One of a big problem when everybody buy and use it: I have one, and it cancel update to android new version. The error will appear when you download and install update. Sound crazy but when I bought this phone from other people (secondhand) it didn't have microSD card slot and also the microSD. Another problem is: you can't connect this smartphone with computer. I don't know why but finding these issue on the internet also, I can't find some help from Wiko or other source. Not a big problem with me cause I buy it just for using internet. But someone buy it, be careful!

See to be sincere, that phone is beautiful no doubt but the issues/ problem attached to it is nothing to write home about. Am a stun living testimony of the wiko highway signs which I bought recently, just used it for 2weeks and started giving me serious software issue, over heating. Returned the phone back and even the production office @ Ikeja (but I won't mention d name of d office) said they will change a part but just posting me. So annoying and devastating......my advise don't buy wiko products ooo esp highway signs so fragile. As for me, they've loose their trust. Don't say I didn't warn u.

It's either your micro SD card or your nano sim. Both are in the right side.

Not good. Phone heated up and battery burned. Not because i was usibg it. I unlocked it to check the time and felt that it was brlurning up and battery charging port. Looked at it and then started smoking. Turned off my phone and it still comoletly burned up the battery. I have had thephobe for about a year. Too many problems with it.dont buy

The phone should come with a small gadget which you insert in the small hole in the side of the phone, the sim slot then comes out and you then insert the SIM card on the left. I use the right side for sd card.

I hav been using this phone since april 2015, my usage is very lite, and i had no problems noticed with this phone. Good clarity.

My Highway Signs is 6 months old and I have had that problem so many times that it has been sent away to be repaired. From the shop I received a replacement of the same make for the time it takes. Now this one has that problem many times every day. The only way to make it funktion is to press the standby button for 10 seconds to switch it back on. I have set the time before standby to 30 Minutes, which will obviously eat up the battery power. I have no idea what is going to happen in the future. Very annoying.

Have had this phone for 8 month plus now just yesterday after charging the phone started having problem with the options menu and i try to restart the phone it will just work for a minute and stop responding..... Any Idea on what to do

its uses two sim. The second sim which is a nano sim is optional to sd card meaning you either use a micro sim and a nano sim without an sd card or you use a micro sim and your sd card without a second sim. this is because the nano sin and the sd card share the same tray

I bought this phone a month ago. What I needed was a fast phone which I can use for skype, navi as well, which won't block the whole time and I didn' t want to pay more than 150 euro.Eversince I use it, I am completely satisfied. A really good price- walue gizmo. Would buy it again.

In my opinion not a good phone. Cannot use dual sim and have an SD card at the same time. Unfortunately i only realise that after buying it. You only get 4 GB for your use, since the operating system takes the rest. Wich means that if you download a game and have a couple of mp3 you cannot take pictures or film.

This is one of the coolest phone you could possibly have. Looks and feels like an iPhone. So smooth and fast, I couldn't ask for more. Have been using it for more than a week now no issues. However pls note this that this phone only works with one sim and SD card or two sim with no SD card. This is my candid experience with the phone. Contact @princkennedy

Buyer be aware!! When the phone locks (beacuse you have forgoten your unlocking password) you cannot root or format. Very much disapointed!! :( and am speaking from expirience of having the phone for less than a day!
