Samsung Galaxy Ace II X S7560M - User Reviews

  • This phone was good on budget back in the day in 2012, oh course, as a low-end smartphone. But the time between 2012-2014 is such a blow for android device. The specs of phones is significantly improve or we can say it is a leap in mobile phone technology. So this "little boy" definitely won't catch up with the technology or even wasn't designed to catch up with the spec leap. As time goes, android apps being much heavier with tons of feature, UI,...etc. Because of that, this phone now only can become a memory more than a phone for android lovers. If somehow you still use this phone like me (it is almost impossible to get a new one nowaday), i recommend you using no launcher app as main launcher to save ram, rooting so that you can uninstall all those junk clunky samsung build-in apps or if you are an android professional, try to install some moded OS to get this babe run smoothly. And the most important step is looking for older version of heavy apps like youtube, facebook (or use facebook lite),skype,...etc. Goodluck and having fun playing with this phone xD

  • Mine is fast and to make it fast try this! 1. Go to "Settings" -> "Developer Options" and then turn off animation. 2. If you are installing games, get the old version of the games because some games are not compatible with ice cream sandwich (Android 4.0.4). By installing old versions, less memory will be lost. To install old versions, search up the game with its old versions with apk. 3. Do not use live wallpapers because he home screen will lag. 4. Do not install too many apps, it will lag a lot and barely any memory will be stored. 5. If you want your phone fast again, hard reset it and wipe the data. Search up "how to hard reset samsung galaxy ace ii x".

  • Having a difficult time getting a 'new' battery that works properly and am forced to look at new handsets.

  • I have had my Ace II X for over 4 years and it is working on 4g and it is Excellent and now I am thinking of a smartphone because of all their advantages.

  • Well I got my phone about 3 years ago, never had any issues with phone, got it free. I downloaded app that does memory boosts so it will free up memory, use opera mini for internet so it does not lag. In 3 years it has frozen 3 times but 2 times my own fault. I ended up rooting device to clear up space and to remove other non essential programs and now phone runs even faster so i have no complaints. Yes its past its usage for newer games but that's because newer games require more then phone puts out, same as a computer, your old computer can't run newer games unless you upgrade... so for what I use it for, it's more then i need

  • i wish i had read your comment on this phone before i bought it, i wouldnt have spent my hard earned money to buy it. thank you

  • This phone is a really great low budget phone...for 2012. So don't expect it to live up to today's budget phones like the Moto E or the Galaxy J-Series. It is VERY slow, so don't get this phone if you're impatient. This would be for small children who want a phone, or an emergency phone. But as your daily driver, this phone will disappoint you.

  • Don't make problems where they're not exist. This phone was a common budget phone at day's when it was released (circa 2012). Not much RAM or space for programs, although it was enough for that time and you would extend the space for photos/music on external SD card or root the device and extend the space for apps on SD card too. Consider that today's apps are much bigger and take much more RAM so old devices is not working with them well. It is the dark side of progress, try to swallow it. So use this phone for calls/SMS and mail or buy another.

  • And what you're wanted? Consider that it is a four years old budget phone which was mediocre already at time when it was released. Today's demanding apps is slugging it down in no time. So use it for calls/SMS/email or buy something faster.

  • Don't buy this phone.Lags all the time.I agree with almost everyone, this phone lags a lot.It takes me 100 hours just to set up my Whatsapp. It almost felt like this phone don't want you to install any apps. But,even if you don't have any apps install just basic,it still lags.Internet is very slow.I almost want to destroy this piece of shit.Playing games is all time slow. All in all, listen to what everyone is saying, don't buy it.Maybe it is discontinued anyway but whatever this so called smartphone is the phone ever.

  • I completely agree as i've had mine for almost 3 years i can agree with how slow the device really is, i've had many issues with this device (mainly how slow it truly is) The specs on this site for this phone don't even compare to the phone, i meen RAM for an example, my phone only has 645 MB out of the 768MB mentioned, my phone only has the 2GB storage compared to the sites 4gb storage. All in all its a nice phone if it wasn't to slow and the stats were better on it.

  • This phone is REALLY slow. Whenever I want to call somebody, it takes 3-4 minutes to start the call. The camera isn't that bad and the resolution is okay, but the screen is really tiny, which makes it hard to type a message. You can't really install apps on it because even the smallest apps crash out and make the phone laggy. I don't recommend you to buy it.

  • Samsung really screwed up the memory management settings in this phone and despite updates, they never addressed the problem so it hangs on virtually everything. You pretty much have to remove all the apps that you can to get a reliable phone. If you root the phone and reload it with a generic Android OS such as CyanogenMod aka CM11, it works fine, of course if you root the OS, you could probably change the memory management in the kernal to a more traditional management model. My Ace IIx also tended to corrupt the microSD drive on occasions, don't know if a generic OS would stop that, I just stopped feeding it drives to corrupt. Love the form factor, love the screen and camera, pity that Samsung makes such obvious tuning errors and then doesn't fix them, they lost my respect with this phone especially since it would've been an easy fix.

  • you right it is very slow in speed and not more space memory for apps............

  • horrible phone its slow not a lot of memory . as soon as i got it for my birthday it was slow and it was the first time using . memory i can only have 2 - 5 apps for my self to download wouldn't recommend for a budget phone. try a motorola moto g or e

  • Cost me $30 to have it unlocked at computer/phone repair shop

  • This was a great phone, not a lot of memory but moving apps to a storage card solved that. Upgraded mainly because of size.

  • For that cost, you could get a better phone than this piece of garbage.

  • Is it possible to get a free code to unlock this phone? A family member gave me this phone and the carrier wants $50 to $75 to unlock it.

  • agreed that the phone hangs a lot it is still nice and great and works well with a good network for the issue of memory u can get a micro sd card (thats why the slot was created ) to store what ever information u want .This also solves the hanging problem . The phone is just amazing and if u want to save an image just press the key next to the home key and you can screenshot by pressing the homekey and powerkey simulteanously.

  • Can you give me a quick summary of how to set up cm11 on my galaxy ace II?

  • I just got the phone from a friend. It runs like crap. I put cm11 on it and it flies. I actually like it now.

  • I should say that it is the worst handphone for me because it has small ram and lag all the time while you use it for a long time.

  • I liked this phone, after 2 years I only replaced the battery cheap from China. The phone and camera met my expectations and it works fine. I was surprised at the many bad comments..but I liked it and will buy the next level up..sell this one I guess.

  • I've had this phone for 3 months now, luckily, I got it for free. Seriously, this... THING... This thing can't even handle itself! The cellphone is much too weak even for Android 4.0.4, and browsing on this phone is an absolute nope. Luckily, the battery can last me 2 days... Because I never take this garbage out of my pocket, I have a hard time texting. Negative 1 out of 10.

  • Can anyone tell me how to turn on text notifications for this POS,,,,,,,,,, this is my moms phone

  • This is the worst phone ever made by Samsung, it has only 1 core cpu that runs at 1gh, with 500mb of ram, after this horrendous experience, never by a Samsung device again

  • you can fix the camera with many different camera apps check out vsco cam or Camera FV-5

  • Samsung should be ashamed to have placed their name on this utterly poorly performing phone. They should have refused to cave-in to carrier pressure to produce such a low-end device. This phone places a black stain on the otherwise excellent name that Samsung has in the industry.

  • Don't get this phone... You're better off getting a Sony phone if you're starting out with Android. This phone is so outdated, and plus it's really slow.

  • @ Anon Your post sucks big time man. Either you are not telling the truth or you dont know how to handle low end/cost android devices,..or someone sold you totally screwed device. Let me be clear, S7560 is huge junk, but 8 hours of standby time with all kinda different services off are lie. You are criticizing all specs and then tell that camera is not bad :??? Camera is total crap and is among worst i have ever saw. So,..you better learn how to handle smartphone devices before posting junk comments on web man. IF anyone wanna buy Samsung smartphone, there are only two logical choices... Note or S series. S is perfect for everyday usage and its ment for wider population and Note series is closest to perfect. I am using Samsung phones (not only Samsung) since S2 and Note1 ,..now I am using Note 4 and it is far best Android device on market (much better then new Note 5 in many categories).

  • the phone does not save photos anyone who can help with this I have a proble with y laptop the letter issing does not work so y phone is a sa sung gts7560

  • using this phone as a temporary replacement while my M9 is getting fixed. would not recommend

  • I don't recommend buy this device but it isn't to bad as it seems to be. Of course it's not an S6 or an Iphone 6 but it can supply basic users needs. The camera is very good with his 5mp, better than my other low end device Nokia Lumia 530 which have a 5mp fixed focus camera...so bad that I don't use this...Here in Brazil Ace II X is known as Galaxy "Trend" s7560m.

  • Terrible phone. Battery was incredibly awful right off the bat, will last 8 hours at most on standby with wifi and location services off, power saving mode on, brightness all the way down and only waking it up every hour to check the time. Camera isn't terrible (focus makes it looks better than it really is), front camera is terrible, although you can't really use either of them because your phone will die before you take a picture. My phone has died at 70% many times (more than 20). I wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone.

  • samsung galixy ace 2 x sucks it is so mad that it wastes its own ram downloads stuff on its own and takes 80 years to send texts sometimes DO NOT buy this phone

  • It is hardly fair to compare a i phone to such a low model of Samsung android phone. A truly fair comparison would see only Samsung's flagship models, Galaxy S5 or Galaxy S6 compared to Apple's flagship models the iPhone 5s/5c or the iPhone 6/6s. I think that if you compare the two companies phones on a equal playing field you will agree, Samsung has the edge (no pun intended)

  • Have to say that I have just received an iPhone to replace this Samsung product. I have never seen a phone tht responds so perfectly well to the touch of one's ear. Each time this happens, all teh settings change, ex. screen goes to auto-rotate, sound to vibration, notifications go off, GPS comes on. Wow! what a blast! At least half the time I am speaking to someone, the phone cuts out, and I have to call the person back. If not that, I keep hearing a buzz as the settings change. Also, why does it suddenly become hot, hot, hot, and a fully charged battery suddenly goes down to 15usage left? All this without me doing anything to the phone, not even a call or photo! I'm not savy enough to say if it is the worst that I have ever had, but it has to be up there with some other lemons I have had, Now I have an iPhone, and I hope all these problems will be a thing of the past!

  • Worked fine for first year .. now a constant headache .. built-in obsolescence ? (self-destruct mechanism) .. or viral problems ? .. Is too intuitive (has a mind of its own) .. Terrible battery life (drains in a few hours even when unused) .. Not impressed with a product that scrambles itself in less than two years.

  • Uh is it newer than a s4 mini?

  • Terrible device, man. Had it for two years

  • I had the same problem. Piece of crap!

  • I've had this phone for two years and have just been increasingly frustrated with it. Currently having huge issues accessing Google. Constant updates required. Also constantly having to clear caches to try to get things working again. I tried to download WhatsApp and my phone kept dying. I removed the app but my phone remains quirky to say the least. Also problematic for me is that nobody in Canada sells replacement batteries so I have to send off to China (via Amazon) for dubious batteries. And with my brand new Samsung Tab Pro is not much better. I'm not buying another Android product. My next phone will be an iphone because there are so many issues with my Samsung. My next tablet will be a MacBook. Never thought I'd see the day but sadly - Samsung - you've sent me over to the other side.

  • its a gret phone.. im using it but the problem is the battery

  • hi I am using this mobile for last 1 year. camera too bat . try to use maximum only 3 or 5 apps for smooth experience. in this price range it's good.

  • Great phone for those who need it for basic needs, it will not get you far if you load it up with apps, case options are decent, battery life on heavy use i got close to 6 and a half hours, turned off animations and it ran slightly faster, loading it up with apps makes it very slow, one or two apps should do, and very low games, Bejeweled or Temple Run ran smooth no issues, but if you just need it for calling or texting, it's good but for anything else consider looking at Sony Xperia affordable phones or Moto G, even Huawei give you faster phones for much less price. Y330, Y530, Y625 etc. Good devices for your money.

  • Incredibly slow. Stock apps are very buggy. I always have to reboot it before using internet, otherwise data network cannot be enabled. It takes around 2 or 3 minutes to reboot. Had to install VLC in order to play mp3 without lagging. In summary, it makes me angry whenever I need to use it. In addition, Kies is a piece of (...). Samsung never again.

  • Do not buy this phone! I have this phone since june 2013. In february 2014, samsung had to change the motherboard because it kept overheating and turning off by itself. Since last week, the problem has appeared again and Samsung will not repair it free of charge because it is not on warranty anymore. This phone has always been slow. I am not spending a dime on getting it repaired. sucky phone. it's time to change!

  • sd card samsung GT-S7560M says no card but it has it and wont let me use it

  • Aside from the lagging, aside from the crashing, aside from the freezing, if youre looking into purchasing a phone to make or receive delayed calls then this phone is for you. Surprisingly, my LG Rumor 2 was more functional and outperformed this phone.

  • I have this phone and it has worked great for me, I even dropped it in my dogs water dish and it was fully submerged and I was worried that the phone was toast but to my surprise it was unharmed, So imo I don't think the phone is the problem but rather the person operating the phone, because I enjoy this phone and have never had any problems with it.

  • I am really grateful that nobody tried to rape me, kill me, or kidnap me, because if they did, I wouldn't be able to call for help because my phone would crash or lag and it would take it 10 minutes to normalize, by which time I would be raped, dead or kidnapped. I'm really disappointed in Samsung. Switching to Nokia Lumia, though I hear they aren't any better.

  • this is the worst phone ever made in the entire world dont waist your money on this phone spend your money on something better like food for your family because the only people who should be buying this phone are a homeless person on the streets. i would only recomend this phone to people who want to have the fattest ugliest phone imaginable and people who only want to have a phone with enough room for about 2 games max 5 songs and max 20 pictures. if you think you can buy a decent case for this phone your wrong this phone is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo out of date and worthless companies dont even make them. dont even think about having a decent camera because this phone doesnt have one it takes the worst pictures imaginable. so please i beg you do not buy this phone for your child because they will hate themselves and be bullied and made fun of every second of their life and if you buy this for yourself you are just straight up dumb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I have this phone since about 9 months and God, it sucks! It freezes everytime, when I type in Whatsapp it crashes and I have to remove the battery... the camera and the internal memory are mediocre... i think my old Galaxy Pocket wad better! The only good thing is that is quite indistructible.... i have dropped it several times, thrown it across my room and even tried to break it while pulling with my hands and my knee... and I have fallen while riding my bike whit this piece of (...) and the keys in my pocket and it just shut down! Avoid this thing, you can buy better phones with less money

  • Had it for a little over 2 years. It's durable, but pretty shitty. I've dropped it in the toilet once and it still works, but it's incredibly slow and painfully laggy. If you don't have cleaner apps installed, working with it is impossible. Don't get this phone. Any other samsung alternative is probably better.

  • I have had it since last year and its by far the worst phone ever it freezes all the time n is not allowing anything to be saved on the memory card...I just want to flush it down the toilet...

  • Horrible phone. Always freezes, never works when you want it to. Can't tell you how many times I have had to take the battery out and put it back in to get the stupid phone to work again. Half of the time I can't make calls - good thing I am not trying to call 911. I have thrown this phone so many times I am surprised it still works. I guess that is a positive, keep throwing the phone and it hasn't broken yet. Other than that, terrible terrible phone.

  • Why its become so hot while browsing net?

  • Its the worst phone someone can by it lags so much that its useless..worst experience ever with this piece of...

  • dont buy, peice of monkey dung. had for like 5 months and cant do nothing dont buy, save your money and go to cancoon instead. worst phone in the book

  • Not on an office job***

  • I've own this phone for nearly 2 years now... Hardware wise, It's a piece of shit. Less then 1GB RAM and 1GHz CPU, Can't even flip a page without lagging even with the bare minimum installed.. But I do have one positive thing about it. It is INDESTRUCTIBLE. It falls out of my pocket multiple times a day landing onto concrete, wood, and other hard surfaces and still doesn't have scratch on it. (Except the camera.. The lens was scratched within 2 weeks) It's a good work phone, If you're into physical work and in an office job.

  • better phone but camera is not good...

  • The worst phone I have ever had. Touchwiz crippled the UI to the point where it became unusable. Not enough internal storage (only 2GB), not enough ram (only 750MB), CPU is crap (1GHz single core ARM Cortex A5). Do not get this phone, unless you like feeling angry, then it is perfect for you.

  • The worst phone I've owned, and I'm including old school flip phones and slide phones in this. The wifi works 10% of the time, the camera is mediocre to bad, it crashes if I upload to Instagram, it takes minutes to load basic phone functions like the contact screen, and I've missed calls due to it freezing up. It's supposed to be a smart phone but it can't even get the phone part right. The only good aspects are the design (which is the same as the better Samsung phones) and it's pretty much indestructible.

  • This is my main phone as it is very pocket friendly and tough. I have dropped it many times even had it fall four feet onto a hard floor at the doctors and the cover and battery both came apart. Clicked it back together and it still works. It will get bogged down if not turned off after a few months and the battery drain is rapid if WiFi and Bluetooth are both on. Bluetooth works with my Vtech Connect to Cell cordless phone and it works okay with WiFi. It is slow and the text keys are tiny I did the 4.0.4 Android Upgrade and get the wrong format error on my Calculator now. The camera takes pictures with a curve in them straight lines are warped or bowed slightly. Most pictures come out good though. I have a Sony Xperia Z Ultra Phablet which is a much much much better phone but doesn't fit in my pocket. It also doesn't have a light. but I need a fanny pack to carry it around. Ace II X fits in my pocket and is darn near indestructible for accidents. I am thinking of replacing it with a Samsung Gear S and my Z Ultra but will have to see. Great pocket phone, not fast not really great for Internet use but can do basic functions txt and makes good phone calls. It also doesn't get hot when left plugged in. Turn off WiFi and BLuetooth and the battery will last a long time. Even two years later without turning it off for more than a couple minutes. The driving mode is great with the Android "Siri" voice announcing who is emailing texting or calling. I like it.

  • Laggy, poor battery life, pathetic CPU and low amount of ram, avoid.

  • Cyanogenmod 11. Bluetooth not working. Camera inverted. Wifi not connecting.

  • Bought this phone for my wife. jesus christ this phone sucks ! Super slow, extremely inneficcient batery extremely disapointed

  • I have it with cyanogenmod 11 and it works pretty well

  • I am indifferent with this phone, it is good for if you are looking in to a basic Samsung handset, but if you're looking for a high tech supreme Galaxy, this is definitely not for you, the processor is slow, the front facing camera is much of a letdown as the image quality is not something that you would find appealing. As well as this device is slow, and when I tried to use this handset for a basic call, half the time it would take me 5-10 minutes to get the call going. To summarize this, like I said if you are looking in to a basic talk & text phone, this phone is what you're looking for. As long as if you are okay with the slow text sending and calling. But if you are looking for a top notch Galaxy, do not buy this phone, it will really let you down. I'd recommend a Galaxy s4 or Galaxy s5, maybe even the s3. But anything below that is a disappointment.

  • Honestly, I still have this phone and only because my parents won't let me get a new phone! The third week I got this it started glitching, for everything! Even if I try to make calls, it would crash even before the first beep. I've even updated EVERYTHING yet it still crashes, including the apps that were already installed on the device before i even used it.When you try to open any kind of app, whether it's a game, any kind of social media, or even the setting, it would take at least 5 minutes (the minimum) for the app or whatever you tried opening up to load up, only for it to crash about 20 seconds after you've opened it. Once it crashes, it asked me if I'd like to report it, which i do every time, but even then. As soon as I try to write a review and give them feedback, that crashed as well. Another thing, when you try to turn the phone off, it doesn't. When you try to turn the phone on, it also takes a long time before the screen shows up, and when the screen does show up, whatever you press on the screen, doesn't work, because it froze. Nothing on this phone works at all, even if I updated it. If you were going to buy this phone because it's affordable, I would honestly tell you that if you were going to use your phone for things other than calling, the Samsung Galaxy Ace II isn't for you.

  • I cant play a game with out the games glitching out i restarted the phone and redown loaded it and it still glitched out so ya i agree it is the worst phone to play games on and browse the internet on

  • I got the same experience with the others as I browse the comments posted here. I would say, this is the worst Samsung handset that I ever had! You can't browse the internet through this phone as it kept freezing and you'll end up restarting the phone to refresh the system. Same goes happen on games and other applications...

  • Ran a Geekbench 3 benchmark on this phone and boy was the score low. The Moto g (2013) had a better score by aleast 10x. The lack of ram and the quite old cpu makes this phone LAG. If you can get a Moto G(2013),you won't regret choosing that over this.

  • I use this phone about 9 month...totally awful...lags all the time...sometimes i cant pick up the call because suddenly it will hang...forget about games...i have uninstall all the games but still lag..when i surf the internet it will freeze and cannot do anything...i have format the phones 2 times..but still have the same problem..really disappointing..T_T

  • Don't buy but don't get an iPhone

  • I have this exact phone and have had it for about 2 years. It can be laggy at times but my battery can last up to 3 days but also have 3700 songs on a 32 gb memory card with minimum issues. So all of you are wrong. Its a great first phone.

  • Yeah right...pls don't post even if your sarcasm works buddy

  • This is the worst phone of the world. it will take another 100 years to make such a phone again.

  • This is an amazing phone. It only lags when you want to make a call, text, watch a video, surf the internet, connect to wifi, download something, press the home button, press the sleep button, etc. Not to mention the 3 hour battery life that runs up to 15% then randomly dies on you is amazing. Best of all its extremely hard to break. So no matter how hard you whip at a tree or the ground, it will NEVER BREAK. BEST PHONE EVERRRRR. (obvious sarcasm)

  • Horrible phone!!!! Crashes all the time, it' so slow, freezes when conected to internet, sometime blockes when someone call, poor battery life. I just want to broke it and flush it into the toilet!!!

  • how do i use the sd card? driving me crazy

  • Horrible phone. I've never had such hatred in my life more than towards this phone. At random when it rings, I swipe to take the call and it does not respond in time; the call ends up going to voicemail by the time it responds to your 50 swipes. It randomly fails to pair with bluetooth devices that it paired just fine for weeks at a time or might have been OK 1 hour ago. On occasion, it tries to remain connected to a WiFi connection 50 miles away and kills the battery doing it. I'm telling you, don't get this phone unless you are prepared to bring in an old priest and a young priest for a full exorcism on this phone. It seems to be possessed and if nothing else bad for your mental health. The only good thing I can say about it is it is tough; I have done myself bodily injuries trying to destroy it without it even getting a scratch. Because of my experience with this phone, I will never touch another samsung product as long as I live.

  • this phone sucks! I have it for a year now and im telling u its the worst Samsung phone ever made (I guess) its way too slow, its lagging and it freezes whenu open social nets such as facebook and twitter IT CRASHES! and when u browse on google it suddenly ditches and went back to the home screen im like WTF?! but anyways..the camera is pretty good coz I took a lot of nature pics but the storage was awful..its only available for 2gb phone storage..i regret getting this even tho I saved money for this BUT THIS PHONE IS A PIECE OF CRAP!! I suggest u not to buy it! u better get s3 mini instead of this (they have similarities in characteristics but the specifitations was obviously greater) I hope they could make this even more better

  • acts up a lot of times... slowest phone ever... freezes a lot of times too. you will be better of by buying a nokia flip-phone instead of this guy. one good thing about it is that it is pretty tough and won't crash when you drop it. but that's the only good thing...

  • Just threw a hissy fit at mine and threw it as hard as I could against my wall.......what a piece of junk....I do not normally have a bad temper either but this thing is pushing my buttons really hard......no storage space,.......slower than cold molasses running uphill in January......and now it does not recognize my chargers and I have tried 2 and different outlets all with the same result........Useless piece of Junk ever........I guess you get what you pay for.....they paid me a hundred dollars to take this one so I should have knowen.....I could go on, but I think you know where I stand on this....THX

  • Worst phone on the market. You are way...WAY better off buying a Moto g or even an S2, as this lags in the most basic functionality. Coming as an experienced developer and contributor in the ace 2x field, I am happy to say that at least some development is going on. If you get this phone, you may want to consider trying out one of the roms available for this phone, as it will certainly help the performance. The phone lacks every basic aspect. Camera quality is pretty bad. There is no such thing as 1080p at 30FPS. If you are lucky, you may get 20fps on the video. CPU is disgusting with its single-core 1ghz. GPU is regurgitating in terms of horribleness (you'll be lucky to play angry birds at 15fps). 2GB of storage is not enough to even store the basic apps. Resolution and design are probably the best part of this phone, and they are not even that good. I feel bad for anyone who even dares to think about getting this phone. Buy some other phone, as this phone lacks normal functionality. I remember the first day I got my phone from Koodo. The employee was unlocking the screen, and I noticed that it took almost 5 seconds to unlock. I asked why it took so long, and she said that it just booted up and it needs to warm up. It didn't boot up although. It booted up 15 minutes before she unlocked the screen, so it gave a pretty negative first impression. In conclusion, never get this phone. You are better off getting a phone that runs gingerbread, as that will be faster than this. Moto G is another great option. The Moto G is fast and durable, and can support day-to-day apps without any struggle.

  • Just a quick comment on my Samsung GT-S7560M phone. It appears to be no longer available so I have contacted the company to see if there is a compatible USB cable for transferring my phone camera pics. I do like the mobile phone, it has so many features that cater to lots of people. The reason for getting a cable is that, unknown to me, there was no SD card in the phone so I was using the phone as my storage unit. I hope to get that corrected soon, thanks.

  • I will join you in shooting this POS phone. I feel like stomping it like a tap dancing elephant every time this piece of crap lags on me.

  • This is the worst phone I've ever, ever, EVER had. It lags incredibly much - Just read other reviews on this. Please don't buy it, saving up some more money is 1000% worth it if you'll be able to purchase another phone. It's the slowest phone ever. When someone calls, the first time you won't be able to pick it up because the phone lags. Sometimes you can't even call because it freezes and you have to remove the battery and reinsert it. Everytime it lags your best best is to restart it, but still, in 10 minutes it's back to being awful. Can't even think about playing a game in this phone, terrible sensitivity and touch lag. Maps is super slow, very frustrating when you want to locate yourself and enter an address. Please don't buy this phone, I'm seriously going to detonate it when I buy a new one.

  • Totally slow says it's picking up 4g but I doubt it can't even Skype crap

  • Don't buy this phone. I've had this phone for about two years and i seriously regret ever wasting my time and money on this piece of dump. It worked fine for maybe 3 months with only minor problems but with only 2gb of storage space you can't really download any apps if you have more than 200 photos. Recently, my battery started expanded which happens to most phones after a period of time. This gives the phone a battery life of 2% after unplugging from a charger. I filled up my phones small storage space with photos in the first month and it won't even let you access your photos so you can delete them. I honestly hope that if you are considering buying this phone I hope you change your mind. As soon as I get an iphone I'm taking this phone to the gun range and shooting it.

  • pls how did u root your fone

  • Thanks!

  • By far the most temperamental phone I've ever used. It's true that restarting it can speed the phone up, but that doesn't work half the time. This phone barely does what it's designed to. It lags to ridiculous proportions when picking up or making calls. In several cases, someone called me, and the phone call didn't show up on the screen. I had to manually unlock the screen and go to the phone app to pick it up. By the time I got there, the person hung up. This phone also has a tendency of deleting the numbers you dial when you press the call button, i.e. the number just disappears, the phone doesn't even bother calling that contact, the problem doesn't get fixed when you restart the phone. It also lags severely when moving around apps or using a fairly simple app like google chrome. This includes scrolling, typing, activating the lock screen and getting out of the lockscreen.

  • my girlfriend bought me this and i rooted it, changed its rom, upgraded the internal and ram. problem solved. no lag 😄

  • phone is a piece of crap. parts break, speaker doesn't work, can't find messages. wish I never bought it.

  • Honestly, this phone isnt bad, especially if your not a person who uses a lot of apps that run in the background. it's a good phone for its price, if you wanted something better, then get an s3, 4, 5 or something. My phone has its days where it lags, but only because there's a lot of apps running. So people stop complaining, go look at the price, and Ull be grateful, there's worse phones out there.

  • Worst phone ever. Typing this message took me two hours...lol Seriously though...phone sucks. Always freezing. Looking up basic things such as contacts, messages takes forever. Even making a call takes a while... Junk

  • Worst phone ever. Typing this message took me two hours...lol Seriously though...phone sucks. Always freezing. Looking up basic things such as contacts, messages takes forever. Even making a call takes a while... Junk

  • Worst phone ever. Typing this message took me two hours...lol Seriously though...phone sucks. Always freezing. Looking up basic things such as contacts, messages takes forever. Even making a call takes a while... Junk

  • This Phone is a piece of junk. it lags all the time and the battery drains within a hour. I would recemend to people not to get it.

  • Very slow phone, hangs oftenly... never buy this phone !!!!

  • I only use this as a phone, music, and an occasional photo. I have never dropped a call with Fido in 10 years until I got this piece of cr_p. Drops every second call. Very frustrating !!!

  • Got this phone as a loaner while a repair has to be made to my Sony Xperia Z1. It always kind of made me scratch my head that retailers use such outdated devices to hold customers over. This is like taking your BMW to the car dealership and them giving you a K-Car while you wait. Slow doesn't even begin to describe this phone. Even the smallest of apps take forever to load or will crash while they try to. Once you're in them, scrolling thru is a nightmare in newsfeeds like Facebook/Twitter/Instagram. And even trivial things like slight customization is not an option. ie I like having my phone on vibrate as opposed to silly ringtones and sounds. You can't even select a vibrate profile (ie short/long/etc.) It's just one vibrate setting and it acts extremely erratic. Sometimes you get a short vibration, but most times it will just vibrate until you tell it to stop. I'm glad I'm not one of the poor saps that got stuck in a contract with this phone. After a day with this phone I was on ebay looking for an unlocked phone at a reasonable price just to hold me over until my phone got back from the shop. Just awful.

  • Yeah Boys you right it sucks on the slow

  • Extremely slow, starts lagging about 10-12 months in. Don't get this phone.

  • no it doesnt support 4G/ LTE

  • This phone is incredibly slow. It's slows to a crawl and becomes unusable after running more than one app. Even opening simple apps can take up to 5 seconds.

  • I turned this phone on and I got the name "Samsung", then the model number "GT S7560M" and then the screen went black and then came on white with blue squiggly vertical lines running through it and it kept flashing on and off. The phone got very hot and I had to pull the battery to make it stop. The sales man said the processer is fried and I need to buy a new phone, which is what I'd expect from a sales man. So, my question is, what's wrong and can it be fixed? If it can be fixed how much should it cost? I don't want to spend a lot of money on this phone as it's not that great to start with, but I can't afford $300-500 for a new one either. Any suggestions will be helpful. Thanks.

  • has it 4G network support?

  • Cell phone worked well for 10 months... then the glitches began. It would disconnect or not connect to wifi randomly then it would shut down for no apparent reason. I reset it several times, replaced the battery nothing. It would continue to shutdown randomly. So I sent in to the Samsung warranty centre TWICE hoping that they could service it. On both occasions they sent it back to me NOT fixed. Terrible warranty service. So frustrated, I threw it in the garbage, and proceeded to the Bell Store and bought a Sony Xperia Z2. I hope I get better luck. A.M.

  • An awful phone, despite it's popularity. The thing is INSANELY slow, with a single core CPU at a low clock rate to boot, and is equipped with a meager amount of ram. Because of this, it can barely handle it's OS, and drops frames/lags even on simple apps and on the home screen (below 30fps all the time). On top of this, it's running Ice Cream Sandwich, and while this may not be a problem for many people, it would be better off with Kitkat, which is far better optimized and might redeem this phone. In short, don't buy this phone. There are barely any redeeming qualities to it, and for the price (ranging from about $150 to about $200, there are SO many better options--take the Moto G, for example, which is far better for a cheaper price, with the latest OS and surprising specs! Please don't waste your time with this phone.

  • Bro u con`t use vedio call on this mobile ,only u can use vedio call at skife

  • Since I add Lighting Launcher and Smart Booster, the Ace 2x is working fine. Considering the low price it is a good choice. It does everything I need.

  • I feel like an idiot! Telus bought publicmobile so the 2 phones (1 for wife) I purchased 3months ago had no chip and will NOT work with any carrier. After numerous calls/emails I got them to concede and ship me 2 new Galaxy ace ll x's to replace the phones that will nolonger work.Like an idiot I believed the rep. That these phones are great...just wanting to get this ordeal over with. Now I've read all these terrible reviews but my phones are expected tomorrow. I am NOT phone savvy, but someone said there are things that can be done to make the phones run better? If someone could explain what to do in lamen terms I would be extremely grateful. Should have done this research first...I'll learn.

  • Most awful phone i ever used, this phone is totally sucks, All apps are laggy and low performance at all, never buy this phone !!!

  • This phone is absolutely awful. It freezes every 10 seconds and takes 5 minutes before it starts running normally again. If you are planning on getting this phone, don't. It is super slow, and has nothing but problems. The touch screen freezes and constantly doesn't work at all.

  • It's a cheap phone pretty good for non-rich user, or for a novice in Android world. I love this because have all is needed, and there is no a big risk to be stolen. I have also a Samsung Note 3 and I'm really scared to use it in public (I live in Chile). Due to this my GT-S7560 is fantastic. I know all people in USA is rich ;) ... and they love the best of the best, for them Samsung Galaxy Ace IIx won't be a good choice. For normal people... take it!

  • It's a terrible phone. Firstly, it's running 4.04 out of the box, which is way outdated, especially these days. It has stuttering and dropped frames simply while scrolling through apps, and just about everything else is laggy. It's running on a single core processor, and a meager less than 1gb of ram, which frankly nowadays is unforgivable. The only real way I could see this phone becoming a viable choice is if it was upgraded to KitKat, which is far better optimized for low end phones, but for now, meh.

  • For a free phone I have seen much worse than the Galaxy X II but for $400 I have seen much, much better. Some people should think twice before complaining on the lack of features found on newer or more expensive handsets. This little thingy is only meant to be used as a phone, not play games (but it has a surprisingly good camera) or run aps that belong on a Nexus 5 or Galaxy S5. Goodie for no money.

  • This phone comes out of the box with a slow Touchwiz version of Ice Cream Sandwich. The best ROM I've found for it so far is Cyanogenmod 10.1 by SeannyM. It has some problems (no Bluetooth or FM radio, need to install different apps for the camera and data usage, no off-mode charging), but it runs smoothly if you can live with those issues. It's no longer being updated. Another is a KitKat Cyanogenmod build from jonypx08, still being updated but also very slow right now and with data and wifi access bugs. But it'll probably improve in time. Use LagFix from the Play Store to use TRIM on the memory. Use Link2SD and a Class 10 microSD to install all your apps onto a microSD. Leave the 4GB of internal memory for Android and its built-in apps. This way, your Ace 2x will run well, store plenty of files and use apps with high memory demands.

  • This phone is terrible out of the box. Android 4.0.4 is dated, the TouchWiz version of Android is slow, illogical and the single-core processr, low RAM and measly 4GB of internal storage will fill up by day one. This phone is pretty awesome if you know your way around rooting, flashing ROMs, using external storage and using apps such as LagFix and Link2SD. The processor and RAM are low-end, you can root it and but SeannyM's build of CyanogenMod 10.2 runs like a dream. 4GB of storage space is bad, but if you get a Class10 microSD card, you can use that for storage space and Link2SD will let you run apps from the microSD smoothly. LagFix can provide the TRIM protocol that pre-4.3 builds of Android lack, preventing the phone from running slower than it does from initial usage. If you can buy this phone used and cheap, it can be rewarding.

  • Can it run netflix and Ron's ok????????

  • Sharp and ok...I love it

  • How do we make a video call using this phone???is there anybody knows how to make a video call using this????please anybody reply my question....

  • Pretty brutal phone. Maybe when it came out it was okay, but anyone who buys this phone in today's market is ignoring plenty of phones that knock this one out of the park for the same (some even cheaper) price. Moto G, Xperia M, Alcatel idol x and Idol mini. Be reasonable son, the word "Samsung" isn't worth 150 wasted dollars.

  • I've noticed under specs, there's no chipset or GPU listed. What does this mean, as far as use is concerned???

  • eazy i unblocked it

  • samsung galaxy trend s7560 or zte blade Q

  • samsung galaxy trend s7560 or zte blade Q

  • i picked this phone up but its blocked...How now ???

  • COOL

  • Trendies..... did anyone ASK as to how OLD it is? Grow up, no one cares how old something is, just that it works.

  • Huh....i love this phone....instead i'm using this phone to replying ur opinion...

  • Person above - you need to learn to read better. This phone was released 2 years ago. Phones back then were weaker. Of course each year, for the same $, you get a better phone. All of the phones you mentioned are considerably newer.

  • My phone can connect to the Microsoft sync , but when asked to call a name it says there is no number, but there is on my simms card unless it wasn't connected properly I have a Ford Taurus X

  • I dont have any problems with mine. I also have BBM. 8ta is treating me well. No service diruptions. Im enjoying it.

  • For the price? Are you kidding me? You could go Moto G, Alcatel One Touch X in this range and get a phone that blows this one out of the water. An HD screen, at least 1 gig of memory, quad core, etc. This is a meh phone at best. If you're paying over $100 for this do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

  • for its price range this is a fantastic deal i have used this phone three months now am loving it the only problem i have encountered is itjust cuts you off when surfing for no reason

  • This phone has Its ups and downs it's good on some days and bad on others I just wrote this on the phone so It doesn't bother me!

  • This is a terrible, terrible phone. Sure, I got it for free with a special offer but the insane amount of cons easily overpowered that free deal. It is extremely slow, running on a single core 1ghz processor, which is unacceptable for a phone these days. It also has a meager amount of ram, which is barely enough to run single apps! It's gpu is also sub par, resulting in dropped frames and hiccups simply scrolling through apps WITH NO APPS OPEN! It's so frustrating as all heck. To add insult to injury, the thing is stuck on Ice Cream Sandwich, and it doesn't seem like it's getting KitKat any time soon. If it did, however, get KitKat, it may be a saving grace for this phone, as it's optimized for running on low-end phones. In short, don't buy this phone, and look for another alternative.

  • You saved me a lot of typing by saying my thoughts spot on Anyone who is thinking about buying this phone should read the comment I am responding to

  • Whats the pros n cons about this? Is skype good? Is it able to download bbm? Does whatsapp, instagram, facebook give any problems?

  • Yeah, worst phone for me too, it worked well for the first 6 months, and after that it became laggy as hell, unable to use one app, constantly freezing ...

  • swipe to the right on your screen

  • As I explained in my previous comment that I want to sell it back. Yes, I have to sell it. I bought the Galaxy Trend Plus (GT-S7580) and it works fine.

  • I like this phone. I already bought it few month ago. It has front camera.

  • I just bought it yesterday. WiFi function stops after a certain time without any reason. I've started to hate this phone. I think to sell it back.

  • you bring it to a technician wich will change the lcd display and the touch screen coz he need to remove the touch to get acess to the lcd

  • I like Samsung Galaxy Trend coz it has fromt camera,Android OS 4.0,5mp camera...and it's cool...it does not freezes...it's processor is big and it's screen is big...please don't compare this phone with Samsung s3 mini....it's the same actually but Galaxy Trend is a little bit bigger...although i've used this smartphobe for almost 2 weeks...believe it.. this smartphone us perfect!!!!

  • I am poor and can't afford a lot right now. That is why I bought this phone. I have had lot's of cheap phones in the past and so far this is the worst one! I have only had it for a week. It lags very badly with everything-apps and internet, it freezes constantly, the battery time is very poor, it even lags when swiping from the home screen to another screen!! It does things like opens apps without even touching it!This phone is ridiculous. This phone is worse than the phones I had in 2005. I just can't get over how horrible this phone is. Seriously, worst phone ever!

  • I am using a GT-S7560 and the LCD LIGHT is dead. How do I fix this.

  • How do I put on the led light on

  • Just bought the phone, the wifi dosent work at all. Its not lite up or the swipe doesnt work to activate it either. Need some help!!!??

  • I had that problem for few moments too, you have to press/hold/slide to right that green phone sign. :-)

  • Hi guys, I have just bought a Samsung GALAXY Trend GT-S7560- my question or problem is: I cannot answer an incoming call- what do you when the phone rings? Thanks

  • Is there any way to upgrade to andrpid jelly bean with or with out rooting

  • Is there any way to upgrade to andrpid jelly bean with or with out rooting

  • This phone is good for the basics, phone and internet ,although its choppy at best with internet. The ram needs to be bigger. The user factory apps are memory hogs. Root it and bare bones run it and you might have something.

  • android jelly bean??

  • Hi... I have a Galaxy Trend S7560 and I've broken the touch screen and glass! My question is if I can replace with one from Galaxy Trend s7562? Are they the same??

  • Nope. Galaxy Ace 3 also don't have LED notification. S3, S4, Mega, Note 3 have LED notification. If you like LED notification, why don't use BlackBerry? It's customizable.

  • I think companies have to romodel phones and to see what the people wants ,for me we need good battery at least 2 day with connection hard screen super amoled and performance in all services

  • I have problem using USB cable. On one computer its working with no problem at all but on notebook when I connect phone thorough USB cable I got "problem occurred during hardware installation". I did try few different drivers for Samsung USB and Kies but no success. Anyone experience same problem / have fix?

  • yes but just got announced phone cannot be root, gotta contact 1 click root support team. Dunno what to do next, other 2 apps (superuser) didnt root it as well. Id welcome any sugestions how to root it. tnx btw. phone bought in Slovakia...

  • how do i update my software on my hadset without going into wifi my face book won't work

  • The phone is very slow . I hate it as the RAM not reach about 1GB . I thought the phone had LED notification . So , I am switching to Ace3 . Dear sir , does ACE3 has LED notification ?

  • You should choose 2G or standart network .

  • I have tried to have the phone repaired 3 times with the same problem each time only to find out the speaker has been broken since purchase. I am only offered excuses. They say the speaker isnt working properly. Thank you samsung for wasting so much of my time.

  • How can I manage my problem of Microphone of my cell? This microphone problem is with all Apps

  • I had the same problem with this phone. I had it replaced 3 times because the battery would get so hot it would drain.. im absolutely fed up with this phone and so im switching to the S4 mini

  • I have had this phone for several months now, and it is -easily- the worst phone I have ever had. The battery doesn't even make it a full day of use (and dies just sitting all by its lonesome after 48 hours - in a powered down state). It is slow, cannot handle doing two operations at once (ie: receive a text and type a message), the memory handling is -terrible- and 2gb onboard memory is worse than terrible. I am very frugal with my apps. I had to give up all but two of the games I had used on my previous phone - it's pointless to have them on this phone - the load time on a Google Nexus phone, for example, of Ingress is approximately 3 seconds. It takes up to 15 minutes on this phone. This isn't isolated. The phone frequently shuts off for no reason whatsoever, it just decides to power off. Once in a while when the phone is in a powered down state, and the GPS is switched to active (not on, but allowed to be used by programs) - the phone will glitch and force a GPS search which in turn overheats the phone and can kill a full charge while powered down in six hours. I have personally used a little over 15 different cellular phone models for between 3 and 12 months apiece and this model, hands down, is the worst. If you are considering buying this phone, even if it's refurbished, DON'T. It isn't worth more than about $15 - and that's just because of the parts. Don't waste your money.

  • Hey im sure this is S Duos. Only in gsmarena we find this phone. Its actually unknown

  • When I try to dial out 'Not Registered on Network' appears on the screen. How can I fix it so I can dial out?

  • does anyone know what this phone real spefication. dual core or whatever and what kind of chip it used?

  • 1ClickRoot.exe worked for me. No probs whatsoever.

  • I just posted a review to the Samsung site about the app 'root priveleges' and will check out the site you mention. I want to get rid of factory apps and use the sd card to store apps. Will let you know how it goes.

  • Yes this is an inexpensive model but performs just fine and the camera is first rate! It has all the features found in mega buck models but I'd rather sink my money into a top of the line laptop, this is just a phone after all! The only complaints I have is the inability to both remove factory apps and move apps to an ex. sd card.

  • This phone wasn't as good as I thought it'd be considering I broke it twice. When I had this, the phone would freeze sometimes when I had incoming calls and game apps would crash often. I liked a lot of things about this phone such as the layout, but the durability of this phone was terrible. The screen is so weak and thin, I broke it the first time literally by placing it on my desk. Second time I dropped it on the floor of my car and the screen was cracked right across in a straight line. The touchscreen will not work if you crack it unlike an iphone or a blackberry.

  • for me this phone is good enough. please dont compare this phone to other that has double price with it etc. s3 s4 or iphone. if you found other phone that more value than this phone price than you can post it here. listen some annoying people. if we has more money. we will looking for iphone or s3 and another high end model. with this phone price we never expected it was really perfected!!!

  • Remember people, this phone is a cheap strip down version of samsung s2. They use a lot of cheap parts to make this phone. You are better buying either S series etc s3 or s4 and note series. Never buy any samsung with ace or discover in the name. You will be very disappointed of the phone.

  • how to SAVE messages and how to retrieved SAVED messages

  • The worst phone I've ever had. Came to this after a Nokia Lumia because that was a crap phone and the iPhone tarriffs where obscence. I didn't like my Lumia but would go back to that in a heartbeat. On my Ace 2 the apps are constantly crashing, the phone keeps freezing, the key board is sketchy at best, the gps rarely works, the battery life is poor and that is to name but a few. I'm getting my wifes old iPhone 3gs unlocked and going back to that. Really, really poor phone even for an entry level model.

  • hey i have the same phone.u have to touch the notifications option in the scroll down menu.and u will start getting sounded notifications

  • I do not get any (sound) indication that I am getting a message. My wife has the same phone and she gets a beep when a message comes in. How can I set phone to do that as well??

  • Has anyone tried to root the phone using this method?

  • I know this is not a high-end smartphone but still, I don't expect the following: 1. Any icon can be: a. missing from the homepage (or any page) b. by itself, creating a duplicate icon c. moving to another page 2. Phone can, by itself, turn off mobile data 3. Phone can, by itself, turn off sound/ringtone so the phone is totally mute when receiving incoming call 4. Phone can only do single tasking. For example, I was installing app when on the same time there's incoming call. The phone was ringing but, the screen was freezing. Conclusion: the worst smartphone ever made

  • What can i do about my phone allways freezing? Have to take battery out to un freeze

  • You're very correct man. Facing just the same with mine.

  • open the contact go in option, uncheck incoming call

  • hi...go to phone directory and select name...hold a while. ..in option there is third from bottom unblock caller...click on it and save..tryit.. or this is joke....change the phone or husband ehich ever is cheap....lol

  • what did u guys use to overclock the processor????

  • How do I undismiss a call. I must have accidently hit something, now my husbands calls go direct to voicemail and I can't fix it. I know, I know in the perfect world this would be great, but not so much hwew

  • If I get a big game like fifa 13 will it struggle

  • Don't use the stock music player included. Download Winamp or almost any other audio player app available. Winamp worked fine for me. No pauses or stutters playing from the SD card yet.

  • Audio playback from SD pauses and quite frequently (havent tested playback from phone memory). Says it has 4Gb memory but really only 1.69Gb for use. Its going back...

  • and considering you want the speed of an iphone 5 in a crappy phone that you got for $150 or less. lol

  • The Samsung Galaxy Ace II x is a great phone for the price and for being an ENTRY PHONE, the front camera is a nice feature, the flash is nice to have, gorilla glass is nice, the speed is pretty fast for the cost, Battery Seems to last about 2 days with non stop texting, the down side. the front cover being glass does show alot more finger smugdes, the on screen keyboard is a bit small, some things like the wifi being automaticly set to stay on even when screen is off by default, but can be set to keep wifi on only when pluged in, all the samsung preload apps ie amsung push service and chaton are a bit annoying but can be disabled and will speed up the phone a lot and the auto app update being turned on by default is a bit annoying as well when your someone that does updates when i want, but but all in all its a good phone for the price so based on the phone and price i would give it 6 or 7 out of 10.

  • Its the worst phone I've ever had because of the following: -Processor is very slow (Taking in consideration that I am not adding more than 3 applications and I have plenty of space). -I suffer from many crashes and errors that pop-up always when several applications are working (Its not reliable on multitasking. -I don't know why the WiFi function stops after certain time. -The battery is bad, I am not a heavy user, I don't listen to any mp3 or music, I don't play games, I reduced the light intensity of the screen and I am using the phone only for regular calls, and after all, I need to recharge it daily! I would recommend that don't buy it, its value is really less than its price!

  • Its a Regular Sim Card, not Mini

  • That normal SIM in your comment is the Mini SIM

  • The mini SIM IS what you think of as a normal SIM. There are large (credit card sized) SIMs, mini SIMs, micro SIMs (iPhone 4, 4S) and nano SIMs (iPhone 5).

  • its not using a mini sim catridge it uses a normal sim

  • -Cpu is faster than the single core Galaxy S1 -Gpu is a low mhz quad core -More ram than most phones at it's price point (as of March 2013) -All round good LOW END phone...but don't expect it to keep up with the big boys....I sits somewhere between an S1 and and SII in performance...

  • anyone tell me! is this phone uses snapdragon s1 chip or else? and how about the gpu?

  • Cant play any videos, music playback keeps breaking up and for someone like me who's always browsing, i have to carry my charger around. Really sucks...

  • I should be WI-Fi compatible as well

  • I got this phone in Canada, very immpressed with eth quality and spec of the devise, works fast and smooth with out any issue. Pic quality and sound is not bad, decent for a $200 value. Small, sharp and quick to react to my needs when I want the phone to be used. Not LTE but for thet value Im happy with it.
