I bought XOLO Q1000 few months ago. and I think this phone is worth buying. The phone is available at a reasonable cost in the market with all the advanced features of a android set. But once I got an issues regarding hanging of the phone so I took the phone at the service center of XOLO, then my problem was solved within few days.

However once I faced a technical issue in the handset regarding sound problem but my problem was solved very quickly as I called on XOLO Service Center. its a crap nobody should buy xolo or lava products. i have been using xolo black since three months and got its touch replaced twice. its camera claimed 13mp works like 1mp. photos are blur and pathetic. it heats up like going to blast.

I have been using this phone since Nov 2013 Its hardware is awesome. Dragonglass has shown no signs of cracking or any scratch. Occasional lag during games, that's it. Software is an issue. I have to reset it every one month. GSMarena info is incorrect. there is no software upgrade. only 4.2.1

Xolo is total waste in terms of service. I try to call their authorized service center - Contact No. is not usable. I tried more then 5 service centers but all are same problem. Now problem showing battery& software issue they had charge 1400Rs&more over no gaurantee on components bought from their service centres. guess company is not even confident of their products. Horrible service and vague ans given by d service center. Got tp replaced one month before and got spoilt again with no external damage causing it. No warranty or Any ethics..pls do not buy xolo products. Shell a little extra and get a good company products..at least will last long. Spares are too costly and not worth it at all.

Hi All, Can anyone help me with this, I am unable to install any application on my phone now, it says my internal storage is full, but when I check my apps in the app manager the applications that I installed in the beginning were only few mbs but those same apps now show huge mbs, for eg- I installed whats app, at the time of installation it said that it is around 10mb app but now it shows that its around 90mb, How do I get rid of this, I really want to install new apps to my phone....Please Help...

I have purchased XOLO Q1000 Opus Which got faulty 4 times with in first year(within the warranty period) then after one year speaker started malfunctioned and after 1yr 10month its display is almost dead.I recommend do not buy this brand to become foolish like me.Better go for branded one within the same range.

Check your mobile charging slot. The slot must not touch side walls also the side walls must not touch mobile body. If anything is touching mobile body then the charging symbol remains on screen even after charger is disconnected. You may try with different chargers & can conclude whether your charger is having some problem. If all ok then consult service center.

You know what, this guys works in shitty manner. better to pay more and buy good quality, branded one then the XOLO. if you consider that the problems are common with electronics, at least other brands will give you good service. Dont buy XOLO its a fake mobile. I bought one but within one month the keys not working and screen jumbles. The service centre detected the problem but could not repair it for more than 15 days.They said they didn't have parts and they also didn't know when it will get. The guys in the service center at Tezpur, Assam are so casual in dealing with customers, gave mobile numbers which are not working,asked to come after week and then after one week just extending time but not repaired .Ultimately I took back my mobile without reparing but they send a message that the mobile was repaired which was totally a lie.They send message through email thats all. I lost Rs.11000 in one month for buying XOLO and mental tension.

Never ever buy xolo set.I did this great mistake of purchasing this handset and I am regretting it everyday. Worst battery backup and very low internal storage. Their service centers are worst in Delhi. I cannot even imagine how it would be in other cities. In this one year, it made me rush to service center thrice. Simply a big NO to this product.

I buyed Xolo mobiles but guy don't buy Xolo because These people are making fool company says they are giving 1 year warranty for mobile but you know what my cell phone got faulty in 10 month iI himself is mobile technician but due to warranty I went to Xolo service center located in Mumbai in ghatopar its name is tech mobile and they refuse to do in warranty I ask them question why they can't do in warranty reason was foolish they told me its liquid damage when I ask them where is liquid damaged they showed me one thing like a dot and they told me its liquid damaged but gust my phone was restarting because of on off switch problem which they repair itand charge me 750 rupees telling we have done software also there was no need for software bcs it was on off problem but they still lied that we have done this and that I payed them and I wait at side they were lying to all customer who's cell was coming under warranty and they were treating very badly to all of us like we have went there to beg and that tech service center is not only for Xolo but for lava micromax oppo and god knows how many company has authorised him they dont even have place to handle people standing and waiting hour for their number so pls don't buy any Xolo mobile because if your cell phone went faulty they will never do the work what they say

This is really a fantastic device. IPS screen quality is superb. Battery backup could have been nicer. Only problem with this phone is low internal storage for the apps. So i have to factory reset the phone every 6 months to clear the memory. And please someone tell me about the software update is coming in future or not

The work order no is 310000913499 dated 13 Nov 2014 I brought XOLO 1000 Opus on 24 April 2014 from chandigarh, Hand set was good but got un serviceable after 15-20 days, Problem was not getting charging, Was given for repair since i stay away from chd so took about one month and got it back after one month, again got same problem shortly and got repair. for the third time sent for repair for same problem on 13 nov 2014, and still waiting till today (08 apr 2015). Poor response from customer care, poor service. No sense of responsibility from xolo side. They are offering me old hand sets which are repaired and in old and pitted shape, How can i take second hand set? Since my set was new and used very carefully, If i had to take old set then i would have taken second hand set only not new. The warranty period is passed in service centre only. Which forum shall i approch for resolution of this complaint? what i will not allow them to cheat like this.

I do not know why why I bought a piece of shit made by this company. Few months back I bought a XOLO smart phone by getting into trap of the dealer who praised the company & sold the mobile phone. Since then I am facing a lot of problems which have made my life worse. These jerks makes a very cheap, low quality third class phones which cannot even compete with Chinese phones (Chinese phones are much more reliable then this company) This so called XOLO is nothing but a marketing company who only spend on the marketing of there cheapest phones. They have unreliable products & above all the WORST POSSIBLE after sale service . Problem is that once you buy these phones you will have to go to their service centres for sure as the quality is very very poor & after going to service centre these guys ask for very high price if you need to get your phone repaired (I was charged for >Rs.3000 just for a screen change) And above that they will keep your phone for eternity... It has been one month & my phone is still at their end for a repair work ( screen change)which is actually the work of minutes.. I am warning you all pls. Pls. respect your happy life & never ever buy anything from these company they will make you cry each day after you buy their product A big big no & request to all the people who are willing to buy their product.. This mobile company is not more than a piece of shit.

Purchased on Feb 2013 I am a q 1000 user,recently there was a PBM for my mobile I.e it is not opening . I rushed it to customer service,they replied that they want to change its board by sending it somewhere, for that we have to pay about 4500 Rs But I can't afford that so I shown it to a local service center and it is fixed at Rs 1000 only(PBM with IC) So if any PBM occur try not to give ur set to them .it may take months to retain it No updates available for q1000 4.2 jelly bean Do u have same PBM pls comment

Been using this phone for over a year! Excellent phone. Service is not the best though it is available.my camera front screen cracked without dropping the phone and kept cracking easily. It now has about 15 cracks but still takes good pics! Everytime I visit the solo showroom they don't have a replacent. I got weak signal sometime back but a little tweaking by a technician restored the signal. Was considering a new phone, when I realized my XOLO Q1000 is still good to go another few years!!

Xolo q 1000 is very nice phone. I m using this mobil from a year I use this roughly and thrice time it fell down from my hand but didn't damage. It never lagged and never happened heating problem over the internet and at the time of charging. I would give it 10/10. Thanks to xolo to make such kind of mobile.

Before buying a mobile check the customer support. If you check Xolo, the number cannot be contacted ever. There service center, damage your phone and then when you inquire about it their reply is "Did i ask you to bring your phone to me". Specs are awesome, but if you need help, you will be in for deep pain.

Friends I am Shridhar P. From Mumbai, I had purchase a mobile : �XOLO Q1000 Opus� @ Rs. 9840/- Importer : LAVA international Ltd. Manufacturing : Rainbow Bldg, Hi-tech Ind park, Shenzhen, China. (November 2013) My purchase Invoice date : 12/12/2013. My handset has below problems 1) Gallery was not responding properly, after 2-3 days camera images were gone disappear. 2) Bluetooth file were gone corrupt immediately. 3) I am not a continues mobile user but also battery life was very bad. 4) Within 8 months my mobile hand set lost screen sense. I approach to authorised service centre, the technician quickly check my handset & send it inside to reinstall software, after reinstallation, he told mobile is ok but screen is not working, need to be change. Then he opened my handset in front of me & broke warranty seal. He tear off 2-3 covered contact (Connection) places & shown me. He said this hand set is affected by water touch, I told �Never done this� then he told me moisture problem is also considered under water touch, It is not covered in warranty. You have to pay Rs. 3250/- I refuse it & taken back my mobile. Now forget about warranty & see some facts: 1) I am not a mobile savvy person also a careful user, my handset is not handled badly. 2) Regarding moisture: I am staying in Mumbai, here air contains moisture (agree), but the manufacturer is also locater at Shenzhen near the bay, their air weather condition are also same. �Can manufacture provide assurance that my handset was not affected before I purchase?� 3) So many people are using same or other make mobile in Mumbai area. 4) Now my mobile warranty seal is broken. 5) Any of shown problems cannot be challenge. 6) Service centre didn�t provide me any document against broken warranty seal. 7) They didn�t create any record at their end also. 8) There is no proof that my handset is operated/opened by authorised service centre person. My handset was genuinely defective, but situation is �I cannot prove this�, legally they had trap me properly in warranty terms. I don�t have any proof of this. If I talk in �IF/THEN� the manufacturer cannot refuse warranty. Legally I cannot challenge them. They have successfully created proper situation in their favour, this is one type of sophisticated cheating. This manufacture is producing poor quality product & selling in market. They making us fool but in proper legal manner. Through this fact story, I want to aware people. My �XOLO MOBILE� experience is very bad, please you be aware.

This is a very bad company in terms of customer service i have submitted my phone on 10th sep,2014 for display issue whereas they have told me that they can give me back till the 6th oct 2014. But till today,I have not get any response or call from this service.Moreover,many times I have call to that customer care service(Himalay Mall,drive in road,Ahmedabad) .But they are not saying any updates regarding my issues.This is pathetic service ever which never forget being customer.I never suggest to anyone who believe in this company as they just want to sell their product rather that believe in services.so,One should understand this issues before considering this product to buy .If I want to rate it out of 5 then I would even not giving 0 star as O have its own value. I purchased q1000 in Jan 14 battery problem rises I contact service point in tumkur Karnataka he suggested to returnend to company but area manager denied & return some magic only this phone. is in service point more than 2 1/2 month.I also discussed with that manager regarding the issue he is not respond & I try to contact so many times he busy with 24x7. Customers support is not good by company & their reps so go with better service provider & reputed one Dont buy this mobile go with other brands withbetter one investment is waste & painful

Hi my name mohammed Jaber this is serious issue which i face when I buy xolo mobile XOLO Q1200 . I buy this mobile on 05/08/2014 from Nathani communication shop near goregaon. I was face this issue with this mobile after couple of week.issue with mobile when I kept this mobile aside only incoming call & messages comes the battery get drain & get heating problem . I given this mobile to service centre name halima marketing & solution near goregaon west . Work order number: 310000803735 .. I submitted this mobile on 1oct 2014. But problem not shorted I got my mobile they were telling u will get mobile some more 10 days . They were saying battery & inside parts is not getting from market why u guys makes such type of mobile customer should faced this issue. I will recommend every one not to buy any of xolo mobiles from market . Also Kitkat upgrade is not available for this mobile. I want replacement for this mobile if matter not getting short ..I will paste this on ur official website.

Battery connector out of three points one broken so I have contacted Xolo service station they told me that needs to change PCB costs 4500 but problem can be solved by changing 13 rs battery connector I have called Xolo toll free number they are also telling me to change PCB ,to avoid cheating do not purchase brands like Xolo go for Nokia Samsung only

Hi guys don not purchase it, even any of xolo phone. i have purchased XOLO Q1000 1 month past, a problem was created that Power button not working properly, it's to hard and i have to press 2 or 3 time, So i bring the phone in Sector 32, Chandigarh Customer Care and they told me "Your Phone will go to Delhi Sever Center and it will take 2-3 weeks" to resolve the problem. I am very sad with this XOLO Brand.

its not the worst fone , i would like to say the brand itself is is blunder !!! investing money over this brand is axing ur own feet ... i got Xolo Q1000 opus 2 ..... it start troubling me since the 5th 6th day ,,,,, the network drops , battery exhausted, screen blinnked ........ no Wi Fi connectivity , unlock button went of the order ...extremely heating upto 52 degrees ... accessory related problem .......... twice i have send it to the Repair factory .......... resulting just another few more thousand losses while travelling and still wont be able to use it !!!! Xolo is Hell the fone is just dummy lying in my almiraah !!!

pls dont purchase the mobile.i am not rushing through the decision.my XOLO Q700 gave 1st problem in only 5months. the battery swelled. it swelled so much that it was about to explode then i have to puncher it myself. now i approached a so called authorized repair center for xolo. which charged me Rs 200 extra for the battery.cost of the battery is around 400 but that person took 600 from me. after 11 months the left side screen of my mob did not respond. then the Home, Back and menu buttons did not respond. again service center took almost 20 days to decide to send to noida center. after much calls and procedures. then the company send back a used Q700s mobile after 2 months which has multiple problems. the mobile takes 12hrs for getting fully charged. then 1 hr use makes the mobile so hot that u can almost make Omelet on it. so choosing lower cost mobile will land u with worst mobile experience and a company which does not have no regards for customer care. i also checked with two of my friend who has worst experience with other hand sets of xolo.

Xolo products and their service is the worst I have ever seen. My Q1000S touch was damaged within 4 months of the purchase and it took 75 days for the company to repair it and return. This, in spite of my repeated reminders through phone and e-mail. I have also had a problem with Q1000Opus which is submitted to the repair center on 9th August. I got an SMS saying the expected delivery date is 29-08-2014, a word they have not kept and I am at a loss. I think the authorities should close down this company for their blatant violation of consumer rights and defrauding people.

Come what may, don't ever buy XOLO Phones. They are the nth rated fellows when it comes to service and spares. People must move to consumer forum and teach them a good lesson for false promises and taking them for a ride. i purchased xolo mobile phone 9 months ago.......till 7 months it was running fine but afterwards its speakers got bursted...i gave it to the service center and i got it back after 3 days.....the speaker got corrected but quality got degraded...as i was in hurry so i took it and went to delhi...for some work.....just after using it for one week....speakers got bursted again.........and after one more week....power button stopped working........i went to service centre and they told that it would be sent to company & ll take 20-25 days.....so i returned from there and got it repair just in 150rs from a local shop in just half an hour.....than i returned to my hometown...again after 2 weeks its touch screen stopped working.....i went to service center and they told as you have shown it to some other local vendor...so its warranty have got broken...and ll have to pay rs2500 for repairment....bullshit XOLO................and even for that they needed one month ...thats impossible for me to live without phone.......and when i asked them for what the service centres are being opened...they told....its only a collection centre............fucking XOLO company.........so i would suggest you to never go for xolo......totally a waste of money....and worst service ever....

Hi quality of the product is very low . speaker will get damaged very quickly it is the common problem. Service centers will disappoint us. . I got touch screen issue in my zolo q1000 in the first week of my purchase. Later speaker got damaged. Overall don't waste ur valuable money for this low class product....in indian company micromax is better in service I own a product already.

Guys, please don't buy xolo devices. Its worst customer care is very annoying. If you get any problem in your handset or accessories you need to wait for months together. Please please don't give your money to them. They will not treat you as a customer and keep redirecting between service centers and customer care. You will loose your time. I have xolo q1000 handset and I got battery problem. They took my battery for replacement and its been close to 2 months. I haven't got my batery. Just wasting my time.

I purchased �XOLO Q1000 Opus� from Amazone.in Amazon.in Order #402-7480938-9410707 I received the delivery of the phone on 29-06-2014 21:30 On Saturday 19 July 2014 10:43, In my office I was talking to a colleague, suddenly after 4 mins of call, I was unable to hear. I thought the problem must be at the other end or with the Network as my phone is just 20 days old. But the condition persisted for next few calls. I Reset the phone several times and checked the condition only to discover that the ear speaker of the phone stopped working. The customer care centers work through week days only and their functioning falls within my working hours (10 to 5 only). Also they tell that I have to keep my phone ther for 8 to 10 days for repairing only and they are not able to provide me a standby phone. I have been managing my calls through speaker phone But now speaker phone is also not functioning well and the people at the other end complain the clarity of my voice.

Hi Frnds, This is the very very worst brand i ever seen. Its my humble request, please dont go for XOLO. I bought XOLO Q900 before 5 months. It was working until first month, after i got problems one by one. WIFI, Bluetooth, Touch, Camera al got problem. I stepped into Authorised service center(Chennai, Nungambakkam), but that stupid fellow is not at all minding customers. After some quarel he took my mobile along with copy of bill. It has been 4 month, still i dint get my mobile from them. If I am calling that fellow he is not at al picking. Conclusion: Dear frnds, Please never ever go for XOLO brand at any cost. 99% of customers are having worst experience with all types of XOLO mobiles. Please share this message with your friends.

Very bad experience of Xolo service station. Today I went to service station at Vadodara for repair of my mobile. (Work order no : 310000570841) and she says that it will take 50 days to repair!!!! In 50 days I can repair my mobile from opposite corner of the earth. But it is in warranty period so I have no option to give my mobile to them. 50 days for repair is equivalent to fraud. Guys don't purchase any Xolo phones. Its service level is very very poor.

As there is some issue in my phone I have submitted it in Xolo authorized service center which is located in bangalore Jayanagar(Job tracker number: 4934) on 5th May 2014,after one week they told me like they have sent that phone to Noida for repair purpose and they told it will cost around 7k and I rejected it and asked them to return my mobile.As per customer care people they dispatched my mobile on 27th May and as per there records it reached to bangalore server point on 2nd July. And the drama begins now - after that I called them each and every day but they told me like they didn't receive my phone from the Noida,after too much of struggle they showed my mobile with Broken display on 17th July and promised that they will replace the display in one week,still there is no response from them and they gave area manager number for further queries but the manager is also like that only he is not at all picking the phone . Now coming to customer care people when I asked them to transfer my call to there supervisor they are saying like they cant transfer the call as he is busy or he went out on some personal work or the lines busy.these are the answers from them. Friends Never ever go for XOLO.

ive been using the phone for a year and a few months now. i got it rooted. ive changed the ROM a few times, ive tried Samsung s4 rom ported to this phone. it works fine but theres a bug on the storage. now im using samsung NOTE3 Rom v3.3 ported to this device its working great with air gesture and samsung apps and bloatwares there only 1 bug intermittent data connection. i play games using the phone with my ps3 wireless controller, i download movies and video clips. i use a lot of application on this phone. phone is fine but cannot compare to branded phones.

Xolo after sales service is very bad, i have purchase Q100S phone in jan.2014. phone performance is very good. My phone screen damage so I submit the same to service center, now its 45days pass but till i dont got my phone repaired the reason they are saying that xolo can not provid the spares for service and I am not a only suffer. hello Xolo users Not only this phone but almost all the Android phones have very weak batteries when using games and surfing net.Most of phones use only 2000-2100 mahs. only phones having more than 3000 mahs will have real battery life. Both Xolo and Micromax have these problems these people never learnt to rectify these errors even after successive release of new phones jjust old vines in new bottle

My H/S battery is fine. Not take so much time to charge.And Battery Backup is also good and gives 9-10 hrs backup.And Camera is also Fine but not so much good in Night/Dim Light.For Data Usage it is very much good as it supports 3g and have a nice speed also.My most fav H/S till date.

m using xolo q1000 since 1st Feb 2014, whatever there are lots of brands available in market. I bought it in 11k n its really a good gadget in a manner of price, features n performance. Camera quality is quite impressive. I used to play some high grafic games n it responded very fast without lagging. Overall its a good gadget.

Guys warning to all please do not buy any xolo phones they are bad. Realy unreliable phone(1000s opus), the phones touch stoped working just after 2mnths of use after i made a over the air update.Had to submit the phone at the service center prime mall,mumbai..these guys told us it would be repaired within 2 days then after 2 days it wasnt repaired so they sent it to the factory center,its been more than a month still not repaired..every time i call them only answer i get is still under process..its so irritating what a bad customer service these guys are horrible.I am still not sure when will i get d phone back...so frustrating...so guys please do not go for xolo PLeAse avoid xolo there are better brands like sony,samsung,lg,htc pay a little more but i am sure you wont get into trouble..

Pathetic phone. The battery dead in 6 months, and spare batteries are never available. I tried various locations across India, but no service centre provides batteries. I guess Xolo phones are meant to be use & throw phones. Latching on a network is always a issue and the processor heats up too easily at times I thought the phone would explode! Would never again buy a XOLO!

My Xolo handset started malfunctioning on the 4th month of purchase. I device was handed over to the Xolo service centre in Calicut (Mobile Lab) on February 24, 2014. (Work Order Number: 310000285355). More than 45 days and still Xolo care has not returned my handset. I have contacted the service centre, who stated that the handset has been sent to Xolo facility for servicing. I have registered a complaint in CORE.NIC.IN, the consumer complaint portal and still there is no reply. Xolo is not a good brand. Their service is the worst in the world. Please stay away from Xolo products.

OK so I checked up the specs and the dev on this device I made these deductions uptil now. pro quad core mtk6589 processor is good but heats up a lot camera is amazing (13 mp ) but the front cam is not good 5 inch display is perfect for gaming 1.2ghz quad core is also good for multitasking battery is decent enough but 3g eats it really fast no OTG USB support is not a bad thing though cons pricing should have been around 10k not a market value of 14k slim is good but it is a reason for phone heat up no otg dev stuff the phone currently has these ROMs and stuff CWM recovery stock ROM MIUI ROM LEWA OS NOte3 port PAC ROM but the biggest problem is service yeah it is bad you gotta know how to use it Try to buy it locally rather than online note: rooting is to be done at your own risk. and yes hate opinions are just because of bad user-buyer choices so don't start thinking shit about companies. relying on others in formations and advices will harm you only. Try to make your own choices after self test the phones as half of these reviewers also claim it to be good Final : The phone is a good device at such a price but still there are lack in builds. I bought the Q1000 on 27th Feb 2014 from the same shop that i have been buying my phones since past 10 years. Given the price it was all looking right. Within 10 days the touch screen went bad. Could not press a number or alphabet correctly. So I went back to the store and they asked me to go to PRIME MALL where their service center is. To my surprise the engineer at the service center told me why did I buy Q1000 , this is xolo's most troubled model. Now i had just bought this 10 days ago!!! They have very week AFTER SALES infrastructure. I was told that it will take 21 working days to fix the touch screen , now this is totally not done. Even today as of 1st April i have NOT yet received my phone. I think these companies who launch cheap mobile phones with weak after sales support should not get operating license. After waiting for so long I told them to replace the handset as it has gone bad in just 10 days and they refused. XOLO guys told me that they replace a phone only if it goes bad in 7 days. I am sure with this kind of attitude they will shut shop soon.

I have bought this mobile in June 2013. Never ever hanged. Service excellent, i got my device back in 2 days(Turbhe,Navi Mummabi -11thFllor,AmbienceTower). Just wonderful to have XOLO,good camera n flash light,Phone PowerOff & Restart option thru Settings. Better desing to handle than other indian brands 5inch but width lesser and taller this helps in video watching and taking call in crowded places. WIFI and transfer thru WIFI upto 42mbps and batttery lasts 1.5 times than other Indian brands in same price range. Ratings in terms of money spent...offcourse if u pay the price of a HONDA SHINE BIKE then u get awesome phone....:P Battery - 4.5/5 Camera-4/5 Design-4.5/5 Performance -4/5 Service - 4.5/5 Go for it but in Mar 2013...u should buy a Q2000 or Q3000 these beat even 40,000 SONY OR HTC mobiles....Samsung n LG are Korean untrusted technologies just made big by SALESMEN...

xolo phones are simply waste of money,there is no such thing called after sales service i have bought the xolo q 700 within 7 months the battery has expanded to twice its size in thickness and service center says its more than 6 months so "accessories " warranty is over and so you have buy it for 750 rs first of all all q 700 phones have battery problem and still they are not replacing it free of cost and in addition there is waiting period of more than 1 months for also purchasing battery as its out of stock and in open market also its not available so by that time using this phone is paperweight totally disappointed by xolo after sales service

Hope the problem is solved by now.If no, I will solve the problem .I also faced the same problem when i bought the phone.It is due to brightness of display setting.If it is set in A ,then this problem comes as the phone has to set to light arround.Please set in either low or bright setting & the problem gets solved.I have set in low so that battery consumed is low.When required in outdoor,i change to bright .

When you go service centre you see a long que of person having brand new phone in hand with similar problem. Then they will tell we taking your phone for checking.come after 15 days. Xolo Q1000 is a good smartphone for low-end phones. I have been using it for last 2 months. The screen quality is good and the look is fabulous. But it have some glitches worthy mentioning. 1. The speaker is little bit noisy in high sounds. 2. The battery is the most common complaint of most users. Eg. My battery shows 34% and after rebooting it suddenly goes to 85%. 3. The Android Sensor Box and others apps shows the orientation and magnetic sensors but the availability is dubious in the xolo forums. 4. The back cover gets patched with break lines when opening it.

Everything is alright in this Phone But one serious problem is -> This Phone doesn't have 'Internet Calling' Option in Call Settings (Native Dialer). Whereas in Samsung Models if you can press 'Settings' in Dialer (left buttom)you can see in the last option in as 'INTERNET CALL Settings' and there you can configure SIP Settings (User Id & Password). That is the main drawback of this phone.

Everyone knows this company doesn't have anything in the name of customer service. And you may feel you can compromise customer service for the great price you are getting for the decent spec'd Xolo phones. I did too but I have paid dearly with my time, money, peace of mind and sanity. It's just not worth it. I had ear speaker and power button issues with my Xolo A700, so I took it to the nearest service center in Malad, MUMBAI. They simply took my phone and told me to wait for 15-20 days. When I did not hear back from them, I called up the service center number. I either got busy or no on picked up the phone. So I called up the call center number, and they told me they don't have any update on my case even after a month. So I went to the service center. I was told they have not received the parts but they'll try to fix the phone using parts they already have, so I should come back after 2 days. When I went back after 2 days, they couldn't find my phone. After searching for 30 minutes they gave me my phone. It was missing the power button! So, they told me come back after another 2 days. This time I got wiser and called the service center before going there. When I finally got through, they told me they are still working on it. I should come after another 2 days. By this time I had completely given up on the phone and just wanted to teach these guys a lesson. So I went up to the service center with the intention of taking my phone back from them and destroying it right in front of their eyes. When I got there, after making me wait for another half hour they gave me a phone which from the look of it I knew it wasn't my phone. I immediately checked the IMEI number and for sure it wasn't. When I told them that this is not my phone they insisted that it was and IMEI is different because they changed the motherboard! I just couldn't fight these bunch of a$$holes any more. i had called the call centre for the same problem where the camera becomes a green blank screen, they told me to reboot the fone how to reboot ? to reboot 1) switch off your mobile 2) click and hold power button and volume up button simultaneously for about 10 -15 seconds, till a android logo appears. 3) when android logo apears, click power button and then you will see a list on left corner 4) click volume up button done ! i hope your fone will resolve the camera problem

I have bought the xolo Q1000 mobile 8 months back. I was very excited about this mobile because of the features in low price. Even i was happy with the performance after use it. But recently we faced some problems, it get hangs and restart automatically. so i went to one of the service station which is mentioned address on their official site. but they given very bad response and said that they are not providing service anymore with xolo company. So i'm sock and doubting now about the product service. Service makes to repeat customer but if company is not value the customer's query then I dont think any product would be worth. Today i feel that i did a mistake that i choose the brand xolo. :(

Hello guys, I brought this xolo q1000 past 2 days and the battery backup is very superb(1.5 days with WiFi at home and 3g otherwise). I was using Samsung grand which sucked as it hangs a lot and battery backup was 14hrs. The only problem I am facing is charging. It takes more than 5hrs to get charged to 100%. There are so many problems in this mobile. 1] Head phone is problematic. 2] Service is totally useless.. 3] Net disconnects always and if it disconnects then difficult to reconnect. 4] battery back up sucks. 5] Compare to brand name and quality price is too much. 6] No resell value. I bought this phone after reading some reviews which were mostly positive. I was not disappointed with the software, most of the things said and written about the phone are true. However am a bit disappointed with the screen which easily got scratched after a few days. The plastic cover is also slippery and rather fragile. Beside these few observations, I think Xolo Q1000 is a great phone.

Worst phone company you could ever deal with. If you face a problem with the phone then you are on your own. The service centers simply such and so do their customer support. I bought a Q1000 with a Dead on Arrival issue. Over a month now and they havent been able to give a DOA certificate yet. Screen clarity is far good. 2. decent camera quality. 3. very good music experience with this device but u have to plug seperate 305mm jack earphone to get the best sound quality.ex- samsung or sony. 4. In Bangalore, they has appointed F1 Info Solutions and Services as their authorized service partner. I brought this phone on dated 20th Oct.' 2013 on the occassion of Dassera. Myself and all my colleagues and friends are very well impressed with my distinct choice bcoz this phone is worth to have with such a low price. All heavy graphics game are running without any lags, touch responses are quick and smooth, decent camera photos in a day light and even night photos too are not bad. Bundles earphones provided are of good quality and given very comfortable experience even on full volume. Phone has a vibrant HD display which is USP of this product and u can play 1080 ppi videos smoothly on it. This all is my personal experience and all are pros for me. Now coming to cons:- i)Even though they claimed that phone is having 2100mah battery, it hardly lasts through out the day. You need to carry u r charged every time if u r out. I m not the heavy users for gaming and internet with 3G. but phone battery sucks by the end of day. ii) Phone GPS function never works properly. iii) Camera shutter button is not in a great position and u end up taking photos with regular option of touching the buttons displayed in camera option. and LASTLY.... iv) Within the use of one week phone display started flickering and it goes on and off automatically even though ur games and messaging are on. This problem started happening frequently now. Therefore today morning only I returned my cell to vendor and he promised me to get this work out within next 2 days. LEST HOPE FOR THE BEST.... will update you further on this.

GPS is not working on the phone. Called the customer care helpine, they asked me to do a factory reset but the problem still persists. Will probably have to go to the service center and see if they are able to fix it

scratches can be cleared very clearly, you have to go cycle market in front of red fort where some vendors are available to clear screen and camera scratches... it will cost only 30 to 40 rs and your camera will become as clear as when in new condition.. my phone camera was also got scratches but I'm so happy after found this market who clear scratches.. they call it buffing. buffing means to clear scratches.. OK? good luck

Have used both the sets, Q800 and Q1000, and prefer to go with Q800, GPS does not work in Q1000, cost difrnc is also thr...Q800 offers QHD which is somehow at par with Q1000 HD when it comes to see the pics in laptop or PC. Rest of the features are more or less same only if Screen size matters more thn GPS and cost then go with Q1000.

Display crisp. Headphone and audio average Camera good in daylight. Samsung grand much better indoor. Off late with app updates I am experiencing problem of rebooting after opening of lock screen. Did a factory reset everything back to normal now. Phone looks and feels rich and top end. People do get inquisitive and appreciate the solid feel and build.

Hi Friend.. as you say the digital compass won't work on the q1000 beacuse the phone does not have 'magnetic sensor'. In the specifications you can see that in the 'sensors' section, only proximity and accelerometer are given. Well ain't no problem with that, because the only apps that won't be working are compass and metal detectors...

I bought this phone on 8th August...and i'm very impressed with this phone...no lag at all...the only downside is the Audio as its low even the camera quality isn't that great but anyways it doesn't make much difference to me as Xolo is providing this phone with a an impressive performance at such a cheap rate compared to many other well reputed foreign brands....and i haven't faced any problems with this phone yet...As per my experience i would say that this is the best smartphone under 15k...Xolo Rocks...except there service..

I heard more prob in mmx than xolo or any other. So if u buy these phones u hv to pray that u wont get any faulty piece. I m stil confused which one to buy indian brand or real brand like sam, sony etc. Stil confused then wait til end of sep. Xperia c is launching with around 15k as per rumour, with same specs. I purchased new XOLO Q1000 on 20-sep-2013. Phone is hanging too much, I can't use it. On 21-sep I started to communicate service for this issue. In brand new phone and it is very bad thing to go to service center on first day. It is so me company's defect in mobile. Company may not have tested Mobile before selling to customer. I recommend, never to buy XOLO mobile.

On 28th Aug I purchased a Xolo Q1000. I switch on the set and see the features for around half an hour, then it switched off and become dead, I thought that battery has been discharged therefore tried to recharge the battery but of no use. Next day I deposited the set at service centre. And obtain the receiving from the authorities. They said that within 5 working days will get back the set. Since than I tried so many times to know the update and progress of my set from you toll free 180030100104, but they only assure me by saying wait for 48 hours/ update through mail/ doing mail to know the status, every time the answer was same. This all landed me in dilemma that I took a bad decision to purchase the product of XOLO. I am fed up by all this, and now I've to presume it�s a game of 13750.00. because it's now 15 days have been passed but my handset is still in service centre. & whenever I called them for the status update, every time i get the same reply to wait more 24 to 48 hour.

Hello to all fellow xolo q1000 users and to those incoming users :) i purchased my phone way back July and its an awesome experience. Why? The phone features are more than the few bucks i spent. Those concerns about rear camera protection and recommended earphones,let me help you. You can actually purchase a flip leather case that protects the lcd and the leather of back surface is leveled on the height of protruded rear camera. For the best earphones? Make sure to buy an earphone of the best brand/quality that has 2 rings/lines within the 3.5 jack. I bought a good earphones but did not fit my xolo q1000 because it has 3 rings/lines, so i had it replaced with 2lines/rings and plays music,movies,etc very well. Hope my experience may help you too. First of all I am hapy to see Indian brands are getting popular. Now about the phone it's all good except the service. Xolo service is the worst. Sorry to say that but it's true. But don't worry here is another phone that can serve well. Lava iris 504Q. Better screen. Thanks to the OGS technology. Looks good. Lighter and slimmer. And it has USB OTG support too. So I think Lava will be a better choice. Price is same;now choice is yours.

There have been posts that the memory is small, but I think that about 2.8 GB (1.89+0.9) is enough for apps. There has also been a talk about its battery, but with average usage lasts easily a day.

every xolo q1000 is having the same response. This is not an issue, the problem is with the charger its output rate is too low. About 700 mah. Buy one charger with 1000 or above, the problem will be solved.

Very bad customer service, people in customer care wont be able to tell you exact status of your complaints. My Phone (Q1000) went dead after 4 days of use and today after almost 10 days, I have no idea what is the status of my phone and when will I get it back. Some other facts regarding after sales service: 1) No one can submit the phone directly at service center. 2) Either you have to submit the phone at the collection point (only 3 in Delhi and none in Gurgaon) or Xolo will provide the pickup service from your doorstep (looks great but rarely you will find you area code in the pickup areas). 3) Xolo will take 9-10 days in picking up the phone from the collection point (in my case I got the handset receiving confirmation email on 9th day) and after repairing the handset will be sent back at the collection point and you can collect it from there(In my case I haven't received even after 10 days).

I noticed a touch screen problem in my XOLO Q1000 after 15 days of purchasing it, submitted it at the repair center for 22 days, gOt the phone back after much complaining to higher authorities and customer service. Never buy any product from this pathetic company with the worst of services and after sales. You keep mailing them regarding any query and problem and they will NEVER get back to you. My Xolo went dead in just around 25 days and to get it repaired, I first had to call customer care number which got connected in half an hour after several tries and file a complaint. Then I had to send the device to a collection point around 25 Kms from my place. They will send the device to service centre which is 4 Kms from my place just because I cannot go directly to the service sentre. They claim to repair the handset in 5 days. Its 10 days now and there is still no update on the handset. They keep saying to wait for another 48 hours. If you want to buy a handset from such a company, then God Save You. If you think this is a fake review, my complaint number is 310000081294 Xolo Q1000. Try it by calling their customer care number.

Hi, I say your reply regarding MTK chipset, my XOLO Q 1000 takes min of 3 min to detect the location (with A GPS). I met XOLO/LAVA R&D team in Bangalore and understand that delay in location identification is due to warm of the chipset. I guess, MTK 6589 doesnt support GPS!!!

Awesome phone, worth for money... Pros I am using this phone for last 1 month with Airtel 3G, it has extremely great performance. I never found any Lag during operation. Superb Touch sensitivity Excellent call quality Excellent browsing experience. Camera photo quality is good only in outdoor, Camera video awesome, but records with 3GP Speaker Audio quality is Ok Cons Never buy this phone if you are found of GPS...it takes min of 3min to detect my location & looses its GPS connectivity frequently, at times it shows false location too...Its not the problem of xolo brand, it happens with any phones with MTK chip set...you may look for phones with Qualcomm / Broadcom chipset to enjoy GPS experience, (my Samsung TAB shows accurate position) Battery back up is ok...I could get at least of 13-17hrs depending upon usage, (70% of battery consumed with in 13hrs of usage: ~85min of phone calls with BT headset, GPS/Maps, browsing & chatting while on travel) Weight: heavy compared with A116 Hard case / Flip covers are not available for this phone. Service support: I understand, there is an issue... After using this phone, I found Andro 4.1,2 OS requires minimum of Quad core processor with 1 GB RAM to have satisfied experience. I also made a comparison of XOLO Q1000 with Micromax A116: A116 looks good in terms of design but I'm not that happy with the performance of 10days oldA116, in terms of internet browsing, Camera quality & it lags while turning menu pages... Even I compared the same 3 models before purchasing xolo q1000. Featurewise, mi535 is good. It has got all the sensors, abundant internal memory. But display is only qHD. Camera is below average. And I'd not feel the built quality so good. Q1000 lacks gyro and digital compass. But I did not face any issues with my kind of usage. You may miss few features of gps or few games. Not a big deal. Temple run 2, racing games run very fine. Exept that it has sophisticated built quality, very good touch response, feels compact and handy compared with other 5" phones. Display it's amazingly good and music, camera and overall design are also something you can not expect in budget phones and comparable to Samsung, htc high enders It is pretty hard too. I dropped it 4 times once from 6ft and rest from 3-4fts, I kept it for hours in wet jeans for hours. Still running very good.

Q1000 lacks in regards to camera quality. A cell phone with 8MP camera and single LED flash should have been impressive enough to capture pics under less fraction of light, but surprisingly it didn't serve the purpose.

been using this phone for past 4 weeks.. a really good phone.. has good resolution, good display.. got the white color, a bit glossy back.. good processor, using CPUz, tells it has got manufacturer name 'alps' , total of 971MB RAM, 0.91 GB for applications, 1.77GB for storage (disappointment), got a proximity, light, accelerometer, orientation and 3-axis magnetic sensors.. 2100mAh battery.. cons - internal storage is less (1.77GB only unable to install most wanted), battery is okey, gaming is good overall.. plays 1080p smoothly, MX player pre installed, camera takes grainy pictures, 1080p video recording only in 3gp format, no use of bsi sensors as quality is same overall - grainy.. overall a great mobile but with storage and camera limitations.. I'm happy with it..
