Oppo Reno 5G - User Reviews

  • It does work within the UK!! It's available on O2. Stop peddling nonsense!

  • careful with this phone, does NOT work within UK. handset may be unlock, but your 5G service provider might have not unlock it for use in their network especially if it's not one of the phones they are selling.

  • thankyou sir.the issue has been resolved soon after, i am really happy with it

  • You might have gotten a faulty one? I've been using the Oppo Reno 5G for the past three months, and haven't experienced any screen responsiveness issues. In fact, I haven't noticed any issues with functionalities at all. The only "problem" is when I am connected to 5G (that's when I am in the Melbourne CBD) the battery seems to drain quickly. Guess this is something to do with 5G reception, because when I switch to 4G, the battery lasts longer. In any case, perhaps you shouldn't have bought it off Gumtree? I realise it might have been a good bargain, but if I were you I would've bought it outright from Telstra (If you're in Oz - I got mine on a plan), or JB-HiFi.

  • The dual sim slot, is where the memory card is supposed to go. You could use one or the other.

  • You can get it on a plan, I got mine from Telstra. Also, JB-HiFi is selling it too. Great phone, just needs some getting used to ColorOS at first.

  • i bought this phone. Dual sim, Cph1921 as stated - which is registered as the 5G version. there is an "Auto-5G" switch in the Settings menu. my only problem is it cannot find a 5G signal in areas in the UK where there is supposed to have 5G signal from operators lik Vodafone, EE, etc..

  • Then y did u bought it?

  • You do realise lot of people don't even have any idea what gumtree is right ?? Are you in Australia ?? I am in Sydney .....I didn't know Reno 5g is already out ......where did you buy it from ?? I am still using a pixel 2 xl and it has be just as smooth as the day I got it 2 years ago

  • Wish it had a headphone jack!

  • Just bought the Oppo reno 5g - beware it's single sim only, not dual as stated - this is disappointing

  • oppo are now the 3rd largest phone manufacturer and seller worldwide

  • 5G is still experimental stage so maybe carcinogenic

  • I need to correct something, l mean (not responsive) not (very)

  • fantastic phone

  • I bought the Reno 5g 2days ago through the Gumtree, I noticed that a part of the screen is very responsive, and sometimes I need to press hard to respond. Can anyone help?

  • just got mine yesterday with a great deal and to be honest i am so happy with the product and excited to have something that is so up there with the best. Im looking foreward to more years with my new phone.

  • it is really fantastic phone because it has small edge and it is good design

  • 5G network

  • i have one in Australian version 5g but still only works here on telstra on lte and is very heavy mobile but screen and all is really beautiful is very expensive here only if is contract then u are stuck with but mobile is looks beautifull and battery last long
