This probably could have happend because of the back panel gets scratched.Take a look at the back of phone and you should probably see little scratches on the cameras glass.If it is you could just change the back cover. Hope this helps. ✌

Windows phone has the only ability to make half size window of the screen.. This feature is just for ease. If u long press the center windows icon for 3-5 sec the screen gets to half size.

Worst experience I had. In one month I went to customer care for Mora than 3 times. And one more thing never go for windows phone it really sucks. If you want to rechrge. Otp prob, if you want to call a cab like ola. It sucks again. If you want to download anything it will end when you minimize. I suffered years with this. I have still my 3 and half year old Lumia 720.but it mostly remains at home because I using mostly Note 4 or Xperia XZ for my personal use. Last month I lost it for 4 to 5 days in rainy season here in punjab Pakistan. Later we discovered this one from sun shade at 1st floor because children are mostly use to play games on this cell n actually someone of them throw this cell on sun shade while fighting for games to play. It was kept at sun shade while torrential rain in pdriods about 3 - 4 days. When I discovered it was in mudy smugly condition I wash it with water n kept in sun light for whole day. At evening I plugged in charger n believe me it starts charging then I tried to turned it ON and believed me it eventually turns ON and start working(have little black spots at some areas on screen but overall working smoothly) ....Unbelievable Mind-blowing ...that's gonna call Solid build weatherproof quality of Legend NOKIA who doesn't required any IPSbla bla bla

Rightly said! It's been 3 years and my phone still runs smooth. I have faced few problems with this device too but other than that it's proving to be worth buy of my choice. Only regretting that it might not receive Windows 10 Update but works with all necessity apps which you required in the smartphone (please don't include fancy/trending apps & games which we wanted but not really required). Completely reliable phone, hope it works for many years until I buy iPhone [FYI I wanted to use all platforms - Android (done), Windows (using), IOS (will try)]. If you mean restart- You can go to setrings->touch-> navigation bar Toggle the settings, it will ask to restart your phone. Press ok. There are other options too. But this is the easiest I've figured.

2 years gone.. Phone works amazing till today. Had some issue regarding apps/functioning but still works like just bought yesterday. Just one problem bothers me - battery life has decreased, even on standby mode it still drains! Did hard format, background app blocked...... still drains. May be new updates can't handle by 512 MB RAM. Whatever, But I never regretted buying this phone. Best phone in best budget.

WP 8 is a dead platform, I hope WP 10 changes that. The problems faced here by the users are very real , just because one person(cough*Nivas_bulls*it*cough) hasn't had any problems does not mean the phone is perfect. Only good thing about this phone is the design and in some situations the camera. People, if you are still on this horrible phone , it should be high time for you to make a switch. Get a Moto X Play , Lenovo Vibe P1 , OnePlus X or whatever ! Or Lumia 950 / 950XL with the latest and greatest from Windows.

I bought Lumia 720 last year Jan, First year it worked perfectly fine. 2nd year, i am facing below issues. 1) Most of the time phone hangs and there is no other option beside restarting it manually using volume and lock button. once I perform the manual restart function, it always ask to Scan my Sd card. Earlier i use to scan each time, but recently when i scanned it, i found all my Videos, Music and Pics were lost which I had taken from last 2 years. 2) few times i had faced charging issues when i can see charging symbol appearing on top, but the phone is not charging. 3) It shows Loading sign for nearly 10-15 seconds while opening any app (Mostly- Camera apps), this might be the reason of 1GHz processor.

Very good phone! But after 2 years of swell working, in one day the screen went blank, (dark). the phone sound s ok when charging, when connected to a PC , it is visible and have access to both folders, internal phone and micro sd card. but cannot use the touch screen. Solution: went to service and somehow they manage to open the phone and do the soft reset internal, without losing anything (contacts, music, pics, e.s.o. ). The screen with cornilla glass worth a lot, dropped the phone, nothing got scratched. Unfortunately, the battery cannod be replaced by user, you should go to authorized service.

I asked what will be the cost of screen replacement ... that guy told me 12K for original Display (I got 720 for 21K with insurance) when asked why soo much for screen he replied bcz the screen is the most important part of phone also it got clearblack display etc etc etc soo it will cost u around 12K from Nokia Service Center ..don't know current price ..

In Kolkata it cost me 8000 to get it fixed from a service centre. Unlike samsung phones (or even recent Lumia phones) 720's back cover can't be taken off so you can't get it fixed from outside. Don't even try. It hurts to pay 8000 when my friend's samsung phone screen got replaced for 2500. I've heard it's cheaper in Bangalore. I totally regret fixing it now. It was already two years old I should have chucked it and got a new one.

I sold my lumia 720 for 8k that 1.7 years old. After denim update things become slow and apps crashes eventually, especially uc browser and whatsapp. Another problm was that the volume down key is not working. But by pressing volume up key ,we can manage volume down function from the option. But the problem is that the restart function works on power + volume down key. The result is that if the phone hang, you should wait until the battery become empty..

I am using Lumia 720 from last 2 years and I have not faced any issue till date. It is nice looking phone.Camera is Excellent. All apps are working perfectly on it. Latest Denim update is installed on my phone. About WhatsApp is that it is working perfectly with calling feature. All the required features and apps are available in the windows app store. No issue with Hardware as well as software. Now waiting for Windows 10 update.

I had this phonme for a year now. Its behavior was so good. Camera is very good, music and radio performs great (with good quality heasets), there are plenty of apps to download, performance in general is just fine to me. Upgraded the OS several times (now on Denim) without any issue. I would recommend having always plenty of phone memory available for good response. I have a SD og 8 Gb where I have most of the stuff (videos, photos, main appls, music) Any new item will go there, leaving the phone memory mainly for OS. Very good phone and OS... I like W8.1. I come from Symbian (Nokia E5) and instead of Android I'm a W8.1 man now... Regards.

Had this phone for 2 years. Constant crashing and freezing, IE crashed several times a day. Youtube videos would only play a few hours after restarting. Hardware issues within a month. OS lacked very basic features at first, updates improved the situation over time. Also had update issues where the update process got stuck with the only solution being waiting for the battery to run out. Constant SIM errors after the latest update. At least the camera wasn't bad. Except when the app froze.

At last after 2 years of suffering I exchanged this set. Every thing was gud in this set. Except it's RAM which was quite troublesome as far as running of applications are concerned. Gr8 camera & picture quality. Overall it was a good phone.

It spite of this fact that my service provider is Airtel which is a name to reckon with. If there s any disorder in the setting then it would have never provided INTERNET. Hi, Myself, Prabeesh from Bangalore, Karnataka. I have been using Microsoft mobile for last 4 years. Two years before I bought one Lumia 720 from one of the authorized dealer. I was quite happy with the performance and the configuration which I got for 17K. But the problems started after using it for 1 year(applied for external warranty of 3 years). The main problems which I had faced are described below: Poor network signal:- This was the main problem which I faced from the starting itself. Whenever I consult customer care, I used to get the same reply saying this is the problem with the service Provider. I have ported my connection from Vodafone to Airtel two times but faced the same issue. Last time when I consulted NOKIA Care, they told me that this is the common problem with Lumia and they don't have anything to do with it. One of the best reply which I received from customer care representative :D. Finally they told, they did some kind of tuning on the transmitting antenna and asked me to use it for 1-2 months(They told me to use it for 1-2 months just because I am not facing this issue in all the times). But I haven't feel any change in that issue. Finally , on 9th April 2015, I again consulted customer care centre. But the response which I got it from the representative was totally unsatisfactory. They are not ready to repair the issue since they have found some moister content near to SIM transmitter. Even they have shown me the same, which was just a mark(not actual water). I don't know how that came inside. As a city like Bangalore, the moister content will be there even if we keep it in our room in the winter seasons. But the thing is that I didn't face any other problems apart from this issue which I had already highlighted in my previous consultation itself. I tried my level best to understand customer care representative, but didn't get succeed in that. Even the last times Job sheet contains that problem(I don't know, whether they have the privilege to modify this info from your database). But still they are not ready to take up the problem. Also the reply which I got from representative was totally irritating. They have the option to take the printout/xerox of the job sheet, but they are not ready to take it from there. I went outside to take the xerox copy of that. Nothing more to say.... Great Service !!! Even some of my friends also faced similar response(cant give warrenty) from Nokia customer care representative by saying this moister issues just to reject the warranty. I am waiting for the launch of the first windows 10 mobile to purchase. After facing these kinds of response from customer care people for giving the warranty support, I have to rethink on my decision.

You are wrong,i updated my phone to Lumia denim there is no issue like that. But when I updated, my phone battery was 100% charged. May be possible that your battery were not fully charged so while installation the phone gone switched off and in complete installation the phone takes time around 25 minutes even if battery is fully charged.

hi friends, ive recently updated to denim update. before the officail update i ve used preview update which costs me nothing and it was amazing experincing one . but after the official update when my battery went down. my device falied to start from my own charger. and i went to mobile shop and by their high amperage charge only i was able to start up my fone. and after its start ups it went charging smoothly by my own charger. so guys don go for denim update. in this update they have made something different in order to use thier high amperage chargers. so guys beware and also do anyone experincing the same problem? pls do reply.....

Hi all...I am so exited to buy the Lumia 720..bcz of its attractive camara..touch...every thing they offered and finally i purchased and enjoyed but after some months i feel it hangs in between and later with Windows8.1 update its resolved. But 2 months back suddenly it got switched off and i have checked all videos for possible resolution..but it did't work..that to Warrenty time period of 12mmonths also completed so i visited the hyderabad KPHB Nokia servicing center... they ask me to pay 1500Rs for identifying the problem and fixing...incase it is not resolved by them then thay are saying that they will charge 8000RS..to get resolved the issue from head querters...so i afraid to give mine in servicing center...later i gave my lumia 720 in local mobile repairing center..but didn't resolve the problem..(My mobile has some battery charge down drastically..with in 2 hours it will switchoff and will not able to restart again)..Later again i went to ameerpet Nokia care center ...they just did some thing and with out properly testing they ask me to pay 1500RS ...Still the problem is not resolved. Worst Nokia care centers..Initially i prefer Nokia lumia 720 to all my friends..but because of this irresponsible Nokia care people i don't suggest to take any Nokia Phones. Worst Nokia care centers.

hi.. updated to denim performance improvement phone is a bit faster now.. live folders r awesome cortana available for India .. select region india. speech and language on english uk to get cortana alpha update and enjoy .. one thing i noticed after updating the phone is charging quicky .. i use nokia ac-60n charger but before update phone takes around 1:30-1:45 hrs to get fully charge but now it takes less than 1:30 from 5-10% to fully charged. plz reply after update everybodys phone is getting charge quickly???

Denim update was released for Lumia 720 in Feb 2015 in India. But, after about 15 days, I got Very strange problem for past 14 hours or so. Unable to access internet on phone on all apps except on WhatsApp. Upon exit WhatsApp says problem detected accessing internet reboot phone. Done normal and soft reboot several times but no respite. Suggest solution. Os latest 8.1 with Cortana on Lumia 720 in India. Any clue? I have tried all possible remedies eg turning WiFi, data, SD card, phone, cortana on/off etc.

Just updated My lumia 720 to Denim.It was an update of around 205 MB, and it takes around 45 min.I would recommend every lumia 720 user to update their device as quick as possible.You are going to get much smoother user experience and a lot of new features.That is why I just love Windows phone. My dear blind android(Lagdroid) lover, can you just imagine still now how Microsoft manage these device I mean devices with only 512 MB RAM, with new software updates and support.In the era of 3 GB or 4 GB RAMS I still managed to get my every day to day work done with a device made with only 512 MB RAM, sometime I myself just can't believe this. I can play asphalt 8 , subway surfers , Temple Run 2, Candy Crush Saga, etc with a device only with 512 MB RAM.I am using this device since NOV 2013, Still now it gives me 1.5 days battery back up with Moderate to heavy use. Hats off to Microsoft.

I never felt it is switched off. great battery saving option during the last hours. My lumia 720 is updating 8.1. Then it went off and it hasn't finished the update. Then everytime i charge my fone the update logo will show up and nothings happening until it drains my battery again. Hope someone can help me. Because i really need my fone to be fixed

Hello Friends I am using Nokia 720 for more than 1.5 year. everything was good about this phone for first 6 months. After that no clarity for camera compared with the the first 6 months usage.That too you need to wait for sometime before clicking on the next image. I didnt any comfort atleat basic functions are not available. You will have to update the phone each time. The main drawback of this phone is the antina on the backside. everyone think its good and we can use maps offline. But try keeping the antina near your ear you will feel high radio waves trasmitting. I cant talk more than half an hour becoz my ears getting paining. To use the internet I have to swich off and swich on each time, it's getting hanged. With all worst experience for 18000 rupees I will never recommend to anyone this lumia series. If you are buying a phone don't think too much go for iPhone thats best or samsung. Dont waste money buying this. Thanks for visiting.

Apps are not gud, phone hangs and I couldn't use it until the phone is restarted, phone has to switch when it is running out of battery, no one can restart the phone. This is a very worst phone I have ever experienced from Nokia. Facing a lot of issues,when problem occur everything stops working or responds very late. Sensor stops working camera opens up after 1 minutes, sometimes cannot receive calls, phone heats up and battery discharges very quickly. One good thing I did was got the extended warranty and have submitted it four times to nokia care. Every time they say it has been repaired and the same day after few hours it starts irritating. Not a good phn to buy. Wastage of money. Many limitations. Have to switch off the phn at least 10 times a day.

My Lumia 720 touch has a problem. Took it to the nokia care where they sent it Chennai service centre wasted my 20 days and sent back saying that the warranty period is over. Now what? The phone has a great interface and I really like using it. BUT BUT BUT. My first 720 failed in 10 months and Nokia replaced it for free. Now, perhaps another 10 months on, my second 720 has totally failed again. Nokia tell me that it needs a new touch screen (not broken, the electronics just failed). None is available locally and they would change about $120 to do the repair in any case, So out of 2 720 phones I have owned both failed in under one year. My L720 wakes up after 5 to 7 seconds after I double tap the screen or press power lock. I had bought it one year back and had to go to the service centre 6times in just one year for repair where the services are bad and the most disappointing thing is after all this the phone still has the same problems. I gave it for repair in for 10days during august and after one month I get it without the phone being repaired and the warranty just being eaten up. I tried approaching the Nokia care they just put their hands up and put the blame on company. The staff at Vasai east-Thane Maharashtra is very horrible they cant speak in English and Hindi and are busy playing games on their phone and when approached give rude remarks n talk horribly. ~MY THOUGHTS WINDOWS PHONE 8.1~ Having using using Microsoft ecosystem since last May on my secondary NL720 device. Although it has some cons. but overall configuration of OS is really sleek and stylish. It will take a while for familiar. No doubt Microsoft done a superb job to established its mobile OS to give customers another option in very competitive smartphone market where Android is the king.The good which i like is u can control your background running apps, in result of this OS battery last a long, although live tiles are also a unique idea to stay updated but tiles updates info only for some period of the day. MAIN CONS:- 1. SETTINGS: 1st major cons. of this OS is its settings menu which is really confusing it should be determined in a different category wise tabs or groups for easy and user friendly access. But Microsoft throw all controling components of OS and settings here and there. Suppose if you are looking for hard reset option or mobile data option or even you want to copy your contacts from sim to phone then it will definitely make you annoy to find all this in emergency. 2. CONTACTS: If you store two different numbers with same name in your contact list and u want to make call one of them well no you press one name and it will automatically make call without showing number which is obviously irritating. Even if you want to copy your contacts from sim to phone then its really hard to find where the hell this option us exist specialy if u r new user even it took 2 to 3 days for me to find out this which is located in people hub option. Finally whenever u want to store or create any new contact it didn't display the storage location like sim, email or phone. 3. ACTON CENTRE TOGGLES: In action centre there is only 6 toggles u can add it should have more option for new toggles to add specialy heavily used mobile data option which didn't exist in action centre. Above all cons are only my thoughts and observation and they are the minor issues which will definatly solve in near future updates. APPS GAP:- Most of commonly used apps are there in store but majority of those apps are still in beta phase and functionality wise they are 2 years behind specialy social apps (like FB, WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram,Viber etc) then Google and Apple apps library. THE MOST concerning thing is that windows phone didn't have any Google & Apple apps in its store . Which is really sad and main problem for its downfall.Majority of the customers in globe are using google apps to meet their daily demands specialy google maps for navigation and entertaining youtube app . Although Here maps are good option but this application have some issues in some regions like in my country Pakistan . Microsoft should sort out what matter they have had with Google on urgent basis to brings there apps in WP store. If it happens then it will be a huge bonus for this OS . Even Google and Apple have each other apps in their respective stores including Microsoft apps as well, then why windows phone dont have all this stuff in its store . Microsoft become so lazy to sort out these issues with other vendors otherwise they will lose the battle and majority of their customers will shift to other OS.Even i am also shifted to Andriod although i like windowsphone so much and functionality and smoothness wise i rated it above on andriod and iOS. These are the genuine issues which i found during my experience and then describe here to share with all of you . I got all the announces features though but still whasapp keeps on telling me the same thats WHATSAPP DETECTED AN ISSUE WITH YOUR PHONE...... I installed the Lumia Cyan update on my Nokia Lumia 625 and now I am having problems with it. It stops working on a page then says its resuming, but it deletes the page. It also wont let me view any videos on youtube it just says decode error. Also it wont let me watch my tv programs on couch tuner it doesn't even give me a chance to click on the video I want before it closes the internet page. Dont buy Nokia Lumia series. I have Nokia Lumia 720 and find its handling is worst. While holding it for any task, whether calling or browsing apps, the power, camera and volume buttons get pressed. You have to hold the phone very carefully to avoid pressing these buttons. Very frustrating. In call history, call duration is not shown. Also, if you make call to same number n times(as we do often), n number of entries are shown incall history (which should be shown in Call log, as was done in nokia N series). You can not have a wall paper, only bland square blocks of menu items on screen - so boring. It is a very frustrating phone, do not buy it.

If you don't have WiFi then open windowsphonestore in UC Browser and search that app in store and you will find the option of save and install manually with that app. Use the option of save to SD card in uc browser. After the app gets downloaded, restart your mobile and after that open the store and select (...) then install local app... It will take a while, then it will display that app, select that app and click on Install app. Remember that it won't show the outdated app. It requires latest version of app to install.

Just go to settings-> about-> reset your phone. Yes your contacts will be lost but you will get them back after signing to your Microsoft account. No data will be deleted in your SD card. Hard reset is required so that the phone sets its own latest firmware settings....

yes it is available in india as i a, from mumbai and had the same problem. had tried it for hours on end rather a full 12-15 hrs. finally kept phone in front of wifi router. it needs 750-90 mb space. to do that, if you dont have space uninstall apps and do the update first. then reinstall.

Yes bro update is available, but because of its big size.... You need to have a good speed wifi 📶 to download... Update is about 1.5 GB... When I updated my Lumia 720, it took near one hour to download on a speed of 40Mbps WiFi speed and it took another one hour to install the update... Reset the device after installing the update....

With these specs this phone might be above 15 K, around 18,18.5 K Like you I am too Lumia user and enjoying great experience with my Lumia 720. Even with 512 MB ram my phone works smoothly. Asphalt 8 game runs like wow! Yup WhatsApp is issue but after update I am quite satisfied. Rarely phone gets hanged. So many times dropped but still no issue. Even I am lucky till now for not facing any issue of volume down key not working or freez. It's depends on how you handle it. Just keep patience Windows will improve soon. They had two options 1. Update via Wi fi ( data in phone will not be erased) 2. Update through NSU ( Nokia software updater, all data will be lost and phone will be reset) I took backup of multimedia files in system and my contacts and messages were in my live id. Hence I went for NSU option. Also I had heard that wifi has chances of getting update corrupted. Now phone is more awesome and much more faster. Dude.. Check your songs list. The songs received via bluetooth should be there. Not Sure about videos.. but it should be in saved photos folder. The other suggestion.. connect your phone with PC or Download 'Files' software from Store (if you have cyan update) and check all folders. Hope it will help.

File app should be default with this update and it would be better look if there will be some change in icon(File App). 3. It will be better if folder wise songs play in Music player 4. Hmmm... The cyan update is about 1.5 GB, Mobile downloads Two files during update... To update the device you must have fast and strong Wi Fi, otherwise your time and data will be gone in dustbin.. I'd tried it in Nokia Care :-p I updated my l720 with a high speed wi fi i.e. 40Mbps (Bits). It took nearly one hour to download and another one hour to install the update... And don't forget to reset your lumia after that for a smoother and faster experience and also to avoid battery issue, reset won't delete your update.... :-)

Ok Its time for us to discuss what are the changes in wp8.1 and what need to be updated and created . Now in 8.1 Lock screen changed with updated time and date format Home screen with New Added extra space for Tiles so we can add more tiles and it makes the phone look great than before. Home screen wallpaper if awesome diffrent from other phones in market must say its a nice update Seperate Volume panel for Ringer&notification and Media&apps Notification panel by slide down worth it for wifi bluetooth flightmode and many other quick notifications Music player updated but fit for nothing. Store completely updated camera both nokia camera and normal camera updated now picture perfect . Battery saver is added but it all old battery saver in settings now as seperate app thats it . Files app can be used which is great need and but needs lot of improvement like when u play a song and when we come back from player the song stops ... Seperate tile for Fm radio ,, nice and decent Photos folder is great with decently organised Calender updated version Maps updated Podcasts , lol Inbuilt skype but need to update Video app for watching videos instead can get us a music and video player much organised like windows media player .. Smooth movements better than before Doesnt gets heated up even after 4 hours of usage either in 2g or 3g battery doesnt drains fast as before its nice and Lot more improvements in some part of corners within settings and other areas of device ..... Overall rating after update to wp8.1 is 8/10 Need windows media player organised version that can handle both songs and videos without any flaws.

Thanks Today i checked again in NSU and NSR Server refreshed and now wp8.1 update is available even through NSU and NSR for installation Happy ...... Im currently downloading wp8.1 which is 1.52gb in size using NOKIA RECOVERY TOOL V1.4.3 I recommend to install with NSU or NSR because its like installing a software as FRESH as the mobile is from Factory which is usually proper installation as NOKIA SERVICE center also use the same method and in case of WIFI installation there is chances of some file corruption and problems of some malfunction of device.

I would suggest the 2nd option if you would like a more timely resolution. Finally Updated to 8.1 (CYAN) Very good update but gives lots of trouble while installing updates. Don't panic & keep calm. Very lengthy procedure, almost took 3 hrs of mine. It's like 2 time upgrades. 1st just for system configuration and then second one is actual. After 1st update even I got ' Unable to download updates' error. just confirm that all your store apps are updated and there is enough storage for update. just try checking updates manually, while installing it will stuck at 96% and even on gear spinning part, just be patient. Now working like charm ........ Microsoft slowly but definitely gonna rule the market again. Love my Lumia 720 (almost completed 1 yr)

Hey Bro, Not Sure.. But I think you are using Microsoft Facebook app. I had the same issue with MS fb app and I could not find out any solution for this. Now I have 'JDB for Facebook' app.. for me it is good one. But you can download any fb app from Store which you like. Hope It will solve your problem.

It's a great phone but it's dumb due to its Microsoft account limitation. You can't remove your account unless you factory reset you phone. It forces you to get married to your live account. If this is solved, it would be a great phone

But if you want there's an official preview on the windows market, first contact the place you bought your phone, because sometimes the warranty lost the validation when you install a preview. I m feeling very sad by employees layoffs.. but this is a necessity of the situation. microsoft bought all handset related divisions from nokia like x os, asha linup n feature phone lineup.. all knows ther is no profits from asha linup n feature phones.. n x ondroid os is biggest headache for microsoft. its nokia project which doesn't beneficial for MS in all aspects.. Nokia fools them by saying x os is good to promote MS features like onedrive, outlook, xbox things n other ms services. but why ms needs another android AOSP if google already ruling whole world by ther own android version. microsoft already earning too much from google n their android phones n os. then tell me why ms needs another android aosp.. so all these x os, asha linup n feature phones r not beneficial for MS. so thsy r deciding to stop these divisions. n they layoff employees related to these divisions which no further necessary to ms. its total business policy. why they pay these employees which r working on other unwanted projects. Main goal of Microsoft is only one.. to develope Windows, RT n WP that is oneWindows. then why they waste ther money n time on another xos n asha os. About Nokia.. Nokia already killed itself few years ago due to ther well known Symbian which was worldwide flop n stephan elop survive nokia by ditching symbian n adopting wp n creating Lumia handsets. It's quite sad Microsoft doesn't give support anymore. There are A LOT of people having a Nokia Asha or a Nokia X series device, especially in countries like India. In my opinion Microsoft made OR is making a mistake by doing this. If they want people to move to WP, then better keep your customers satisfied. Till now this phone is working superb, the build quality and the hardware of this mobile is just awesome. It was priced for INR 15100/- but the look of this mobile can beat the price range of INR 25000. * The screen quality is just awesome.... Smooth touch, sensors, clearblack display are superb * Even the mobile pixels are low ie. 480X800 but its not complicated, you can get a better experience with low resolution in NOKIA. * This mobile comes with 512 mb Ram, some android users thinks that this amount of Ram is quite low for a smartphone, but I can bet with them that the Ram of this mobile can beat their 1 Gb Ram, I had never faced HANG problem in this problem till date even after multiple windows open.... It can run high end games i.e. Asphalt 8,7,6 without a single lag and heat issue. * Some people claims that the sound of loudspeaker is quite low.... hehe they forgets that this mobile contains a single unit of 1 c.m. Speaker, how much can they expect from this, In my opinion the sound of loudspeaker is clear and high. * Battery of this mobile is mind blowing, if you are average user of mobile then It can run this cell for 3 days... Or if you use too much of it then don't be sad It can entertain you for 1.5 days non stop... :-) * Headset comes with this cell are not pretty good, you can use other in ear headset for a super listening experience. :-( The only con of this mobile is media doubling issue, I am using Black now, hope this issue will be fixed in cyan update... I am using Nokia Lumia 720 since last one month and found that the incoming call ring tone volume is too low and cannot hear when kept in pant' pocket. Service center confirmed that there is no fault in the handset. If it is so, then I feel this handset has failed in market due to its low volume, although its all other features are excellent.

I ought this phone in October '13 and this is a terrible device. Also Nokia after sale service is not what it used to be. The phone often hangs, freezes , running apps just close all of a sudden , BB messenger missing, instagram only Beta version available, does not have many other apps that cheaper android phones have! Its better to buy a 11-12k costing samsung phone instead of this.

hello, i am using lumia 720 for more than 4 months. it is only good at at its looks and picture quality. otherwise this is waste mobile phone. Windows OS is the hopeless OS. do not buy this mobile insted buy any low price andriod but not nokia lumia 720 or any series. there are very less options in apps, music section, settings. also the windows OS apps are very low quality and no variety. you will repent if you buy this mibile. Just to summarise DO NOT BUY NOKIA LUMIA.

Better u use sereen guard protection.. I use this Lumia 720, i found one visible scratch on my screen so i show that to nokia care services center but they told me its scratch resistance screen... Its not a scratch protection. If u get scratch so nokia couldn't do anything for that... So i suggest use screen guard protection.

I really bought this one with great expectations but I was left broken..on 2nd month of its buying, I dropped it accidently n its screen got into pieces! it took half the price of the phone to repair it..A BIGGG ISSUE secondly, its volume down key stops working time n again! n that's not all...the short-cut camera key stopped working permanently! thirdly, all of a sudden..its buttons(power, menu and back)stopped giving any response n the nokia people say I need to spend another 7000 on the repair! well well well...smart people know its not a smart choice n to add to all this..the phone's screen is attached with the internal part of the phone n that's why u got to pay a hefty money for the repair! no warranty applied on dis!!

Having this phone for almost a year now, and I can say its a very good phone, very durable. I have dropped this several times, but notthing lag happens after. The screen quality is very good as well, even at extreme viewing angle the colors are kept the same just like viewing it directly infront. One thing, I didn't like this phone, and any other wp phones are their crampy keyboard. They are not well spaced, it takes lot of time before I get used to it. By the way, battery life is very acceptable, I can have almost 48 hours of usage from single charge, with wifi always on, and moderate web browsing, and i am recommending this phone. I can't wait to have it upgraded to WP8.1.. :)

thats the hardware issue (some loose internal connection usually after a drop). I also faced it twice and for me, safely dropping phone screen facing downwards on relatively hard surface works (like on book). Keep music player on during drop and it should start sounding.

its just a crap frds..dont every buy it .i buy it in april 2013 from then its starts hanging , white and blue display ........going back while using any application, jamming in beteen , unessarry vibrating behavior it will vibrate for 10 to 15 minuts coutinously , sotime u cannot pick up your call because its screen is jammed ,.........one the most importnt thing .............its volumr button is ful of crap tull continous to paly on full volume after 10 minuts of music play back and even switch it off inbetees............frds i got it repaired for 4 times in a year ...it again gives complaint and more over too much caring of mokia people when i demanded any replacment of device they say u cannot get any replacment .......after 5 months continos fighting with nokia and theretnng them to go court and wasting 2000 rupees extra on cost of my personal they finally give me refund after 1 and a half year ........from my side think 100 time if u want to buy a nokia phone........dont believe nokia costomer care they are just sitting to fool you every time

Forget the warranty. Me and a lots of my friend use Lumia, from 520 to 920 etc. I have done updates to 8.1 and it works great on all Lumia 520 and above. I personally use 720.

Hi it's about exactly one year with my NL720. 1. But now it have some problem in CAMERA while opening. When ever I press camera button/launch camera app after 'loading' the screen goes dark then return to main menu metro UI of WP 8.1 . I make both hard and soft resets of the device but nothing works. Does any one have faced this situation or have any proper guide/solution. 2. Lastly BATTERY hardly lasts for a day before week it lasts for almost 2 full days I closed all background apps except whatsap.I am a normal user mostly use WhatsApp and sometime check FACEBOOK status.

Hi San, Lumia does not allow you to send mp3 files via watsapp to other mobiles but you can save mp3 if others send mp3 to your phone. Due to music piracy law lumia does not support this feature of sending mp3 files via watsapp.

Hi I had 8.1 in my Lumia 720. I went to nokia care to check, weather i had still warranty with my phn or not. Nokia care person told me that my phn is still under warranty till July 1. So i don't think to update 8.1 will void the warranty.
