I could not use the phone for making the calls, as there is very poor quality of speaker. I can barely hear the person speaking from other end. I got it serviced from service centre but stil same. I won't recommend this product even for free.

Yes I am totally agree with you the staff of xolo service center is very polite they talked with me in very good manner and they related my broken sim Dexter box with in just 24 hrs now my phone is working good so there service centers are not pathatic they are good and they are also improving

But it depends on particulate service centres and the people working over there. 86% of service centre in India are not own by company. just Franchise. only Samsung is the brand having more owned centres compared to other brands. here in West Bengal best service centre ( owned and franchise ) of brands rating bellow.... 1st = SAMSUNG (BEST) 2nd = LG (good) 3rd = SONY (average) 4th = NOKIA ( Worst | 3rd class ) ------------------------------- Micromax = good Lava = good Xolo = good carbonn = Worst of worst intex = worst iball = average Spice = average ---------------------------------- So it depends and some Luck with device you using!!!

Hi Bro...I accept that XOLO q2500 is one of the best devices .....I too own it for the past 6 moths...The device rocks....But I faced a display problem....I accept that this can a happen to any smart phone with more brand value....The xolo took almost 2 months to fix it after lot of followups....I was fed up......So I recommend Xolo 2500 to any one but not their service......To the core poor service....They have a long way to go to win customers confidence...Almost every smart phone find its way to service at some point....But waiting time wont be more than a week for brands like samsung, Sony, LUMIA etc....But Indian brands need to lean from their foreign counterparts...As the Indian brands compete with Foreign brands and even outnumber their sales, its their duty to duly serve a customer.....Hence think twice before going for Indian brand smart phone....Again I insist that their products are great but they lack in service

Looks is awesome,Display is WOW, Speakers is Great, Earpiece bit low. Music is too good with original Samsung Headphons. Cam is also Good and its ISO really works. I recently Visited the Service centre to ask them additional flip cover they speak in good voice. Xolo is a very transparent company isn't it ? coz only they shows their Spire Parts List with Price on there website. I made a Good Choice for sure the Xolo Q2500 .... Simply best

XOLO Q2500: I have been using Xolo q2500 for the past six months and here is my review! Performance: 1.Quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7: It came with no bloatware! So it was very fast initially. But no complaints in the Performance of the processor. 2.RAM- 1GB: This is more than enough for a casual user but for the hardcore gamer or app user, optimization is needed! 3.ROM - 4GB: Here is the department where Xolo failed miserably! For a normal user itself you will be running for space! I had to remove some apps to install new one! 4.Expandable Memory: This saves Xolo from the previous issue! 5.Display: 720x1280 pixels is superb and colour representation is so good! All in all, a good display! 6.Gameplay: Simple games there is no lag. But big games find a bit trouble! 7.Connectivity: OTG comes in handy frequently. Bluetooth is good. Wifi is excellent! 8.Camera: 8MP camera is good but indoor photos are not so clear! 9.Freebies: Flipcover and OTG cable are really good for Xolo q2500! 10.Battery: 3000mAh gives enough juice for normal usage for 40 hours but with wifi nd gaming, life of mobile drops to 10 hours which is very good actually! Final Verdict: Pros: 1.Overall good product with good display, 2.good battery and 3.freebies. Cons: 1.Internal memory is low. 2.Heating Issue is with continuous gaming. This is a very serious complaint regarding my Xolo Q2500 which I purchased on 08th September. And without anything done to the phone the screen display has got spoilt. I have given the product to the xolo service centre understanding that its a phone and some defects can happen in some handsets. This was submitted on 16th Sep. They have promised me that the phone shall be repaired by today 30th sep but today the xolo service centre is telling me that its still in repair. I have had enough of patience. It was just a week and within a week my phone is spoilt. I have not caused any damage to it either, automatically the screen display started getting some lines. This is heights a phone just 1 week old, how can that get spoilt. Now I am waiting for my phone since past two weeks and it is not being repaired. Pls note that I am very upset with xolo. This is my work order no - 310000755904 I need my phone repaired at the earliest and it will be my mistake and henceforth will never be a xolo buyer. I will suggest all my friends and family about this. Pls I NEED MY PHONE BACK REPAIRED ASAP

I bought this phone in june very much impressed with bulid quality. The phone fits well in hand though it has 6" screen cause the phone is slimmer.. The best oart is its battery back up. I could usw the phone upto 20 hrs of constant use from 100% charge. The only problen is camera is very bad in low light.sound is also good in loud speaker . in call volume shuold ve been better. Display is good viewing angle is also nice... Bought this phone after so many reviews and search in google. This phone is best in this price range. As this phone has less popularity than the other xolo models the kitkat update may get delayed..

I am using it for the past 4 months. First of all this is the cheapest phone with such a big screen and descent specs. I got it for 13.5K. I have never experienced any lag even while playing HD videos or HD games. Personally I would suggest this phone for anyone who is looking for a good phone to browse and watch videos. Only downside is still XOLO hasn't provided the Kitkat update. Usually even good phones have a lot of bad reviews as only frustrated users tend to provide a review than a satisfied. In that case, this phone has lot of positive review. So in my opinion just got for it if you are not an ardent gamer. even Asphalt games run smooth. I am not a extensive gamer. But if there is anyother game which consumes more time and space than Ashphalt, then you need to go for a 2GB RAM spec. there are some phones out in the market which has a 2GB Ram, but still sucks to play many games due to poor hardware optimization. Micromax Knight is the best example for it. Unlike these poorly optimized phone, I feel that Xolo q2500 is optimized for a good performance and thats the reason for its lot of happy customers.

from my personal experience i think you should completely avoid Xolo/Lava phones you would be wasting your money and will only have headache after you purchase any of these phones even if they entice you with those specs actually all the hardware which they use is cheapest ones which and i believe their latest flagship device xolo 8x-1000 might be the same which is useless crap with Hive funda how can they advertise saying they want to connect with the customers if their customer service people don't even give any heed to its customers. I think within few months the brand Xolo or Lava might be wiped out from the Indian market unless they do something with the quality of the handsets they outs in the market. It looks like they give order to some cheap factory in Guangzhou with their logo stamped in the phones. For me I would never ever buy from this company even if they bring out the best phone in the market. I am done with it.

Succesfully completed 3 months of xolo Q2500 ownership without any major issues. Xolo haven't released kitkat update yet. To sum it up I luv my phone and feel happy for purchasing it. P.S : I have not yet rooted, using stock.

Xolo is not sub brand but a separate brand by same people from Lava. While Lava itself selling rebranded phones there is no question of Xolo phones manufactured by Lava. Xolo Q2500 seems rebranded Gsmart saga s3. Gsmart is quality smart phone manufacturer so we can hope phone by Xolo works good but dont expect on front of Ass and firmware update much

me too faced the same problem but it didnt break. it became faulty the day before warranty ends i tried to contact them by mail and msg but no reply. they replied after the warranty. they quoted a price of 4300rs for display of B700. the phone was just 8500rs. half the price of phone.

Xolo has very poor service facility. I request u not to go for any products of XOLO as the after sale service is extremely bad. I purchased q2500 and within 2 days the charger pin stop working. for replacement of small thing they took 7 days with zero result. Also they have tie of with LAVA for service. There is no company owned service centre in india. So plz do not buy not a sing product of XOLO.

If any non removable battery phone hangs(nothing working)then leave it alone so that it can juice up whole battery and then restart the phone after charging. Don't run to service centre they will make u irritated.

I want to ask for those who have actually taken Xolo Q2500 and observed it's dimension. Is it really (64.6 x 136 x 8.9 mm)??? Reason of asking this question is that it's screen display size is mentiontioned as 6.0" inch...I compared it's dimension with other 5.0 inch phones...but still Xolo Q2500 dimensions are less (I mean Xolo Q2500 looks physically small) than 5.0" inch phones...Please let me know. The phone is awesome. The most discussed topic is the phone's sound quality and I must say, the earphones provided in the box is not a JBL! The ear piece and the loud speaker are decent and provide a good call and entertainment experience. The screen is 720p HD and do feel the difference from my older Galaxy S2 in terms of the PPI. Battery is the best part, the phone stays for a day with my email accounts constantly syncing. The inbuilt xolo power app works wonders too. the Camera is in par with the other 8MP cameras (and it IS 8MP unlike other cameras just putting up a big number MP). The review comes from using the phone for two weeks as a daily usage mobile. Happy that I took the leap.

today i tested battery ...by using continues internet frm the morning time .....i charged it full .... it gives almost 7hrs of continues internet use ....thats pretty good ...i think

had bought xolo q2500 some days ago and its working fine except there is some kind of glitch as touch is registered without me touching the screen. however putting of the screen solves the problem. the camera is very good and battery is also fine. individually how you use depends there are so many settings which you need to study and know how it functions as android OS is very tricky. i found this device much more worthwhile rather paying huge sum on other devices which has the same functionality as other more higher priced devices out there. i did a lot of research before buying this phone xolo q2500 comapring with the makes like hp, sony, samsung, nokia and htc, etc. this came out the best and worth the pennny. well this is my review of this phone and am totally satisfied with the purchase which i made with q2500.

battery backup is not so good as said but almost gives a day ... takes a lot of tym in charging ... almost 3hrs ....camera is good but not in night ....front camera is normal vga type ......screen is awsm... watching full hd movies is lyk wow ...touch is good ..... headphone is worst makes craking sounds .... internet is fast .... in short a good buy at this price

not at ol ...i thought it may continue heating ...but it didnt ....now it doesnt heatup at all while playing games .....and i played psp 3 games on it tekken 6 and 5 too both ran smooth without any lag n even was doing chat on msngr while playing the game .....its is great phone .... love it .....

Mr.Arul i know you are right.. But from january 2014 xolo improved in service centre matter. Its my personal experience. Xolo mobiles are so so so good. I knew because i hv three mobiles one is grand2 another colo q 2500 and thied one is apple i phone 5c.. But beleive me i got surprised xolo Q 2500 is far better from them. Its is so beautifull and smart mobile.. Thanks xolo you launch this wonderfull device.

frnds pls dont buy xolo...service is very worst in xolo..better go for micromax canvas turbo mini...am using it more than 45 days...overall a gud phone in its price range,awesome look,better performance,and speed proceesing too...no lag at all...if any damage causes service also good...better go for turbo mini...before using this mobile i just have xolo q 700s nice phone but when i got my phone display damaged i send it to service center and ther is no reply from them for more than 3months..after 97 days i have got back my xolo phone...after servicing my 700s hangs a lot and over heating.so pls dont buy xolo..its my kind advice frnds....

The best one can get at that price. I went to buy another handset but came back home with this one. Its look really charmed me. Display is quite good - clarity, resolution,colour reproduction, everything. The display is distinctly visible even in sunlight. Performance is superb - very fast no lag at all. No heating issue, good battery backup. Only con of the handset is its audio quality. The inbuilt speaker audio quality is very bad. But with a good headphone audio quality is good and clear.Still bass effect is slightly poor when listening to music although clarity is perfect. Overall a good buy.

It has big screen but you can hold it comfortably. Hd screen produces good resolution and viewing angles are so good. Sunlight visibilty is superb.. it comes with otg cable.. you can easly use it. One superb thing is it has so so good battery backup due to having 3000 mah mega battery. Its auido quality is so good. It is upgradable to kitkit in upcoming days.
