Every thing is fine in this fon but battery backup is very bad. I am using mi 1s in half day my fon battry gone 10%. daily i charged my fon when i go to my job at9.30am.when timer show time 1 o'clock my fon almost 10%. What is not working the intire camera feature?? If so try resetting to factory settings and also update to latest firmware . But in case after you click photo and it is not available in the gallery then look for the feature which enables guest mode which hides messages call records gallery from user and turn that feature off.

Had similar problem. Cudnot import contacts from SDcard. Go through steps below 1] On ur old phone or /pc suite like softwares make contact file (*.vcf file). 2] Copy this file on New phone (on SD card) 3] ON new phone: Go to explorer, locate file and open it. This should import all the contacts.

Actually it is about Xiaomi Mi3. It has extraordinary short life. It lasted barely three weeks. I am a very careeful user of phone. my previous phone still works fine. It is so disappointing! The large number of people visiting the service centre to get their phone repaired also is tell tale story of the quality of the phone. So if you are thinking of buying one please remember its a very short lived product and the customer support centre pass the blame to the customer to avoid doing repairs.

If you dont own a Xiaomi Phone, its better that you shouldnt talk...yes it doesnt have Google Play in his native OS, but MIUI has his own market when you can easily install Google Play, hence, every app that you want.I own a Xiaomi MI2-S and this phone is spectacular, the price is half of the Galaxy S4, and the performance is equal or even better.

Brought this phone for my wife from hotmed. Genuine xiaomi preload with English Miui ROM v3.2.22. Build quality is very good for the price. Touch screen respond is good. Camera, sound quality is good. Only missing is the 3100mAh battery. The down side is a size is bit big and heavy for the screen size. Which make M2 much more attractive. 4.3" higher resolution screen, 4 core and only 1-2mm bigger in size and have 3100mAh battery.

I bought this phone from china last week. Phone is superb in design, features, performance. It gives the good old samsung galaxies a run for its money. bought for 1700 yuan from shanghai. preloaded with ICS (version15). 4 gb rom - 2.4gb usable.

My friend it's the hype they want to create. They r thinking pure business, unlike other manufacturers They spend on advertisements , products and keep making millions of units. Where as these smart asses are making an affordable product , limited availability for the time being and ofcourse with all the kool specs of a top smartphone. We just hav to wait for the time when mi-2 is out and seeling better than the first . The trouble with Amazon is they change their prices all the time,,The Samsung Beam the new one was £545 at one point they charge what they want on niche products.. The trouble with these type of fones is this,, Sunlight ledgibility of screen, Quality of speakers microphones and camera, Video recording quality, Battery life and so on ,,its like Song,LG and HTC they use shoddy components sometimes and have quality allover the place..Apple,Nokia and Samsung are usually consistent and use decent quality components..That said the Huawei G300 for 100GBP on Vodafone UK was pretty good solid smartfone..So its what quality it is thats the problem..

And the fact that they are a MAJOR HIT in the Chinese market, which is one of the most competitive in the world due to availability of all international brands + the horde of cheap local brands must say something for quality and value. Have you gotten your hands on this gadget? I used to use a Samsung S2 and the S3. When I got the XIAOMI 1S, it is by far a superior phone to Samsung S3 which is why I ditched the other 2 and use only this. You should try it out.

This chinese new smartphone is really worth for its price. It gives great specs better then other expensive branded smartphone nowdays. Adequate clear screen, extra extensive battery life, 8mp camera for clean shoot, secondary cam 2mp, midrange Gpu andreno 220 to tackle down all HD games, support with one of the latest n fastest CPU 1,7Ghz dual core to handle many appications without problem. Just what we need is here, I'm not that fan of branded cellphones, as long we use it properly it will be fine for sure.. Its really affordable!! Hope this smartphone will be sold in global, so I can get this one. ^____^
