my dad used to have this phone, im talking year ago. i used to love it an di always used to nag my dad to give it to me, but he didnt!times have changed though, before they didnt even have cameras or colour screen but now they hvae 8mp cameras and 16million colours!

I did a little mistake with my nec db4000 .... I got this little lock on my right corner of the screen .It requered a code that i introduced 3 times wrong and now it tels me : Incorect code please try again later. What should I do >????? help!!!!

i would like to remove its lock. When i insert in ma card it tells me to insert correct sim! so what can i do? am in Uganda East africa

hey, its a phone, i myself own many phones now and have had many. i needed an extra handset and i got hold of two db500's. well wot can i say but "its a phone!" ok i'm sure your here to see a fantastic review of this phone or a let down of some sorts but i cant realy say. its a phone and it does as a phone is supposed to do. its thin so it fits in a suit pocket or trouser pocket or even a leg pocket. it has all the facilities u need as a phone....but it doesnt have all the nokia stuff like games, ringtones and logos nor any of the ericsson stuff like short cuts or games, so really your not allowed to own one unless your over 30!

This is more of a business phone. It's ok for people who do not understand mobiles very wel- it's the only phone my mother knows how to operate, although I couldn't use it, personally!

I have bought this phone from Italy in June 2000. It is an excellent piece with latest looks and features unmatched to any other phone available. Infact I am yet to see another NEC phone in Delhi. All the best to the design team of NEC DB4000

It's a good phone, but you can't create your own ringtones or logos. The design is great.

I have prchased this phone from Italy during my recent visit abroad. I have not come across such decent and various features in any other phone in the same price range. Infact i have not found anyone in India using this phone. All credits to this excellent phone.
