Sagem VS3 - User Reviews

  • Need Vodafone UK network unlocking code for Sagem VS3

  • pretty good huh?

  • Is there a handsfree for this model ??

  • where can I buy a battery for this model? Is the best cell phone I have seen.

  • about the code!! network code required to use it in a different country than that where u bought it ! it`s a bad ideea with this network code! i bought it from italy and in romania i can`t use it because of this...!

  • How does the in car holder work?

  • the type of phone has little to do with reception - rather, it's the carrier you are with. I'm with Vodafone and get very little coverage My friends are with Optus and they get coverage everywhere on the same model phone.

  • I am 84yrs .theVS3 is a good phone It does all an old person needs ,easy to use ,no getting lost in options fairyland .

  • don't buy this telephone...you will regreted...i regret

  • Ebay is the best place for cheap chargers and possibly USB cables.

  • I wanted one of these for ages, for its sheer simplicity, and was delighted to see Vodafone selling it again this year. Now own one and dismayed at its poor reception ( I do live in a low reception area but this is the worst phone I have experienced)and worse than that it continually freezes up, just like a computer can. The only way to get it to do anything once stuck, is to remove the battery. vodaphone shop locally deny having ever heard similar problem. As it was bought unused but second hand, bought another from Vodafone. However it does exactly the same thing as the first. Returned one but still have original. Anyone experienced similar, know the cause, or suggest what I can do, if anything ?

  • this moblie doesn't have many things in it but it has a nice desigin

  • Better of to get C5-2 same phone just un-vodafonised

  • good basic value for money phone, easy to use, clear display and instructions, even for the not so intelligent of us!

  • I just got this phone. I like the simplicity myself but I find using the settings and menus that there is a hell of a lag from the moment you press the buttons until you get a response! - is it just my phone with this lag or are all of the VS3's like this? - Maybe they could get it sorted with some new firmware. I love the flashing light on the front of the phone when you have a message but hate the way they just put 2 arrows on the outer LCD display. Why could they have just not put 'new message from 08....etc' or '1 missed call from 08...etc'. Lovely and light. Looks great in silver and a lot snazzier than what I thought it would look. Great coloured backlit keypad lights but they should have done the outer LCD display with a cool blue backlight instead of white. Would have been nice to have a long press on the star key to put the phone in and out of silent mode. Is simple is some places but then in other places I think it would be complicated for new users (or non technical) people to get to what they want. Especially having to go and press the log button to write a text message. They should have just put a dedicated one button for texting. Would be nice to have one long press on the keypad to dial a number from the phone book (Speed Dial) Would be nice that if you remove 'your number' from the home screen that you could have the date showing in its place. And would be nice to have the Date showing on the Outer LCD display when in standby. would be nice that when you are charging to have the LED on the outside of the phone flash Red and then when battery full (fully Charged) to have it steady green colour.

  • where can I buy the USB lead to connect it to my computer at a half decent price?!where can I want buy adaptor - Adaptor of me be lost.. (I am live in vietnamese) You can help me ! Thanks

  • this is the worst phone that has ever been released ever in the whole of cellular industries. Even the Alcatel OT 311 is better than this piece of crap!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS JUNK!!!!

  • This has to be the worst device i have seen. Supposedly supports wap but how do you access it? Navigation is like going through a maze. All in all i think the plastic used to make this phone is worth more in a scrapyard. A total piece of junk.

  • hi vicky!!! how's ur phone goin' on? i wonder if ur still using it? what type of phone u currently using?

  • There's nothing good about this phone!

  • hi criz @ vicky! this fone is really nice... i wanna have this fone too!hehehe anyways, right now im getting no leads at all... lots of answering machines and company fone. how r things with u guys out there?

  • hey i was wondering if someone could tell me if this phone has MMS i live in australia so if u live somewere else it might be different ova there thanks

  • another qwestion: umm would sum1 plz plz tell me if it has a camera? coz a camera would make this fone purrfection 4 me

  • I love this simple little phone, but the only thing I really am trying to figure out is how to get a new ring tone for it as it isn't wap/gprs enabled. Can you help?

  • You can set Reminders. The messaging is very slow, you cannot skip from start to end of word but have to go through each letter when going back to edit even when it's on Dictionary. Also you have to select the word you want when there are different combinations instead of changing the combinations with the * key. Also it traps you in Dictionary until you select a word and then it spaces automatically and when you want to delete that space you get back into Dictionary and we go round in circles. Very annoying. There are delays when clearing words or going back to previous page. Press it too much and the phone will want to switch off. Crappy ringtones, unless you like flutes. BUT it's still a nice simple phone for a cheap price. Easy to use. It has a log history which can be sorted by time or type and that is useful.

  • Could you tell me if this phone has some type of organizer, callender, agenda, or event manager? Thanks

  • I got a VS3 for Christmas - a lovely little phone that I am very pleased with. But where can I buy the USB lead to connect it to my computer at a half decent price? Sagem want 27 for it!! Happy New Year to everyone uncletony

  • I have this phone. If anyone wants some info please send me on [email protected]. PLS NO VIRUSES.

  • OK I'm retired but this is a very good basic phone that I find easy to use. As I have a digital cmera and a PC why include the same at extra expense?

  • A nice phone for people who r not at ease with new technologies (such as the elderly....)
