Plum Ram 8 - User Reviews

  • Will this phone work with Indian GSM networks?

  • Directions for operation are useless

  • The problem is that the old flip phones were mostly 2G and that is on the way out, at least, in North America it is.The Plum Ram 8 is a 3G phone. Eventually even flip phones will have to to be LTE-enabled.

  • nice phone lacks GPS to show locatiopn iuseing SOS/911

  • Like many other people, I just need a phone. The less it does the better. I don't need it to run my life, I don't need it to tell me where I am, I don't need it to take photos and I don't need it to look at photos. I do need it to have real buttons, not the virtual kind that don't work in all conditions, and I need it t be small and compact, not the size of a butter dish. For all the rest of us who still use and like flip phones, it is great that there are new models like this to choose from.

  • No, this phone only released in America

  • nice plum

  • Can I buy this phone in india? I need a basic phone like this so I can wait for it to release.

  • Seems durable enough. Not as much as the Kyocera DuraXE but still.

  • I find releasing flip phones in 2018 pointless, as you can get an old flip phone from like 10 years ago off places like eBay that will work just fine.

  • WHY MAKE FLIP PHONES??? Because they are USEFUL. Because they are PHONES! REAL PHONES. For people speaking to each other. Comfortable to hold in the hand. Not TVs at your ear. You don't even know what a PHONE is. That thing in your pocket is a PDA, a pocket PC, etc with a phone feature. NOT A PHONE! If you even have one.

  • Why make fliphones in 2018? Its not 1900s..
