taking out battery used to do. over the time as the Apps get Updated and heavy, every phone seems to lag a bit.

I bought this phone this Sunday, and I'm going to tell you pros and cons. Pros: -Of course battery, it's amazing. I charged to 95% yesterday at 12:40pm, today is 13:42 and it's 48% I love that! -The aluminum cover and gorilla glass 3 makes you feel that you have a more expensive smartphone than a $230 smartphone. -Moto E4 plus comes with Nougat 7.1.1 as default (cheap phone for Android Developers). -All Moto's are the closest to a Nexus-Pixel experience due to its OS purity. -You can hide the back-home-tasks bar and only use the fingerprint button to all that functions so you seize the 5.5" screen better. -Oh yeah, it has a fingerprint sensor -Flashlight in both sides of the phone, so you'll never take a dark selfie again. -Fast charging this is a 'obligatory' feature due to battery size, this was one of the pros that made me buy this smartphone instead of Asus Zenfone 3 max (4100mAh and no Fast charging, WHAT?!) -You can open two applications at the same time. Cons: -The processor, are you serious? Quad-core 1.3GHz? I mean, to simple tasks this smartphones do tasks well... but sometimes it feels like a laggy sensation.. -In my country (Mexico), moto E4 plus has 2gb of RAM, so you can't leave many applications in background process. -Screen definition (720p), personally its ok to me since I don't care a lot about it in cheap phones, but it's a con that you must consider... -The Dolbys does not feel like a Dolby... I the family we have a ZTE Axon 7 and THAT is a real Dolby sound system. -Camera: My second last phone was a Moto G4 with same camera specs, but by some reason I feel that the G4 takes better pictures. There's something weird with this camera, but I don't know why, but for sure you won't be an Instagram all-star with this camera. -Brightness screen -Despite fast charging, it takes almost two hours charging this whale battery, so consider it. -It's not a lightweight phone but come one... who would with this colossal battery? In my conclusion, this is a good phone if you are not a gamer or a multitask maniac, and also affordable (remember this smartphone is in $200 range), the battery gives you more charger independency, and for daily use it does things ok. Finally, Motorola or Lenovo stop decreasing hardware in Mexican devices, this is a good example (3gb of ram - 2gb in mexico with same price), another example is the moto g4 plus and g5 plus with the ram and storage, we want versions as in United States, you launch amazing devices but with this decreases I really want to get a Samsung...

Hi Guys, Moto E4 plus is the best option who is facing problems with performance and battery usage , earlier I used Sony experia M50 and I faced so many issues finally I got motherboard problem as Sony service ppl saying and to buying that I need to spent 9k, finally kept it in dustbin. Really I like this phone by spent 10k. Mainly internal storage, power consumption, performance, Almost I used more than 7 Days. 8Hrs Continuously used for browsing and battery percent takes only 55 only and mainly there's no heating problem. This is the best phone compare to any other phones like Samsung, Sony, other Moto ,mi, I phone as well for battery consumption and also iPhone is not having updated apps in India. Only bad thing is camera quality of the pic otherwise this is best phone.
