I was so happy when i first got this phone the first time 3 months ago because of its pic quality and didn't even mind when i found out that it didn't even hav a front camera until now. The phone keeps closing down and freezing so am forced to shut it down almost every day since it doesn't hav a restart button. Whats more the camera my only source of joy won't even open. It keeps saying 'sorry a problem occurred please try again later' but up till now it just wnt work. Ive even restarted my fon with de factory settings but no, it just won't work. I will never recommend this phone to anyone again. Just when i was falling in love with motorola products this had to happen

while, it depends, I use a Nokia E63 for a long time before I swithch to this , I feel really good, however you may need to know how to root and flash the ROM by you own, it is very cheap, but not as bad as someone said.

Miniscule keys that do not always register, or register twice; horrible earphone sound quality; bad power button. There is so much wrong with this phone it is ridiculous. It was supposed to be an upgrade from Blackberry Bold for me. Terrible phone.

The Motorola MB632 is, in my opinion a fantastic phone. The choice of handsets with physical Qwerty keyboards is almost non existent so finding one with a decent screen and that runs at a decent speed was enough for me to buy 3 of them so, as the one I am using eventually fails, I have back ups. I have them all unlocked and I use them in Europe, Canada and the US and get good 3G data speeds on every network I have used it on bar Tmobile in the USA. AT&T is fine. I know the market is small for phones of this form factor but I hope Motorola will keep at least one on the market for people like me that love having a physical qwerty keyboard and one that I do not have to slide out sideways from under the phone. I would recommend this phone to anyone.

I wouldnt bother from my experience. The phone always crashes, particularly when trying to take a picture causing you to reboot countless times. on the rare occasions it will actually take a picture alot of the time it acts like its saved it and then hasnt. I reported this on the motorolla forums, which have issues as well, only to find other annoyed members having this issue. Factory Reset, changing / removing SD card and using separate camera apps do NOT help. Typing on the keypad isnt easy, the keys are quite stiff and leave your palm and fingers aching after typing a few sentences, also its very very very easy to accidentally touch one of the touch buttons right above the touch screen when typing, particularly the 'home' touch screen button which will close whatever you're typing on and return you to your home screen, more often than not loosing you everything youve typed.

at the first glance its an amazing phone great life battery{2days }even 1 day with heavy use ,4gb internal memory,android and physical keyboard.but dont be fooled i had this mob for 2 months and i replaced it,first it says 4gb internal memory but u can control only 1.4gb ,camera shatter sound cant be muted,there is no delivery report for sms{come on a 12$ mob has that ! }very bad wireless range even for hotspot,too slow for example whatssapp i need to refresh to see new messages,sometimes it doesnt send or receive your sms,and you cant upgrade it by anyways,there is no bottom for your camera{good luck taking your own pics } and programs crashes alot !.horrible mobile in my opinion,really disappointing ,first and last time to trust motorola P.S there were only 5 programs installed,no games or heavy programs

I've moved from HTC Cha Cha, and it is great, pros: superb battery 1-2 days (heavy usage), excellent bright and bigger screen, much faster CPU 1GHz, portrait mode, adobe flash player, 1.3GB internal storage for apps. Cons: chacha got better keyboard but Moto+'s is still good. I suggest only install another launcher from Play Store as Motoblur is sluggish.

After 3 months of use I will not recommend it. I bought 2 units. It has nice specs. but poor reliability. Which I use (intensive but normaly) has started to show too much bugs: random restarts (min. 1 a day), if I connect the headphones for radio or music the phone's mic and speaker leaves from working unless restart, sometimes do not recognizes headphones connected for radio use... The second device at least seem's only expierencing much less frequent random restarts for now. Maybe for less intensive use. Now I will sadly have to experience the support center. Let's hope a better luck with it. Greets! xP

I bought this smartphone a couple months ago and I'm quite satisfied with its performance. However, I'd like to write about a few things. As you can see this device doesn't have a dedicated camera buttom which makes it hard to take pictures in certain conditions. In addition to that, there's no option to silence the shutter sound. Heavy use of the mobile consumes the battery pretty fast (watching videos drains the battery incredibly fast). Average use of the mobile makes it last from 30 to 40 hours (listening to music, surfing the internet using your data plan). The wi-fi reception is acceptable, no problem with that. The phone is not upgradable, so it seems that it will stay on Gingerbread 2.3.5. The phone in general is fast, smooth, no lags when surfing or multitasking. You have 1.31GB internal memory available and nearly 800MB for apps. The sound quality is nice too, but, its volume is a bit low and only improves with earphones. Bright colours, neat design. To sum up, it's a good choice to those who like both, touchscreen and qwerty mobiles.

Skype works just great.... Sound is great! I own Motorola Pro too, Motorola Pro Plus is so much better (I like Moto Pro too). There is more than 2 GB internal memory available for user... I use every single app on this phone including grindr, whatsapp, skype, viber, tango, dropbox, evernote, foursquare etc...

Not at all have been using the phone and quite surprised that besides its well built it is smooth and absolutely no hangups or delays. It's a perfect replacement to the blackberry bold but with the android software. My only complaint was the keyboard itself was initially small as I have big hands but eventually got used the button size.

The phone is finally available in the uae. It is much much better than its cheaper Motorola knockoffs that were released just before it. It ist well built no freezing and fits quite comfortably in the hand great phone. Finally a great qwerty phone with good battery. Screen response is great and it has the new android version. Probably the best qwerty currently out there better tane any of the blackberry phones out there that have a ridiculous battery life as well as a ridiculous app store and this is from someone who used to be a blackberry lover and better than any of the qwerty Nokia phones still stuck with the finally dying Symbian thank riddance.

Battery 1550mAh, 1.5 day max, don't expect miracle. No phones charged once per week if you want 1GHz processor inside. Very happy with the phone, keyboard nearly as good as Blackberry's.Generally I'm not a fan of touch screens(big fingers),I bought that one only because of high screen resolution, perfect for reading .PDF files. Coping easy even with 17MB files. Good choice of widgets. Very good autofocus camera.

I got Moto Pro+ for 2 days. I think this phone is the first proper android phone with qwerty keyboard. Very good call quality, decent in speed & responsiveness, screen with high dpi, reasonable camera... but keyboard is too stiff. Overall 8.5 out of 10

Using this phone for past two days. Rooted it with SuperOneClickRoot 2.2. Works like a charm. The model is Motorola MB632 - RAM size is 400MB. Internal Memory is 1GB. I'm confused why all specs say 4GB. maybe its 4GB in european regions..Not sure.. Coming to the performance and multitasking, the speed is great smooth screen transitions. Display is awesome. Touch is great. And the main thing, the physical keyboard is a bit tight. Need a little consious force to press. Not like the eaziness of QWERTY keyboards in Blackberry and SE P1i. P1i had the best QWERTY keyboard design so far!! Camera is okay..Am not a veteram cam user..But satisfactory..can scan barcodes easily.. Battery life is fine..with about 2 days in 2G with average calling and texting activities. 3G drinks up juice..I got about 10 hours with HSDPA fully on..was downloading on Torrent ;D Once the keyboard gets used for the fingers, this phone shoulnd be a problem.. Installed JuiceDefender App. Should be able to extend life further.

I have this phone. The keyboard sucks, it just looks like a Blackberry keyboard, its SUPER HARD to press the buttons. After one TXT your fingertips hurt...How come you dont mention this in your review? Did you compare it to the BB 9900 or a HTC keyboard? Its terribleeee. What a letdown.. :(

Motorola has killed us with the wait and release of this phone exactly like they did with the droid pro and when it finally got released it was outdated and too late. I wanted an android phone with a great qwerty keypad. The lg phone was a disaster and so was the Motorola models that are like the pro plus that we're released earlier are very cheaply built and disastrous to use. I settled for the galaxy pro which basically gives me evrything I wanted in a phone and it has been available for months. I have to say that it seems Samsung is covering every aspect of every phone demands in the market in every class and price.nwell done seems that Samsung will do to the other phone companies what they did to Sony in TV's.

Well we have received a unit to play with and demo for customers. Early days yet. The keyboard will take a little getting used to since we are BB users and the numbers are across the top, but actually that is closer to a real keyboard than a BB. The performance seems fairly good having down loaded a number of Apps. We dont have stock yet for customer sales but that should be fixed in a week. The touch screen does seem to be responsive and fairly bright. We will post something more in a few more days

Motorola keeps doing what they seem to be doing best these days and just posting coming soon for their products and when they finally release them they are limited to very few markets or are so late the handset seems a bit outdated and this is exactly what will happen. I finally came across the spice key xt317 and was dissapointmemt with the phone as it was cheaply done and not a very responsive screen just like an acer phone. Unfortunately after waiting forever for the pro plus the interest in this phone has seemed to have gone to. Motorola you remind me of the palm phones that also seemed to have been released months after everyone only to see the company collapse.

What's the use of producing some great phones if you have no interest in marketing them internationally specially the qwerty based handsets. Already if you go to a phone shop and ask for motorola mobiles they will show the odd one or two motorola phones but that's it and they are not interested in motorola at all as for years it was a flop at least in the middle east. Behind every successful company is an unbelievable marketing effort specially these days with all the competition. It seems motorola has produced the phones but forgot to put a budget for advertisement and distribution.

There are 4 or 5 versions of this phone but unfortunately will anyone be able to see or get a hold of any of them outside the US. Everytime I ask a distributers they confirm they will not be getting any one of them.

Spoke to the actual distributors of this phone in Dubai Globalnet. Clueless of the motorola range of phones and clueless about this phone. Imagine the supposedly experts of Motorola in Dubai were completely unaware there was a motorola pro +. What can one say but shake his head at them and at Motorola.

I absolutely agree with the comments below. Motorola is finally making decent phones and as i specially like the ones like droid pro and droid pro+ the ones with a qwerty the distributors internationally are so fed up with Motorola's past history that they are bringing in very few models. I don't think in today's markets with all the competition they can afford to do that. For the time being I will stop looking at motorola phones as I know I will never see the ones I want here in Dubai.

Hey i like all function of moto pro but still something missed; why u guys leaving some function like no secondary camera moto pro have 5 mega pixel primary, so u can offer atleast 1.3 sec camera. and gprs class is just 12 why not 32/33 well i was heartly waiting for such a phone whc provides me qwerty keypad gud camera wid secondary also gud battrey life....

Just curious, why when Motorola first offered video call function in late 2003, and Q1 2004 with secondary cam, up until around 2008/9, nobody seemed to talk about how nice Motorola was to offer such function? Only after 2010 when certain fruity company "tells" its customers the need of video call, everybody starts to ask for such function? However, how many of you ever seen anyone, even with the fruity phone, ever use the video call function? To be honest, I had been using it and really missed it in the past few years, only because ROW don't seem to like it.

This is the combination of the MOTO MT620 and the Moto PRO (XPRT) with bumped up specs. I like the format and think I would really enjoy a device like this. Love the keyboard style mixed with the Android OS.
