I had an 6267 and that was great phone, better specs than this new,especially the VGA video mode 640x480, better keyboard and perfect ringing. But the cover is damaged and i cant foun another one :( I bought an 6650 but i hate it,its for sale or change for cover for 6267.

Discontinuing this phone was one of the smartest moves Nokia has ever made. This phone, as it was - was piece of crap (as I wrote down before). However, working out the glitches and reissuing simmilar, better phone might have yielded better results. It is too bad Nokia never did - THAT. As for this piece of crap - no sorrow.

I absolutely loathe the 6650 flip, and by proxy, the entire Nokia brand. I have to tell you that this is the worst phone that I've ever used, and now that my two years are up, I'm about to toss it in the trash. I'm not going to burden anyone else with this garbage. I will never buy another Nokia as long as I live, and since I've since used so many better phones, I've told everyone I know that they should give their money to HTC, Apple, or even those laggards at RIM even if they're always two years behind. Nothing could be worse than this junk phone that constantly turns off or resets itself, blacks out, misses calls, can't make a call, has terrible voice quality, has the absolute worst user interface ever, and randomly dials in my pocket or somehow prevents me from answering while flipping open the phone. That touch sensitive outside screen is the worst mistake ever, it makes me want to throw the phone at the wall every time it screws me up. I hope they're proud of creating the worst mobile phone since the N-Gage. The world might be better off if Nokia was dissolved tomorrow. The one and only good thing about the phone is that the battery does last all week - but that probably has more to do with it shutting off entirely on its own randomly, and missing calls. I see red every time the "new voicemail" pops up with no call. I really wish I could have kept my reliable old Motorola W390 flip, but it was T-Mobile.

This phone has been quite a dissapointment: 1. The ringing volume is WAY TOO LOW. And it cannot be adjusted to louder because of the design - the speaker is enclosed into the shell and the sound simply DOES NOT COME OUT. 2. The screen offten comes blank, which is something that is easily corrected by simply closing and opening the shelll or pushing the disconnect button, but is nevertheless ANNOYING. 3. There are various bugs that have not been corrected; slow computer connection, bugs with the computer connection, software problems or glitches... the list goes on... 4. The outer touch sensors are a REAL PAIN. They keep activating by anything in your pocket and simply rumble through the phone app's. This could be hilarious as well as frustrating. But mostly frustrating. Annoying at least. This mostly causes you to handle this phone very gently, while the purpose of the cell phone is to be reliable and functional. How can you sleep well while you must always think about thing such as... will it dial someone all by itself while it is in my pocket... will it spend all my credit... will it delete something important... will it reset itself.... as I said FRUSTRATING! However.... the GPS seems to work just fine. There was only one time during which it failed to notify me of a single turn - ON TIME. It did notify me, but too late. Luckily this was in the city, and the detour was very short but still. Anyway... on other occasions it worked fine. It took ages (about 5-10 minutes) to catch-up upon the GPS sattelite signal, but once it made it it was rock solid. No glitches, no disconnections (maybe in some underground tunnes or souch)...worked just fine. The music through the earphones was quite a pleasant surprise. I haven't noticed any difference between this phone and any from the Xpress Music series. Very good earphones sound. Actually, I rarely cranked it up to the full volume - it could be THAT LOUD. As with some other Nokia phones, with this one I never experienced that it turned off in my pocket. I might say, concerning this feature - it was reliable. But this is something that we expect from all of the home appliances - to function as long as we want them to and in a way we want them to so - no actual benefit here. Finally, the review, from me would be; VERY DISAPPOINTING PHONE. Is it a nice idea from Nokia - Yes. Is it something that you feel comfortable using - NO! The main disadvantages are: 1. TOO QUIET RINGTONE, which can't be adjusted louder. 2. OUTER TOUCH SENSORS, which cause your phone to act on it's own while you are not looking. SORRY NOKIA 6650 fold - NO RECOMMENDATIONS AND NO PASS FROM ME!

It's a good phone to give calls. Other than that, well it is a bad smartphone. The calendar application keep crashing ... well in general application crash often. the buttons are way too close (in particular the AT&T version), and starting the GPS, internet browser is a painful and time consuming experience. When closing your phone, you would expect that application hold ... depending on the application, it does not seem to be the case, and an application can drain your battery in 1 or 2 hours.

The phone is awesome and has very fast internet but has a low batt. life. I like having the camera and internet shortcuts. I think the voice commands could be a little better. Overall this is a great phone for anyone. Enjoy!

Bought this subsidized on AT&T in the US. With rebate, is cost me US$20, which is a great value for the money. However, the lack of WiFi and absence of the default FM Radio inexplicably removed by AT&T make this phone crippled in my opinion. The screen is also quite small, but useable. Battery life is very respectable and the phone easily tethers to both Mac and Windows laptops. I'd say 3/5 overall.

I got this phone few days ago, and it is awful. The ringtone volume is too low. The screen is too small. Also, it drops the calls every time I try to pick up the call from my belt case. It easily connects to the net which they charge you just for one second. Seriously, you do not think to buy it, even consider it. The cell phone is useless, awful, low quality, bad, no good, too small, too low volume, too sensitive the front screen, and etc, and many more bad words that I can type it. USELESS CELL PHONES. By the time I get this phone I was very sceptic about mobile. Nice plarform, nice features, great clamshell, battery and GPS. Lack of RAM is my main problem. RAM on this phone is used very quickly and some features can�t be started. Can I, in some way, increase my RAM memory?

Have to agree with Alex, the battery life on this phone is exceptional. Was on a business call that ended up being 2 1/2 hrs, and the battery indicator dropped by 1 bar. I'd guestimate that you could get 7-8 hrs talk time (tests at Cnet actually got 12 hrs). The Moto Z9 that this Nokia replaced, would have been dead in 1 1/2 hrs. Solid phone, great reception on AT&T's 3-G network. Like the Symbian O.S., a smartphone, without having to pay the extra cost to access others smartphone services. Also prefer a flip style phone, tried the slider in the Z9, although a quality build, it was like carrying around a brick in your pocket.

dudes, why everyone says its a moto v3 etc...im asking ex or current V3 owners, what you paid when V3 came out??? answer is -DESIGN ONLY...here in Croatia 6650 fold in T-mobile offer costs about 202 Euros whitout any contract,and it comes only in Black edition. Conclusion- 6650 has all modern "stuff" (gps,camera,hdspa,design,1500mah battery,symbian,expandable memory,mp3,bluetooth)and like all products has disadvantages..

I got this phone 3 days ago from AT&T...It is the BIGGEST piece of junk on the market..The volume Is a joke.Even with headphones you can barely hear it outside.To get to the menu to change theme or wallpaper.You have to go thru 8 steps or button pushes to get to the folder to change settings..And mobi tv it won't handle it.It will LOCK UP.which is a fairly common thing with this phone.I bought 8 gb sd card and have around 2gb used on it.Anything more on card and phone LOCKS UP.Nokia and AT&T dropped the ball on this one..Its like they started making this a Smartphone and stopped half way thru in the design.The menus and other things resemble a smartphone but after that this phone is just plain STUPID..And they knew it..But its like they hope it will go over with the public..If this phone is still on the market a year from now I will be surprised..It has more bugs in it than a bloated cow..

Poor design. Aluminum cover not finished very well on the corners, left a very sharp edge. Software was buggy; wouldn't sample the ring tones and had lots of difficulty getting it to recognize a Jabra headset. Very hard buttons. After an hour of configuring the phone, my thumb was very sore. I took the phone back the next day.

The maximum micro sd card is 8 gig. The manual says it will work quicker with the 4 gig. I love Nokia but the 6650 seems slow to me even when compared to the 6126. The keys are so close together I am always getting into other applications by accident. I prefer the 6550 and 6126.

The speaker is low, this is a software glitch and not the handset itself. I am checking phoenix every other day for new versions and regenersis plc suggest the upgrade will be available by march. So if you have one bring it to your closest nokia care point and they will u/g your s/w under warranty

I have had this phone for about 2 weeks now, it performs as I would expect for a nokia phone, easy to use. And everything works fine, and good talktime. My big complaint is that I can not hear the ring tones very well (needs more volume) works ok with headset bluetooth or wired, also the phone is supposed to come with an FM tuner, where is it? or maybe att removes it!

Well I have got the 6650 and sent the first one back cos couldn't believe the volume on max was so low!! So think I will be sending this back too as I need a decent volume as my hearing is not 100%. There are a couple of other issues I don't like this includes not being able to set reminders on a weekly basis like my previous nokia, and contact displays are only name and not numbers unless you go into the individual contact...may seem petty but when you are used to better with a lot older phone you feel let down... but the volume is def the major issue for me

Well, it may look like Philips Xenium but that doesn't mean Nokia copied it. Perhaps they were just inspired by its design. I see more of N76 in this phone and would've been raring to get my hands on it had the camera only been better. Nokia has yet to come up with a phone that can surpass the N73.

This thing sucks. Big time!! Housing quality not convincing (leeway within 4 days). No support: try and find it on the Nokia or t-mobile support pages. Software is terrible. Usually have to switch it off and on again after just making or receiving a call or sending a sms, as the cover display freezes and outside buttons won�t lock anymore. For any incoming call it is a surprise if the phone answers it on opening of the clamshell. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn�t. Have a t-mobile sim in it for 2 weeks now, and the phone got noticably slower. Only advantage: most functions work now... Not all of course. Glad I've got only a 1 year contract: the sooner i can get rid of it the better.

T-Mobile is a German telecomunication network company which provide services for mobile phones... This company is so big it dominated almost the whole european countries in terms of carrier networks. It also dominated the USA, where I think a lot of americans are using their service right now... (of course they have AT&T, verizon, sprint etc. as well, you get the point ...) so i hope this one helps...

Theoretic there is a onboard navigation,without further coasts.but is inpossible,to look the route on a little Mobile screen,so you need absolut the speaker - and for this you must pay. The charge for two years is the same,when you buy another Car-Navi

Having just recently acquired the new Nokia 6650, I agree that it has all the 'bells and whistles' but it lets itself down with the volume. It is hard to hear the phone ring even at full volume and is also hard to hear a call. For this reason I don't rate it because if you can't hear it, whats the point. I am going back to my good old reliable LG.

I agree, the volume is not great but the symbian is brilliant and when was motorola's build quality ever any good? Think about it they are the only manufacturers to offer warranty for just one year,probably not even for the length of ur contract. Nokia have made a good flip phone to appeal to other parts of the market

theyre actually buttons..its a good fone except the volume aint tht loud..gps is gud..picture quality is pretty good..the best thing is probably tht its like a computer..tyhere so many things you can do to this fone for example there is many downloadable aplicatio for it

I changed it in T-mobile for my member�s points and took it without any money. Phone is ok. It is 16 mm thick but pretty heavy. It works on Symbian OS, S60 3rd edition UI and has Nokia maps already installed on a memory card (1Gb), which comes free in retail pack. Camera is nothing special but it suits my needs. Battery is really 1500 mAh and I hope it will prove yourself in a future.

I have it for a day now - and it is a nice toy, but that is about it. Apps hang ALL THE TIME, cannot install a 3rd party organizer app I had on my E90 AT ALL. Games look nice, though. Too bad I do not need a toy, but a GPS phone. A functioning one.

this phone is very sleek, the menus are awesome and the front screen is similar to the V8 in that there are three buttons that control functions - however, it is not just for mp3, u can use the volume keys to actually scroll through the menu and its practically a mini version of the main screen! overall very good and i am using the HSDPA to write this review!

Had a play with this phone in the T Mobile shop today. It's a very nice handset! The camera is a bit weak (only 2mp) but its a nice slim small phone with a very good screen and display.

T-Mobile means it's only available at T-Mobile International in Europe. I don't think there's a dedicated GPS key, but I read somewhere that it supports Nokia Maps (so you can get navigation). I think the N76 is based on S60 3rd Edition, but the 6650 is based on the latest S60 release (3rd Edition, Feature pack 2).

This is good for me, i really love the design of motorola, specially its slim-fit design, but i hate the interface. Now with this 6650 model from nokia, i can now enjoy the best of both worlds. tnx nokia.. =)

before nokia realeases the model i do hope the users don't need anymore headset to turn on the radio to function it as antenna. it is simple technology. and antenna doesn't need large comparment in it. using headsaet for external antenna will be wasting human ages. Thanks.

coolest phone made out of elegant clamshell design and has a 3G that runs 3.6Mbps that is really fast and it has a FLASH and it has an EDGE too but the only problem is that it has NO Symbian!!! I wish Nokia have atleast created a Symbian for this elegant clamshell phone... but this phone is still the best!!! well done NOKIA
