  • i used panasonic t31 since one year .two days back when i connected my phone to pc for downloading songs it automaticlly shut down and it just wont start.when i showed my phone to the service center. they told it might be software problem /but after downloading software it is not switching on. so they recommmended for mother board replacment. it cost app 75% of mobile.i dont understand reputed company like panasonic have such inferior quality of phone which conks off after conneting to pc for downloading music.i used another brand phone also but never go through such problem .i recommend never buy panasonic brand phones as they are not repairable by local repairer and service center.

  • When you want to spend around 5k for a phone and buy this phone,you surely won't ask for more and not going to get disappointed.Features and performance wise,a very good phone especially bcoz of its sharp display and clear 3.2MP camera.But the only con is poor battery backup,2 and half hour of continuous browsing and gone,charge comes to 15% or even lesser.And there are very few service centres. But as long as you maintain it carefully keeping aside the battery life,this is a great phone for it's price tag.

Only problem is Camera and Battery backup.It is very smooth responsive phone I feel after using these phone. Any one dont bother to buy these phone. In sleep mode all users are confirm to do close the background running applications. Just install the task killer and ram clearing applications.   • hi Dear friends i trusted the brand of Panasonic Mobile Model no T-31 and i bought it. after 2 months the mobile started give problem like just charging connector was loose so i submitted my mobile to service centre. service centre people told me they will repair it in 4 days and they called me to collect the mobile but mobile was not repaired but when i submitted mobile was working but when i went to bring it mobile was dead and they broke the mother board and they are saying from our side we will put mother board and we will give you then after 10 days they called me to collect my mobile but mobile display is like black and white and they are talking so rudely they are saying we broke it what u wanna do? then i said i want my mobile proper so again they send it Panasonic company Now that mobile is very slow and no colour in mobile.Guys before buying a mobile of Panasonic think same will happen with you.... They are not Bother about Costumers at all.

  • I advise all to avoid buying Panasonic Mobile handset in India. I had buy T-31 model on 12-4-14 & find multiple touch screen issues in handset also being mention by other users in review. I had till today 3 times submitted handset in service center as per co.'s instruction but issue is being unsolved. Also co. & service center both describe different problem in handset & both were not ready to give any thing in writing. every time co. request to submit handset again but not even agreed to provide DOA letter if issues are being not solved. Software bricked in just a week. submitted to service centre and response was to change motherboard and might take a month or more to be return from company after repair. Such a poor and negative response from service centre and negligiency after the time and value of customer. I have to switch to samsung or motorola because of there excellent after sales. Remark : SAMSUNG, NOKIA AND MOTOROLA HAVE BETTER AFTER SALES AND PRIORITISE IT BEFORE OTHER BRANDS.

Keypad automatically type letter without touching alphabet on screen & mob. automatically open app. without touch. Value for money (for Rs. 6600, you get a dual-core processor, Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, preinstalled apps like Facebook, WeChat, Hungama etc. as well as features which are present in higher end smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy S). 2. Good gaming experience; can play games like Temple Run 2 and Subway Surfers without any lag. 3. Audio and call quality is good. 4. Superb picture clarity. 5. Can play videos with good clarity and without lag. CONS: 1. Very low battery capacity (1300 mAh), because of which the battery barely lasts the day. 2. Touch screen is a tad sluggish. 3. Difficult to view screen in daylight. 4. Camera could be better. 5. If too many files (especially music and video) are present in the phone, or even the SD card, the phone becomes slightly sluggish, despite the dual-core processor.

  • quite good smart phone within this range. display is good. duel core processor 1.3 ghtz android 4.2.2 jelly bean is an awsome feature on this price range for a branded phone.

  • Got this phone delivered (Pure White) just recently. PROS : For this price, it is a good instrument. The screen is quite big and display is clear. Though not comparable to Qualcomm, the MediaTek processor does a good job nevertheless. With 4 GB ROM, this is one of the few at this price.Comes packed with a lot of features and the look is also very sober. CONS : 1) Sound is routed through the speaker irrespective of whether the speaker is on or otherwise. THIS IS A MAJOR NEGATIVE AS IT COMPROMISES ON ALL PRIVACY 2) Heavy applications (read games) tend to hang. 3) The still camera is of very poor quality. A Samsung Corby 2 does a better job of taking photos (but not a major concern since the need to take snaps on the phone would not arise often) 4) Online support is probably one of the worst since response time is very long. I checked with a couple of other users and they too reported issues. Above are some of the more common ones.

  • 1300 mAh battery is very weak considering screen size, processor and dual-sim. Doubt whether it will last even one full day with moderate use. The phone has JB 4.2.2 system. RAM should have been 1 GB for smooth operation and multi tasking.
