i've been using this phone for the past 2 years, never had problem with the keys, but had to format it a couple of times and the music system is bad, the thing i really dislike is it luks lyk a toy, a plastic toy phone, but otherwise its handy and not much of problems.

A so and so device.... Comes in with 2 or 3 minor problems which become big headache later on.music Volume is soft but definately inadequate when out in crowd. (ringtones too). Brilliant keys and a very sober looking phones. Feel good at the palm. Big disappointment if packed features are viewed from price point of view.

i used this fone for 1 year.....faced a lot of memoty problems, new java apps like ovi store wont work, video recording is poor and the 2.5mm jack and unavailability of hot swap is a great disadvantage.

guys this phone is too old now, i was using this mobile and i also faced the problem of 789*0#, guys if u r also facing this problem so dont panic, if your mobile will on warranty period so give to n gallery and if no so never think to give to nokia they will take 1300 rs u just repair it in nice mobile repairing shop and second thing is dat dis phone is not scratch resistant mobile so if u will change the body than also the scratch will occur so the best solution is u laminate it. And u first see the specificatin if it is aplicable to u dan think to buy dis fone and dont think of opera it is working awesome in dis fone. Thankx

well.. raj as you said yor internal memory showin 2.5mb only.... it is because in yor therz a folder named "received files" is not empty.... so move the items from that folder to yor memory card and you'll get yor lost memory back..... thank you.........

In noida there is a service center in sec 10. They will fix ur problem by changing ur Keypad IC. I had same problem and they resolve it successfully.

I'm glad it's not just my phone! Have had it less than 8 months and the 7, 8 and 9 buttons don't work. Am going to send it back to Nokia to be repaired. The only thing that I don't like is the reflective cover on the phone. It makes it difficult to text in natural daylight!!

Please dont go with the looks of the cellphone. I purchsed this cell phone in the month of december 08 and within 6 months I had to face problem with the keypad, 7 8 9 was not working. I went to Nokia care and though they repaired it free, they took one month. I was without my cell phone for 1 month. Very Disappointing!!!!

No need of antivirus,this is not smart phone, virus cant install and can not harm, only computer viruses can be present in memory card, that can harm other computer only, dont warry about phone. only scan memory card from computer.

Nokia 7310 Supernova is better than samsung pixon 8mp.(price is 4 times less than pixon) ,there r many things ,which r present in supernova ,but not in pixon, like text copy past, equilliser edit, sound in flash file,themes, screen savers and many..... pixon is waste of money.I sold my pixon.... Really bad model. Difficult to use the keypad. Battery stands to a maximum of 2 days. The problem is that for 1.5 days it shows that the batterys is full. Just in 3 hours the battery meter reading decreases rapidly before it gets empty. You never know when to charge it.

I hate myself for buying this. The phone is sheer EYE CANDY! Reading the screen outdoors is hellish due to the mirrorized coating on the screen. FM radio reception is easily degraded...stereo signal is downgraded to mono due to poor reception, unless you stick out the headset wires. Very difficult to accurately press the keypad, especially those beside the navigation button. You'll practically use your fingernails to press the keys (and scratch the finish as well). Simply put, it's a kiddie phone.

i have one, and technically it's a good phone. the camera shoots a bit slowly, but it does produce good quality pictures, provided you use it in good light settings (i.e. place is bright, camera not blocked or having dust). and yeah, it takes some patience to use it - it's worth the wait. Battery-wise, if you would use it more often to play music files, it would drain faster. Other than that and other media works, it would last long. The display in the mirror screen IS visible even though it's bright and sunny on the outside. Just don't look when you're wearing shades or tinned eyeglasses - i've tried it, and it's really dark. you can use it to take pictures, then upload them through a PC, and vice versa. I've even tried downloading videos from youtube, converted the file format, then put them on the phone. tada! i have the videos i like in my phone! with an expandable memory up to 4GB, you could do a lot to the phone (just don't stuff it with so much - it will really slowdown, which is common even in PCs and other phones). and add to that, it looks cute. generally it's a very good phone.

this means you still need to configure your MMS settings... you can see this at messging feature. MMS setting depends on your carried as well. better to ask them on the setting for GPRS and MMS. just call cust care, tell them the phone model and ask them to send the setting to your number. : )

Camera is super quality, much better than 6300 if bad light conditions and at 1,3 Mp only 5 secs saving time. Never tried 2 Mp, but quality is so much much much better and has TVout so I choose 7310 over 6300.. And you can change covers and keymat quickly to sell again.

The cool mirror finish on the screen (why I liked it so much...very stylish) is just about impossible to read outdoors even when back lit...I do live on the Costa del Sol, so brightness of the day is always an issue...however this phone is much worse than my laptop in even late afternoon light, and is almost worthless if you need to actually read the screen outside on even a marginally sunny day! Other than that...it's a great phone, LOL!

The counter sales person told me that this problem is permanent feature in this handset. If thats the case then why is NOKIA selling such phones and making the customer a scapegoat. NOKIA India should stop selling phones like these. It creates a bad reputation for the company.

Well i own in from few months now . Keypad is somewhat hard. In fact using * and # could be troublesome. But still the keypad is intact. Camera is very mediocre. You must steady the object and your hands to get a non blurry image. Furthermore taking an image takes approx. 20 seconds! at full resolution. Video recording is crap. You can't even identify objects in video with only 176x144 resolution. You will also observe noticeable delay in File browsing. Speaker volume is below average. Display is quite good. TV out feature is ok but again volume would be pretty low. Screensavers can't be used due to mirror effect. Flash lite works well for small flash files. I have tested it with few clocks and wallpapers. You could use animated flash wallpaper which looks nice. You could backup your phonebook and settings on your mobile itself(on memory card). Well another thing since it's S40 phone so i'm still figuring out to browse internet on opera mini. It's pity that no data cable is provided with the phone. Well that's all what i remembered.

to k, i experienced the same problem,, all you need to do is to look for the GMT of your place via internet.. example: in the philippines, the GMT is +8, so i went to the settings menu then i changed the time setting with gmt 8... then, it's done.. -i like my 7310 supernova... nice phone...

I purchased this phone in november. used it for a month. then the 7 8 and 9 keys on the keypad stopped working. i gave it to nokia care. they sent it to delhi. not once. not twice. but FIVE times. They refuse to giv eme a replacement. I dont like this phone. Its terrible. It refuses to get repaired and nokia serivces are terrible. they lie and have absolutely no respect for teh term consumer satisfaction. They claim to repair the problem but it simply returns within a matter of days. If anyone has any idea of how to deal with this problem, plz tell me. The ydon't even give me anything in writing, except fr a job sheet on which they dont even put corect info.

Because you have 3 shots to type the code ... after those 3 tries your phone will be locked and you have to go to a service and restore original settings ( format )

i got this phone last year in november and so far, i really think it's great! design is so cute! everybody at work says it's amazingly pretty. it's also thin so i can just put it in my pocket w/o anybody noticing it's there. camera is ok... well most phones got 2mp right now so it's fine. sound quality is good. just buy a decent headset and your good to go! pretty much, i really love it. the design, the features--- everything!!! most possibly i'll have it replaced after 2-3 years! lol!

Well nowadays it takes about 2 max 3 hours to FULLY recharge a phone's battery so the standby period isn't that important.... If I were to choose between this phone and let's say a Philips Xenium with 700h standby I would definitely choose 7310. Super audio quality =P

I have this awesome cell phone for about 3 weeks now and it's really cool... juat have one question for 7310 user: Has anyone experienced a little brightening of the screen for a few seconds and then back to normal? Is this normal LCD behavior? The screen turned a little brighter for like a second for 2 or 3 times with my phone and the screen is really amazing and nothing has gone wrong with it, but some how this thing has gotten me worried. The fone is targetting towards the youth and that is why it's covers have such funky colours! If it would have been targetted only towards women then it would have never come in the blue casing, and the pink one is just for people to personalise it according to their choice... Hi Friends, I got the phone a week back...I am very much impressed on the simple and official look..its works fine for me.Photo call,personal ring tone for callers and all the most necessary requirements is almost satisfied. the high light is mirror finished display.its fantastic.very light and slim too. Its a good phone.. Sleek with good looks. Comes with a TV cable, headphones and an extra cover. But the mirror like screen is prone to scratches and so have to be little careful in handling. Also the extra cover provided is pink .. so i am feeling a bit insecure whether nokia has lanched it only for women!!.. Hey guys, want suppport from you.

Everyone says its a girls phone because of the mirror effect screen, perfect for make up and all girly things like that, it comes with interchangable covers so you can change the style so i dont think this is strictly for girls but it is kind of marketed towards them?? Hope this helps, i have been using this phone for the last few weeks and havent come across any problems with it, very reliable phone, would recommend it!!

I just got this phone. I find the speakers are pretty nice. very loud. So far, battery life lasts me about 2 days when i listen to music for a couple hours each day. very good looking. I love the mirror finish.

Just bought one today, cost me about USD170. Only comes with Manual, warranty card, charger and a stereo headset. No CD included, but can be downloaded from Nokia HK. It's quite thin already and I don't think the thinner version of 7210 will feel comfortable in the palm. Color of the screen is good but resolution a bit less than 6120C. Sound volume doesn't suprise me, loudness was par with other phone. Well it's normal for such a thin phone. When idle, the screen turn off and looks like a mirror reflection. It's quite unique for a Nokia products. But the fininshing is prompt to finger print, especially the silver plated keypad:- but the keypad egonormic was good. Well still exploring....
