I had this phone for almost 2 years,you have only 4 available default sms tones which you cannot change, never communicates with bluetooth with my laptop, ( my laptop works fine with other bluetooth mobiles). The sound is quite poor, need to set it on loud to hear the ringing tone and often talking over the phone is a hassle. keypad worked fine for the first few months then i had trouble with the zero and #. The mobile never fell on floor or had any damage, it just came with these troubleshooting.

Hey BIRCHk and all the others out there, I just got this cell phone (ebay) and it was said that the charging cable (sorry if that's the wrong word, but you know what I mean) is broken. That would have been perfectly fine, since I have one from my dads D900i, which is supposed to work on either cell phones. Since it doesn't work on the cell phone I'm guessing that the phone itself is broken. Any guesses what could be wrong? I don't have the receipt, so no guarantee and probably repairing it will cost more than I paid for the cell phone in the first place... Any help would be great!!

I've had this phone for over a year now. Usually I get a new one every 8-12 months but I honestly can't see myself getting rid of this one ny time soon. It's by far the best phone I've had. It's very pretty and girly but it can take a knock, I'm prone to dropping my phones which is how my previous 2 met their untimely end. It is a girls phone definitely, I'm not just saying that. It has features like a menstrual calendar and BMI calculator and stuff. The only complaint I have is that it can't seem to receive bluetooth pictures from other mobiles. Even if the file type is the same this has never worked for me.

i now looking to buy a new phone cuz mine right now is rel mess and i like the look of this one. it relllllllll cuuuuuuuuute!!! my phone now, nokia 6070, giving rel trouble. it blanking off during text messages whether receiving or sending then coming back on. so i don't think it's the e570 alone with that prob. neway, the fone rel kute and i rel simple so the features don't really bother me except for the white and black theme alone! that kinda sucks! in general, from the comments i have read, it's a 'for show' type of phone... it's very pretty with some messed up features... but who cares? it's rel CUTE!!

Hi, I agree with BIRCHk about this phone on most points... B�t the phone itself is lovely for texting, the voice and soundquality are just great and the menu is really really easy. I think it's one of the best phones when it comes to calling and texting. It's not the toughest samsung phone, but it's build quality is alright. I had this a few months after it came out, sold it and re-bought one a year or so later just because it was great. It's worth it's money for people that like a basic phone with a little luxury. :)

i have this phone,,, or should i say one which looks quite exactly like this but its called the samsung e576, it has the same stats and everything just a different name so it seems, i havent seen it on this site r the net, but if they r the same phones,,,what i can say about it is,,, it looks nice but it a waste of money, u cant minize the mp3 player when playing music to do other tasks, u cant directly save stuff on the memory card, pics saved on the memory card must be viewed individually (no scrolling option for memory card items), it uses memory cards which is a good thing, has a very poor camera, extremely poor at night simply because it has no flash and the quality is allready poor, i have tried to put programs on it and the get sent to a folder called "other files", which doesent enable any additional software,,,you can oput games/programs on the phone but the wont work,,, it sad... to top it off, it only allowas you to watc "certain" 3gp vids on it,,, and view "certain" types of jpg pics...BOTTOM LINE, this phone is nice to call and text with but its definitely not good for anything else except listening to mp3 on it low bass speakers... its sad and isnt worth it,,, im very sorry i purchased it... im selling it the first chance i get. All i've said is true... if u have the same phone and your views differ leave a message, i'll make sure to reply.

If you want to download songs via your USB cable just download limewire 4.17.6 it is excellent and absolutly FREE .... no costs !!! My brother uses it and he has downloaded about 20 songs of there and they have worked in perfect order no fuzzyness or anything !!! I also used it on my Mp3 and the site has practicly evry single song u cud think of !!! But now my Mp3 has broke so I am going to get the phone and get a 1 GB memory card .... so I can get lots of songs on it .... I would use Limewire it is AMAZING . I would not advise people to buy this phone if they are wanting a phone with a good Camra and a good Memory. Also this phone becomes easily scratched. well i have had this phone for nearly a year and have had NO problems at all despite being dropped, stood on, etc etc. Althouh the memory isnt great that can be solved with a memopry card and the camera is a pile of dung but thats the same with any phone camera under 2 mp. I would definatly advise anyone to buy it as it is a great phone despite the camera and looks amazing though the pink can become quite sickening.

I have this phone for 6 months now. It is very user-friendly. The only problem is sometimes the phone will "freeze" itself, and I actually have to remove the battery to "restart" it. Also, sometimes people cannot reach me even though the phone shows some reception (1-2 bars). Those two are the only downsides of it. Is there anyone having the same problem?

I liked the style of the phone, that was one of the reasons i bought it. I have had this phone about 3 months now and already it is slowing down. Whenever i am texting, half way through, it will decide to switch itself off, also when i recieve them or when i am changing phone settings. I have done everything possible to find out what it is but nothing happens and it is still doing it. To be honest the next possible oppitunity i am going to get a new phone. =D

smurf, you can save things directly to your memory card through a USB cable. You connect the phone to your PC through that cable, but you would NOT be able to send stuff to memory card through PC studio 2. You just go to My Computer and the PC should have recognized the phone's memory card as "storage device". You go to "removable disc" and that's your memory card, you can copy stuff to it then. :)

Dulcie, yes, it has USB, but you need to buy a cable separately. Laura, it has only White & Black theme unfortunately. I got this phone a few days ago and it's great. The only irritating thing is that you cannot change the sms alert sound (only 4 options) They told me it's compatible with up to 2 gb memory card, but they also said 2 gb is too much for that phone and if you fill the memory card up, it would start opening applications and stuff veeeery slow. I think 512 MB are enough, 1 gb at the most!

Marcos the E570 has been tested for memory cards and can take up to 2GB. Best to stick with San Disk memory cards though.

to Ha about the password for the messages i havent actauly ever even handled this phone but seeing as its an sasmsung here i go!:- -go on 2 settings -then security settings(be careful what buttons you press as you may accidently lock you PUK or SIM) -if it has it go onto lock aplication or anything like that and ut should ask you for a code. if the phone is new the code may be 000 or 1234 or it may be in the manual but if a previos owner has used the password settings then you may have to ask them. -type in the code and.... -voila!!! good luck hope i was a little help! xxx

I bought this mobile about two weeks ago, but it's giving me problems - when I'm sending a message, all of a sudden it just goes off and switches on again. Obviously, the message is lost and I have to retype everything again which is very irritating. I went back to the shop and he changed it for me, but unfortunately it's doing it again. amy :- about droping your phone in water...well, the best thing to do is go to a store and ask them what they can do but my friend accidently droped her mobile down the toilet and unfortunatly it was to bad 4 repair so it really depends on how bad the phone is! good luck with it though and DheE :- about the picture viewing...your friend may have a wideer screen or something that your phone doesnt therefore your mobile cannot accept the picture. well it can accept it but it cannot view it. just the way it goes! sorry i hope i was some help. anyone else got any problems with this or any other samsung phone i am a mobile addict and know a fair bit about them so feel free to ask

predictive texting is very simple... just click each letter u want to type once and by the time u will click the whole word, it will be there. like when u dial letters when calling. hope it helped

i have just bought this phone cos it looks great but the comments are worrying me cos they say it is rubbish nd it is not cos it is pink!!!!!!! is the memory big? how many songs will i be able to put on it? plz help fanx loves ya all!!

samsung e530 is so much better, I have it, and memory is 80 mgb, but the new e570 has only 20 mgb, because a card doesn`t include in price

Hey I have heard many bad reactions but less good reactions..So I don't really know if I must buy it.. It seems very cool, but it have so many problems.. Who can tell me more about this phone?? Can you put a memory card in it, cuz the memory of the phone isn't much!

i transferred some mp3 songs from another samsung via bluetooth and when i try to play them it says "Unsupported file"! can someone tell me -why is that?!?

Umm..I've just sent this phone back because I just didn't like it that much, here's why: 1)The colour is very bright and to me quite ugly 2)The keypad is ugly 3)The battery cover is very difficult to fit,in fact I ended up with a gap 4)It uses the menu system from the E900 and D900 which looks fine in a black phone but looks wrong in this one. I expected it to be colour co-ordinated (ie pinks, blues etc) like the E530 was. 5)No flash for the camera 6)No protective case or strap 7)The outside screen can't be used for self portrait and to me dosn't look very nice Good thing is it has a memory slot,but even then the card is not included All in all I like the old E530 better, and bought a brand new SIM free one for �100 from a well known auction site on-line

hey. its a nice fone and looks god. it is also simple to use. but the problem im having is when i send a music file (through bluetoth) it says it is an 'unsupported file'. im sure this is just me not being able to work it properly but if anyone could help me n this i would be very greatful. people not understanding this phone, it is an update to the e530 which they had sucess with so the followers of that want more memory and this is it, no tampering with the design....how do i know? I sold a load of the e530's and my girlfriend has one.

Love love love it! Yes it's girly, but that's what I want! I love my e530, but its time for a bit of an upgrade� and this is wonderful! And I am tired of the pastels so red is perfect! Thank you Samsung!!!

I think the phone is AWFAL! it is completly and utter rubbish, that you can tell, just by looking at it. Back when i was a young girl I didnt have a mobile phone because they wernt invented and was perfectly fine! Now Teenagers are obssed with what stupid phone they have!!

i don't get it.is this the upgraded version of the famous e530?! so...where is the flash and the screen outside? the design of the rear part of the phone os awesome! the front part is somewhat boring after sometime. i think the inner part of the phone sucks! e530 has a very a comfortable keypad than this one. is there any other color variants for this phone?pink is lovely but its not for a man you know. how bout the internal memory of the phone?nokia's internal memory in n70 is somewhat to small for me(22mb) i can't store my music to my memory card because it requires the internal memory of the phone to be somewhat larger than 12mb. what is the maximum capacity of the e570 for its memory card? how much will they sell this phone here in the phil?(samsung phones are too expensive even though it lacks features)
