Guys!!! All of you with wmplayer and ringtones problem!!! Read this carefully: DO NOT reset or master clear your phone every time bcause solution is extra easy!! Widows mobile has a software bug, in this folder on your phone: My device/Application Data/Volatile you probably have 1000 temporary opened folder for cache!!! Problem is this folders should be deleted by system when no longer they are in use, but they are not! Thats why wmplayer doesnt work. So, you should do next: With some file explorer go to My device/Application Data/Volatile and DELETE all 1000 folders (by marking them all, not one by one, offcourse). After that turn off your phone and turn on, and everything will work again!! Trust me, i had the same problem, i was going crazy bcause i had to hard reset phone few times, and lose all my data, apps and contacts, untill i found this solution. Thats why i hope everyone with this problem will read this. Regards

This is my first experience with Windows Phone and it will most definitely be the last. The OS is rigid with bugs. The phone often freezes and has very poor recovery. Samsung also have some bad battery problems with this phone. For the price rather get something else.

All you have to do about the charging problem is to buy original LG charge or Black berry charge. Or you can aswell construct or purchase a USB port which can be inserted to electric. then attach your USB cable and charge you B7330 freely.. I am using B7330 as well and I enjoy its features very well.... I don't think that there is any symbian application more than windows.

Move all your important documents, images, videos, music, to a memory card then you remove it out Of the fone. go to your settings, click the 7th option which is security, then you click the 9th option which is the master clear, type your password, click done, the fone will reboot to its original state then there won't be any freezing and windows media player will be working. Remember if you don't save before the operation, All you stuff will be lost and won't be recoverd. its like formatting a hardrive.

its a good phone but be sure you know windows mobile its querkines and flaws if not dont get it but if you p to the challenge go for it people say it freezez try the task manager its there for a reason its not an iphone or a galaxy with fast responces its a phome with capabilities for its price range if you buy one and your not happy you should have just gotten a diff phone people who bicker if the phone is not user friendly and slugish then i suggest get a phone that suits you in the same price range been using one for a year now and no major problems fast internet good office fast upload speed .

Solution: Go to this folder on your phone: My device/Application data/Volatile You will find there about 1000 empty folders, DELETE ALL of them. You will have all your sounds back!! "volatile" folder are for temporary cache, so this will not damage your system! i guess this is winmo 6.5 bug, when this cache folder is full, windows media will not play sounds... Thats the solution!! BTW, this phone is apsolutely awsome!! Regards

6reat phone, it realy surprised me. Can play high quality movies through Coreplayer without even converting them. Good selection of windows mobile games to download, great sound quality and loud to and battery can last for a few days under normal usage. Those of u having problems with the phone freezing the whole time should try closing you applications in your task manager, that should help.

hi i had the same problem.. all i did was connect the phone to the computer went to and downloaded the Windows Device Mobile Centre. I read somewhere that the ActiveSync (which is on the installation cd) is only for XP. WDMC is for vista and windows 7. ALso if you have a Windows 7 64bit version you must click on the button that says go here (its written in orange).. cheers hopes this helps

I have the Vodacom Rom and it hangs at least once a day. I only use the phone for SMS and calling. I have taken it in for repairs and still no luck. The repair center only re-flashed the ROM. Mostly hangs when unlocking the keypad or replying on sms's. Sometimes the device shuts down on its own and only the removal of the battery seems to help. Can anyone help with regards to the issues I am experiencing?

I've been really happy with my Samsung B7330 OmniaPRO since I received it. I know of others who have decided to take this phone and have experienced many problems. Personally, I do a lot of reading through Word documents so the Office Mobile application is very useful and I can easily read if I tranfer my documents to my memory card. The pictures are really good, especially when tranferring to the PC and overall the phone's easy to handle. The music player is easy to use and the quality is above good. One thing I'm displeased about though would be the inability to send multiple things via Bluetooth at one time as well as the fact that the percentage progress does not show up when it's busy tranferring something via Bluetooth. Is there any way on can change these settings? Also does anyone know how to send things to phones which have already been paired with yours? Also being restricted to using the Samsung headphones.

Personally .. this phone was a mess for me! Its very slow. The quality of the pictures is sooo bad that its always a blur. Video was horrible! Musics are vanishing from my playlists! Texting is too slow! Basically this phone was slow and horrible. Also the wifi in it doesnt work! So if you buy this phone..think twice or more!

Any one have try this, The volume key will no lock if you use "Auto Lock" function. once I my B7330 "Auto Lock" after 1 min, but the volume key still able to function (mean no lock the volume key) But if I use manual lock (Without activate auto lock function) the volume key is locked.

only problem i had with the phone was the phone was hanging. I had restart the phone that helps for a while but still hangs on occasion. Since i put a pin code phone lock on the phone i havent had problems since.

I had the freezing problem aswell. Took the phone back to my server provider CellC in South Africa, they gave me a new phone and never had the problem again. Only thing that eats your battery is 3G. Does anyone now how to turn 3G of? There is no option under setting,all calls...?? Thank you

I experience exactly the same problems of applications that hang. You can press the return key to exit the application, but when you go back to the application it still hangs and the only way to get past it is to switch the phone off and back on. This phone is full of bugs!!!

It freezes many times and the only solution to get the application running again is to switch the phone off. This must be the windows mobile software that causes these problems. I used this phone for 4days and I had to return it. It freezes so bad! I mean if it freezes, you have to take out the battery otherwise it will never respond. This is a good phone with very bad performance. :-(

usually depending on the brand, samsung is very sensitive or picky with regard to microSD cards... when i was buying one, the brand "RIDATA" 4GB is having problems with samsung, so the salesman suggested the 2GB and 8GB of the said brand... but in other brands i think, no problems at all.. mine is a 4GB transcend... or maybe try to flash your phone or send it for warranty service for safety...

it's already fast... i have just upgraded the version into UK firmware... the vietnam version has a good UI and fonts, but it will run the phone slow. by the way, mine has a different imprint to the qwert: -the space key: with space, mute, and mail logo in red. - ! key has a default imprint of special A character, instead of a comma (,) but the default input is still comma. - the supposed mail logo beside the space key has the special character A imprint, with function of a comma. but the default input is still the shortcut for mail. so i just have to be familiar with the actual default input of these keys, regardless of the imprints on the keys... i wonder what country/region was intended for my unit... ???

Hallo I am really enjoying my B7330. I had doubts about the camera not having a flash but I find that using the nightvision option really works well when taking photos in dark. This phone is a cripple right out of the box. It uses Wondoze. How retro lame is that? There was absolutely no manual included with mine and what I found on line doesn't exactly align with the menus. What marketing genius put this together? Samsung must make a few hundred different phones. Why? Apple seems to make just one and only one but that one it actually works. You push one icon and you are at the store. You push another and the app is installed. No farting around with cables and .cab files and a computer. Why do I need a computer to install most of these apps? And of course there is no instructions how to install an app !!! The specs on the phone seem to be fair but then there is that awful Windoze to have to work with. It is impossible to even find the same application twice in a row through all of the maze of sub-menus. If I wrapped one of these up for a present to my kids they would think I hated them ... and I was trying to drive them crazy. This windows phone is like a power dive into the toilet hole. I got the silly thing for free ... and it makes me feel like I paid too much! AAAACK!!!

GPS ON B7330...Guys... the phone, in south africa, comes with a built in gps.... but it doesnt come with free navigation... meaning its got the gps chip onboard but it doesnt have the software to use the chip... you will need to buy the garmap south african streetmaps 2010 dvd from cape union marty or the internet... on this disc you will find the garmin mobile xt software and the latest maps... now, you can either buy it... or you can "crack" it yourself... follow these steps, but ignore the "malaysia maps" and the other phone mentioned in the instructions... the steps remain exactly the same, you will need inter access as you would have to download the key generater...

tryed installing 'nfs.cab'. An error message occured 'u need to increase T-PAGES' (don't know what's that). Again i tryed installing some application and an error message 'get the latest microsoft®.net' Nothing of this phone seem to work,even the software it came with. When u install it on the pc an error message 'get the latest adobe'.. I already have the latest adobe..NO MORE WINDOWS PHONE..it even pauses application that are in java like mxit and mig33. U can't end any application or what ever u busy with,u have to go to task manager to end what ever u wer busy with.

I think something is wrong with my time outs. After 10 seconds, screen goes blank and keyboard isnt lit up anymore, which is normal. But when I press a key to start everything again, the screen doesnt show anything, only my keyboard is lit up. I managed to fix it by going to "Power Management" and changing "Display time out" to "Never". But I don't want my cell to keep using power like that. Can this be fixed, or can I somehow reset all my settings?

My new B7330 freezes about three times a day and the only way to proceed is to remove the battery. The unlock routine just doesn't want to accept the Password. It will backspace and cancel on the password, but it will not accept it and unlock the phone. It seems to be a software bug in the Unlock routine. Is this phone's software upgradable? i got i a few days and honestly i'm very pleased with it it's not the fastest phone out there, but it's display is amazing (great colors and high resolution), the keyboard is very high quality and it's Windows mobile 6.5 OS is just great. only bad aspect is the camera (3.2 without flash)

to soft reset you remove the battery for 5 min and put it back in and on. Hard reset you go to settings then security and "master clear". This will restore the phone to standard settings.

I love windows no doubt about it. If you a fan and you think of buying this device think again or you may read the following : Windowsmobile6.5 is slow. It doesn't support number of applications as promised, i tried installing 'need for speed.cab' and an error message occurs 'need the latest Microsoft®net'. Nevermind that. Tried installing another '.cab' application..another error message occurs 'increase T.PAGES'. The multi-tasking is poor. What's the use of a task manager if it pauses applications in the background?! Slow internet explorer. The mouse pointer moving very slow I'm only loving the phone(hardware,hspda,wifi,radio,3.2megapixel etc) This phone is a masterpiece,excluding its operating system.

Easy.. go "start", settings, "display", "home screen", and change your "time out" settings to the desired time... Your gps isnt suppose to stop working then... Maybe look for "always on" settings within your gps software too.

I haven't tried because I'm scared I'll brick my phone. If anyone is adventurous enough, please give it a try :) I have a few questions/ problems that I hope somebody can answer/resolve: 1) it's hard to type numbers/symbols. To type numbers/symbol, u either hold the required symbols' buttons (which takes some time if you are used to speed-typing) or toggle the Alt button between alphabets, chinese or numbers/symbol. I prefer to use toggle, but I want it to toggle between alphabets and numbers/symbols only. Is there a way I can remove the Chinese option? 2) wifi gets disconnected in the middle of surfing internet. And the icon completely disappeared. Need to restart the phone to get the wifi icon back. This is one of the biggest bug I am facing at the moment. 3) the envelope button opens a 'new message' instead of messaging app. Can I remap the button to open message app? 4) Anyone knows how I can auto-record phone calls? Tried Vito AudioNotes, Resco Audio Recorder, ACR, LivePVR, but all to no success. Thank you

1. Add the new sms/mms/email tone to "my files" then "my documents" then just drop it in there, dont put it in one of those folders. Then you go to "settings" then "sounds" then "other sounds" and when you go so sms alerts and email alerts etc.. you should be able to find the new sound under there... 2. Green is also for sms. 3. tOP RIGHT CORNER OF THE PHONE SHOULD HAVE A SMALL CAM FOR VIDEO CALLING ETC. hOW TO USE IT AS A SECONDARY CAM, I DONT KNOW, HAVNT NEEDED IT YET. 4. Dont know. 5. First of all a very informative forum ! I have couple of questions, I have been using this phone for over 2 weeks: 1. How to add additional sounds to SMS/MMS/Email events? I have no problem with ringtones but other default sound settings seem to be hidden. 2. Understanding LED talk. I assume red is for incoming call or message, blue is when bluetooth is working, I got green today when I was playing with GPS. Any other notes ? 3. Front facing camera - some ppl mentioned they have front facing camera on their units. I do not have it on mine - I have B7330RRWCJ6 (under Rogers in Canada)- it is the full name from the phone itself. 4. Flight mode - I cannot find this mode. Somebody said only in this mode this phone will use WiFi with no triggering regular GSM internet connection. 5. Phone will not allow to send multiple files to PC through Bluetooth (Warning appears that says: chose only one file). I know you can chose multiple files through PC under Bluetooth but I cannot access my MSD card in that way. Anybody ? It is a pain to send every single picture one by one... 6. GPS Sport Tracker - I installed it, it is working (showing Lat-lon, altitude etc.) but none of the buttons is working. So I cannot get it work fully. Anybody had this problem? Other than that unfortunately Windows Mobile is showing its age and how user un-friendly it can be. Many hidden features, you need to dig a lot to set it up your way. Thanks for revealing the GPS feature - it is really a shame that Samsung does not even mention this in the manual lol

just install the pc suite cd on the laptop, then connect your phone via the usb cable or bluetooth, then go "start" and "internet sharing", select you connection (usb or bluetooth) make sure your network is set to your network provider, then just click connect and voila...

you can download office 2010 via marketplace for free which will enable you to edit your office documents or create new ones... but yes, i was very frustrated with the gps function myself...

I am not very impressed with the concept of a windows phone. The OS is fine, but it doesn't even support all the hardware, that is ridiculous. The GPS - the only piece of evidence that it even has a GPS is the logo on the side of the box. You can view documents but not edit them unless you buy software/licnese, I tried to play a movie and found I had to buy software. And the worst part is the manual, it only gives brief mention of the basic functions. There are so many things the os is capable of that just aren't explained, things in the menus. There is a LED that shines different colours, but no explanation for what they mean. I tried looking on the internet for a better windows mobile 6.5 manual (expecting to have to pay for it) and didn't find one. It's no wonder HTC is going android. You don't get this sort of rubbish from Nokia. Oh, and the buttons are stiff.

another dissapointing thing about this phone is... 1. You can only run ONE java application AT ONCE, when u suspend/pause the application and try to going to java..it will ask 'do you like to resume?'.. Like i do not understand. It's a smart phone but multi tasking is limited? ! 2. There is no Copy and Paste on mxit. 3. The task manager is poor, i don't like running applications and yet they pause on the background. Period! ! BESIDES THAT THE PHONE IS PERFECT! !

you can run multipl tasks on the phone, if u push the HOME buttton it will pause the application/or menu item u are currently on,,,as far as i know the only colours for the phone is the one in picture

@paul- as far as ive tried, all the types of video and audio files that i have tried to play on my phona have worked. @ano- i havent used the nokia e72, have used my dad's e63though. i have had the b7330 for three weeks now and i think it is brilliant although i am pretty sure that the nokia will be alot more user friendly. the samsung is complicated and was annoying at first but once i got used to it i love it. wouldnt swop it for anything! (sorry i couldnt be more help)

a few answers to your questions: 1)to set a ring tone to specific person, you have to save there contact on the PHONE then edit the contact and set the caller tone..2) the alarm does not sound if your phones on silent mode

My e-mails get automatically deleted from the inbox after about 3 days and and i cant find them in the deleted items folder. How do i cancel the auto delete function or at least have them go to the deleted items folder? The sms/mms' on the other hand are not affected.

Usually in South Africa your network provider would supply you with the settings, either log on to your relevant network provider's website or contact the call centre.

If u can, go start, settings, regional settings and change "locale" to your prefrence... if you cant read it... press start, wait 3 seconds, press down 2 times... then hit enter... go to "0" then press enter///then go to "5" and press enter and change the second option to your preference. Remeber to press done after you have changed it. then restart your phone does this help?

The upgrade to windows 7 is speculation... GPS is excellent, havnt lost contact with satellites yet, normally picks up around about 7 of them... The scanner is in organiser, its called "smart reeader" It works like a photo you take, but then it reads all the words and throws them into a word document format, where you can then save it, or edit and change it... I rate the phone 8/10... Wouldve liked a flash and a 5mp camera

Yes, I have been using this phone since January 26, and no issues so far has been report. I am able to access GMail, MS Outlook and Yahoo mail accounts without any issues. Good device, do get it upgraded to Windows 6.5 from Samsung Service Center

I dont know the T680. Yes it has chat like sms. OS is very stable, havnt had 1 problem yet. I still think the e72 is better, but the samsung is better than the Blackberry, although the blackberry would be more user friendly. Being windows mobile you get alot of pplications to download, it even has a built in scanner to scan documents. Being windows mobile you can maybe look forward to a upgrade to windows mobile 7 in the future...

Thanks Omnia. But my phone does not display the number. It seems that the phone is incompatible with "name display" feature. I changed the service to only provide "caller ID (w/o name display)" and the number pops up as normal. So frustrating!

'Word Mobile 6.1' is a stupid application at B7330, I cannot create new file and I cannot copy/ paste text, even if when I upgraded it to 2010 from Marketplace has become worse in terms of typing as it cannot switch between uppercase and lowercase easily, the only thing that should be mentioned is the possibility of creating a new file. I'm not sure whether E72 has the same problem or not. Boo Microsoft!

Yes you can buy the software from Garmin itself for like R999 including a memory card. Otherwise go buy the GARMIN STREETMAPS 2010 DVD from Cape Union Mart. If you open the dvd (dont let it auto run) in one of those folders you'll get Garmin Mobile XT. Install it on your device and load your Garmin Streetmaps Map from the dvd. You will then have a 1 month free trial. Mail me on [email protected] and ill explain it better.

Had no problem with the freezing yet... Make sure you manually end all tasks in the task manager by holding the home key for a few secs... Pressing the red button to exit a program doenst ensure that the program will be ended...

I still have problem about typing on opera mini 5 for windows mobile. Keypad does not correspond with what appear on screen. I mean operamini 5 for window mobile, the one with .cab and not .jar To the guy who said e72 is better than B7330, i am surprised at you talking about e72 is better for business purpose and about support for office 2007. I expected you to talk about durability, battery life, image and video quality, screen and audio quality, of coures all relevant features are availuable. If you dont know, there are loads of application for the B7330 windows mobile than the e72 symbian. I can give you loads of applications for free and you will see the power of windows mobile like a pc in your hand. The other version of B7330 which called 'Orange' has Screen saver, as for normal version you may download it. Regarding to the dictionary you can download also from this site, I use 'Collins' it's really good and fast one.

Please help. How do I download photographs or open email attachments on this phone? I have my phone for just over 1 week, but am not enjoying it too much. with mxit and opera mini you have to press enter before you can start typing... although on my mxit i dont have to press enter.. i just hold the alt in for a feq seconds and then i can type freely every time

has someone figured out how to automaticly disconnect the gprs/3g/edge after a data session? When i use internet explorer or a application like facebook that uses the gprs/edge/3g connection and i then exit the program completely, my phone still stays connected to the gprs/3g/edge signal and then have to mauanlly disconnect it.

when it says "scanning bluetooth" it means its looking for a bluetooth gps receiver.. which means your garmin mobile xt is not setup to use the phone's gps receiver.. just go into your garmin progra, choose menu, tools, settings, system, remote and change the settings there to gps intermediate driver...

WiFi does not ever turn on automatically, make sure that you are not using GPRS, check the signs on the Home Screen, if you see G on the signal means your phone connected to GPRS network.

i havnt had the freezing problem yet... check that all your programs are closed. close them manually regularly by holding the "house" button to enter task manager... the reception is like any other phone ive ever had, havnt noticed bad reception yet, however, when you get a call, there is a 1-2 second delay for the call to connect... meaning someone will phone you, and when you press the answer button it takes 1-2 seconds before you can hear the other person, minor bug but once youve experienced it it becomes habbit to wait a second

Major problems with this handset. Used i780 before for 2 years without problems. OBF on first handset with screen that freezes and now the second hanset has exact same proble. Eg - if phone is locked and I want to un-lock, the screen freezes. Only remedy is to remove battery. When unit comes on again it warns of fatal error and dumping of files with option to notify Samsung...so dissapointing.

yeah I still havnt figured out why the fone doesnt automatuivly disconnects.. its a pain in the @rse. But this is what you do... go start, settings, connections, gprs, and choose your gprs settings, then under "connects to" change it to anything else and click done. then it will kick you back a step, go into your gprs settings again and under "connects to" change it back to "the internet" it will disconnect then. Hope it makes sense.

Dont auto play the cd, open it in my computer and look for garmin mobile in one of the folders... you wil still need to download garmin mobile key generator and follow the instuctions. Its quite complicated. Otherwise you can buy the sd card with the maps pre installed on the card for like R900. Of I was you I would google " how to install garmin mobile xt" or something in that fashion and then read through alot of sites. There is step by step instructions on the net.

have your servise provider send the gprs settings to you again... save thm and set them to default. restart your phone and see if it works. otherwise tab start, settings, connections, gprs and make sure that its set on "the internet" and also on "automatic" also go start, settings, connections, tab then menu and the advanced tab and make sure its on automatic

if you can afford the e72 it would be a better choice. The b7330 competes weith both e71 and e72, but the e71 is a much older phone than the b7330. Specs wise the e72 is better than the smasung. Ive had the samsung for 2 weeks now and is very happy with it. Hasnt hung on me yet. Just install all your applications on your memory card and dont run too many programs at once. I hate the fact that it cant run a program in the background while you minimize it, it just pauses it.

So i have this fone now for a week and ill put down some nice and not nice things about it... Lets start with NICE... -Very fast internet speed and download speed. Especillay when connected to the pc and used as a modem. -Very good and easu pc studio for data transfer between your fone and the pc like music, videos and inter. -Battery lasts easily 2 days on the 3g network witf moderate usage. On the gprs network ull get more days. -Got a few nice themes. -Cool widgets. -Screen is big and nice display. -Navigation on the fone is very fast. Nice processor. -Email setup is quick and easy -Being winmo 6.5 ull find alot of applications for it. -Supports a 32gb memory card!!!! -Camera is good enough for its specs. Not if its gonna be your main camera though. -No built in divx support, but you can donwload it. Not so NICE... -No pre installed gps navigation software (in south africa though) -Can change the themes but cant seem to change the start menu background. -When you in a application which uses internet and you want to minimise it, it pauses the application instead of running it in the background. Resulting that you loose connection but when you unpause it, it resumes connection. -Speaker for music is a bit soft. Though its not really for music. When i connect to the inter via a application like facebook or mxit, and when i log out then, it stays connected to the inter via gprs or 3g. It doesnt close the gprs connection automaticly (my biggest hate) -The back cover is pearl black and very shiny, though it scratches easily. Okay thats all for now... Ill repost my new findings in a weeks time.

No. But by going into your settings you can set up your alt key with shortcuts. So by assigning voice dialling to the "v" on the qwert, you only have to hld the "alt" key and press "v" on your qwert and voila... can do the same for each program and setting etc...

GT-B7330 is better than E72 & Bold 9700, the screen is bigger, light weight, camera has many features, video is better 30fps, it works with windows 6.5 which is better than Symbian & Blackberry, battery is perfect, there is maybe only one drawback that the camera does not have a flash but this could be a positive aspect to preserve battery power. In short, it deserves to be a smartphone and PDA.

I just want to comment on some of the things that was "observed" 1) You cannot send files (Pictures, tones, and documents) through Bluetooth until it is turned on. - of course you have to turn on the bluetooth to send the file. It won't, however, turn on the bluetooth automatically to avoid unintended and accidental sending and receiving of files. 2) I wonder, where is the GPS/ A-GPS application? I am having hard time to search for it. - it says on the specification section that it SUPPORTS, meaning you got to have an application to run it such as google maps 3) The alarm is not ringing when the phone is turned off. - true... especially when your batteries drained... 4) Messages are in Email style. - threaded style... which is easier to use to reply to texts msssages.

All I know is if the networks have restriction, you cannot connect and you won't be able to use wi-fi because it requires WEP Key. Try to go to malls to try the wifi. it's effective.

This is a very good phone. The themes is very operating. The sound loudspeakers is very good. If you have a BT Stereo headphones try the sound and feel the great he is. Windows Media Player is very useful and the art album go up. The ring tones sound is very good too. The ring tones to the sms are statics, but you can copy/past into the file manager. Have been using it side by side with the Nokia E71. Though it can't match the speed of the E71, but nevertheless a good phone. Only issue I'm facing is that it cannot connect to hidden wifi. To those who intend to get phone to read email, maybe you might want to check out the compatibility issue with email synchronize before purchasing. Dont know anyone have the same prob as me but got the solution care to guide me how to solve the problem? Also drawback is that the Mobile Office cant open new document. Only view existing document. So for those who need to create new document this might not be the phone. Other then this 2 office type related problem, the phone is relative good for normal usage. Slight lag at times but its ok after killing task and refresh the ram inside the task manager menu.

I juz got this phone last week..this phone is a beauty!! acceptable speed...no lags...screen is so sharp...the buttons are very comfortable to press...but the best of all is what alot of ppl were asking...battery life...its 1 of the longest lasting batt i've ever used in my life...lasted me 3days+ wif moderate usuage on a single charge..its a reliable phone...can go on a 3 days 2 nights trip wifout bring a charger...Love this phone!!

i like samsung better than nokia. i was thinking if i'll get this omnia pro. the downside though is that i don't see in the specifications whether or not it has a LED flash. If it has, i'll go get one the soonest. If it doesn't have, now it's really tough to decide whether to get e72 or omnia pro.

may be this phone and nokia e71 are similar in specification but the keys in nokia is much smaller than this one, they are very near to each other , when I saw it in real I could not imagine how can I write a message with this very small keys what is ur opinion guys , I am really caught in the middle and cannot choose between the nokia and the n71 also am not interested in the camera but the sound is very important to me , I cannot buy a phone which sound is very bad ,I want it to have a pure loud sound regarding to battery life which is not written in samsung , I had a samsung before which has a horrible battery life but also I am fed up with nokia cause I had many nokias do not know which to buy !!!!

How quick is the phone to connect an incomming call when the "answer button" is pressed? I had a Samsung I200 before, but it took 3 sec before the call was connected, so I had to let it go. Samsung claimed that the answeringtime was normal.....

Maybe you got this phone free or you purchased a fake. Battery easily last 2 whole days and mine hanged only twice in last 2 weeks but it was my fault as I was trying to use a bad software. This phone is excellent business companion. You wont go wrong if you like Windows mobile. Symbian admirers will not feel at home with this device as this is for power users. Cheers.....

However if there is some problem, there wont be any warranty. But if you really like it..u can do buy online

This phone sucks. You cannot send multiple files using bluetooth. You cannot connect through Wi-Fi and on top of it all, the service centers are not even aware of the functioning of the phone. I had a horrid time going from pillar to post to get my phone working with no luck. I should have bought a cheaper phone as all this one does is hhelp me with calls, messages and wakes me up in the morning with the alarm.
